I have ordered a sweatshirt from Myntra.com on 18th Dec 2016, but that was oversized so their customer care told me to return the product instead of exchanging it. But when I asked for pick up the ordered product as per their policy then they denied that they don't have pickup facility at my address . they asked me to send the product by Indian post and they will reimburse the amount along with postal charges. I sent the product to the address provided by them but the address was insufficient as per Indian Post ( Shown in Consignment Tracking system) I told the same to Myntra team and asked them to provide the pickup facility and reimburse my amount with postal charges but they are taking the issue lightly and ignoring the issue from last 20 days. They are not providing any solution instead just stretching the issue longer and longer. You are kindly requested to look into the matter.

Did not receive my order no.[protected]-8081803 for 4 shirts. mOney already paid.
It was ordered on 3rd Jan, expected to receive by 10th Jan.
Then they changed date to 12th Jan, and then made 16th Jan.
The date shown in website is 12th Jan but I have not received my order. Also the website mentions it has been in Bangalore since 10th Jan.
Today is 16th and I have no update of my order.
I called to customer care and no results.

Already returned half a month ago, no refund, just says processing. Myntra app and website doesn't let me contact them, no direct email services are active(and without a customer support email they are selling products? REALLY?) and there is no other way to contact, unable to send email or make active calls.
When would I get refund? I don't think that I'm going to shop at Myntra again if you do this to your loyal and honest customers.

Myntra is the most pathetic online e-commerce portal. I ordered 3 shirts nd a Jean on 5th Jan 17 nd it was supposed to b delivered on 12th. I got a txt nd email that the person is out for delivery. But this person never called me nd I was told later when I called myntra that I did not recieve their call nd due to number o[censored]nsuccessful attempts my order has been cancelled. So now myntra can shove is order up their ###. Never order from myntra. Seriously these guys are not worth our money and time.

I ordered a dress on 3rd of January. It was scheduled to "deliver" on 13th. But due to myntra's carelessness and 3rd grade attitude, it has not been DISPATCHED yet.
The reason why Amazon is far ahead of myntra is they know how to treat their customers well and on time delivery. I've even called and told them three times, yet they aren't taking any steps towards delivering it. ASHAMED OF MYNTRA. YOU SUCK.

I ordered two pair of shoes on 3rd Jan, 2017 having order no.[protected]-5494103) which was 2 be delivered by 'delivery courier services' tracking id[protected] on or before 13th Jan, 2017 till today i.e 15th Jan, 2017 i didn't receive my parcel . And even the courier service dont even bother to contact me for their delay. I want my product to be delivered as soon as possible coz such type of miscounduct is against ur business ethics.

Also i want 2 state that this was my first order on myntra.com

Fabric strands are pulled out at 4 places..highly disappointed by d product..a defective piece..want n urgent replacement as myntra has failed its commitment...dis is sheer cheating..d product dat is delivered to d customwr should atleast be in perfect form..after dis experience i would make sure dat no one of d people known to me use myntra to make any purchases..d condition of d torn fabric at multiple places does not leave d jeggings fit to be worn at all

I purchased a pair of silver shoes from myntra in october, which i worn only twice and within two months of purchase the product has wearing out. The skin of the shoe has started chipping off from all edges, with this kind product delivery and quality how can you expect customer loyalty.Why would i buy any other product from your portal when the product doesn't even last a considerable period of time.This makes your inventory questionable and your product quality atrocious.The suggestion is to improve your service, quality, taste of business partners and customer service.

I have placed a order on myntra on firstly they placed my order and sended me email that your order has been confirmed and will be deliver to you on delivery date and after 5 days on one day before my delivery date they cancelled my order without my permission by giving excuses that it failed in quality check and then they changed the price of product and also converted my loyalty points which is equal to money into coupons
so i sended them email that this kind of false thing will not be accepted and I will take legal action but they havent responded for solution they are just giving excuses they wasted my time and money both and now they are saying for placing new order now the price of product is increased
If have placed order successfully its my right to receive my order on time its is according to consumer protection act 1986 we right in decision making related to consumer interest and without consumer permission you can't take decision

I darshna ordered tweens brand 3 packs of bra and one more item with total price of items 920 which one order no is[protected]-1087103 but when i received my order than i received tweens brand 3 pack of bra and another item but in them two tweens bra are defective there strips are defective so i want to refund my money in [protected](SBI) a/c no and return them or eiher u can ex-change them with non defective product with size 34D because they are useless for me boz they are not in condition to wear so plz take any action.

