I ordered a navy blue girl dress from myntra on 22 Jan 2107 which was delivered on 6 Feb 2107. I did not liked the girl dress so I returned it . I haven't got my money (rs 714) back after returning product on 6 Feb 2017. so return ur item
I have been complaining everywhere but not getting response . I have attached the

dear myantra...its not a wear and tear issue...it is a damp
product...if you are not return this product then i have to submit
a complaint in consumer forum and take help of media like news channel
and news papers with this shoe and your mail...

    I ordered a leather jacket from myntra on 22 Jan 2107 which was delivered on 25 Jan 2107. I did not liked the stuff of leather jacket so I returned it . I haven't got my money (rs 2079 ) back after returning product on 27 jan 2017.
    I have been complaining everywhere but not getting response . I have attached the documents.

      I had ordered 2 products from myntra. And after receiving i thought of returning those 2 products. And raised the request for returning. And returned 2 products on 23rd JAN 2017. But money that should be refund to my account has still not credited. I had called the myntra guy who had come for receiving the products. But he could not give me the proper information regarding the same. So requesting you to please look into the issue and refund the amount.

      I have filed a return on 13 January 2017 till today the return is queue. i m waiting to get it exchange and have my money back. myntra has really shown a reckless attitude toward customer. its become such a pain to wait for return. atleast pick up the customer care number.

        For last one month follow up with Myntra did not worked out, it is only after the complaint was filed with Indian consumer court online, I received their phone calls. As the shipment was untraceable they have cancelled my order and initiated the refund process.

        However, mere cancellation of order is not acceptable as I have been following up with them daily since last one month. The mental touture that I underwent because of them is far more then just refund of my money.

        I want compensation from Myntra for the mental harrasment that was caused to me due to their negligence even after repetative reminder and wastage of my time, energy and money.
        I placed an order of four kurtas amounting Rs 4321. The amount got debited twice from my sbi acoiunt but no order was place. Please revert back with a solution . It's a big amount. I want my money back and the order to be placed at the same time as you have charged me twice. Do something about it as fast as possible.

          Hello Team

          The order for FREE & YOUNG: Women Blue Solid Shirt Dress: Code: 1625469 was placed on 28th Jan and I received the product on 1st Feb
          The dress when I tried was quiet cozy and fitted one so I didn't though of returning (although the stuff/fabric was not up to the mark)
          However on Saturday when I wore this dress a small movement in my arms (right side) resulted in tearing off of the sleeves. Trust me this was not from the stitched area, it was as if the fabric is of low quality or very old one.
          Guys I agree that this was bought during sale period but please also understand that less amount is not the only factor for buying the products.
          The dress costed me Rs 613.00 which is again not a small amount.

          I am really very much unsatisfied by the product quality, I really don't know what to do with this product.

          Consider this as a genuine concern. I am sharing this because never there has been any such issue regarding product quality, I am a very regular and frequent customer of Myntra and above all this dress I bought because I liked the pattern of the dress.
          Please see if you can exchange this dress, I admit that I have worn this dress but now its like a scrap for me.

            I have submitted an item return request. Got the message that it is accepted.. Daily getting the message in the morning that item pick up is on the way and till the end of the day it will be picked. And in the night getting the message it was attempted but was nt successful.. They do not contact me and daily sending messages.. I called on the mentioned number bt nt able to talk to anyone inspite of waiting for five minutes... Getting irritated.. Tell me the solution..

              I ordered almost 15 Product, as they committed online will deliver by within 7 days, but they are delaying almost more than month, whenever I tried to contact with them, they always gave me excuses. and they show me attitude.Really pathetic service. Better choose Amazon or Flipcart, actually they deliver on or before time as they committed. I will never going to order again.

              I have ordered some Item on 20th Jan on Myntra, and it is expected to deliver by 27th Jan. On 27th Jan The order got cancelled by them without informing me and reason they are telling that Item returned to origin.

              I didn't get any call regarding the same for delivery.

                  I had ordered for raindrop yellow stripe sleeveless top vide order no.1036943-[protected]. However, the product delivered was completely different. The product code on the invoice and the product tag were completely different. We initiated exchange for this wrong product on 22/jan/2017. The correct product was brought by the courier person. However, on seeing the exchange product in different color, the courier person refused to give the correct product. Thereafter, we have made numerous calls to myntra.com customer service, who is only seeking 48 hrs timelines and we get an email stating denial of exchange. Even after sending them the photographs of the product, product tag and invoice, they are only repeatedly sending us back the same denial message although from various customer service executives.

