Hi team
These people are liers..I orders 2 lipsticks and quality wasn't good so I returned it..
I have requested the refund for the lakhme and maybelline lipsticks but the team has rejected my 2 product return request but still I was ready to take the products and use it when I got the lipstick back it was totally different instead of my Lakmé lipstick you’ve sent me the local 10rs lipstick mistake . Its been 20 days they rejected my refund and when I asked the reason, they said this will get reshipped to me and then they can check again and no reshipment for maybelline lipstick neither refund ..and their customer service is pathetic, close the case themselves ...I want my refund at any cost.please help me

    My return request was rejected. I had only tried the shoes for a minute and all the tags are there. Company said that the return request was rejected because the product failed the quality test ever thought the product have 30 days return policy. I returned the product the same day it arrived

    Ordered a Mast & harbour grey sneakers ( package I'd -[protected])on 8 may and delivered on 12 may and placed a return request the same day of delivery because o[censored]ndisired fitting and the same day item was picked up by a delivery boy. Next day i was informed that the return request was refused because of quality check failed even though I haven't used the product at all. And after that I requested a call back and ever they didn't give me a valid reason for why the product quality check failed. I don't think anyone has any details about quality check.

      Dear Team,
      Today is the 6th day since I raised the complaint that I received a wrong product Order ID # 1203332 [protected] and there is no resolution yet. I have clearly stated that I need the correct product to be sent to me before 15th May as I have a travel plan. There is also an issue IN[protected] created but again and again you guys ask for 24 - 48 hours of time which is not at all acceptable. Sorry to say that really pathetic customer service you guys have. I need resolution of the issue today only.

            Blocked my account without any intimidation and now not returning ordered item

            The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered 12 items cost around Rs.18734 on 14-April-2022.

            After placing order Myntra blocked my account and not allowing me to return or exchange any item, stating "their fair use policy broken from my account that's why they blocked my account".

            My concern is, if I am breaking any policy then why they don't stop/prevent me before placing my order,...

            I made multiple orders with Myntra worth more than 15k. On Saturday 7th May they delivered many products and the package was in bulk as they dump all products in one cover. Again cheap way for Myntra to make it cost effective for themselves plus cheat customers. The delivery guy takes the money first then give the bags and leave. He has no clue what is in the packet. When i open i see a few shirts and pant and then i check my app they have claimed a deodorant worth 1600 is delivered. Carolina Herrera deodorant. I raise a complaint via app IN[protected] and they ask me if the package was tampered. I was honest and said i dont recall it to be tampered. Then they say their security check claims it was delivered so they can't help me. How cheap is that? So if had lied to them that the package was tampered then they would've given me a refund? The escalation guy who i called put me on hold for 2 mins and then he says he completed his investigation and the product was delivered. He did investigation in 2 mins? When i ask him what investigation he did there is no answer but he keeps repeating he cannot help with my claim. I need a solution for this please help

              I had purchased a hrx jogger from myntra Dt 6th april 2022 and returned the product on 7th april 2022. I should have received the return refund of rs 1025 but till date 11th may 2022 myntra has not refunded me the above amount. I have confirmed from my bank that they have also not received any amount on behalf of me. I have contacted myntra for several times through mail and over phone but there is no response from them.
              Hence requesting you please look into the matter and help me out.

                I have two ac comforters but didn't like the quality so returned both. Agent picked up both the items but its been a week its still showing not picked. I have raised complaint multiple times but no action has been taken.

                  Missing package marked as delivered by Myntra

                  On April 29 I had been delivered a package from Myntra which was supposed to contain 3 products. I made payment for all 3 but upon unboxing found that only 2 articles were delivered. So I reported a complaint with both Delhivery and Myntra. Delhivery clearly denied the issue saying that it is the seller's fault and they don't entertain such complaints. Myntra first denied my complaint on May 1 saying that the package passed their necessary...

                  Product not getting picked up after a return request

                  I ordered a product from Myntra which was delivered to me on 13th April. I didn't like the fit of the product and since 14th April I have been regularly filing for a return request. The return request initially gets accepted and I get a message from Myntra stating that my order will be picked up within 7 working days. After 2 days I get a message - "Sorry, since we were unable to pickup, your return request has been cancelled."

