HI Team .
my account was hacked by some hackers and currently my account is deactivated .
i had 36K balance in my account gift balance.
i had sent all the details to myntra and every time i call to helpdesk they ask to wait for 48 hours and no action taken till today

here is the ticket

      I have ordered 19 products from myntra on the same day. They belong to clothing brand Levi's. The orders were succesfully placed and under processing stage, but suddenly i got a message from myntra after two days of placing orders that all the 19 products i have orders have been cancelled.They cancelled the orders without any notice to me and gave rupees 100 for each order as compensation without my approval for cancellation.Out of these 19 products, 1product has already been shipped and reaced my nearest delivery centre, but it has also been cancelled citing the reason as product out of stock.How can a product which has been shipped already become out of stock??
      All the products are available on myntra at the time of cancellation and even now they. are present(the actual delivery date is september 9th and 11th for all the products) and they are clearly available on myntra and my orders are intentionally cancelled by myntra without my approval.
      The prices of the products have drastically increased so i won't be able to order them all with the same amount i used to order them before.
      Such Issues happend to me many times with myntra and this is the first time i'm complaing about one such issue.

        I have been harassed by the mantra team for the last 3 weeks, now I have bound to take legal action against fraud and mental harassment issues, shame on your team, and all inhuman robots. I was your valuable customer once and you have lost me for life.

        I got mentally disturbed and I cried multiple times on call and also cured your team for being so much insensitive

        my issue started on 24rth Aug, weh I raised the complaint to get one of the wrong order items from your end, Post escalation, I raised the concern on your customer dest with images, and they asked me to wait, next day your delivery boy declined the item because of wrong order and click images from his end to
        post multiple follow-ups, the Item return gets approved from your end, and when the delivery age comes and picked my item. When I asked about pickup confirmation he said "Mam I'm taking your item with me, don't worry I will mark pick up done after confirmed by my Supervisor.

        I called your Customer escalation desk and report to them about this Non-Picked Mark Incident your Call agent say " MAM I can see your picked request is approved and we have already asked the logistic team to pick your item and mark it as done from our end, sometimes tech take little time it will update. don't worry, wait for 48 hrs. your refund will update. But as I did not believe him and take the delivery agent online and connect both on a conference call,
        Where in YourC.C agent asked the pickup boy to mark the Pickup done and your Delivery boy says he will mark post reached to his delivery station, Your agent says don't worry Mam in noting here also that your item got successfully picked up and a refund will be initiated soon.

        Then post 1 day I got a pickup and a declined message from your end, telling me this post item was picked up and how the pickup can be declined.

        again I have raised the fraud complaint to your customer desk and request them to investigate with delivery bo and check the last calls Recordings for confirmation

        since then im keep calling like[protected] times and without correct investigation, my case is being closed with wrong tagging and I have asked to share such stupid details which must be with your more than me like :

        1. Assigned Delivery agent Name ( How I'm supposed to know his name as a cust. don't you guys know who assigned what order was picked in your Data ?)
        2. Pickup receipt ( is this not sound mindless to you? My complaint is against fraud when the pick got taken by the agent but he has not marked it in the system, so how am I supposed to get the system receipt if the done tagging has not been marked ?)
        3. Agent No. - tell me are you guys allowed agents to call customers from their personal no.? because I always get the call from +[protected] by your delivery and this is company no.). so how i am supposed to get the personal no. of your delivery boy
        4. Pick up time and date- Your team is so so bline and untrained, that despite I have raised so many complaints and every time asked them to check recordings of the agent and Call center called all evidence is there, but no one cared or read even and asked such stupid and nonlogical info without your tool, agent calls, app GPS, Call cent Call recordings, their remarks nothing

        my calls purposely disconnected, no one called back, and escalation and chat depart never called back on the share time slot and give 1 missed call and said we tried to call
        tell me sir on picked up item complement, how even your investigation team can define the pickup request, and when I m keep bagging to all your agent and superstitions to pl tag correctly and mentioned all information so either frontest are not training or educated enough to write down the VOC and situations or very badly training and don't know the correct location taggings and also very very insensitive and robotic and so much goofy that I start working the start of mantra

        I M REQUESTING you're TO PL CHECK all the recordings from Wrong order received Complaint Day till now and feel the frustration of mine and your team insensitivity and how untrained andnoncaliberr and blind folks they are and why that delivery boy still working in the system

        Please either take strict actions against defaulters and Refund my amount or I will now strongly take action legally and also post all proofs, recordings, and all against mantra on social media and also file a police complaint against the agent and your logistic center.

