I am registered and active user on Myntra.com.

They suspended my account without my permission and also cancelled my orders.

I have called to customer care but they disconnect after few minutes. I have tried 5 times in 30 minutes (I have recording too).

To activate my account they asked for Government proof (adhaar card/voter card, etc...).

Why Myntra need my government proof to activate account. I don't understand and it is irrelevant.

Hoping for help.

    I placed an order of a pair of van Heusen sandals and it was delivered to me on 25th September. It was really loose on me so I had placed for a return the same day. The return was picked up the next day and the delivery boy checked the sandals with all the tags for 2-3mins and later approved. The product was successfully picked up. Next I receive a message from Myntra today that the return has been declined because it didn’t pass the quality check. On calling them they wasted my 1hr and told me that the tags are missing. When the delivery boy picked it up he checked everything and all the tags were present. I am not supposedly to know what happened to the sandals after handling it over to him. This is complete harassment. I want my refund because the sandals are fitting me and hence it’s of no use keeping them. Myntra should be banned forever. This is complete harassment.

        I placed an order worth 2759 rupees on myntra and paid it through paytm wallet, my money was deducted but my orders were not placed what should I do??

          I bought a total of 5 items from Myntra. The issue is with the cancellation of 1 product among the 5. Name of product is: "WROGN Men Grey Self Designed Slim Fit Stretchable Jeans".

          I had raised a return request on approx. 13th September 2022. The product was picked up from my doorstep and verified, and later the return was cancelled by Myntra courier on 15th September 2022. The reason produced was "Quality Issue". According to the courier, the product's name in myntra.com says "Grey Jeans", but the returned product had color "Black" written in the brand tag. I had contacted them and explained that the product I received had the color "Black" mentioned in the tag, but Myntra is advertising it as "Grey Jeans" which is not my fault and that I had returned the exact product I received. My return was cancelled anyway, and I was told that the product would be re-shipped to me within 48 hours.
          I never received the product back, despite raising multiple complaints with the customer care. So now, the situation is, my return was cancelled, I never got any refund and neither did I receive the product back. Please help me resolve this issue. All I want is a refund against my return.

            Yesterday I couldn’t receive the order as i was busy but later at evening I called that agent several times and he said that he will deliver it again tomorrow by 1 pm and he said that he will send otp number to me and give that otp to him
            I said as he said i gave him that otp but later i got to know that he canceled my order by using that otp
            I didn’t want to cancel my order. Then when i called him to deliver my order he used slang words with me, he said it’s wrong number this and that. Is this the way you treat with customers? His number is +[protected]
            Please punish him and deliver my order

                Returned products amount around 2200 refunded to Myntra credit. I had choosen the option because money will be credited on that day. Now Myntra showing that your money was expired. With out prior notice how they will expire my money. Please help me to get back my money. I will be very thankful to Myntra

                  It’s been a month since i have ordered ( order id # 1213915 [protected]) trendyol grey straight jeans they are testing my patience giving me hard time by keeping me in dark to wait 24 hours more since a month. They really need to pay for this unprofessional behaviour.

                    I have order my product on 1st of September and it’s going to be a month since they are telling me to wait 24 hours more since 1 month…they really giving me hard time by testing my patience…literally they have been telling me to wait 24 hours since 10 calls which i hv made…they really meed to be scold on this

                      I would like to highlight faced by me as a customer from the customer service till manager along with courier services.

                      I received a product on 8th Skechers and informed myntra that i received different model and color of shoes as brand is same.

                      Myntra open an investigation and approved my request on 9th and same attached in this email.

                      After that courier boy came and insulted my family regarding the same and denied to pick up then again complaint was open why pickup denied.

                      Then suddenly reinvestigation opened. After 10 days a manager called me that they have sent me correct product despite the courier person came on day before yesterday came for pick up and after pick up he didn't update it. When i ask from courier manager he said OFP dexter se by mistake hua.

                      Now i lost my money as well as product.

                      I need my money back as per consumer act law seller needs to fulfil the promise for what he is taking money.

                        I bought a vega 9 in 1 cleanser from myntra in around 2000 rps n i got defective n damaged one wch is not working..so i requested for return...as it is clearly mentioned in return policy they vl tk return but when i contact to custoner care they told u contact to vega n get it repairec there...i paid for a new product so y i should get repaired one as well as i bought from myntra so why i should go to vega center...i feel mentally harrased n troubled...

                        They took the return ...n after that they rejected that itz damaged u contact to vega customer care for help...they send us the damaged product...y we should contact to bvega whwn we bought from u...now a days myntra is doing fraud with customers

                            I found few t shirt in myntra good after so many failed attempts, but it was out of stock, i put that on my Wishlist now it is almost 4-5 months, that product is still out of stock..

                              I ordered a black jacket from myntra, but received a pink t-shirt. Even after chatting with them, and calling them multiple times, they didn't provide me with a refund or a return or an exchange for the wrong product.
                              The brand sucks for the customer support which is in namesake only.

                                I ordered my shoes from myntra which had a defective product and packaging. Even after chatting with them, calling them multiple times, they didn't provide me with a refund or a return for the used product that they delivered to me. Instead of helping me they created false statement that they checked the product before but it's totally wrong.

                                  I have received my order but the order status is not updated because of which I am not able to return the product.
                                  I called customer care and she told me there is nothing she can do about it.
                                  Worst customer service ever. It has been a week and I'm trying to get in touch with them, but still no response.

                                    I got a clutch which has defected and i immediately applied for exchange for that product. Now the delivery guy came today after seeing the defected product he said he will not exchange and i contacted the consumer care also for the same and they denied this too and said they will see this on 24th sep.

                                    I ordered this clutch as i had to gift it to someone and they have such a bad service. I told them even that its urgent and what is our fault if these guys deliver us defected products ???

                                      Hi have ordered a product on 18th sep, got a delivery message on 19th that it has been delivered but i didn’t receive it. I called the delivery boy. He didn’t receive.. callwd the customer care and conplained they said will investigate and resolve.. still i didn’t receive the product and They have closed the complaints and not registering any complaint.. i called the customer care and they are not registering the complaint and saying as per investigation .. the produ t is delivered.. where i have not rece. They are not listening at all. I am a regular customer of mynta but i have never expected this from myntra .. see my record first befire any conclusion

                                        My order got cancelled on 17th September but it got delivered the next day and the delivery status on the app is still not updated from cancelled to delivered. I need to exchange the product to a different size but because of the cancelled status I am unable to do that and I’ve called myntra help centre 3-4 times and my issue is still not resolved.
