Description :- i haven't got any notification regarding my refund that when i got my refund. i want my refund as fast as possible. i wrote atleast 8-9 back to back mails but yet i didn't get my refund. i ahve attached all the attachments below. so if i will not get my refund within 2-3 days it will not be good for you guys....

Firstly, the size chart on the site was all wrong . While it claimed that the item would be a 44 (shoulder width), it ended up being a 36

To make matters worse, the item came with no tag as well

When I requested for an exchange, the company refused it on the grounds that the TAG WAS AMISS.

They simply refused to understand my reasoning that I received...

The order was placed on 16th of October and was delivered on the 20th of October. On trying out the shoes, they didn't fit and didn't quite look good on me so I filed a return request on the very same day to return the product and get a refund.

I ordered two products from Myntra in July & August. Payed through a debit card and credit card respectively, . The return process alone took 1 month to be completed and since August, i have not received any update on the payment.

The Myntra send hundred details that they have processed the payment, etc however, my bank statement and credit card statement still shows that there is no payment done from their side....

I had bought a t shirt from myntra on 1st Aug 2016 Order no:[protected] and was delivered on 6th Aug 2016.Due to poor quality of product I placed a return request on 7th and the product was picked up within couple of days.Return no:16001988.It was picked up by shefa as on receipt contact no:[protected] as on receipt.Its been 3 months now and no refund yet....

The Company has delivered wrong product and even after requesting for returns/exchange. they have denied to collect the product as the delivered product is not matching their serial number which is obvious because of fault at their end i have got wrong product. I have tried to communicate with their customer care but have been so far unable to speak with their Representative.

I ordered a tshirt and a jeans on myntra on date 23 october. I got a message that i will get the delivery on 26 october. It's been a week, still no revert about product. I think the person is coming walking from bengaluru with my delievery. Very awful service for second time from myntra logistics. Myntra never made me down with its products delievery and quality. Hope you resolve it soon....

I orderd a pack of tshirt on october 6 but the size was inappropriate. So i opt returned and exchange option and i gt a responce from myntra that your product will be exchange till november 2 2016 but till now i didnt get my product exchanged and returned the inappropriate. I had selected the return option for a product i recently purchased as i did not like the same on 15th october 2016.

My product was picked up nearly after 14 days on 29th october 2016 by this courier service called shadowfax and he gave me an acknowledgement receipt as well.

However after few days i get another message from myntra saying that my pick up has been reassigned to a courier service...

I purchased a product from myntra on 2nd oct 2016 and paid for it in cash. 2nd time in a row Myntra delayed my order. I purchased products worth 15k and 11k with cash on delivery. Thank god i chose this option. They just dont seem to deliver what they promise. Customer service is robotic with their replies. Never buy stuff from there. Really bad experience. They may lose a customer and i know they don't care. But lemme tell you Myntra 1 + a few more and suddenly you will have hundreds.