          My order was to be delivered today i.e September 6th, 2022. However as per Myntra tracking it was shipped on this date and has not yet been delivered. It is 9:15pm September 6th, 2022. Urgently required the product and ordered as per the delivery date shown by Myntra. Really disappointed and pissed off by this kind of service offered by Myntra. Never expected this.

            We have ordered Shoes in the month of July and it got cancelled just the day before delivery date.
            Again, we have ordered in the month of August Faux fur slippers and sliders which got cancelled again a day before delivery.
            In the month of September, sliders were ordered again but unfortunately it got cancelled on the day of delivery.
            When we spoke with the customer care, they are mentioning that it got cancelled as the product is lost. But, how come all the 3 orders of 3 different months have the same logistics issue? I would be glad if anyone can address this issue.

                    It is very serious concern regarding mismatch in Myntra credits, which is a serious matter, and if left unresolved is a financial fraud. I had raised a complaint, which is missing altogether from the list of complaints in my Help center tab. The Issue no. generated is IN[protected] (I am getting the issue no. from the screen shot I took immediately after the complaint was raised; otherwise I would not even have a number to cite, as it is not any more in the system). The last Myntra credit was 7283 INR, whereas only 6467 INR is being indicated. Myntra is not solving the issue after multiple complaints raised, and the complaints are being deleted. This needs urgent resolution.

                      Return ID:[protected] I have ordered unisex white colour crocs and i hav recieved it on Friday 2nd sept 2022 but i had size issue so I requested for return the next day they came and picked up on 3rd sept. but now they are telling quality check is failed.how is that possible i just checked size it was not fitting then i kept it in box as it is from where the quality issues will come simply don't cheat the customers i want my refund back as soon as possible

                              This order has size issue have checked keeping with m&h jeans it’s bigger than that immediately I have raised return and the guy came and picked up within 2 hr tag with original package I have returned.                                 IN[protected], i using Myntra from long time period. My experience with Myntra is too much awasome, but there some incident happened, i went totally opposite. i received different used product by Myntra, so i raise return request, return has been approved. But cheap cheater delivery agents which is hired by Myntra.com, That person name yogesh asked me money to accept my return, when I denied to give money he put my parcel on hold and said it's different and defective product he will not take it back, unless i pay bribe of some amount. When I told him i will complaint against you, He said me ... do whatever you want to do, you don't have any proof to prove me guilty & now I will not accept return in any condition.

                                This was a horrific experience by online shopping site in entire life. I m going to file consumer complaint against Myntra and police complaint against delivery agent.

                                    Received damaged product on order ID[protected]-3682601.
                                    Sending damaged product which customer can't check before taking delivery.
                                    And refusing return once it found damaged after opening consignment.
                                    If Myntra is that much sure about its Quality Check, why not permitting to open the consignment in front of delivery agent.

                                      I ordered fire bolt bluetooth calling watch from myntra company on 21st august. When the parcel came to me, I saw that the box did not have the watch, so I got the parcel empty. I complained about this to myntra company on 21st August and still have not received a reply. I have been calling your customer care repeatedly and still have not received any reply from them.Though I was supposed to get a reply by 24th August, I have not yet received a reply. I am getting very poor service from myntra. I am a select customer of Myntra. I have been using myntra for a long time. This is not expected from Myntra. I have mailed a lot on your mail id [protected]@myntra.com and have also sent the unboxing video. All the proofs have been sent but still I have not got any reply. How many more days should I wait? If I don't get reply soon I will have to file a complaint against you in consumer court. Very Very bad service from Myntra . I am very Dispointed.
