Transaction has bene placed on 12th of june. Amount of rs 699/- has been debited bit not credited to the account of myntra due to failed transaction, nor order has been placed. I have an indian bank account from which amount has been debited. account number is [protected]. I has talk with myntra escalation but they didn't receive any money. they kept saying only bank can help. kindly resolve the issue

      I ordered a shoes from Myntra x H &M my order number is #120668474998803950203
      Yesterday I got the parcel..and the packaging was pathetic product was wrapped in some third quality of paper but that doesn't effected me..the problem is the fitting it didn't fit me well so I placed a return request on the same day it has all the tags and the product looks brand new..but when delivery executive came to pickup he said that you should have change the return subject into used product but why should i if the only problem was fitting..so he return back the parcel to me...so what should i do?

          Order ID # 1206765 [protected] today I received a call from +[protected] at10:30 am around. He asked me where should I keep the courier I told him to keep it (I gave the shop's name). He said ok but he thought I cut the call. His wording was "MAA KI DINNI KO DUKAAN ME RAKHWANA HAI SAMAAN" Is this the way myntra hires anybody to use abusive language. moreover nowhere is written to complain about the courier boy. This is one area I am writing it but will write it everywhere wherever the complaint has been written.

            Sir,
            There's a delivery boy assigned to Mukherjee nagar area by Myntra. And he only and no other delivery executive comes whenever we place an order from Myntra. He is so irritating and annoying, everytime he calls and yells if I am not there at the address mentioned at the time he comes. We are students preparing for our exams and mostly either we are in coaching or library. I did schedule my return on the morning at 12 pm and it was supposed to come for pickup by 21st June. He came on the same day itself by 1:30 pm asking for the return but I was in library at that point of time. I asked him to come next day and he started yelling at me. These delivery executives can be polite when we as a customer are speaking politely. There's no need to discharge one's own irritation by yelling at customers for no good reason.

              I ordered a bag from Myntra on 12th June 2022 and received the product on 13th. As the bag was not of good-quality i generated a return request on 13th itself and the pick up was done on 14th. Then they informed that item return was rejected with no details aurat from the fact that it will be reshipped. I haven't received the product back yet and there is no one to contact. Please atleast return the bag back to me or return it and refund as the tags and the package it came in were intact

                Showing advertisement of female innerwears with female body on every browsing sites as it reaches to different categories of society including childrens. These pictures must be shown only on their shopping sites or ads should be shown only of product not with female body. These type of ads should be stopped.

                  Cancelling the order before the delivery date by Myntra

                  I have ordered Highlander shorts. They are two issues with this product.
                  1. I have ordered 36 size. But received 32 size.
                  2. There we some black dots on the back size of the shorts.

                  So, i submitted the same review in Myntra and return it. After returning, they sent a message saying quality check failed and this product will reshipped to you.

                  I never expected this from Myntra. In this case, what is the difference between Myntra and other local ecommerce sites??

                      I placed order from Myntra and it was a tshirt . As i was waiting for the delivery and suddenly on 15th of june in the morning i got message that my order got cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and when called to the customer care of myntra they also didn't responded to me in satisfactory manned and do not provided me the exact reason of cancelling my order .

                      I even mail to myntra.com for the same and asked them to give me reason of cancellation of my order . so i want o file a complaint regarding the as i m ready to pay the amount at which i order the product but i need the product as i requested the same to the myntra on mail and call too. Please look into my concern as i am already going to attach the pictures of the the product with cancellation screenshot as well.

                        Return pickup was done in the morning on 10th june .We got a message from delivery agent at the night on the same day saying the product mismatched and pickup rejected . In this case why was the product picked up from us . Now we dont have product or refund because of the negligent delivery agents and team

                          Sir,
                          I had placed an order for one vishudh flat and 1 Anouk mule on myntra.com on 12 june 2022 at 19 :15.Unfortunately the transaction said payment failed, so i paid it again, the amount of Rs 700 was deducted twice from my J&K Bank account . Also no trace of the double transaction can be seen in the "my orders' menu as well. Kindly force them to refund the amount debited from my account.

                            I ordered Bodycare briefs 96 CM, which on the site, under their size chart, is wrongly described as 3XL. The 3XL is 105 CM according to the brand size chart. I'd a word with a lady at customer care, then the executive, then the supervisor none of them were ready to file my complain and exchange or refund.

                            All they had to say was, the product is not returnable or you ordered 3XL so you got 3XL.

                            Why should the customer pay for the mistake done from their end? It's neither the customer's fault not the brands'. They should be careful while providing the description to the customers. ahom

                            They gave me the time till 18th June, to resolve the issue. On 18th June, I received a call asking for 2 more days.

                            I hope, this time, they either refund or exchange the item, as an apology.

                                I prepaid for one HRX shoes in Myntra on 25th May 2022 and on the same day I got the message that it has been delivered but I was seeing those messages on 27th May 2022 as I didn't get any call from the delivery agent regarding the delivery as they always calls before delivery so I didn't notice the messages . I complainted regarding this to Myntra as they are not supposed to deliver the product without calling the customer and also nobody has received my product from the hostel . Myntra is not providing any security over our product .there is no otp for the confirmation of delivery, if the delivery agent says it has been delivered they finalise that it is delivered. What I have faced is a big scam as Myntra is not taking any responsibility of their mistake and they are not providing any security over our product and they are just denying our problems .

                                I have seen somany complaints regarding this and atlast Myntra denies the complaint like the same they did to me . As a customer i need justice and no other person should face this .

                                Nobody has delivered the product to my address and they are claiming it as delivered . So either I need my product or i need my ₹1999 back .

                                  I had raised a Complaint with Myntra on 10th June'22 regarding a Payment Issue faced on Myntra website. Payment Error was depicted on Myntra website, however, through Bank SMS, Credit Card Statement & also confirmed with Bank Officials, Money has been debited from my Credit Card account. The same was raised to the said Myntra Customer Service executive & he acknowledged the Payment issued & confirmed Money to be returned by Myntra in 72 hours. Thereafter, the Myntra executive TWICE CLOSED the Issue. As of today, the 14th June'22 - NO Money has been returned by Myntra. Complete evidences of Transactions are attached below. WITH NO response from Myntra, I am forced to escalate the issue with Indian Consumer Complaints Forum against Myntra and also the said Customer Executive for Customer Deceit and Malpractices !!

                                    I purchased this product from Myntra App on May 3, 22 and was delivered to me on May 10, 22. On May 10th, 2022, I requested for returning the same vide ID [protected]. Since then this product is neither getting picked up nor they are refunding my money. I have called up their call center several times and every time they make me wait in long hauls and ask me to wait for 24 - 48 hours from last 1 month. Myntra call center is not extending any support for getting this product picked up from my place nor provided any resolution for refunding my money. Please support. Since last 1 month, I am following up with them.
