I ordered a black grey Harvard Charcol Blazer but i recieved Invictus Company blazer which is totaly differ from my order. I recieved it on 14 January. On 17 January i file a return request. Till than i am calling everyday at your phon no [protected]. Each day your exicutives satisfy me that my problm will b solved but result is zero. Ujjain Ecart Hub need a mail from you for picking the product. I called 10 times at your no and i have call record. if my problm does not solve whithin 5 days i will file my complain in consumer forum. Because after 14 Feb blazer will b out of return.

    I purchased an expensive shirt for which I paid the amount by means of debit card but later on the item wasn't delivered nor I was refunded the amount even after complaining for a month to the cuatomer care.
    No initiative was taken regarding the issue even after several complaints throughout the month.
    I asked many a times to get the amount refunded since it was a prepaid order.

    Its a prepaid order and I have been complaining on this issue for a month at the customer care but no initiative has been taken.
    Neither the item is getting delivered nor the refund of the desired amount is being processed. After each call/mail they are saying it will take 1 more day and this way the entire month has passed !!

    I ordered a sweater and a jacket from Mantra.com..but I didn't like both the items after its delivery.So I returned both the items.My return was picked up on 28/12/2016(return no 19577525 and 19577483..but till now that is 24th January, 2017 I am not receiving my refund money.I am very disappointed.
    My order no.[protected]-7257201 has been delivered and the agent has picked up the item 1571302 from me on january 16 2017, since i have given the return order.Till now i didn't get the refund of the order.Please kindly consider this request and provide the refund.
    The delivery person came to deliver this order to me at my office but i was not having cash at the moment. Kindly arrange the delivery again immediately.

      I had ordered a Libas A-line kurta (order id[protected]-1651101) from Myntra on 5th Jan 2017. It was supposed to be delivered to me by 16th January 2017. Every time I am calling, since 16th, they are saying "it will be delivered to you within 48 hours" but I haven't received the product yet. I have called 11 times, I have spoken to their supervisor, no one could ensure the delivery. They didn't even bother to inform me that the delivery of the product might get delayed. Instead once one executive told me that if the product is lost in transit then "we can't help it... its a human error". It is ridiculous to call them day after day and get the same answers and no action. Moreover their helpline is not toll free so m being charged more than Rs20 every time m calling them. Kindly help by taking necessary actions.

        INCIDENT #[protected]
        I returned a product with return id 20027680 because the product quality is very bad and the colour is mismatched. It is picked up by myntra courier boy on 8th January 2017. However, they put the return on hold mentioning that the product is used. they asked me to provide product picture and everything.

        after all its been more than 20 days and I do not have any information regarding my refund.

        wrote several emails to customer executives but they are not aware of the issue and asking more time.
        this website is crap and fraud.

          I Raised Return Request for my unused product against Return Number[protected] . But when company's pick up boy comes to me he Denied for pickup and asked me to contact with Myntra Helpline . when i contacted on their contact no. then Myntra Helpline agent promised me that your product will be picked up soon (I have audio recording evidence for the same).

          After waiting for a long time there is no positive response from there end so I try to keep following regarding my Complaint through Myntra email or telephonic helpline. But the response which I have got after so long time that your return request is cancelled.

          Now they are telling me that this product can't be picked up as per their policy, if this thing is mentioned in their policy so why they asked me to send the images and why they promised me that your product will be picked up soon and you will get your refund.

          I have sent them all the required images and now they closed my Complaint this is the highest level of harassment.

            Then again I got message on 15 that your order are delay and deliver on 20.However on 19 January Again I got message that because of some issue your delay on 22 January.Today is 28 January still I don't get my product.However I already paid for it.The product is not on cash on delivery.

                I have not purchased this item but came across it while surfing through some items. It's an anklet with a cross on it. I am amazed at how myntra even allowed this item to be sold on its site. It's offensive and should be taken down completely.

                  It was myntra sale day. I was browsing thought handbags and I saw one I liked. I ordered it in 2nd of Jan. It came to me on 6th of Jan. When I opened the seal I came to know it was damaged from some parts. I called the customer care, they said it will surely be exchanged once the product will be in stock and said for a wait period of 2 weeks.I was in touch with them in between. I then called them on 23rd saying I don't want the exchange as it didn't came in stock rather I would prefer a refund of my money. They said me to attach images of the detect and images of bar code. I did the same and after 2 days I got a reply saying it have been through proper quality check and the damage is not from our side and they even cancelled my return request. It was 1.7k bag and now I am stuck with a defective bag that myntra is even denying to return. If it would be my fault I would have accepted it. But I got a defective bag and now I am stuck with it. Please if anyone seeing this help me out.

                    I had given the bank details either, yet their refund process has to take more than a week. Too much time. In Expanded description, It has been alot of time span i'm waiting for the refund, it shouldn't have taken such longer time to process it. Dull process and i expect it to be done in time, and not like half a month delay.

I have logged a complaint through call, but no use, still the products are not being picked. Everytime I call myntra executive I hear response saying that I won't need to call them back, but nothing happens.

                        Hi Team,

                        I placed an order of 1500 Bosini Jacket on 30th Dec 2017 and Mynra commit to placed on 11th Jan but i didnt get the same, again they gave me date19th and again i didnt received and they gave me 24 with 400 coupan.

                        The problem comes here that they are not able to placed my order till todat 25th jan.

                        I wasted my couple of hours and more than 100rs on the call as well so i want from your side that either give me more coupan or give more discount on the same product.

