I dont understand why Myntra put discounts when later on they have to cancel all orders.
I placed 3 orders on sale yesterday and all are cancelled and now available on Mrp.
This should not be a way to write to client due to unforeseen circumstances we are cancelling your order.

    I have complaind to myntra it advised its bikny and bra models in the study website like geekstogeek it mostly distract the students I requested to pleace don’t advertise this types of product in that website where all student refers many time for study perpous

      I ordered a u s polo shirt whose order id is 205811 [protected] amd registered mobile number is [protected] and when i opened the package what i saw was wring product ... I saw a blue check shirt of totally different brand and design .. i complaint about it to Myntra . They made 6 pickup but every time my pick up is failed because pick up agent refused to accept despite having approval from myntra .. plz help me with refund . I cannot afford this loss

        My two complaints were closed without resolution. Products are not delivered yet and I have not received a refund. The third time I am raising a complaint and the system is not accepting it or are open the previous complaint. I am calling your cust care and no response there too.

            I purchased a leather belt o[censored]CB for 819 rs from Myntra. Due to size issue, I ordered an exchange and everything was smooth. After 4 to 5 days I received the exchange product which was a Louis Philippe belt. I paid an additional 80Rs to compensate the excess price. But this product was delivered in bad conditions. The belt was folded and stuffed inside a cardboard box of Myntra. The item seems to have wrinkles in the buckling hole area and I suspect that the item was an old and used one. Also there were no holes in the belt to fit my size. I even ran behind the delivery man to ask him whether he can take it back as the next week I will be out of town. Anyways, I ordered a return and refund. But I received messages that the return is declined as the price tag is missing. I am 100 percent sure that the price tag was intact and the product was in the original delivery condition. Now they are returning this product and my communications with the support people are not being dealt properly. I am a person who earns in 6 digit salary and do not have to fraud. I also knows the return policies. The price tag is lost somewhere during transit by the delivery agent and Myntra is not even communicating with me to understand the issue. They are closing my tickets and not even escalating. They are also rejecting my review on the product. Even though not properly visible, I have a photo of this used item with a part of the tag visible. Either this is a mistake from the pickup agent or a fraud which Myntra is not attending. Anyway Myntra will be reshipping the product and I have decided to question the delivery agent if I also found the tag missing. Please launch an investigation on the same and attend my issue. They can verify my credibility and look into the issue as I too agree that there are online fraudsters who use and return products without causes.

              I had ordered 2 Benetton slippers one amount 625 and the other for 584
              I got delivered a cartly London slipper for 1213. After requesting for a return with the picture send on the Myntra app rhe delivery agent was assigned and he asked for 2 slipper where as I had only received one worth my total amount that was 1213 so he took that and has initiated amount to be refunded 625, please help me get my remaining amount back I’m attaching the receipt and pics below

                Hi,
                I had placed an order for Antheaa Green Accordion Pleasted A- Line Top (XXL) for a price of Rs.769 from myntra app (Order ID # 1205009 [protected]). When delivered, the agent collected Rs 1013 through a scanner. Order was collected by my flatmate as I was in a call, so he paid through my phone. Also, as he was not aware about the amount to pay he did not raise an objection to the agent. Its when I was free I realised that extra amount has been paid.

                I then reached myntra CC and explained the situation, as I had 2 complaints regarding same order- they messed up. Firstly, they placed a return request for me, when I wanted an exchange. I had to cancel the return through the app and get the prod exchanged first.

                Once I was through with the exchange and satisfied with the product I had received after exhange, I have since been reaching out to Myntra CC and they keep on cancelling my request w/o even understanding the entire matter.

                I have all the proofs that shows the extra money was paid by me through scaning a QR. Msg from my bank tells me that the money went to Myntra,

                Its been weeks if not a full month of chasing this team. All I want is a refund do the extra amount charged (which is Rs.254). Is it too much for the company to understand?

                  I have ordered 'Indo Era
                  Women Yellow Ethnic Motifs Printed Kurta with Palazzos & Dupatta' from myntra and i got poor quality product so i have requested for return and handed over to Xpress bees courier agent.
                  Product got picked up and i didn't get refund yet and when i contacting myntra they are saying product didn't pickup which is lie and they are not ready assist me on this.

                  daily contacting them and simply the passing the time.
                  I have shared the info along with screenshots messages and agent mobile number as well but they are not ready to get the detail and assist.

                  its cost around 2200.