I order two product ie. Jeans. 1st product is shiped and 2nd product order cancle by myntra. I call customer care of myntra but they not help me. I want justice and my order. I think that myntra is good but now this day i know myntra is bad. Please give my order with the price that i order. My order number is[protected]-2731101.

I ordered a jeans whose Expected delivery was on 5 January.Today is 13 January and now they are not delivering the order to the delivery address.They want me to collect the order from some office 12-15kms (within 24Hrs)away from my house.I have no means to go there.
I did not like the service.
What should I do now?
I want it to be delivered to the given address.

They said I'll get it on 9th
Then I got a text from Myntra that it's ready for delivery
Then I called that delivery boy he was like I'll bring it tomorrow
Then I said okay but I needed much surely because on 10th it was my birthday
So I was waiting n a bit excited
But that fellow didn't brought
N he was like u n come to our office at some area he told
I said now it's not possible for me
Then he said I'll bring it tomorrow morning surely
N the from the next day he isn't lifting the calls n still I didn't get my shoes wtf is this

I have order Duke Stardust Men Solid Pack of 2 Polo T-Shirts from myntra I have order L size but I have received one product was M size and L size was also very short and quality was not good I have eranged the return pickup but myntra was not accepting and arranging the return pickup and not initiating the refund money also... facing very bad experience with myntra returns and refund... I have ordered some product from flipkart n Amazon it would not happens in Amazon n flipkart, snapdeal ...

I ordered a pair of woodland shoe, though the parcel reached the destination it was failed to delivered by corriour sk logistics, shillong, meghalaya . When I enquired I was told that it has already been returned just attempting once . That day I was surprised to waited in that courier office for almost two hours as it open only at 12:00 noon. Not only that, it happen on three or four occasions earlier . So my request is if you are to make delivery in shillong meghalaya kindly find some other better delivery office. Thank you

I have ordered a jeans pant and denim shirt on 5.1.17 and today is 12.1.17, 8 days already overed but the product is not moving. Shirt was shipped to third party in Mumbai and till date it is in Mumbai and jeans pant was dispatched from mumbai to siliguri where it reached on 10.1.17 and till date its on siliguri. When i have called to customer care they inform me that you will get your product by the last promised date. But i want to inform you that while ordering it shows a date and after completing the order again the date is changed to next date and after shipping again its being change then you say how to trust them they are not taking care of their customer and giving the reason that sale is going on. But suprised to inform you the product i have purchased or other item also giving at same rate on other day also. All other online shopping partners take maximum 6-7 days or maximum 10 days in some case. So, kindly solve my issue for earlier delivery as they are no responding because at first they told me that you will get your product by 8 day so, look into the matter at top priority as i have purchase it for some special occassion.

I returned two product in oct Nd nov, 1st return no 18057387 Alba Black Slim Fit T-Shirt on 10/28/2016 2016 RUPEE 408 AND SECOND return no is 18387322 Alba Maroon Slim Fit T-Shirt on 11/10/2016 rupees 314. I was already gave my bank detail and all information to myntra but i did not receive my refund till date and i mailed them many times but i didn't get any response

Hello Team,

Order was placed on 8th Jan 2016 of multiple shipments.
As per the promised date 12th Jan two deliveries were expected today ie 12th Jan .

As per the discussion with Customer Care executive: Adil : these two product are available in Mumbai Warehouse, then why there is daily of delivery of products.

We order the products to get them at our places at earliest on time.. if you guys cant serve this purpose, then its better to go in shops and buy .

Hope I will get all my 7 shipments at earliest after posting complaint here on portal. Orerlse this posting will be hopeless the way talking to customer care was of no use, as they don't help you in anyway by doing followups with internal team.

I am really fed up . I wanted to refund my clothes and while initiating it i have wrongly entered my 16 digit debit card no. instead of my bank account no. which i have told them more then 10 times and they have been fooling me since 3 months that they will get back to me in 10 days with a solution which is repeatedly that i have to contact with my bank and my bank replies that they have nothing to do with it. I don't want to indulge in any sort of conversation i just ant my refund.

I have ordered Puma Men Navy & Black Atom ... (Order No. :[protected]-0948101) which has been shipped through Myntra logistics and will be delivered to me by 13 Jan 2017. The Myntra logistics tracking code is ML[protected].
But now it is showing that it will not be delivered.
So please check and make sure that the product get delivered to me on time.
