I ordered a saree from Myntra and it got delivered on 09 oct, 2022. The saree was not up to the mark and was not fitting so I filed for return the same day. The delivery guy showed up next day for return pickup and said there’s no price tag. I informed him there was no price tag and had just one big brand tag. Plus I didn’t had the saree even for one day to wear it and return. This is pathetic I will never order again from Myntra why return is such a hassle.

The order return id is [protected]. I called Myntra customer support in advance and informed them how the delivery executive behaved and how he threatened me that the item is not going to pass the quality check no matter what.support executive asked me to wait fir the update. And after few hours I received the message that the return is on hold. This is so pathetic. Most of the clothes we buy online do have brand tags on them but no price tags. If the product never arrived with a price tag how can we return the item with price tag.

    I have placed two orders with Myntra refer below order I'd:

    1216007 [protected]
    I have been cheated by Myntra whereby delivery agent replace belt with used t shirt and without any tag delivered to me, when I raise complaint Myntra customer service accept error and approve request.

    Post that none of my orders got delivered delivered to me under above mentioned Order I'd from last 8 days. Daily received msg out for delivery, out for exchange but nothing happened because of that fraud delivery agent he is not calling me nor he is delivering my products.

    Raised complaint to customer care but they are also refusing to help me mentioning as it is out for delivery and shipment arrived at delivery centre now it should be cancelled at door step, now can someone tell me when delivery partner is not wiling to deliver and call me how should I get it cancelled and get my exchange and other products returned and take new products.

    Even customer care is not ready to cancel order Nd share myntra delivery hub address where I can handover returned products or exchange products. Delivery partner just mentioned not able to connect to customer or connected with him and he is keeping product with him and don't want return such comments on Myntra app.

    Need your help in order to get my products delivered and exchange and return complete and get my money back.

    If not resolved I will raise concern to consumer forum and also reach out to police station for fraud which Myntra is doing with me and also supporting their delivery partner also.

        Myntra have
        mentioned all the items that were delivered except the three ( 2 kurtis and
        one dress of around 2500 ) which were being ordered along with the other
        four items which total costed almost 6000. Those three products were
        scheduled to arrive on the 24th of August but unfortunately they didn't.
        Even if the other items were also being delivered prior or after the dates
        on which they should have to get reached to our house! That's why we never
        payed much attention on the mentioned dates. The other dresses arrived even
        if not on time then also after few days. We ordered some more items in the
        first week of September which came to us without any hazards. We live in a
        complex where it is being recorded whenever someone from outside wants to
        get in. So it is not possible to be confused with the exact location. And
        the delivery boy is the one who invariably delivers all the products of
        Myntra to different flats of our complex. My question is that how can they
        make this kind of mistake of not delivering the items which were already
        prepaid and when we are reaching out to their CUSTOMER ID they are so
        reluctant about this issue and is constantly mentioning that 5 days scheme
        which is totally ### as how can a person with so much of work will go
        on checking the mails ( they were showed delivered just like the other
        items but except those three they got delivered afterwards which made us
        think that the same thing will happen with the former also and we waited
        for more days from the 24th and lastly could not stop us to make the
        complain on the 5th of September where they so easily kept on pointing us
        towards the 5 DAYS POLICY ) and messages ( where those three items were
        never mentioned ) . We left no stones unturned from our sides from that
        day onwards and tried our best to CONTACT every other people starting from
        the delivery boy to the higher officials but unfortunately didn't receive
        any kind of HELP. Now after so many days also we have not lost our hope and
        still trying . So say what's our fault? Of not going through the sms all
        the day after we ordered to view if the items have got out for delivery or
        when they will arrive, before or after the scheduled date and if mentioned
        delivered then did they actually come to us or some days later they mark
        their arrival. And on the basis of all those typical theories of the
        company which is so unprofessional from their side ( even we had our part
        of mistake of trusting them so much ) which never took any signature of the
        CUSTOMERs while delivering the items nor their is any kind of otp system.
        Now we really don't know whether we will get it back or not as it's not
        always about the amount which we spent but also the passion and emotion
        with which we ordered . We even asked the security guards and neighbours
        but nothing HELPed ! So it's my earnest request to bring up this matter and
        clear our doubts. I think I have made myself very clear about the whole
        situation of this case.

        I'm sorry to say but you did not take any action against Myntra although it has been many days since I posted my complain! So is this the behavior which as common people get from your side?

          The delivery person marked the product has been delivered but i have not received the product. The delivery person is lying i have enough proof to prove my point. I have CCTV footage of the delivery time and call record with the delivery person. Problem has not been solved.

            Cod facilities not available for me . Before i have cod facilities but now whenever i tried for cod it is written as cod amount should be between 1 and 11.please fix my problem.

