Had placed an order pf Roadster black jeans on 13th of May 2022. I was to recieve my order on 17th of May 2022. But even on 19th when I checked the status of the order it showed shipping delayed. I waited until 21st of May 2022. Nothing happened. I raised a complaint but nothing was done.
Its been almost two months now. I had called the customer care 5-6 times now and they tell me only one thing. To wait for another 24-48 hours. My order is not going to be delivered. Its not getting cancelled. My money is stuck. I am frustrated with this now. I have wasted my time and money on this order. Nothing is happening. Myntra is not even able to cancel my product. I don't know who can cancel my order. I want my money back. Worst customer service. Worst experience of shopping ever.

    I purchased a body trimmer from myntra from registered account vide number [protected].
    Order id[protected]-4153501

    Purchase date- 10/06/2022

    The received product was non functional.

    I returned the product which was picked up.

    However, it showed that product has failed quality check and was returned back to me.

    Myntra customer support has been useless. They are refusing to take back non-functional product and hence my money 1708/- INR are stuck.

      3. Received a carton where the smartwatch box within was tempered and the smartwatch and its charger are missing
      4. Myntra customer support is now denying the fact that they delivered an empty package.
      5. Hard earned money wasted so easily?

      'Not yet resolved' They updated their response in the help centre of my account that they 'investigated the matter and found that the complete product was delivered'. Yes the package was delivered but product within was MISSING..NO REFUND NO REPLACEMENT

          I ordered a watch bearing Order ID #[protected] placed on 28th June, 2022 and the same was delivered on 29th of June, 2022. I then opened the package which had more than one tape covering on the package and upon unwrapping the package, when I checked the watch the hands of the watch were defective as they moved in circular motion with every moment rather indicating the correct time in the watch. Thereafter, on that very instance I raised a return request and the same was registered with the Myntra within 1 hour of receiving the said Watch.
          I state that I received a call from the one concerned person and i brought to their notice the piece that was delivered to me, to my utter shock without even considering any of my submissions or trying to even assist me with any solution, the concerned person concluded saying that the concerned Watch had been delivered to me after stringent quality check and they cannot do anything about the said defect now. The Myntra executive, rather taking the accountability just raised their hands off their liability leaving me in a dry and helpless situation wherein now I am left with a defective watch worth Rs. 21, 000 approximately. The Myntra while ordering the said watch clearly shows that the said watch is returnable within 30 days of ordering the same, if Myntra is not to accept any return request then why falsely mention the same and cheat their customers?
          I demand that Myntra accepts their accountability of delivering this defective watch and accept my product return request, just stating that a quality check was performed on the part of the Myntra does not given any assurance with respect to any product that it shall reach its end customer/consumer without any defect and when a defect has been brought to the notice just upon receiving the said product then there is no doubt on the authenticity of the said Complaint. This response and policy of the Myntra is bad in law and is merely running away from their liability and accountability.
          Kindly take note and respond to the said complaint at the earliest, failing to which I shall be eligible to avail all my legal rights against the said delivery of the concerned product.

            On 6 july 2022, I processed order for 8K via card payment method.

            After entering OTP for transaction, it showed me payment failure and try again.

            but my account got debited immediately.

            So Myntra has got the payment but order is not placed.

            Please refund my money asap.

            I am now skeptical to place new order via Myntra due to unstable payment and order methods!

              I have ordered a product from myntra which was delivered on 27/02/2022 for that product first I have made payment from my FI account which was successful from my end but not reflected on Myntra's delivery partner's app then he asked me to pay once again from another payment mode but i refuse and wait for sometime for payment to be reflected then he again asked me to pay again from another payment mode then I had paid with from my paytm account which was a successful transaction and it also reflected in the Myntra's delivery partner's app, then he said me that the refund of my FI account money will be credited in the same account in which payment was initiated in 4 - 5 days . Then I have waited for 6 or 7 days then i have complaint my issue to myntra customer care but i have not refunded my refund amount till today.

