I filled a compliant with Myntra that I received incomplete package few moments after opening received package from Myntra.. I received single product in packet whereas I paid for two products. .. even after complaining Myntra didn’t resolve my issue and didn’t provide refund of missing product .. moreover they have kept agents wit poor knowledge and are not refunding money of missing product.

    Sir / ma'am,
    I ordered two shoes
    1. Red tape with price of 2069 ₹
    2. Allen cooper with price of 1648 ₹
    Total amount of 3717 ₹ was deducted on 29 th of june
    with Order ID # 1208370 [protected] but red tape shoe was returned due to size issue and I have already returned the product and I have recieved the message regarding the refund on 5 th july but till now as of late the amount has not been transferred back to my account and when I checked it again in myntra it displayed refund credited on 15 th july but the amount has not been credited and I have already raised an issue regarding that matter with issue No
    IN[protected] and they gave a specific date that it will be resolved within the given time period but its all in vain. After all the complaints were made the customer service operators finally gave me a message that the amount has been transacted on 31st July and I recieved the message that it has been resolved but till now the amount has not been credited back to my account. The customer service provider gave me Bank reference number 6592154212536725706127 and so I went to the bank to check it but the bank manager told me since its not been credited to them its not possible to transact the amount. Its been many weeks now and soon going to be a month long, I have contacted the myntra customer services but its all in vain
    Never have I ever been treated by Myntra like this.
    Now I am beginning to think Myntra has lost its customer grievance support.
    Customer support was good in myntra but now what is happening to them, it looks like myntra is stealing money from online customers.
    Please help me with the issue and kindly resolve it .

      I have Ordered 2 Shoes From Myntra
      Order ID # 1210475 [protected]

      1) One shoes are blue color ..Tommy Hilfigher Rs -5099
      2) And the other one was Nike Grey Shoes -Rs 4670

      On 27th july i recieved only one shoes [Tommy Hilfigher]
      After 1-2 days status of other shoe[Nike] was updated on myntra Site as “delivered” But in actual shoe was not delivered to me..!

      I raised many complaints @ myntra.. but they said that they cant do any thing as the order has paased through various checks at their end.
      Please help as my money is wasted and pro duct not delivered and myntra not doing any thing for this..!

        My Roadster Jeans exchange request has been put on hold. Today I got the message 'Out for Delivery' but the delivery guy did not even show up to exchange the products and did not return calls, and the website updates showing the reason is that the 'quality check for the original product failed'. I don't know how this is possible. I have the original products with all of the tags and receipts at home. Please make sure to resolve this issue.

          Not giving my invoice

          I purchased a product from myntra on 13th july 2022 and i didn't download th invoice of that product but after few days they deactivated my myntra account and now saying me that you will not get your invoice of that product...

          I am really upset because now a days the laptops are sometimes personal.WHhile presenting it to client during a meeting or something it appears on Yahoo, Study websites etc.

            Order ID # 1211082 [protected]..I ordered an Arrow formal shoe which didn't fit me, so I requested a return request within 4-5 hrs after receiving, I tried the shoe once to check the size and as it didn't fit so I packed it back intact with all the tags..the delivery person came the next day to collect the product and as we live on the 3rd floor and I wasn't at home, my wife asked him to come upstairs through the lift to collect it, on which the delivery person said just through the product down from the third floor, my wife again requested the person to come upstairs but he insisted on either throwing it down from the balcony or sending it through the lift. As we have a small baby, my wife couldn't go downstairs and sent the product through the lift. Now my product is marked as used/damaged by the delivery person who didn't even come upstairs to collect the return packet and check the quality infront of my wife so that it is proven and agreed to all that it wasn't or was used. THERE WAS NO SUCH REPORT MADE TO US BY THE DELIVERY GUY WHEN HE TOOK THE PACKET, there is no proof that we returned a used product and obviously it wasnt used as I just tried it once but it didn't fit and packed it as it is along with the tag and all. The most frustrating part is that MYNTRA is keeping all the powers to themselves and not providing any authentic proof while collecting the product, there is no set process and the customer service is totally robotic and keep on repeating the policies without even understanding the concern. It was a size issue and I wanted a UK 11 which was not available in the same shoe, so my wife placed a different order for another shoe UK 11 if you see the order I'd Order ID # 1211235 [protected]. We really beleive it's a scam by Myntra which is being run along with the delivery partner...they are now sending the product back with no proof in what condition it was returned by me, they can not be trusted as they might tamper it and blame it on us to force the product on us. We are waiting for the refund and if the refund doesn't happen we want to take it to next level...this kind of scam was not expected from such big name.

