A blue roadster jean i bought from myntra and the product was not that much as i expected so i returned it on 3rd july 2022.As in reply i received that the refund has been intiated and will be credited in my bank account by 4th of july. Also After 15 days the refund hasn't credited in my bank account.i called the myntra executive, they said money has transferred in my bank account, if not showing in the bank then contact to the bank support team and gave me a reference number[protected].so i called the bank support team and they said there is no money holding in my bank account and the reference number is worthless, then bank support team said call the myntra executive and say there is no money reflected in my account but the myntra executive said money has been credited to my account.Till the date i didn't get my refund of 474 rupees

This is in regards to an order I placed with Myntra on 11 August 2022. I ordered a Fossil watch (ES5098), but when I received the product, the code on the product (ES5098I) mismatched with the Myntra product description.
At first, I didn't come to know about this. But later when I thought to return this product, the pickup boy informed me about this mismatched product code. I tried reporting many a times to Myntra about this, but they always close my case without addressing to it.
This is highly disappointing & I could not expect such behavior from Myntra where It is itself delivering the wrong product and customers have to bear the cost of it.

Request the team to please check and provide help in returning this DUPLICATE PRODUCT. (PS : I haven't even used this product and the original tags are intact to this)

Parcel picked up amount not refund

Myntra is involved in a bigger scam by the name of quality check by rejecting the returned products and not refunding the amount. The customer support is not responding to those queries. Their database has just have the information on the rejection status but that doesn't include why it's been rejected? What was the exact reason ? What is quality check is done for ? This is something 8th time I'm experiencing personally with my circle of friends and family sharing the similar incident. My wife ordered a western wear and tried once. There was fitting issue so she had to return it and place another size for the same. I packed everything with the tags and delivery cover was also included in the return. There was nothing no damages or any other defects that it has to get rejected in quality check just because it was tried once. There was no proper reason or message or even a mail that Myntra sent to us on the rejection reason. It was just the product will be re-shipped again and no-refund will be given. Fine ! Myntra being a consumer we have rights to know about a reason for quality check rejection. The pickup guy did checked everything before he picked up the product. But still I'm confused where did it went wrong. Myntra answer for this!!! You have already lost a customer. But we need an answer for this..

I have order red tape shoes from Myntra nd they cancelled my order on their own. After that I have place 3-4 order nd they cancelled again nd again. I want to resolve my issue.

I recently bought a product (HRX by Hrithik Roshan Running Men Delphinium Blue Rapid-Dry Track Pants) from Myntra. Myntra Order ID # 1210679 [protected]. I paid through Google UPI for the same. My account was hacked last month and after taking multiple follow up it has been resolved now but during this period someone has already placed and order and used my Myntra Credit.
After reaching out to Myntra customer care now the myntra guys are saying we can't help u and you need to register cybercrime complaint and cybercrime team will work on this. Seriously, No security and No importance to customer's concern.
I have already provided all necessary information regarding fraud transaction and details of the person. what else is needed from my end i don't know.
I need my Myntra Credit back and Myntra has to work upon this immediately as its purely a big issue with Myntra Security. Myntra cannot just ignore this.

Earlier, myntra used be to such a great platform to shop from. It says it follows the 7-day delivery policy which is totally a fraud I've ordered a dress a week ago, and till now there is no updates. It says shipped that's it. And, the expected delivery date says 5 September. It's not acceptable. Please fix your delivery problem, or don't lie to customers about your slogan at all.

Delivary agent not visit my order and also put on hold because of not price tag but their is price tag also and use product but delivary do not come to
pick the order.

I order my product on 9th August 2022 and myntra promised me to delivery on 16th August 2022. yet Not Received or Not Able to Track my order and they do not show next delivery date. who is responsible for my whole lost

Ordered a pair of shoes on 16/08/22 but after a few days, I changed my mind because I found a better alternative to it. So I decided to return it with all tags. all this time shoes were unused in the box.
but for no reason, it failed the quality check.
product is absolutely fine. All tags are properly tied and nothing was quality depreciated.

#Pathetic experience i had with #myntra.

My Myntra account got logged out in July22 end automatically and since than am unable to login.
And my money is stuck with Myntra as am not able to return ordered few cloths.

I have approached Myntra customer care multiple times and provided all the required details and documents like Govt ID, email ID etc but didn't get resolution till date.
Now, i am getting similar response everytime whenever I talk to Customer care that provide documents and wait for 48hours.

I have raised concern on Facebook page and Twitter but no resolution, only massage i get that team will call me back soon but unfortunately I didn't got a single call till now.

Seek your help to login my account so that I can return the cloths and can get my money back

I have purchased Trimmer from Myntra. I read return policy clearly mention 10 day return. I got product on 12 Aug and product was damaged then same day I raised return request and 2-3 times I called to Myntra customer support desk they are telling me madam within 24-48 hours your product will pickup for return. Then today I called Myntra support for return they are telling me return is not possible and customer support executives are unprofessional they are not listing my issue properly only telling this is company policy. I told where it’s mention show me if I will get damaged product then Myntra is not responsible for that. Then they cut my call. They are doing fraud if no return policy please mention your website

I have placed a return order for one of the inner wear item but the return is not getting picked. The orders getting closed without contacting me and my location is serviceable. When called customer care they are raising complaints and it’s of no use. It’s the worst experience with Myntra which is making me think to place orders. It’s the first time this is happening and horrible.

Product ordered on Myntra on 18th July as a gift for my wife, product delivered on 13/14 th aug after kuch delay, i booked for a return and refund after delivery as product was not satisfactory, however delivery agent sent for pickup rejected the pickup claiming that the product had 2 brand names on the dress, 1 Jac brand as shown in Myntra and another was a unknown brand . When I contacted Myntra customer care the request was rejected further without checking or knowing the problem