                My area pin code is 411041. Delivery hub is Nikita or chiranjeevi DC.

                [protected]-4183403 was my order number. I requested to exchange due to size issue, when it came at the time of exchange product received for exchange., Pick up agent and his manager purposely denied to accept exchange, while refusing pick up item, and said product box is not same etc. Even I told them I received same thing which I'm returning you now, even it's having Myntra tag and all barcode scanner history stickers on that box, Then also they refused & abused and not having sence to talk with ladies, I'm got to take legal against both of them as well with myntra.com, Its multiple times People from our area 411041 are receiving wrongs product and difective product with tampper box by same Delivery centre . This deliver centre is totally fraudsters, In some area this delivery and pick up agents along with der managers are taking bribe to accept & approved exchange product.
                Myntra.com have to look into such cases. Such people are spoiling Myntra, s name and reputation.
                Same thing happened with me, I received some defective and different product . so i change my address, now i m receiving proper and Geniun product . That means my old previous delivery centre in area 411041 was problematic and faulty

                    I'm contacting here for the missing item in the the box at the time of delivery.

                    I have purchased it from Myntra and and I'm trying to make it resolve since couple of days and customer support don't even want to check it clearly to verify the situation and resolve it.

                    Customer support just replying with same sentences again and again without even check the issue with the team.

                    I'm very tensed and frustrated, I just want it to be checked and my item or money back.

                    This is the last hope for my concern, after that I'll leave it my money in your pocket and will keep letting people know about your services and customer service experience on social media like Facebook, Instagram, twitter as well on youtube.

                      I have purchased an allen solly sport T-shirt. And after 2nd wash it’s logo starts vanishing.

                      Complained abt this in Myntra but they said they cannot help because it was not machine washed.

                        Hi,

                        So basically i ordered a trouser from Myntra and since the fitting and the quality was not upto the mark, i placed a return request withing hours of the product being delivered, but guess what they rejected the product saying quality issue.My question is what will I do in dew hours to that product which was picked up next day. The rejected product was delivered to me after 10days and no matter how much I fought with the customer care, they r now telling me that the product cannot be returned . I have all the proofs where on the website it's mentioned that the product can be returned within 30 Days and it's not even been 30 days since it was delivered to me. Imagine this happening to one of their loyal customers who has been shopping from them for 10 yrs now. I have clicked photos with the tag intact and of the product showing that the product is not compromised.

                          I was suppose to receive my order on 20th June n it's 5th July today. Even the customer care isn't helping me. No updates are shown, the product has reached Ahmedabad trasport hub on 5th June which was the last updated, no updates there after. Customer service centre is not even picking up my call. I am excitement disappointed with the service provider by Myntra. Worst service provider even seen in online shopping platform.

                            Myntra claims to have delivered 4 products to me but has not delivered the same, they refuse to investigate my case claiming that they have delivered my products. Instead i have received 1 pair of mens slippers that actually belongs to someone in Surat as per the tax invoice in the bag. So not only have they cheated me but also another person.

                            I have been raising a complaint to Myntra since the day I received the product but they keep closing my ticket without addressing it. I keep getting calls that we will look into the issue but they do nothing. I have sent them all the details via email and tickets but no resolution.

                            I want the refund of my 4 products not delivered to me which totals to Rs.2924/- against Order ID # 1206711 [protected].