              My order details:
              Men Pack of 4 Assorted Cotton Trunks #010-BOXER BRIEF-ASST-P3

              I ordered Levis Trunk which coasts 660 and I received a worthless plastic bottle. When I connected with customer care they have created one request and without any resolution marked the status as resolved. This is really shows how pathetic Myntra serving their customers

                Dear team,

                I have returned the product as there was fit issue. The delivery agent has picked this product on 25/09/2022 between 12 pm to 3 pm by Xpress bees. But i have not received the refund regarding it till date. In my myntra app its showing that product has not returned. I talked to myntra customer care executives several times, they have even raised complaint but without solving the issue they closed the complaint( i received a message regarding it). I told customer care executive to connect my call to their senior executive but my call was put to hold for 10-15 minutes but no senior manager had time to talk to me. This happens for 3 times.I have even mailed myntra with all the details and screenshot of the product and the message from xpressbees that the product has been picked up. This is really torturous to call and mail several times with no positive result. Kindly help.

                  In Myntra aap its showing that the money has been credited but it's not showing in my bank account...i contacted customer care representative for around 4-5 times had been told to contact the bank with the reference number... but the bank is

                    Hi,

                    I have tried placing an order in Myntra Mobile app. I went to last page and selected payment option as Paytm Wallet. When I clicked continue on Paytm wallet for the amount of 3577/- it got debited and the Order was not placed in Myntra App/website. Please solve and fix my problem immediately, this is insane. Either place the order and process the transaction to delivery or send the amount back to my wallet. Very bad experience with Myntra Mobile app.

                      I ordered a jeans from Myntra it didn't get placed but amount debited from my account. I'm trying to contact the customer service but nobody is replying...i don't know how to get my order! I tried many times even to cancel the order or to get my refund but nothing worked.. They're not providing me the cancel option for my order so that I can get my refund!!

                        I received wrong product from Myntra & while exchanging product delivery agent provided below reasons and kept the exchange product on hold.

                        This product cannot be exchange due to high price value of exchange product. May I know answer from Myntra if they have provided the wrong product at high range where there is customer mistake?

                        Also please be informed, I ordered earlier Roaster jogger of waist size 36 (refer Myntra bill screenshot) and I received product from myntra which is totally different - it wasn't jogger normal roaster jeans with waist size 28

                          I ordered a bunch of items from myntra app after a long sabbatical from clothes/footwear shopping. They accepted my orders and I completed the payment and it was placed successfully. When the time came to deliver, the app started showing me updates like 'delivery delayed' which I understood, might happen because of 'n' number of reasons. Later the next day, the orders started getting cancelled. Likewise, all of my orders got cancelled from their end, and now I have to shop again from a different place this time to get my stuff. To top this, they've sent an email stating that my cancellation request was successfully approved, whereas, I needed those shoes and never put a cancellation request.

                            I have ordered a denim jacket Order ID # 1216413 [protected] from myntra I got some fitting issues so I returned back my product unused with all the tags to meet thier all quality check parameters but on the next day they put my return request on hold and further cancelled it and gave email regarding reshipment how I can used the product in 1 night damn myntra is just playing with customers pathetic experience
                            And at cost I want my money back I ii

                              Its been two months I've been placing orders. firstly its getting delayed and then automatically cancelled after getting delayed. when its delayed i spoke to the customer care the raise an issue and later in few days the issue gets resolved automatically and the the product gets cancelled. its so annoying and awful.

                                I have order for a pair of wildcraft shoes in the huge last sale and the delivery was expected on 4th September 2022. The order tracked and it's showing it would reach to me by 4th September, however i have not received any call from the delivery agent. On 5 th September i have received a message, that since we are unable to deliver your order and was cancelled by myntra. Again I check product and was in stock. I'm expecting my order as I was needed for my work on the same ordered day if myntra would have informed me, on the on that time i would have order some other Please stop such stupid games.

                                  I have received a wrong item dated 3rd October, 2022, but, now they are saying it will be returned back, but failed to send any pickup agent dated 4th October 2022, now saying it will take 11th October 2022. More over, because of their mistake, even if I purchase my original item, which has a price difference, Myntra said, not possible I have to buy, even if it cost higher.                                     The delivery boy is very very bad and he sent me out of delivery msg on morning and i have called him immeadietly but he is not answering my call and after so many times he is lifted and then he is telling he will deliver my item when he wants to deliver till then i have stay in deliver adress otherwise
                                    he tells me he will return my return when i am not there in delivery adress
                                    i cn expalain full problem but you go through it

                                      received product n 8th sept due to size issue I returned it on 9th sept after that I keep calling their customer care for refund but they keep tell lie and new excuse all the them, some time product quality was bad, product not reached to warehouse, ... blah blah, all the time they keep telling lie and so far 24 days passed and they did not refund my money.

                                        We got delivery from ekart agent .The agent din’t brought Myntra packet but brought ekart packet in which 3 bills were there and only 2 products, the agent came to my door without calling me on phone, i have taken video of this situation, cos this is the second time facing same issue. Last time also got 2 products but got a message that 3 were deliveries, when complained myntra customer care, they said we cannot help cos here in database 3 products it is showing.so this time took a video for proof. This ekart fellows doing such a fraud. Will u take legal action or should I take legal action on Myntra and ekart Or remove ekart from your delivery partner. This guys are fraud.
