My account registered with [protected] got hacked and my Myntra wallet money 5000 rs stolen due to poor security of Myntra.

I got a call at 7.24pm that my order got delivered to my given address. Since I wasn't there, I told him to give it to the hostel warden. To cross check I asked him the Warren's name and he even said sunita(our warden's name). But when i reached my hostel there was no parcel received by any of the wardens. I checked with them, they said no one came with the parcel at 7.24pm. But it is showing delivered on my myntra account. I tried calling on customer care numbers available on the site but no one is answering and half of them are invalid numbers. Kindly look into the matter and revert back.
My order was a men's watch of around 1, 500 rs. Approx.

Product was loose I returned immediately when It got delivered on 15th same day itself it got picked up and after some time it shows that return on hold and product was sent to me today 16th oct 2022 delivery guy looked over the tshirt it was neat what I remember tshirt has a white collar it is somewhat dirty that delivery boy said today while returning the product to me when he did pickup we didnot see any such dirt delivery boy told you will get refund within 1 hour and product was sent to me back now I am not getting refund they have raised complain .

Hi, i had a account with phone number [protected] in name of Ron Agarwal and the account was having 803 Myntra credit points. After approx 20 reminder calls to customer support and sending 3-4 mails also my query is not resolved and now my account has been deleted by Myntra.
I want my Rs 803 back in to my bank account or either reactive my Myntra account with 803 credit points

Myntra canceled my order of noise watch

I ordered a Wildcraft Unisex Black Lunar Laptop Backpack on 02 Oct 2022 and requested a return on 03 Oct 2022 because of quality issues. They asked me to self-ship the product so i send it by DTDC courier and the product is delivered to them on 12 Oct 2022, Then I got a message from Myntra that the return has been put on hold and it failed the quality check. When I contacted customer care they said the price tag is missing, then i told them that i have pictures of product with price tag attached to it before shipping the product, then they told me that product was damaged, then i told them product quality is the same reason i returned this product. After that, they ask me to wait for 48 years. even after 48 hours, i got no update from Myntra. neither i get replacement nor refund of this product.

I returned a product as they shipped the wrong product and no exchange offer was there. They took the product and did not initiate refund, customer care team is useless. No action taken. Please help

I have ordered a product from myntra (Tracking no: MYNP[protected]) on 29th sep 2022. the expected delivery date is 7th oct 2022. but the item is not delivered yet.i have raised a complaint regarding the issue but they have closed the ticket with out any resolution again i have raised a complaint today but the customer support executives are not giving proper response. i need an immediate resolution on this issue.

I order a Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 on 2nd October 2022 which was supposed to be delivered on or before 7th Oct 22. Today is 14th, but still product has not been delivered. Complaint has been raised on 8th Oct regarding delayed delivery. Every alternate day I contact Myntra customer care service but they just say dont worry sir you will surely get an update. I put a product for return and everytime I received message saying RETURN PICKUP FAILED...the FACT is I NEVER RECEIVED CALL from the delivery agent and NO EFFORT was made to pickup the product..
I want my money back and the product to be RETURNED.. this keeps happening even after filing complaint with Myntra support .
Please make sure that the product is picked up..

I am a regular customer of myntra but this time i was not satisfied by the product so i returned it on 2nd oct and didnt receive the refund yet. And even tried to contact the myntra but no response is shown wrote many mails too but no response very much disappointed.

My mom (name Nirmala) created account on september 28 through mobile number [protected] and made orders worth of thousands of rupees one of order id is[protected]-8716601 and then afterwards when she wanted to login again for exchange of one order she was not able to and since then first we were told to send documents which we have sent 4 times and everytime they say that we have not recieved documents.

sending documents govt id to e-commerce website seems odd to access own account still we sent it but everytime we are told that to send again due to some or other reason, 1st time they told they have not received 2nd time they told that we sent aadhar card but we had sent voter id only, and rest of the two times we were again told that your email is not recieved its been a week now but this remains unresolved.

and everyday we are told same thing to send documents and wait for confirmation, its really frustrating because there is limited time for the exchange which we will not able to, it has been worst experience with endless discussion with their support team but with no resolution.

Not able to access own account, requring to send documents and then no resolution after sending it for four times and waiting for one week has been worse ever experience, we just want to access our account to exchange and manage our orders.

I initiated my return on 4 oct and I haven't even received refund and neither the agent's on myntra are responding and giving wrong statements that refund is processed while order status shows still under quality check plzz initiate my refund

I ordered a tshirt from myntra .but i don't like it. So I do request for refund. I added my Paytm payment bank. They show that they refund in my account .but refund is not come in Paytm payment bank account. I complaint in their customer care but they told that we give reference number. Check details with your bank account. The process of refund is completely successful from our side. I had purchased plusS green polka dots printed A line dress in 462rs.
And after receiving the product I realised that it didn't fit well on me but due to some reason I have placed this order from my friends myntra account nd she has been gone on vacation from last 1 week that's why I return this product after 8 days due to this reason. I have given them dress with exact tag nd package I haven't used this product but still my product returning request got rejected due to quality issue and it says that the product will be reshipped to me. I have contacted customer care but they haven't given me any solution. Now I m not able to contact to the customer care .

Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