                              I am reaching out regarding my unresolved complaint from your Customer Service team. On 26th June 2022 I placed an order from Myntra and the product was supposed to deliver around 30th June but I got message that it will be delivered early i.e on 28th June 2022. On 28th June around 5pm I have received call from the Myntra Gurgaon team that our agent will come and deliver your product by today. I told him I am at home let me know when he will come to drop the parcel to which he replied he will call you. After few hours I received your product has been delivered successfully. I have no idea to whom he has delivered my product. I even checked with my neighborhood and near by shops but they have not received any parcel by my name. Next day I approached to the customer support team regarding the same concern but they asked me to wait for three days. After three days without my acknowledgement they have closed the complaint just by dropping the text we have enquired with our logistic team and it has been delivered. As I was not satisfied with the resolution I again reached out to the team but they replied please check with your neighbour. Seriously? Don't you think it's supposed to be the responsibility of the delivery boy to inform me either before stepping out for delivery or after delivering my parcel to the unknown person and now your team wants me to check with my neighborhood. According to your customer support team should I knock each and every door of my society just to ask hey have you received my Myntra parcel?? This type of irresponsible behaviour of delivery boy is seriously not acceptable. He didn't even bothered to call me once before stepping out for delivery nor after delivering the product to the unknown person. I am not even really sure if has delivered the product to anybody. Next day I again reached out to the customer support team, I told them kindly share your logistic team contact details so that I may check with them who delivers their parcel in our area. Atleast there will be no miscommunication and if the delivery boy has genuinely delivered the parcel atleast he will be able to tell about the shop or house no or person to whom he has delivered but they denied and asked me to wait again for next 3 days. I told them the last date for exchange or return is 5th July 2022 and what if I will get my parcel but size doesn't suits me? Are you guys taking the responsibility? But no revert. Now on 4th July 2022 they have again closes the request just by informing the logistic team has delivered. I am not able to connect with the number I have received from Myntra's end regarding the delivery boy contact details. Else I would have connected with him directly. For me 5K - 6K matters a lot. Since 2011 I have been using Myntra but never faced any challenges. But this type because o[censored]nethical behaviour of delivery boy I am facing challenges. Don't you think it's the responsibility of the delivery boy to inform if he is stepping out for delivery or if he is even delivering my paid parcel to someone else. Also, I have the proof that I haven't received any call from his end till date but can he share the screenshot that he even bothered to call me once?
                              And hats off to one of your team member who consoled me by dropping revert on chat by saying that please consider it as a exceptional case not as an example of our service.                                 Myntra credited my refund amount of Rs. 3299 to a wrong bank account. The amount went to an SBI account when I don't even have one. The only account I have and which is linked to my Myntra profile is ICICI. But now customer chat support is claiming that I entered those bank details. They clearly made a mistake and are simply refusing to admit it. I just want my refund back to my own account.

                                  I bought a levis jeans worth 4399 from myntra but the fitting was unsuitable and the price tags of the jeans was in the pocket as the tieyng thread of the tags were broken . Then i created a return and mentinoned that the price tags are in the pockets but my return got rejected giving reason that the price tags are missing . Then i again talked to the myntra customer care and told them the issue they said that the product will be redelivered to you and when you receive the product you have to call on customer care again because they will create my return . Now when i got the return and called them they clearly said no that they can create return of help me with anything

                                    Dressberry mustard colored jumpsuit has been returned on June 12, 2022 but didn't get the refund for the same till date(July 4, 2022)
                                    I was told many times by the customer care that return claim has been denied so the product would be reshipped.
                                    That didn't happen either.
                                    Neither i have the product now nor got the refund.
                                    Each time I contact customer support, all they say is to wait for 24-48 hours for the issue to get resolved and i have been waiting for it to get resolved for more than 3 weeks now.

                                    Please refund 629 rs. as requested asap.

                                    A complaint (IN[protected]) has been raised today but I'm unable to update anything in the app. The app is really disgusting, buttons don't work..can't update anything. Spend some money in improvising your app instead of playing with customers money.

                                      I had ordered few work out tank tops and brief for myself from this website.its been a week that my products have gone missing n i have received a msg saying they have been delivered.
                                      Myntra as a very bad service and their staff is incompetent to understand the needs of a customer who is not scamming them. what will i get by scamming them for a 2000 rs.if i have to scam them then i amount has to be huge.

                                        I have return the order but they have not approved . they have reshipped the order product since 15 days and still i have not received yet. its like fraud, money fetcher.
                                        Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