                    I have ordered 5 T shirt from Myntra.com and on 27th/May the packet was received at 4.05 Pm and it was opened at 4.14 Pm .
                    The packet only contain 2 T shirt and the complaint of the same was lodged on 4.15 pm .
                    Since then i have following the company now and then and they are not looking at my complaint and have closed the same informing lack of evidence .
                    This is completely unacceptable and i have been cheated by the company .
                    None of the senior is ready to attend the call despite holding call for several minutes .

                      I ordered a tommy hilfiger watch worth Rupees 14 thousand from myntra. On receiving I found that there is a bit difference in the design of the dial as compare to the actual image of the product. So the same day I requested for a return, another day the courier boy came and refused to accept my return saying i can't receive this, i sm putting your return on hold and you've to talk to customer executives regarding this, if they'll approve then only I'll be able to take this back. From that same day my return was put on hold. Then i am continuously messaging myntra about the update of my issue but the only thing that i am getting in revert is we'll update you in 24 hours or 48 hour's. A week is about to pass hearing the same thing again and again. Then today I called the customer care again and tell him the same thing so he asked me to wait for 2 minutes untill he's checking the update on my account, than the call remains on hold for about 23 min and then without letting me know anything he cut off the call. This is myntra really disappointing and disgusting behaviour from the entire team of myntra. From last 5 days they're just manipulating me and mentally harassing me. We also earn, like you do, our money is not waste of garbage. I am raising my voice again and again you can't just let my 14 thousand waste like this. I am lawyer i will fight till the end. If you don't listen to me I've many more options.

                          Gift wrapping charged but not provided at the time of delivery

                          I ordered two products from myntra for my closed one for which I opted for gift wrapping option in which a note was also included and I was charged Rs25 which was debited.But my package was not gift wrapped at the time of delivery.It was disappointing from such a trusted brand.Now I want my refund of Rs25....

                          I placed an order with Order ID # 1204590 [protected].
                          on 16th May and the order was supposed to be delivered on 26th May 2022. On the same day got message that order is delayed by few more days while on app it shows order cancelled.
                          Till date I have tried contacting Myntra customer care multiple times, Sindhiya and Syed have mentioned they will get back but no help.
                          After last complaint got call from case manager Aparna and she commited to resolve the issue in 48 hours. It's been 3 days on June 4 2022 and till date neither I have recieved my order nor its cancelled.

                          They are neither cancelling the order nor providing any refund.

                            I ordered a top from myntra but it didn't come as expected so I returned it. But today I got the message that my return request was denied because the quality check of the product failed. All the tags, bills were intact and I didn't even wear that tòp. Please look into the matter because I can't wear that top and so I want my money back.

                              My order is delayed from one month and they are not letting me even cancel the order.
                              My money is stuck with the company for a month without any explanation. They have ensured I can't reach to anyone to senior management -- all case managers ask 48hrs each from last 30 days

                              I am not able to reach their supervisor - they blatantly have said - "We are the end point - we won't compensate you or can't return your money". No body sends any email as it can be tracked back,

                                It's approximately 4 times I received a msg from Myntra that the delivery agent is out for delivery but after sometime I receive a msg again daily that the delivery is failed. When will my order reach to me...Is this good to send a msg daily that the delivery agent is out for delivery and then the delivery is failed without calling me...Poor performance by Myntra...I didn't expect this from Myntra...so poor

                                  I’ve ordered daniel wellington watch from MYNTRA and returned it due to fitting issues…all the price tags were intact and the product is in good condition.
                                  Return was kept on hold saying they received a damaged product which is untrue.

                                  I was told to wait till 30th May for an update. It’s not a small amount, I’ve saved it and bought from pocket money.

                                  I’ve complained a couple of days ago via their Instagram account and got immediate response from the escalation desk.

                                  BUT the issue hasn’t been solved. They told that the quality check has failed due to product not being in a working condition, which is absolutely false!!! The return was placed on THE SAME DAY how can it be true!

                                  How will I be responsible if the product gets damaged on its way!

                                  As already told it’s not a small amount, what should I do now with the product that will be re-shipped!! I want my refund back!

                                  Also my mails shows return is re-shipped on 25th May but the return got rejected on 1st june! How can MYNTRA justify this (will attach the proofs)

                                  I was told that the item has re-shipped to me! What should I do now?

                                  Will I be able to re return it?!
                                  How can it not be in working condition if the return was placed on the same day and pickup was done immediately the day after?!

                                  I humbly request for justice in my issue and get my refund back

                                      The Myntra team delivered damaged and Defective product and telling to contact Realme but Realme is telling as you have ordered from Myntra you need to contact but both teams were escaping from the issue.
