      On Oct 20th, 2022, I placed an order amounting to INR 5, 182 with Myntra. Myntra confirmed my order and even assigned tentative delivery dates. However, a few days later, my order was cancelled without notice.

      Not Myntra is claiming that the payment was never received and that the order was never confirmed. The payment gateway used by PayU and there has been a clear miscommunication with regards to payment.

      My bank has confirmed the amount being debited, but Myntra is refusing to accept any involvement.

        I had placed return request in myntra with reason that product looks old and used, after that pickup boy picked up product after properly cheking it, then i got msg that product is on hold bcz tags are missing and now i got msg return request declined, even though tags was intact at time of pickup then only pickup boy picked it up, generally pickup boy refused to pickup if anything is missing, i dont know what toh do, bcz i havent used the product as i had received it in defective condition only

          My order is showing delivered but I didn’t received the product. When I talked to customer executive he provided me with 5 days clause of their policy.

          My ask from them was to check with their delivery agent ad I was not able to contact him but they are not bothered at all.

          Thanks myntra atleast now I know Where I get AMOZONing experience for my future online shopping

          PS: Due to some personal emergency I need to go out of station and I was not at my home. How could they deliver the order without taking consent from me.

            Product Details
            I have raised the Pickup for three products which are as follows.
            Product 1 - INDYA Women Maroon Solid Straight Palazzos
            Product 2- Vishudh Turquoise Blue & Off White Foil Print Ready to Wear Lehenga & Blouse With Dupatta
            Product 3- YouBella Red Gold-Plated Contemporary Studs
            The order Is of all the product is same which is Order ID # 1217868 [protected] registered with mobile number [protected].

            I tried out the products, but due to fitting issues, I decided to return them. I requested the return on that very day. I remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product also, the product was unused. The pick-up was due the next day but the pickup agent didn't come to my place nor he called me and updated the wrong reason that he didn't pick up the product as two of them which were Indya and You bella were used and the for Vasudha brand tags were missing. After tha message was sent on my mobile saying that my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
            I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing" for one and for other two the products are used as I mentioned above. Now why would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

            Also, I tried contacting Myntra support several times but no resolution was provided from there end and they mentioned that your claim for return is declined for all three products hence we can't return your product.
            If required I am ready to share Images of all the product for reference to prove that products are unused and intact with all brand packaging and brand tags.
            Kindly help me to resolve this.

              My return has been rejected even after having product was unused with proper packaging & price tag, all stuffs checked by delivery executive before pick up. Now when pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing, whereas i showed the tags and packet everything was intact at time of pickup, delivery guy checked the product in front of me, checked the tags seal and everything & approved in front of me, so where is the catch here? Why pickup is successful then?
              Now @myntra is neither giving me resolution nor providing me refund. It's pathetic.

                Ordered 4 items of bath and body works from Myntra.They delivered 3 items on 1st Oct and 1 item status was showing pending delivery. I checked on 3rd Oct and status of pending item was changed to Deliver but I was not. I raised the concern immediately on 3rd Oct.
                They created an issue# IN[protected] and ensured me they will look into it. I checked a couple of days later in app they marked that issue as resolved, saying they checked with a logistic team and they confirmed order has been delivered.
                Since then I have been following up with them, but no luck.

                  I had ordered suit from Kalini brand from Myntra. It arrived early . I tried the suit out but due to fitting issues i decided to return it.                     On 26 October 2022 I ordered HIGHLANDER
                    Men PU Sneakers from Myntra and on the the same day it was found the following things were missing/damaged from the parcel received:
                    1. The box was not sealed with the Myntra tape.
                    2. The box was teared from the side already.
                    3. The shoe was used and damaged from the side and,
                    4. There were no tags obviously as I got a used product.
                    So, I decided to exchange the product on 26 October when I received the parcel and thought that its no big deal the company will understand my concern and will definitely exchange it on the given date. But what I expected was exactly the opposite of what they did. On 28 October their delivery agent came and asked me to file a complaint as the tags were missing from the product and he did not trusted me and put my exchange on hold. I understood his concern and on the same day i.e. 28 October I filled a complaint and after filing a complaint on Myntra app it was told to me that the issue will be resolved by 31 October 2022 or before 31 October but the issue is still not resolved and I haven't got any exchange till now and they have delayed the issue and asked me to wait again for 1 or 2 days. Please help me regarding this issue and resolve it. It will be really helpful to me. The following are my contact details and also the account is also registered with the same Myntra account:

                      I had ordered a pair of Nautica Brown Casual Shoes Size 10 from Myntra that was delivered on 1st Oct 2022.

                      Order ID- 1216063 [protected]

                      - Due to an issue with the size of the shoes, I placed a return request on Myntra.
                      - As I was not available at the pick up address when the pick up was scheduled, I requested the pick up executive to reschedule the pick up and he agreed to reschedule that.
                      - However, instead of marking as pick up rescheduled, the pick up executive wrongly marked that the product is used & hence the return pick up failed. While in reality, the executive had never really checked the product because I wasn't available & had asked for a reschedule.
                      - Now, as per Myntra, the return is on hold due to quality check failed.
                      - Despite multiple complaints (calls/ emails/ chat messages) to Myntra customer support, they are not helping.
                      - Below is their response - "Please be informed that after a thorough investigation and review of your claim, we found that the correct product was shipped from our warehouse.

                      Also, our team confirmed that the package was delivered in sealed and pristine condition to the same address as updated while placing the order.

