I submitted a request for return the same day within an hour,
It got picked up the next day, with all tags intact and everything was checked by the delivery executive
Later the same day, i recieved a prompt that the product hadn’t passed the quality checkbr...

Now he told me that by mistakenly i make it combo...

A wrong product was sent to me by Myntra and now the return is being denied.

I received the product on 8th April. There were 2 Blackberry Suits that were suppose to be delivered but I received only one and the other one was a Blackberry trouser.

As soon as I opened the package I call the delivery guy who then told me to raise a complaint with the customer care which I did.

I have been calling myntra for last 10 days regarding a refund.. everytime they say to wait for 24 hours.. its getting on my nerves now.. they are harassing me now...

I bought a pair of footwear from Myntra in march 2022. I used the footwear for less than 20 days and it's sole got broken from the bottom. I never expected such a cheap quality product from myntra. I want to exchange my footwear with a new one or want my money refunded back. Even the exchange period of one month is still active but myntra doesn't change used products. So i am complaining here to get my issue resolved....

My order history as well my credit (refund) has been vanished. Haven't got any satisfactory answer from costumer care as well....

I have order a watch of company wrogn and i wanted to return it it was picked by the delivery boy on 7th of April but till now i haven't received the refund amount...

I ordered a shirt from Myntra company which was delivered to me on 12th April at around 1-2pm i raised a return/refund request on 12th by 5-6pm.

I ordered a Triumph sports bra on myntra few days back. I
raised return request on 31st March and the delivery executive picked it up
on 1st April but later that evening the app showed pick up failed and after
that return has been attempted number of times. I contacted customer
support from the app but issue did not get resolved.

I ordered a "Campus Men White Mesh Running Shoes" on 4th April 2022 bearing order number[protected]-6704201. I received the product in 9th April 2022 but the box was damaged and the product was in used condition.
I placed a refund request on the same day and the order was picked on 9th April 2022 itself.
Everything including the box was returned by me but the company informed me that the product failed...

After placing request for returning a product, delivery agent doesn't show up and doesn't call but they update as pickup attempt failed, then it gets updated as quality check failed and return request gets on hold. Now, by raising this issue to the customer care, they are asking for product images and then they are cancelling the request so that i can raise a new return request again.
Boom! Repeat!
Same thing happening on loop!...

I received damage product from Myntra. I request for return and refund, but they give me the date for return pickup and nobody come to pick my product. This is my fourth time i am sending return request but same thing happened with me they cancel my pickup.
