Earlier i have tried Try and Buy option in myntra where you first try the stuff that you order and pay only when you like something after trying at home.
myntra's website also clearly states that - i am attaching the screenshot that your website says - how does try and buy works

but today when i selected 2 Gas blazers 1174004 and 1174005 and selected try and buy, website is asking to pay the entire money of 14837 but the website clearly says fir 'try and buy' option means customer can try outfit at home and then only pay.

when i called customer care, they said company have changed the process and when i said then why the website states clearly that you dont have to pay upfront when you select try and buy option they didnt have any answer and refused to help.

      This following complaint was already posted but even after 17 days no refund. here -

      My name is Sachin, I had purchased a trouser from Myntra, Order No:[protected]-9267403
      Placed on Friday, January 06, 2017,

      ITEM PICKED UP Return No is: 20614880
      order return was processed on Thursday, January 19, 2017

      I had given the bank details either, yet their refund process has to take more than a week. Too much time. In Expanded description, It has been alot of time span i'm waiting for the refund, it shouldn't have taken such longer time to process it. Dull process and i expect it to be done in time, and not like half a month delay.

      Today its 4th feb, and nothing is done, totally annoyed with myntra, and in the future, i and everybody around me shall never prefer myntra ever. huge mistake.

        mene myntra pr return process click kiya.jeans pic krne 31 jan 2017 ko Ekart se jo bnda aya vo bolta h ki iske liye myntra se approvel lo.
        mene customer care pr baat ki too unhone btaya humne complaints daal di h.48 hours me product pick ho jayega pr abhi tak kuch ni hua.
        first time kisi shopping site pr mere sath ye incedent hua.
        mera 1 jeans ka order aur bhi h jo mujhe 11feb 2017 tak deliver hone h but m usse kase le paauga jb ye hi product asa nikla.
        pls help me.1100 rupees waste kr diye aur problem hui vo alag h

          Sir i have orderd a jens {order no[protected]-6023703} .from myntra on date 22 dec 2016. and i receved the product on date 26 dec 2016. and try it, that is unfit on me. so i creat retun reques on date 26 dec 2016 and send the product return{return id no.19542525} by self ship. then i receved a mail from myntra on date of 9 jan 2017 in that mail ihave a information about my request is declind due to quality check problem. so i call to myntra custmar care no. and he told me about rechaking about quality check. and then i again recived a mail from myntra on date 12 jan 2017 in that mail told me about re shipping my product to me. but then they did not provide me tracking id no. so i call again to custmer care again. then they did not give me the traking no. then to till day myntra custmer care cant give me the proper reason. where is my product and they didnt give me my product or money. so please give me justice. thank you

            I buy saree by that company found in 16/01/2017 and return to 17/01/2017 because my mind is changed then matter go to money refund but 15 days has gone but money not found, customer always take 24 to 48 hour complain solving time but it's fail once he told that your case solve in next day but not work, they have always take time but they were not working for solving the case for money refund.
            here i have also mention the pickup receive id:[protected]
            so please action that matter.

              I requested my return on 6th January, pickup of return was scheduled on 7th, It could not be picked up on 7th and then then on 8th January same guy picked it who contacted on 7th.
              I have not received my refund since then. neither getting any update on my return
              I try to call at [protected] and it says thta i am dialing a wrong number.
              This is unbelievable that Myntra's contact number updated on site is a wrong number.

              Then I tried to send email for my refund and it says failed retry.
              I am attaching the screenshot.
              Tell my Myntra how should I contact to inform you that you are holding my money for more than 25 days.

              Online shopping is suppose to be easy to contact for any such failure.

              I am extremely disappointed with Myntra. I need this to be sorted asap.

                I ordered 3 items a shirt a wallet and a top worth rs 1461.93..i have cancelled dis order om 18th of jan nd did not recieve till now ..whenever i call myntra i get same answer dat refund is initaiated from our side wait for 2 days bt dis waiting has been too long its been 14 days now ..no refund

                  For last one month follow up with Myntra did not work out, it is only after the complaint was filed with Indian consumer court online, I received their phone calls. As the shipment was untraceable they have cancelled my order and initiated the refund process.

                  However, mere cancellation of order is not acceptable as I have been following up with them daily since last one month. The mental touture that I underwent cannot be undone by way of refund.
                  an action should be taken against Myntra for the mental harrasment that was caused to me due to their negligence even after repetative remindersand wastage of my time, energy and money.

