    I am order a product by Myntra.
    The order delivered by ekart.
    delivered wrong product firstly. When I give return to your delivery man he is do scam to me.
    My return date is 19 October 10:30AM pick up is done.
    But this guy not approve my order to Myntra. And i am suffering big problem. And i am not happy with your service. And i also complaint in Myntra or others

      I received the product yesterday (22/10/22). After that i tried the product but it wasn't my fit & i was not satisfied with the quality so i repacked the dress as i was before and applied for return and refund. They picked up my product on 23/1022. I didn't even wear that for 30mins. But now it's showing failed in quality check and refund is on hold. This is impossible to failed in quality check because i didn't even used it and packed after one try and even packed with every pin and paper it came with. Kindly Please recheck my product and initiate refund process. Thank you.

          I ordered a Anouk dress from Myntra for Diwali occasion but instead of it i received a Tokyo talkies tshirt from Myntra. I created a return request for the same (Tokyo talkies tshirt)since it is not what i ordered (Anouk pink and orange dress).But Myntra has rejected my return request claiming that they have shipped the correct product but since I have not received the ordered product I tried to seek help from the myntra help center many times but didn't get any help. I called on their customer care number several times but they kept disconnecting my calls and when finally my call got answered I asked the executive to connect my call with his senior but he made me wait for hours by hanging up my calls and then later on he disconnected my call . This is so unprofessional and their behaviour towards their customers is so rude .So shopping on Myntra has become a waste of time and money, I want my refund as soon as possible because I will not suffer because of their poor service. I'm sure that I don't wanna do this online shopping thing again on myntra, since they do not value their customer this is unacceptable and so much disappointing.I am sharing the images of product i have received with you Please help me and do the needful.             I have received my order (ID[protected]-3843901) for Puma Men Black Dryflex Sneakers Size UK7 on 01.10.2022 but the shoes did not fit my foot, so I went for an exchange of Size UK8 on 02.10.2022. The exchange item was supposed to be deliver on 09.10.2022 but to my surprise on 09.10.2022 at 3.33 PM I received a message that my Exchange is put on Hold as it did not pass the quality check. I was unable to understand that without visiting my house and observing the product by the delivery agent, how can the product Exchange be put on hold on issue of QUALY CHECK.
            (This shows yours's intention to harasses the customer)

            After this incident I complain to customer care and requested for RETURN of the product if not exchangeable on 13.10.2022. On 14.10.2022 I received a message the the Exchange request is canceled Due to an INTERNAL ISSUE and My RETURN request for the item was successfully placed. On 15.10.2022 the delivery agent after carefully observing the product picked the product from my residence at 2.30 PM and at 7.11 PM I received a message that RETURN IS PUT ON HOLD as it did not pass the quality check. There after I made a several complain to customer care executive but till date I have not received any perfect solution to my issue.

            Kindly look into this matter on priority basis and get my product Returned or Exchanged which ever is possible.

              I had ordered 2 amazefit watches from Myntra Order ID # 1217373 [protected] showing has delivered but not received.i raised complaint with Myntra issue id IN[protected] and their logistic supervisor contacted me we saw the cctv footage which clearly showed parcel not delivered.the logistic supervisor told me that he has emailed Myntra for my refund and it has been misplaced on their side.I am contacting daily Myntra and they are telling me 24 hours waiting since onct 16. Also they are fraudulently marking has issue resolved on their app which i have to reopen the issue and wait for 24 hours again.

                Refund not initiated after 48 hours

                Dear sir/madam

                I made an order from Myntra company on 18th October 2022. While making the payment I chose the option of payment through UPI and completed the payment.

                The payment was successfully done with UPI Reference number :[protected].
                But when I checked the order details the mode of payment was showing as pay on delivery even though I had already paid for it.

                I checked my bank...

                Order ID # 1217467 [protected]... I have a product from Myntra but received a different product..i raised a request request they have put it on hold... By not accepting my return I have also raised a complaint with Myntra with this complaint no. IN[protected]
                They are now giving just excuses..

                  I ordered one denim jacket from Myntra. They sent me wrong product. when I raise exchange the delivery boy come and go back and told me we will sent tomorrow. this is not done.. if we trust on online shopping... how can they send wrong product & behave rude with us.

                    I had placed an order at Myntra for a dress from Zalora Works with Order ID # 1217799 [protected]. This dress was so horrible in fit and quality that I raised I return the very day I recieved it. The product was returned on the next day with intact tags and in the same bag it came. Despite the short duration within which I returned the product Myntra declined my return citing quality issues. The funny part is I had raised the return for this exact reason- quality and fit issues. They are now reshipping this good for nothing dress to me and refusing to refund the amounts due to me. The customer executives have poor knowledge on the process..they keep harping about raising a complaint after the product is reshipped to me for reinvestigation. But where is the logic in this ?? I demand a refund.

                      I had returned the product on 1st Sep 2022. Return Id: [protected].
                      From the time till date it’s been 1 and half months I have not received my refund. After raising so many complaints and escalations, they haven’t refunded my money. Despite giving false promises that the money will be refunded, they haven’t given me the refund. I am harassed by this customer care . Despite sharing all details of the product being picked up, tracking no. etc. they are not giving the refund.

