I had placed a return request for a product and suddenly on the day on which the same was to be picked up from my place, the request got cancelled on its own and the again i had to place a new return request.
Mytra has not refunded any money even after 30 days of the return of the order.
Mytra is flop site its products are substandard and doesn't even worth spending on the products it serves, and the service is also very slow.

I've purchased many item through myntra but now cash on delivery is not available on my registered id but when I tried through different phone and email address, for the same location, cash on delivery is available.this is the worst problem I've ever faced for online shopping.Please help me.This is not what I expected from this site.poor customer service provider.

I got a refund for my order in the gift card and its been so many days they have closed the gift card option for payment. I contacted the company they said it would be activated on 31 july and then when i checked it was not available then they said on 1st aug then 2nd august. Then they said it would activate on 8th august due to some technical issues and till now it is not available and when i contacted executive he said 16th august and when i said its been so many days m waiting for this u r delaying them he replied so rudely that would can we do then? I also mailed them so many times but did not get a satisfactory response. I also complained several times against the quality of a product i ordered from them but i never got a reply in response to that order. This is really disappointing and disgusting.

I m very disappointed from Ur services. I have received 2 to 3 days late my order. when it founds unsuitable for me I make return but it owns declined and no body came to picked up.
I make it again return but it is too late and no body came to picked it up yet. U have make phone complain but no fruitful results.

As pe the above subject I have taken shoes from Mintra but when I treid I got shoe bite I requested for return but I got negative feed back so Am thinking go for consumer court becasue shoe bite not due to size issue its due to not proper stiched so It product different not size issue so Please suggest.

I had ordered many products from Myntra.com but most of the times delivery man can not call me single times and after 1 or 2 days i receive mail that my order has been cancelled.
So i would like to request you next time my all order of Myntra.com should come from "Delhi Very Courier" because their service is good.

Very poor service of myntra …i purchased 5 products from myntra order no[protected] and when i received the packet i was shocked to see here was 4 product and 1 product was missing also the outside packing was tempered immediately I informed to the customer care and also communicate by email but they declined my complaint it’s very pathetic service of Myntra I didn’t expect this

I've ordered a 2 phants from myntra.Com one was good but the another one was very poorly made and quality was terrible. It was just a simple phant but it did cost a lot just because it was a pepe jeans phant. It was a birthday present for my brother so i really did not mind the price. When it arrived it looked.

The product shipped as early and not accepting return, actually the product was delivered but shipping status is not yet updated, so i am unable to return the product.

I have not received my refunds on returns made to myntra.com

I cut the stickers and wore it but later found that there is a prominent white patch in the front adjacent to the zip. I am clueless what to do as i don't know whether i am eligible for exchange or not as i had taken out the price tag and other stickers. Please help as i am looking forward for a better response like amazon else bye bye myntra forever.

Ordered evan pink top from myntra and did like the product. Applied for cancellation and till date no one came to pick it up. Every day I am getting message of pick up and no one come to pick it up and I updated the same to customer service department but that of no help. Really pathetic service ..no one is coming for pick up .Posting it here so that any action will be taken against it.

I had initiated returns and provided them with necessary things which was required to channelize return within 3-5 days after i received the product. I had ordered 4 tops amount of 1720₹. Which was delivered to me on 14/7/16. Two product quality was not up to mark. So i packed it up again & returned. The item was picked up on16/7/16. Its been over 23 working days & i have not received my refund. Return no. Is 1st top[protected] amount of - 419.58₹, 2nd top[protected] amount of - 576.97₹) i have sent emails to myntra & called them many times still i have not received any reply stating that return. Please look in to matter.

Raise pickup request more than 6 times, with several calls to the customer care, with no results. This is a pure chit to end user. Order no is[protected],[protected].

I have order product with order no.[protected] and ship at india-post with tracking no. An[protected]in. The product is not delevered to me but myntra updated delevered. So plz refund my money soon. Also plz track the shipment and see whether it is delever or not. If delevered then plz tell me to whom it is delevered. I have been shopping to myntra for last 4 yrs, this is first time that myntra fraud me. So plz resolved my problem soon by myntra not to lost my trust to you.

I have recently returned one item on July 27 2016 that I had bought from Myntra. I paid the bill through paytm wallet. The payment went through successfully. I got an sms from Myntra stating that it takes 3-5 days for item to be returned to them. Further, it takes 7-10 business day for refund to credit card. The item was picked up on July 24, 2016. Its been over 10 working days and I have not received my refund. I have sent emails to myntra and called them many times still I have not received any reply. I have just received an automated reply stating that return request has been accepted. I don't understand the refund concept as they have used my money for more than 10 days. I want them to refund the amounts along with interest as I invest money. I lost my interest in bank account and the refund is still not credited. Please look into this matter.

I have not yet recived my shoes order #[protected] as expected delivery is 6 aug 2016. Twice i called to myntra support but no one is answering the call.

I had ordered Sera Mint Green Top, which was delivered to me on 09th July 2016. The product quality was not upto mark and was different from the photo given on the site. So I packed it up again and then raised a return request for the same. Return ID 15092564 of Rs 366.
It was picked up after about 8 days of raising the request. At the time of return your agent opened and checked it before taking it back. But after about 15 days, on 3rd August 2016, I get and email that the product has stains. I call up Myntra, have to wait for long time to reach your customer care executive. The person informed that there is a stain which is tested by machine and not visible to naked eye. I raise the issue with them, and was told that the matter would be resolved. Instead, the product was delivered immediately on the next day, in my absence (to my house help)

Please Arrange to collect the product without further delay and refund my money immediately.

I bought a bata formal shoe through myntra from trivandrum. After getting it i started using and used it for 3 days. After that the outer layer its toe part started removing. I have intimated this issue to myntra customer care executive and explained all my concerns. Then as per her advise i have mailed the complaint with photographs to myntra. After that i got mail that my request got rejected. What is this? They are not considering a customer's issue after that. Even their another customer care executive didn't give any proper rectification for that. I can't accept this cheating. Their product was not original or not good quality. I am accepting that i used it for 2 days. But how a product can be damaged within two days equally in both shoes? Now i understood that your company is cheating all the customers with second quality product and trapping them with their unusual rules.