                        I know this is very cheap that i am asking for 100 rs but you cant give me the price of my hours so just finr to the Courier team and also i want your response in the form of MONEY because you cant give me apart from that also please do not apologies otherwise to be very honest before 1st of feb you will get the 2 notice

Please resolve this quickly or at least let me cancel the order. Being the leading fashion e market in India i expect a swift action on this blunder of yours.
                        It almost more than 12 days.. yet the pick up is not done.. this is so ridiculous on myntr's customer service. the called the customer care twice last week. N they said next day pick up will be I initiated yet no action. So much of follow up is required . Very poor service

                          December 30 I booked my order in myntra order no:[protected]-2442403... I received my ordered in 13 January... but the product is not good for me so I returned my order on 14 January return no:20267319... the problem is an still I am not receiving amount on my account...                               My name is Madhusudhan and I did an online shopping with Myntra on the 4th of Jan 2017. I logged in to Myntra with my gmail ID which is k.[protected]@gmail.com. I did some shopping and placed an order with my Gift Voucher and the remaining amount i paid with my credit card. After the payment, when it was redirected back to myntra i got a message that the transaction did not happen as one of the items which i ordered was Out of Stock. I immediately called the Myntra customer care and they told me that the amount to the Gift Voucher and the Credit Card would be refunded within 48 hours. It did refund back but only the credit card amount was refunded but not the Gift Voucher amount which is still pending. It's been almost a month now and still no response from the team. Could you please let me know when the Gift Voucher amount will be refunded back to my account?

                                I am Alankar Patil

                                On 18th December 2016 I tried to make order on Myntra.com by name of My sister Smita Patil. I didn't get any message and neither my order get placed. But my Rs.1057 has been deducted from my account,
                                I have that entry of amount get deducted from my bank account.

                                  Myntra have delivered my a defective product as mentioned in the below order.
                                  Athome by Nilkamal Black Wall Mirror-order 1035293~1925215~3250701 [Incident:[protected]].
                                  Myntra simply cheating by telling we did quality check before shipping the product. In that case they would have mentioned that defective products cannot accept returns in their website as we do quality check before shipping. So that customers who can trust them will buy products form them.
                                  They are not accepting return and decline to arrange refund.I lost my trust to buy online.
                                  And i am expecting my hard earned money refund from myntra.

                                        I bought a pair of sandals from myntra.com in August 2016 as per order no.[protected] dated 8th August 2016. I received it on 11th August 2016. I had some problems with it, so I placed a return request for it on 13th August, 2016 as per return no. 16149646.

                                        They collected the item, but cancelled my return request on 23rd August, 2016 without giving me any reason for the same. I called up their customer care a few times (phone number:[protected], but was told that the issue would be resolved in sometime. However, it did not till January 2017. I mailed them again on 11th Jan 2017, asking them to either refund the money or send me back the product. They promised to resolve the issue, but did not. Now they have stopped responding to my mails as well.

                                        As of today (24th Jan, 2017 1:08PM) the status is that they have my money Rs. 1393.41 and the product too and are not doing anything to resolve the issue.

                                        Now I only want my money back. Specifically not the product, because I am afraid they will send my a sub-standard product out of malice. It is a pair of sandals, which can be tampered with causing me to lose my balance and fall and get hurt severely (it has happened to me earlier, so I am particularly wary).

                                        I am attaching the chain of correspondence between them and me and request you to kindly sort out the matter at the earliest.

                                        into and fixed by 17/01/2017. However, it is past
                                        18/01/2017 and I have not had any further
                                        information regarding this. Nor has my amount
                                        been refunded.
                                        I request you to look into it and get back to me at
                                        the earliest.

                                        Hi,
                                        This is regarding order number[protected], item:
                                        Women off white and red striped wedges (size 4).
                                        I had placed a return request for this item
                                        because there was some problem with the fitting
                                        of the shoes. Following this, the item was duly
                                        collected from me and a Return ID 16149646
                                        generated for the same. However, for no reason
                                        whatsoever, the return request was declined. This
                                        mail is a part of the mail chain stating the same.
                                        I called up your customer care a couple of times,
                                        but no satisfactory explanation could be provided.
                                        They said that the problem would get resolved in
                                        sometime (some glitch somewhere). However, 6
                                        months gone and I am still awaiting my refund.
                                        The current status is that I paid up Rs. 1393.41 for
                                        a pair of shoes. At the moment, I DO NOT have
                                        the shoes, nor my money, nor any mail or
                                        intimation from Myntra regarding the same.
                                        In case the return request was declined, why was
                                        the item not sent back to me? You cannot keep
                                        both the product and the money. No satisfactory
                                        explanation was given as to why this return
                                        request was declined in the first place.
                                        Ironically, there was an exactly identical pair of
                                        shoes (in a different colour) in the same order id,
                                        whose return request was accepted and the
                                        amount promptly refunded.

                                        I have been a regular customer of Myntra's and I
                                        find this kind of service not up to your usual
                                        standards.
                                        I request that:
                                        1. Either the amount be immediately refunded to
                                        me, or
                                        2. The product be sent back to me right away.
                                        Your telephonic support has not helped me at all
                                        in this matter, so I am being forced to mail you.
                                        Please resolve the matter immediately.

                                        Hi,
                                        You assured me that this issue of nonrefund
                                        would be addressed in a day. However, even after 4 days, I see no
                                        updates or resolution of the same.
                                        Like I said before, if for your own good reasons you are not able to refund the amount, at least have the good sense
                                        to return my product. Right now I have paid myntra.com approximately Rs. 1500/for
                                        nothing. You have kept the my
                                        product and my money too. This longstanding
                                        issue has been pending for the last 6 months and you are still not
                                        treating it urgently.
                                        This shows extreme unprofessionalism at your end. Please take steps to immediately address this issue.