                      I regret that the claim stands declined."
                      - The fact is that I never claimed that I have received a used product
                      - The fact is that the pick up executive never came for the pick up because I asked him to reschedule
                      - The fact is that the pick up executive wrongly marked that the product is used despite never actually attempting the pick-up
                      - The fact is that Myntra is only investigating the angle that they had delivered the right product but not investigating whether the pick up was actually attempted or not
                      - The fact is that the product with me is in original unused condition with all brand tags available and I have shared the images as well with Myntra for proof.

                      Stop with the robotic customer support processes & responses. Please try to understand what the issue is.
                      I want the product to be picked up for return & my money refunded.

                        I had ordered a jeans from Myntra of roadster company which cost me 2700 rupees so I was expecting good fabric quality but when it delivered to me i instantly raised return request because fabric quality was very poor, then delivery agent came. He picked up product and he checked everything, brand tag, whether it is used or not and he said it's all clear, but when it went to there warehouse they just declined that they could not return because product is used, please help me out

                          I had ordered a pair of Red Tape Women shoe, with 1 year warranty. Myntra claims that MRP = Rs.6, 099, Discount = -Rs.4, 758, Coupon discount = Rs.190,
                          Total Paid = Rs. 1, 151.
                          Now it is torn in just 10-20 days after the day of purchase. I am seeking for the help from myntra for the same, they refused to give me refund or replacement for the same, the quality of the product is very poor, it might be a copy of the brand or myntra is fooling its customer, I am very disappointed with this e-commerce platform. While calling them they are giving me fake assurances that I will get call back from their escalation team, but I haven't get any sort of help from them. I am looking forward for the replacement of original quality product. I request to the person whoever is reading this, kindly help me out in this asap.

                            I have ordered 4 items from myntra.I ordered it by verifying their return policy, as the quality was very poor I requested for return. One day i got a message saying the will be done today, I even took leave from my office and waited for them because the item was expensive. At night I called the guy and he said he is not able to pick up the item. Next day I got a message saying pick up failed as iam unavailable. I complained in myntra. They asked Mr to wait for 2 weeks to resolve the complaint. So I waited 2 weeks, in between one guy called me and he said the adress which I was given is from kerala, at the time of delivery they didn't had any confusion of adress, and I have the adress... At the end of 2 weeks I again called myntra they said I have to wait 48 hours, even though I was angry I waited... And I called 2 days after... This time also they are asking me to wait 48 hours... I don't know what to do... My money is stucked there.. They are very irresponsible. I don't know what to do

                              I order Denim Jacket from Myntra and received the item on 27 Oct 2022. I did not like the item as it the colour was different compare to product image. The delivery guy picked it up the next day on 28 Oct 2022. The delivery guy confirmed that the item tags were there on the item. I did not remove the tags. I returned the item as it is to Myntra. Now they are not refunding my amount back to my account and put my return on hold. Kindly help me here this is really injustice.

                                I had returned an item I ordered from the myntra. It is 15 days since I created the return request and my request got approved but not pickup agent is coming for the pickup and whenever I contact to Myntra support team and they raises a query and get me a new timeline every single time. Its been 15 days passed but still no solution to the queries and not the pickup is arranged. Its been getting too much irritating now..

                                  I have order one ziva suit from myntraOrder ID # 1216861 [protected] and paid fully
                                  Dear SBI User, your A/c XXXX-debited by Rs1319.0 on 05Oct22 transfer to Myntra Ref No[protected]. If not done by u, fwd this SMS to [protected]/Call [protected] or [protected] to block UPI -SBI
                                  But I have mistakenly ordered xl instead of Medium. They delivered XL on 13th October and I requested for medium one on same day then they delivered the same on 13th but the dupatta was damaged this time so I called myntra helpline and they told me to not raise a new request as they are looking into it. I did the same but then after waiting I requested for return on 18th october
                                  Confirmed: Hi Raj Rani, your return request for Ziva Fashion Kurta Sets has been successfully placed. We expect to pick this up on or before Sun, 23 Oct. - Team Myntra.
                                  But now they told me
                                  We regret to inform you that your claim for the return of the product cannot be accommodated as the product was shipped to you in a proper and intact condition after a successful quality check.

                                  I understand that you wished to return the product "Ziva Fashion Women Maroon Ethnic Motifs Embroidered Panelled Kurta with Palazzo & Dupatta" against order number[protected]-0046003, however, our style delivery agent could not pick up the product as it did not pass the quality check and was found to be defective.

                                    I bought a kurta from Myntra and returned it with price tag. The boy who came to pick checked throughly and later Myntra said that the price tag was missing and they told me that they are going to resend again. It happened on 11th of October and till today I didn't get my product or my money that I paid( 2799). Every time I am calling they are saying that we will sought out your issue within 2 to 3 days, but nothing happening. Please help me

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I have order adidas shoes[protected]-3334801) and returned back due to quality issues.
                                      Post that myntra delivery agent has collected the shoes and holded the return request and i received mail on 10-Oct-2022 stating that "return request has denied and we are reshipping the product to you".

                                      I waited for a couple of days but i didn't received the shoes, then i raised a ticket with myntra support on 14-Oct-2022. without any communication support team has closed the ticket without any update. I have reopened the ticket but there is no use.
                                      When i am reaching out to myntra customer support i am not getting a proper response and they were mentioning shoes are re-delivered, But i haven't received my shoes yet. I asked them to arrange call with delivery agent to ask to whom/when he has delivered shoes but they are denying my request.

                                      This issue is lagging from past 15 days, but still I have not received any update/not received shoes/not credited money back.