                    Order Placed:Thursday, January 05, 2017
                    1 shoe number 9 for my father was OK in fitting other other 2 items ordered for myself were requested for return as the fitting was not proper .
                    The guy who came to collect the 2 items, he took 1 clarks sleeper for return & left other one Red tape shoe & asked us to click a photograph & send to you, its totally unused & in the same condition it was delivered
                    We are trying to post the photograph in your Myntra application since that day but there is no such option to post the photograph & have waisted a lot of time on it,
                    Finally someone told us to get the number of the guy from ur text message sent to us, he gave us ur email id now I'm sending pic of shoe which u can see is in perfect condition
                    Please advise ur staff to collect the shoe for return

                      ML[protected] is the tracking number. Day in day out calling you people to cancel my order because you ppl failed to deliver it. Till now u ppl are not cancelling the order nor are u delivering it. Its just one blank answer all time, Give me 2 days to solve this and this two days are now accumulated to almost 16 days now. Giving money was easy and taking them back is impossibe from them. If somebody could just explain me what is happening about my order and just cancel it would help me save my time and my phone bills. Thank you.

                      I am not able to return the product received from Myntra because the status in their website reflects that the product is yet to be received by the customer that is me in their website. Contacted their customer support but still they are yet to change the status from yet to receive to received, only then I will be able to return the product.

                      There is an option of confirming the order Confirm delivery of your order to create a return request. Just that thing maybe this could help.

                        Your delivery boy refused to accept my item which I applied for return. He seemed less interested in performing his duties. He just had some trouble locating me based on that he fully being frustrated declined to accept the shoes on the ground that it was used. I totally disagree with him. The shoes has not been used I assure myntra . Not because of this inconvenience I cannot return the item . For which my money is stuck with faulty product. I feel cheated. I tried contacting myntra but their services are down and I can't even email them from the app

                          I Already Return the product of Gegua -Pink Crepe Line kurta as on dt- 18.01.2017 . The Status is picked up successfully still I don’t have get my refund of Rs. 520.51 .Even as per return policy it should be credited to bank account if online payment did within 4 TO 7 days . I called in customer care but there is no any reason knows by executive. Please let me know what is status of my refund at earliest.

                                So this is regarding a order i placed on 3rd Jan 2017, and was expected to be deliverd by 11thJan 2017. Its been a month now and still its not yet delivered. I contacted the customer care twoce, but didnt get any update from them regarding my order. This is unexpectable. Atleast if you are unable to fullfill my order, you should inform me or if there is any other cause.

                                  I ordered one w kurta on myntra and I raised for a return for that product.
                                  I raised minimum 8 complaints thru myntra customer care by calling them for picking the product after 4pm as this is my first purchase. Every time they will say as this time it will be picked after 4 pm but up to now its not done.

                                  For giving the product they have courier service after 4pm but for pick up they don't have the service.

                                  They mentioned in the mytra app as easy return I am suffering from last 20 days with first purchase.

                                  I suggest every one don't go for myntra as there courier service is not acceptable at all.

                                    Size of jeans is too large so i want to return that item but they refused because of a mark on jeans. The jeans was delivered on 29 jan at 7:00 pm. And returnig time is 39 jan at 12:00 pm but still they refused please help sir from this scam. Them item is as it as they delivered. They don't send proper size which was odered they send very big size. I really disappointed from myntra

                                      We have not recieved the Order No:[protected]-2296801 from Myntra Inspite of multiple calls to Customer Care. What the ridiculous is Myntra site shows that product is delivered. How can it be shown as delivered when there is not Customer Signature. i havent recieved a refund neither any confirmation from there side. I would lie to escalate this to higher level

                                      Amount was deducted on[protected]
                                      Rs.4118 were debited from my bank account when I placed an order. On myntra it showed that the payment has been cancelled by bank. It hasn't been credited back since. I have sent 3 emails from their site and they havn't replied. Also the no. they have provided is always busy.

                                        I ordered a black grey Harvard Charcol Blazer but i recieved Invictus Company blazer which is totaly differ from my order. I recieved it on 14 January. On 17 January i file a return request. Till than i am calling everyday at your phon no [protected]. Each day your exicutives satisfy me that my problm will b solved but result is zero. Ujjain Ecart Hub need a mail from you for picking the product. I called 10 times at your no and i have call record. if my problm does not solve whithin 5 days i will file my complain in consumer forum. Because after 14 Feb blazer will b out of return.