                        I added my 1000 to myntra credits tfor shopping but when i tried shopping no product was serviceable to my location i tried multiple sellers non of them were providing service to my location so i called support of myntra Ms Nidhi spoke to me i told her i am not able to place the order aske her to refresh my location or give my money back she said not possible i asked multiple times for same she didnt provide proper resolution i asked her if post deactivation will my amount refunded to me she said yes i will raise complaint and she raised complaint to deactivate and refund but amt didn't refunded Accont deactuvated ..I called again Ms Bhavana spoke she said nidhi raised wrong complaint she didnt mentioned about refund and only account deactivated so bhavana raised complaint again for refund she said within 48hrs i will be receiving my refund but post 48 hrs no one is ready to help they just denying that it will not be refunded pls look into this it is very pathetic these platforms are just looting the people.

                          I’ve ordered two products, in which Myntra declined to return and also I’ve faced this issue many consequences just because of their courier agents . My product was in good condition their agents have falsely reported that my product was damaged although they didn’t even came to pickup so i complained but myntra declined my complaints. Also
                          I have shared the pics of the products, it’s in good state .
                          And this is not happening for the first time but for the 3rd time . And I suffer losses just because of their poor services .

                            No delivery boy has contacted me, even if I haven't shared OTP as well to anyone.my item was prepaid.

                            My complain should be resolved by 21st nov, whenever I'm trying to connect with customer service all the time they are mentioning within 24 hrs it will be resolved, today date is 25th nov.
                            Very bad service from Myntra if customer is facing the problem, next time will boycott Myntra for purchasing any order.

                              The order is showing as in Transit in app.However received physically the items and I want to return.
                              I had paid by card but delivery person took Cash on Delivery and told for return I need to apply seperately.
                              This was my personal 1st shopping from Myntra and with this bad experience wherein I cannot even easily reach out to Myntra person for contact . This is a veryyyyy bad experience.
                              Can someone please call me urgently as I am not sure what is the status and I want to get refund

                                  I had ordered three ishin dresses as follows:
                                  1. Yellow floral dress
                                  2. Women Orange Schiffli Pure Cotton
                                  3. Yellow Ethinc Motifs embroided.

                                  Out of the three dresses ordered mentioned above against Order ID : 1217130 [protected], Surprisingly None of them got delivered. Instead some other product was delivered which i had not ordered. After this i had raised a complaint on the Myntra App on 14/10/2022 but no revert was received. On 15/10/2022 i called on customer care and i was told we are working on your request but still nothing has been done from your end. I have sent multiple emails on [protected]@myntra.com but no revert has been received. On 16/10/2022, I was shocked to see that you had cancelled my order without my consent and initiated the refund. I had again put an email stating that i never asked for refund instead i had only asked for delivering the product that I had paid for as mentioned in the message above but still no revert has been received. Today on 16/10/2022, i had called customer care and spoke to Shweta and Aditi who could not provide me with any proper response and kept saying we are looking into the matter. Also, they had kept my call on hold for good 15 minutes each. After wasting my time I was given an answer that we are processing your refund and are sorry for the inconvenience. To this i had again replied, ”I don’t want any refund, Just deliver the correct product that i paid for”. In response, i was again asked said that we are processing your refund and you can order the same product again. However, I can’t do that right now as the size is not available anymore. The issue regarding the size was also shared with your customer service executives but they said we can’t do anything and are sorry and also your refund is being initiated. Again, my order was showing cancelled without my permission. My question to you is, How can you cancel the order without my permission and when I’m asking you to deliver the correct product I’ve ordered then why can’t that be done????
                                  Also, you have delivered the wrong product to me and now are easily running away from this situation and have harassed me to the level that i have lost all confidence in your services. You can check that I’m your elite customer and doing something like this to me is a very common thing at your end i suppose.
                                  I once again request you to deliver the correct product at the earliest. Don’t cancel the order without my permission.

                                      I had ordered a dress(street 9, beige colour) which was delivered to me on 23rd september by Myntra. I tried the dress out but due to quality issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return and it was picked up on 10th October. No tags were torn or anything that came with the product. I even preserved the package it came. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check". I called up the customer care and they informed me that according to quality check "the product has been used". I can swear i have not used the product. Even the product which was returned back was in the original condition as it came. No tag was torn, no zippers were broken, there was no stain, no odour, nothing. It was perfectly new. It was very surprising to me Myntra would do such a thing. On top of that they are not refunding my money which is a Rs 1k+ costly dress. I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing.

                                      Now i feel like i have been cheated. Now i have a product with me which i don't want and not only can i not return back but my money has been taken and not refunded. In the app it is mentioned 30 days easy refund but I am not getting back my refund. Moreover i am made to go through false accusations and wrongfully cheated. What if it was a defective product? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! I want the refund.

                                      I raised complaint. They escalated my issue, saying reinvestigation will be done, but they did not take back the product for reinvestigation. According to them they will reinvestigate on basis of "images they already had". After continuous follow ups, they asked me for pictures of the product. I uploaded the pictures clearly showing that the product condition is good as new. Next day(16th October) they closed the case without prior communication to me, with the same message "product has been used, be sure to not tear any tags before returning".

                                      Now i feel cheated, exhausted and humiliated after chasing the issue for so long, that too for no reason of my own. More over my money seems to be gone now.
