I ordered a black jacket from myntra, but received a pink t-shirt. Even after chatting with them, and calling them multiple times, they didn't provide me with a refund or a return or an exchange for the wrong product.
The brand sucks for the customer support which is in namesake only.

    I ordered my shoes from myntra which had a defective product and packaging. Even after chatting with them, calling them multiple times, they didn't provide me with a refund or a return for the used product that they delivered to me. Instead of helping me they created false statement that they checked the product before but it's totally wrong.

      I have received my order but the order status is not updated because of which I am not able to return the product.
      I called customer care and she told me there is nothing she can do about it.
      Worst customer service ever. It has been a week and I'm trying to get in touch with them, but still no response.

        I got a clutch which has defected and i immediately applied for exchange for that product. Now the delivery guy came today after seeing the defected product he said he will not exchange and i contacted the consumer care also for the same and they denied this too and said they will see this on 24th sep.

        I ordered this clutch as i had to gift it to someone and they have such a bad service. I told them even that its urgent and what is our fault if these guys deliver us defected products ???

          Hi have ordered a product on 18th sep, got a delivery message on 19th that it has been delivered but i didn’t receive it. I called the delivery boy. He didn’t receive.. callwd the customer care and conplained they said will investigate and resolve.. still i didn’t receive the product and They have closed the complaints and not registering any complaint.. i called the customer care and they are not registering the complaint and saying as per investigation .. the produ t is delivered.. where i have not rece. They are not listening at all. I am a regular customer of mynta but i have never expected this from myntra .. see my record first befire any conclusion

            My order got cancelled on 17th September but it got delivered the next day and the delivery status on the app is still not updated from cancelled to delivered. I need to exchange the product to a different size but because of the cancelled status I am unable to do that and I’ve called myntra help centre 3-4 times and my issue is still not resolved.

              Hi Myntra Team,
              I had purchased a VIP trolley and it got delivered on 13th September 2022. Next day, I got a message and phone no of the pickup agent that the order will get picked up. I tried calling the agent entire day and he did not show up. I got message that the return got failed. I then filed a complaint - IN[protected]. They assured me that the issue will get resolved by 19th. I got a message today that my order will get picked up. Today also no one came and i got message that my pickup failed. No one called and came to pickup and it gets failed because no one takes my order. My order no[protected]-0259403.

                I just spoke to the supervisor at myntra about the convenience levied on my account, the quality of the products is so low that the customer is bound to return them, The supervisor and the executive have just attitude filled about Myntra!!!
                Myntra is a BRAnd... its a platform where sellers sell their [products.
                The charges are so uncalled for and NO prior notifications or no updates on mail to such charges, DO Quality on the products that you are adding, Do less Photoshop and STOP Adding FAKE reviews!!!
                The customer return will come down, you will not have to fleece the customer by charging convenience fees and all stuff!!
                I want that you return my cash... and I no longer want to do any transaction on Myntra!!

I have logged in a thousand times but the problem doesn't seem to go away. I want to exchange a particular item but am not able to.

                    Hi,
                    I have been your customer for a long period but I have never faced an issue regarding Delivery or any other cause till date, the issue recently took place was a very worst experience. A few days back also faced an issue with the delivery person for a return Item which was been solved on the same day and the Delivery person accepted that it happened mistakenly. Again with the delivery now I am facing the same problem and the Logistics Team is simply denying their fault.

                    On 13th September the Delivery Person called me that he left my Parcel in the Main Gate.
                    I have asked the securities who were on that time they said Myntra delivery came but there is no parcel in your name from Myntra. There were 2/3 parcels but non of them is in your name.
                    I tried to call the delivery person that this time also he missed to deliver my parcel but the call was unable to connect.
                    I raised a complaint on the 14th of September as on the 13th till late evening I was searching my Parcel and asked for the same to all the securities who were on duty at that time. The Security Officer also confirmed by enquiring all the securities that there was no Parcel from Myntra in my name on that day ( 13th September 2022 ).
                    After Raising the Complaint IN[protected] on the 14th of September, I got a call from the Logistics Team that this time the person is not the same who misplaced your return that day this time one different person came for the delivery and he had delivered. I explained to the Logistics Team that there are no Possibilities of getting misplaced or stolen as there are Cameras on that spot. Then on 14th only I got a message from Myntra that your issue has been resolved and the information provided is that your Product is been Delivered. I contacted Myntra Team to reopen the issue and Myntra customer support assured that there will be a reinvestigation which will be resolved by 17th September 2022. On 17th September I got a reply that your order has been delivered so the complaint has been closed and no further step will be taken to Deliver the Product will be done. The conclusion given by Myntra Team is not at all justified as I am telling from the very first day that the Logistics team has misplaced or lost my Parcel and had not delivered any parcel on 13th September 2022. But Myntra Team wants to close the complaint ID by giving the conclusion which Logistics Team said them. The Logistics team will never accept their mistake and Myntra is not taking the responsibility for the product lost by the Delivery Person.
                    As a result of which the customer is suffering.
                    I would like to add one incident that took place through Myntra Delivery only, I have been delivered a parcel of one of our nearby address by Myntra only which I have returned at the same time only.
                    I have a document of the Feedback given after one of the deliveries done recently by the Myntra Delivery Person also I have a call recording of the conversation with the Myntra Delivery Person which will prove how much in a hurry they used to be to drop the delivery under which condition there are high possibilities of getting the parcels lost.