                  Yesterday i received Roadster bag from Myntra although i pulled tags and wraps but when i properly checked i found the size too big, it was not clear thru pics nd videos, same time i.e.yesterday i put return request and kept everything in the original packing with brand tag.Today when agent picked it up i found in Myntra app, that return request has been on hold as brand tag was missing.For yr info.the agent threw the brown myntra cover on the road outside our house, he must have misplaced the tag also.U cnt hold somebody's amount like this.Be more responsible.Never expected from u guys

                    Bought 2 Nike shoes having prices of apprx. 10000 and No any brand tags attached on it when its delivered to me and when I tried to exchange and return those Myntra denying to take return saying brand tags not present and their supplier and seller selling fake product on Myntra.
                    Myntra practicing scam to sell fake product on site.

                    Kindly help and initiate in to this issue.

                        I had ordered 2 Lavie handbags from Myntra.com. On 7 May 2022 at around 11:30 A.M. I received a package. I opened the package at 1 P.M. and found an invoice of 2 bags but only 1 bag was delivered in the package. I raised a complaint for the same but Myntra closed my complaint saying my claim was false. They refuse to refund me the money or deliver the bag and claim that they investigated the matter and found that both bags were delivered to me. I want to raise a legal complaint about this.

                          My product was out shown to be arriving on 8 may 2022 and later on 9th may 2022 it showed cancelled and the money was silently put in to my account by Myntra. Such worse service .its the 4th time in a row my products are getting cancelled .

                            I has ordered a "PUMA Motorsport
                            Men White Printed Round Neck BMW MMS Logo Pure Cotton T-shirt
                            Size: L" on 3rd May, 2022. Due to size issues, I requested for a return on 5th May, 2022. But I received a message that the return request is rejected due to damaged or used product. I refuse to believe and comply with this as all the tags were intact and the t-shirt had been tried on only once.

                              I bought a product from Myntra Tokyo talkies black trousers which costed 521/- and since they were smaller to my fot I had to return them, when I returned the product i accidentally handed over a product which I bought from Ajio Kraus high rise black jeans which fit me properly and I was going to keep those. I accidentally handed this product, now the issue is somehow they have processed this product by scanning it multiple times in their delivery partner and their own system and none of these system alerted them that this product DOES NOT BELONG TO MYNTRA, they went and initiated the refund. It took me 2 days to realise that the Ajio product which I want to wear has been handed over to Myntra, when I initiated the complaint what had happened and asked to return my Kraus jeans and please pick TOKYO TALKIES PRODUCT WHICH ACTUALLY BELONGED TO THEM. They replied with the most underwhelming things saying "I understand your concern regarding wrong product pickedup.

                              I regret to inform you that the picked-up product does not belong to Myntra, so we are unable to take any requests."
                              I even offered to pay them back the refund amount so that once they return my product i will initiate another return request for Myntra product and once the right product is picked then they can refund me the original amount but even after writing to them multiple times they just copy paste the same response without actually doing a proper investigation on how their own system is deeply flawed which as costed me almost twice the amount of money, they keep closing the tickets and again copy paste the same thing hiding their own faults. Please help me get my original product back and return the useless product from Myntra. Enclosing the image from Myntra and ajio for reference.

                                Hi, I returned an order from myntra on 28 April 2022 after that in app it showed you return is accepted and by tomorrow it will be refunded, but still after 10 days same state, I tried calling them multiple time not able to connect with them and now they are are saying it will take 17 th may to verify it, multiple ticket i raised and they resolved it without solving issue,

                                  I ordered LONDON STEPS Women Black Embellished High-Top Heeled Boots on 25 the April and they arrived on 2nd May. Somehow I didn't like the product due to fitting issues and it didn't seem as it was shown on the site. The colur of shoes is also worn out. So I am trying to return it and every time the return request is getting canceled saying the color of the sole of the shoes is different and it is not passing the quality check.
                                  I don't understand what is wrong, where I didn't even remove any tag or packaging, and is kept as it is untouched. Please look into this matter. I want to return the product and need my refund.
