I bought Hush puppies brown men shoes which i was trying to exchange by choosing option of choose a new item in exchange but everytime error us coming . I am able to do exchange for new request for other items i bought recently accept this product name hush puppies men gormal shoes . So only this product has issue so need help.

I complained but no one is helping me in exchange . They r telling me to exchange it for new size but i want to do exchange for new item as this option is showing but whike processing error is coming

        Everytime i get a delivery from Myntra, the delivery guys ask for showing ID proof for merely delivering clothes.
        They even take photos of my ID proof.
        If refused to show an ID proof they do not deliver.
        How is it legal to ask customers to show their Id proofs for buying clothes.

          I purchased a VASTRAMAY Men Maroon And Rose Gold Colored Solid Sherwani Set (Rs.3329/-) on 13th june 2022. After delivery on I requested to return the product on 18th june because of quality/size issue.
          But after return the product the request got rejected by Myntra. As per their concerned person the metarial was not right so they rejected the request and reshipped the product. Whereas I return the same product which their concerned person delivered to me.
          On 1st of july I delivered reshipped product and that was a women sports bra instead of sherwani set.
          And now they refused to refund my money.
          The same thing happen with my another order Maybelline
          New York Liquid Foundation which i ordered on 17th june 2022.
          After delivered of reshipped product on 11th july, I saw that was a Hair conditioner instead of Foundation.

            This is hardly disheartening that you take your customer for granted because I called your customers care service and Ayush your help desk officer failed to listen to my problem and in turn did not respond and put my call on hold and falsely accused of not hearing it. I want to lodge a complaint against Mr Aayush for not handling customer with respect and not valuing Time .I want strict action to be taken against him

              I had ordered Roadster Black Tassled Loafers from Myntra on 27 August and I received the product on 31 August . But because it had size issue I returned the product on the same day when it was shipped to me and it was picked up the very next day. But then received an email stating that my on-hold return was rejected on the grounds that it failed quality check. I mean I don't even understand on what basis they failed to return it. Everything was intact, tags were all there and I didn't even use the product I liked the product but just because it was bigger than my size I returned it. There wasn't even any time gap between when it was shipped and when I returned the product. I've had a seamless experience with Myntra till now and I was happy but It definitely changed my mind about Myntra.

              I followed up constantly with the customer support of Myntra and they accomodated my complaints and intimated me of every step taken from their side. Eventually they resolved my complaint.

                I ordered a mango jeans but unfortunately it was big in size so I requested it's return so on 1/09/2022 delivery boy picked up the article in excellent condition from my home with proper inspection and all tags intact but he called me at odd hours in night and put a false allegations that it was wet which is a great lie and you are re shipping it to me which is unacceptable because I will not suffer because of your staff negligence and he is the one who harmed the product so I want my refund back or otherwise I will have to file a petition against you in consumer court

                  A watch was ordered for my mother from her account a few days back and it was delivered to us on the 28 of August. I paid the delivery boy and opened the package. The box seal was open and if was shocking to see that there wasn't any watch inside. The amount paid was 8995 rupees. The delivery boy immediately asked me to complain and I did the same. They said they will look into the matter and resolve the issue. Yesterday my mother got a message saying they cannot refund my money back. And it was heartbreaking to hear that coz it was our hard earned money. So I messaged them again and they weren't responding. So I contacted them from my account and to my luck I am an elite member so the call got connected directly to Myntra. They reopened the case the told me. Now again today when I checked her account it was blocked. I couldn't get any details. So again I contacted them from my account and they said that they will resolve the issue before 3 September. But I am worried still for my refund. Please help

                    I purchase a new one plus z wireless Bluetooth earphones on 26 December 2021 Which is under warranty now. But it is not working well I went to the one plus showroom yesterday but they told me that have to contact to myntra team. But they do not show any support to me.

                      I had purchased a shaver from Myntra around a month ago, It was a defective piece and I tried to return it but they said it's non returnable product. While purchasing the product this was never mentioned, instead it was mentioned as "Hassel free 15 days return". They are now not ready to take it back either.

                        I was expected to get refund for my order named as "Hydes and Hues Men Black Solid Formal Loafers" which I order on 28 July 2022 and cancelled it on 3rd of August 2022. I have not received my refund yet.

                        If Myntra have process my refund then I need the debit bank statement so that I can share that with my Bank.

                            I've ordered two guess wallet worth of 11600. Package was tore and was sticked with a cello tape. When I saw the parcel it was torn from
                            one side and was sealed with white tape.
                            When I opened the parcel one item was missing from my parcel. Only one item was there another was missing inside. Immediately I called to the delivery person he has not pick up my calls then same day aftn I called to customer person they told me to wait till Sep 1st 2022 then before a day I got a message like my pblm has been resolved and they have closed my issue. Immediately I called them they told of reinvestigating but after reading all reviews of missing product I don't have a hope I'll get my refund or missing product back. I need to take this issue with a higher priority to take to consumer court. Can anyone help me with my issue?

                              Hey Team,

                              I wanted to raise a complaint against Myntra team as they have cancelled my 5 orders from their end. It was 4 Levi's jeans and 1 Levi's t-shirt.
                              I have been talking to the customer care of Myntra and they're just saying it's because of their technical glitch and making fool of customers.
                              I want the same product for same price but they have given the me 300 points instead of order value of approx Rs. 10000.

                              I want to put up a complaint against the Myntra, either need all the products I've ordered or the total product amount.

                                  I have a Myntra account which I use regularly. One day, I tried logging in to my account and found an error that "this account does not exist" which was active a few days back as I had made an online purchase. I contacted customer care who registered a complaint. Then I get a mail saying I have violated fair usage policy. (Attached screenshot). I again contacted the customer care asking them to specify the exact reason. But they did not specify and instead told me that I will get a call back from their senior executive. The call never came. I again contacted customer care a few days later. That time the customer care executive told that the account has been deactivated for security reasons and again not giving the specifics. After all this they still send me promotional and marketing messages on my registered mobile number. I asked them to send me my account transaction history & myntra credit ledger and asked them to return pickup product nd transfer my funds back to my bank account. They till now have'nt taken any action on this.

                                    I order 5 Jeans and 1 Shirt from Levis Branding. Some of the order were 2 day deliveries but just a day before delivery they cancelled my order on their own saying that it was out of stock! But when i checked it, and it was AVAILABLE at much higher price. Why Myntra is scheming in such a way? In fact I’m an Insider member! I am totally disappointed in Myntra Service towards its customers! Also i am not able to connect to their executive personnels! This is totally unacceptable.

                                      I have purchased a product from myntra when I receive the product it was small I try to exchange the product they were telling like it's non returnable product, I contact with customer care they were no reponding properly and their behaviour was also not acceptable for me. There were not mentioned as non exchangable in the product details.

                                        I am your oldest consumer and you can check all my old orders.
                                        I was having a faith of having best relation between your company and a customer
                                        But it is very sad to say that from past 1 month I am trying for a replacement of my order which I ordered from myntra itself
                                        I ordered a pair of shoes but one of them got torn off within a week so i want to replace it but none of them is listening to my concern and calling in return