              Order is #121045285127000760101 I had ordered an h and m jeans but wrong and defective product with torn tags I have pics as proof my order and jeans are not matching and still they are not accepting the return request I want strict action to be taken against the seller and Myntra for allowing such practices so that they can't fool innocent people of their hard earned money people please boycott myntra

                I have ordered 2 items on Myntra, i have returned the items. It has been more than 10 days I have returned. Myntra said they have initiated the refund but i didn't receive the amount. They have given the reference number to contact the bank for refund. Please do the needful.

                  Myntra has not been picking up the return order from the last 15 days and they are pushing the pickup date every single day without giving any clue to what is the reason for no pickup.

                    Product came damaged due to worst packaging from Myntra.
                    They able to deliver product on my address but unable to pick it up in the same address. Still I went ahead and dtdc courier with my own expense because Myntra assured that they will pay courier charges.

                    Now my issue here is, they are not accepting the product nor refunding my money.

                    Worst experience with Myntra support escalation team. They cant do anything about it, even the senior person seating at higher position can not resolve my issue.

                    I want my refund of that product plus courier charges. Please resolve my issue if you are not Fraud Myntra company.

                        On 28/06/2022 I, Rachna Jhaveri, used my debit card on Myntra app for a total amt Rs.6482/-, out of which i was expecting a refund for 2+3 return items.

                        I have received credit on 3/07/2022 for 2 transactions, the other 3 are pending amount 743, 799 and 896.

                        Myntra confirmed that they have already initiated the refund for the three transactions but it's NOT YET CREDITED in my account NOR have I received any valid IMPS reference number for it. Also 3rd July refund was done through UPI immediate credit, why not the same procedure used for these three transactions?

                              I am an NRI. Ordered some stuff from Myntra as I always do. When I tried on the stuff, one of them smelt of sweat and I returned it saying it smelled bad and looked used. They reshipped it to me telling me that the item was used. LOL. Well! That was the complaint in the first place! Never buying from Myntra again! Fortunately there are so many other platforms!

                                I ordered a regular jeans from Myntra on 21st July 2022. It was slated for delivery on 24th July, which never happened. It was a pre paid order. I filed a complaint through myntra help center. On 27th july, it showed delivered. But the delivery person never called me. I raised a reinvestigation there and then, and myntra gave me a deadline of 31st july for an update on the same. On 29th July, the help center showed that the issue had been resolved, but again, I never received the order. I raised a complaint yet again, but the same thing happened.

                                Now the myntra escalation team keeps saying that they can't do anything about it, that they can't contact the delivery person. I told them them either give a 800 rs coupon, or a refund, or the delivery boy's number, but they kept repeating that they can't do anything now.

                                So the present situation is, I have already paid for the jeans, which were to be delivered on 24th July, but never received them.

                                I would request you to kindly resolve this issue: either deliver the product, or process a refund.

                                  I am an ICON member of Myntra, I have placed an order - neerus kurta with Palazzo and dupatta worth of 6230 rupees, I have returned it due to fit issues and product has been picked up on 14 July, but till today (31 July) i haven't received refund yet. I called customer care multiple times, they are raising ticket and closing with status as resolved without actually resolving the issue.
                                  And again i have raised new complaint request, they updated that before August 1 i will get an update but no update yet.
                                  How much time will it take to initiate a refund? No update even after multiple calls with customer care, Facing worst service experience by Myntra.
                                  Please refund me ASAP.

                                    On 19 July 2022, i ordered 3 tshirt from Myntra Android application.payment option chosen was COD.
                                    On 25 July 2022, Delivery boy arrived at modinagar Bus stand.he said that he will not come to my address .I went to modinagar which is approx. 7 km from my address.He said first you have to pay money than you can collect your order.one of those tshirt (Slazenger Men Teal Blue Brand Logo Applique Ultra-Dry Running tshirt) was damaged as it was stick to its polythene packaging and burned. So i return that tshirt at the same time and select damage product received in Myntra app .delivery boy took tshirt from me. I came back to home.in evening, Myntra app sent a notification that your return cancelled.
                                    I called so many times customer helpline number but they were not listening my concern.
                                    Today on 30 July, a customer executive connected me to escalation manager Azhra.she said we deliver product after 100% quality check so it's impossible we can deliver a damage product. And your return cancelled due to quality check. So now we are reshipping this damaged product to you it will reshipped in a very short period of time and you have to accept delivery.if you'll not accept this delivery may your package will lost.But under no circumstances we'll refund your payment.
                                    My concern is i don't want this burned tshirt.please refund me my money.