                    One of the worst CC service..I have been contacting these guys since one month for my exchange orders, but always they have the same answer that it will be done within 2 days and after that i do not get any information regarding about my orders...
                    They have stopped replying to my messages even in chat..
                    i am just tired to take the follow up for my own paid products...
                    Their CC service is of no use...
                    They do not even show the exact date when my exchange would be done..
                    I have already given them a plenty of time but it seems contacting them has absolutely no sense when they are not updating the customers with the exact date and right information.
                    Worst experience with myntra..

                      Earlier i have tried Try and Buy option in myntra where you first try the stuff that you order and pay only when you like something after trying at home.
                      myntra's website also clearly states that - i am attaching the screenshot that your website says - how does try and buy works

                      but today when i selected 2 Gas blazers 1174004 and 1174005 and selected try and buy, website is asking to pay the entire money of 14837 but the website clearly says fir 'try and buy' option means customer can try outfit at home and then only pay.

                      when i called customer care, they said company have changed the process and when i said then why the website states clearly that you dont have to pay upfront when you select try and buy option they didnt have any answer and refused to help.

                          I had given the bank details either, yet their refund process has to take more than a week. Too much time. In Expanded description, It has been alot of time span i'm waiting for the refund, it shouldn't have taken such longer time to process it. Dull process and i expect it to be done in time, and not like half a month delay.

                          Today its 4th feb, and nothing is done, totally annoyed with myntra, and in the future, i and everybody around me shall never prefer myntra ever. huge mistake.

                              Sir i have orderd a jens {order no[protected]-6023703} .from myntra on date 22 dec 2016. and i receved the product on date 26 dec 2016. and try it, that is unfit on me. so i creat retun reques on date 26 dec 2016 and send the product return{return id no.19542525} by self ship. then i receved a mail from myntra on date of 9 jan 2017 in that mail ihave a information about my request is declind due to quality check problem. so i call to myntra custmar care no. and he told me about rechaking about quality check. and then i again recived a mail from myntra on date 12 jan 2017 in that mail told me about re shipping my product to me. but then they did not provide me tracking id no. so i call again to custmer care again. then they did not give me the traking no. then to till day myntra custmer care cant give me the proper reason. where is my product and they didnt give me my product or money. so please give me justice. thank you

                                I buy saree by that company found in 16/01/2017 and return to 17/01/2017 because my mind is changed then matter go to money refund but 15 days has gone but money not found, customer always take 24 to 48 hour complain solving time but it's fail once he told that your case solve in next day but not work, they have always take time but they were not working for solving the case for money refund.

                                  I requested my return on 6th January, pickup of return was scheduled on 7th, It could not be picked up on 7th and then then on 8th January same guy picked it who contacted on 7th.
                                  I have not received my refund since then. neither getting any update on my return
                                  I try to call at [protected] and it says thta i am dialing a wrong number.
                                  This is unbelievable that Myntra's contact number updated on site is a wrong number.

                                  Then I tried to send email for my refund and it says failed retry.
                                  I am attaching the screenshot.
                                  Tell my Myntra how should I contact to inform you that you are holding my money for more than 25 days.

                                  Online shopping is suppose to be easy to contact for any such failure.

                                  I am extremely disappointed with Myntra. I need this to be sorted asap.

                                        Order Placed:Thursday, January 05, 2017
                                        1 shoe number 9 for my father was OK in fitting other other 2 items ordered for myself were requested for return as the fitting was not proper .
                                        The guy who came to collect the 2 items, he took 1 clarks sleeper for return & left other one Red tape shoe & asked us to click a photograph & send to you, its totally unused & in the same condition it was delivered
                                        We are trying to post the photograph in your Myntra application since that day but there is no such option to post the photograph & have waisted a lot of time on it,
                                        Finally someone told us to get the number of the guy from ur text message sent to us, he gave us ur email id now I'm sending pic of shoe which u can see is in perfect condition
                                        Please advise ur staff to collect the shoe for return

                                        Greetings !
                                        I purchased 3 items from you vide Order No.:[protected]-4254603
                                        Order Placed:Thursday, January 05, 2017
                                        1 shoe number 9 for my father was OK in fitting other other 2 items ordered for myself were requested for return as the fitting was not proper .
                                        The guy who came to collect the 2 items, he took 1 clarks sleeper for return & left other one Red tape shoe & asked us to click a photograph & send to you, its totally unused & in the same condition it was delivered
                                        We are trying to post the photograph in your Myntra application since that day but there is no such option to post the photograph & have waisted a lot of time on it,
                                        Finally someone told us to get the number of the guy from ur text message sent to us, he gave us ur email id now I'm sending pic of shoe which u can see is in perfect condition
                                        Please advise ur staff to collect the shoe for return
