I ordered pair of Jean of here&now brand on 29th August 2022. Delivery boy didn't inform me about parcel delivery time that when he did so. I wasn't aware of my parcel as I didn't get any call from agent end. At evening, I called him then he talked like nonsense, said what if I didn't inform you, go and take your order, I put that somewhere. Is there no sense to talk to customers. Absolutely Shameful act by myntra. Shut down your operations ASAP, no wonder companies like these disappear like fart in the air.

Recently I ordered Dress Berry Women Mauve Woven Design Slip-On Sneakers from the Myntra app with tracking no. ML[protected]. I liked the shoes but due to size issues, I decided to put them in exchange. The first-time exchange took place without any problems (As it came with the price tag but the second time, they declined the exchange and put my shoes on hold saying that the price tag was missing.

I have raised 2 return requests, one for dress and one for earring. courier person came for pickup and only asked for dress.when I enquired about earring he said he does not have any such pickup information.I told him this is happening every single time with jewellery return.Courier guy said he does not have any such pick up detail and later I got "return onhold " message .
What is wrong with Myntra, This issue is happening again and again. How you got to know that the product is damaged without coming for pick up and moreover the product is not at all damaged and in good condition.
Pathetic service.Highly dissapointed.I immediately called customer care and asked them to connect me to courier person but they did not do that.New scheme of Myntra for making easy money from customers.shameless

Until some days ago myntra used to deliver in the pin code area 797106 but now it suddenly stopped. Please start delivery there again as my college comes under the area and I think lot of people are in the same situation as I’m.

I ordered sliders of ₹1516 from myntra i rcvd diff product when i return this product i didn't rcvd my refund in my bank acc from myntra and myntra is telling mu refund is proceeded but my bank is denying it all ... big fraud done by myntra wd customers

On the 9th of April, Myntra apparently initiated a refund of amount 749 rupees for a returned pair of shoes but I have not received the amount on my side. I paid via Paytm wallet, and have checked my bank transactions as well, the refund hasn't been processed on my side in either of them.

Myntra claims it's with Paytm and has given me a reference number for the apparent refund. I don't know how to proceed further to get my money back. I've already tried contacting Myntra multiple times saying I have checked my transactions and yet not been refunded.

I earned Harden money but Myntra does not give my refund back / my shirts back I want my Raymond company shirts/ my refund back to me

I brought product of sweater in myntra but product as on time but one swtaer is colour is fade and mismatch so I return the product but delivery agent collect all three Product he know which detail of return but he collect all three product almost three days completed still now he not return that swaeter 2 nos very worst service my number [protected] myntra pls take action against that I also inform that person 3 times in day still now he not return

I've placed an order recieved it on 23rd and it was a used + damaged+ wrong product and then I've contacted customer care and placed for return next day delivery boy came and didn't picked up the order and now it's been 6 days my order has not been picked up yet . Daily I'm getting the message that my order will be picked up today bt then they cancel it and when I've contacted them by the number given by Myntra then the said they'll not come to pick my product. I've complained so many times but they're not giving any solution just extending by days and I'm just waiting. I'm a student I've bought it with my savings and neither they're picking nor refunding

But it is very sad to say that from past 11 days I am trying for a replacement of my order which I ordered from myntra itself
I ordered a pair of shoes but because of color and quality issue I want to replace it but no complaint authority is listening

A blue roadster jean i bought from myntra and the product was not that much as i expected so i returned it on 3rd july 2022.As in reply i received that the refund has been intiated and will be credited in my bank account by 4th of july. Also After 15 days the refund hasn't credited in my bank account.i called the myntra executive, they said money has transferred in my bank account, if not showing in the bank then contact to the bank support team and gave me a reference number[protected].so i called the bank support team and they said there is no money holding in my bank account and the reference number is worthless, then bank support team said call the myntra executive and say there is no money reflected in my account but the myntra executive said money has been credited to my account.Till the date i didn't get my refund of 474 rupees

This is in regards to an order I placed with Myntra on 11 August 2022. I ordered a Fossil watch (ES5098), but when I received the product, the code on the product (ES5098I) mismatched with the Myntra product description.
At first, I didn't come to know about this. But later when I thought to return this product, the pickup boy informed me about this mismatched product code. I tried reporting many a times to Myntra about this, but they always close my case without addressing to it.
This is highly disappointing & I could not expect such behavior from Myntra where It is itself delivering the wrong product and customers have to bear the cost of it.

Request the team to please check and provide help in returning this DUPLICATE PRODUCT. (PS : I haven't even used this product and the original tags are intact to this)

Parcel picked up amount not refund

Myntra is involved in a bigger scam by the name of quality check by rejecting the returned products and not refunding the amount. The customer support is not responding to those queries. Their database has just have the information on the rejection status but that doesn't include why it's been rejected? What was the exact reason ? What is quality check is done for ? This is something 8th time I'm experiencing personally with my circle of friends and family sharing the similar incident. My wife ordered a western wear and tried once. There was fitting issue so she had to return it and place another size for the same. I packed everything with the tags and delivery cover was also included in the return. There was nothing no damages or any other defects that it has to get rejected in quality check just because it was tried once. There was no proper reason or message or even a mail that Myntra sent to us on the rejection reason. It was just the product will be re-shipped again and no-refund will be given. Fine ! Myntra being a consumer we have rights to know about a reason for quality check rejection. The pickup guy did checked everything before he picked up the product. But still I'm confused where did it went wrong. Myntra answer for this!!! You have already lost a customer. But we need an answer for this..

I have order red tape shoes from Myntra nd they cancelled my order on their own. After that I have place 3-4 order nd they cancelled again nd again. I want to resolve my issue.