                    After registering this complaint in Consumer Forum against Myntra for the non-delivery of a product. One call came from the Myntra Team as said by the fraud and assured to give a refund of the product which has not been delivered.
                    For the refund, they asked me to follow the steps through the YONO cash ATM section, and then an unauthorized transaction of Rs. 4500/- has been debited by the frauds.

                      I ordered sunglasses from myntra which had no price tags, no serial number, and a defective packaging. Even after chatting with them, calling them multiple times, they didn't provide me with a refund or a return or an exchange for the used product that they delivered to me. Instead of helping me they created false complaints on their portal that I had used the product.

                      Previously also they had delivered wrong product to me and refused for the return. I had then ordered Bata sandals and what they delivered to me was muddy, used slippers which were not even from Bata.

                      The brand sucks for the customer support which is in namesake only.

                        It's about Myntra twitter handler hosting contest which isn't fair or fooling people. I've seen many participants participating from past 2 or 3 years, haven't won a single time and there are some other people winning again and again approximately winning 30k in a single contest campaign, may be somehow they linked to myntra twitter handler. It's a random selection winner contest so there should be this kind of activities happening. There is only 1 winner out of 10 winners, who isn't involved in this scam of your myntra contest. Many people have already noticed this and complaint in reply section tagging @myntrasupport yet these scam is still going on.

                          I ordered a 2 piece kurta and shrug from myntra on 14th of September 2022 it was pre paid and they provided express delivery of the next day
                          I received the package on 15th as partial.
                          I only received the shrug not the kurta !!
                          I opted out for exchange but the delivery guy did not exchange my product !!
                          I lodged a complaint but no fruitful response i got
                          Neither i am getting my product neither refund !!

                            I recently ordered a Nike jacket from Myntra price was RS.2845 when the product arrived it was not in good condition and it was used it was a Nike jacket but not in good condition.then i placed a return request and tagged that quality issues..and the delivery guy picked up the product and it's on hold now and they declined my claim but i have a video proof...now please provide my refund..

                              I returned one product because of the size issue which failed their quality check. According to myntra, they reshipped the product but it never reached me. They keep on reinvestigating the issue. The strange thing is they don't have any tracking id of the courier service to find out where it has reached. I have lost my money & the product is also gone. They have no helping attitude & I paid for their carelessness. Then they say we are their icon members, the myntra insiders. I am now definitely going to restrict myself from ordering through myntra because of their doubtful credibility.

                                It is so unfair that now i am being charged 149rs convenience fee on every order. Myntra should clearly tell all customers that they can only return specific number of items. I have credit balance which i can't use because for every order i have to pay 149rs. This is not the right way to treat a customer. Myntra has such a bad customer experience.

                                  Due to very short size i placed exchange order.
                                  After 3 days the status is they have cancelled my order.
                                  There is no refund or any exchange option for other item.

                                  What is this behaviour...either they should refund me and take the item back as this small size flats are of no use to me or exchange it for any other item.

                                    I have raised many issues regarding the exchange of my white shoe for smaller size... The delivery boy put the exchange on hold saying used product. But I dint used the product even for 1min. There is no marks or nothing on the shoes. They are new. I need an exchange from Myntra for smaller size. Myntra please respond on this issue. I am complaining about the same thing from 7th sep. I request you to send a delivery boy for exchange the shoes for smaller size. Myntra order I'd is 121319281644252899803.
                                    I always had very worst experience with Myntra. I need an exchange for smaller size. That's it. They r brand new. I just need exchange for smaller size from the delivery boy. Try to understand what I am saying.

                                      I ordered a product on 2nd of Sept from Myntra. It was supposed to delivered on 9th Sept but still the order not shipped yet. From Day 1 i am following and the funny thing is Myntra case managers have also no idea where is my product.
                                      Now after following for so many days and getting same reply from every executive like please wait please wait now when i have decided to cancel the product, Myntra is not allowing to cancel.
                                      Myntra case managers have no clue where my order is. They are not giving me any resolution . Each case manager is saying please wait as we don’t have any information.
                                      So it’s been 13 days and counting. After a lot of follow ups still my order is neither shipping nor allowing me to cancel.

                                      Please help me in this. #NoBrand

                                        On 14th July 2022 i have ordered 5 product ID (120969952035180937803) the product from Myntra and i paid amount Rs 2805/- for 5 product ..but due to size issue i cancelled my order on 15th July 2022, and the amount I paid for total 5 product was Rs 2805/- but they return me only 684 i.e for 1 product I got refund on 16th July 2022..and i contact to Myntra person and inform them to return me my money which is Rs 2121/-..but they said to contact my bank branch and they gave me Reference I'd[protected] and also told me to speak to google pay as I did my payment through Google pay...and i did speak to google pay person they also they said that the amount was not credited back and then i visited my branch but they said the amount was not yet credited...so please return me back my amount of Rs 2121/-...You guys are harrassing me... while ordering and doing prepaid for the product there was no issue but while giving refund why customer has to suffer this much..is this the way to treat the customer..this guys are harrassing me.It is already 1 month and 28 days...but still now i didn't get back my refund...so dear sir please resolve my problem
