I am Sangeetha. The following refunds of ₹2231, ₹1399, ₹2771, ₹1793, ₹2699, ₹2479 from Myntra have not been credited to my account though they are showing that the refunds have been successfully processed on May 12, 2022 and should have been credited by now since ten days have already passed. The order ID is # 1202228 [protected]. The RRN numbers that are mentioned in the mail are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. And the reference numbers given are IXGAZPILD6, IXGAZPIAQ0, IXGAZPIEE5, IXGAZPIUI2, IXGAZPIGV4 and IXGAZPHZD0 respectively. I have already contacted the bank and they asked to follow up with Myntra.
The screenshots have been attached as proof. Please help in getting the refund as it's more than the time alloted for the money to be credited.

    I was order Kurta from Myntra. Due to size issue as per the given policy, i earlier request for the return the product when pick-up master visit my location i was not yet home my mother return the kurta but due to tagged remove from the kurta shipmaster not returning the product and putted the return request on hold. But I have available orginal tagged and i am not using the product. And now i am trying many times to call Myntra but no resolution from Myntra team

      I ordered a kurta set on May 8th and it has to be delivered by 23rd but it is not. When l am contacting their support team, they are asking me to wait for few more day. I am not able cancel the order nor even they are cancelling the order from their end. Till today they are repeating same thing, wait for few more days, we are trying to resolve ur issue. Never expected this kind of service from Myntra. They don't even have the track of the order or proper information.

              Hi I placed two orders from myntra first one is dressberry casual shoes which costs 899es and second one is boat neckband price is 999rs I received both empty packages and I complain to myntra but they say we investigation and there investigation is clear they said trying to fraud and resolve quey without customer satisfaction I want my products otherwise my refund if I did not receive than you have face some consequences its not the small thing I getted fraud by myntra of 2000rs and the put allegations on me so resolve my issue

                I placed an order with Order ID # 1204590 [protected].
                on 16th May and the order was supposed to be delivered on 26th May 2022. On the same day got message that order is delayed by few more days while on app it shows order cancelled.
                Till date I have tried contacting Myntra customer care multiple times, Sindhiya and Syed have mentioned they will get back but no help.
                Till date neither I have recieved my order nor its cancelled. This is simply pathetic as they are unable to track my order which I can simply see from Myntra app.
                Pathetic customer support and service by Myntra.

                The case manager Aparna called and commited to resolve the issue in 48 hours, it's been 3 days and no resolution.
                My order is still stuck with them and they are neither allowing me to cancel or providing a refund. Can someone help me.

                  I had ordered a dress (Brown & silver feather for women ) on 22 may 2022 from myntra. And received it in next day, When I got and tried the dress I found it too loose and of low quality, so I wanted to replace it with XS to see if that will be of good quality or fit but after waiting for few days it was still out of stock, so I decided to return it on 28 may 2022. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was due next day. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
                  When I clearly remember putting all tags with the dress, kinda seem like Myntra is unnecessarily raising issues to avoid refund!!!
                  . Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

                    I ordered a table cover which I received on 28th May 2022. I returned it the next day because the size wasn't right. But today I received a message that it did not pass the quality check. I unable to get through through customer call number. And i could see no other forum for getting my query answered. The product was returned as untouched as it could be. It was only unfolded and folded back again. Please provide a proper reason for the return or return my money.

                      #Fraud, This is 2nd time on Myntra something inappropriate has happened. I've ordered 3 shirts but got only 2 shirts in the parcel, after I complain that, Myntra team did an investigation of few mins and said- "The parcel was sealed, so that, this issue can't be entertained". Yes, the parcel was sealed but the product was missing. They're not entertaining the serious concerns properly. I've also sent an email to [protected]@myntra.com. But nothing happened.

                            I bought a white jeans from Roadster brand from Myntra, I was having size issues, the jeans was short and tight so I wanted to return it. I placed return and the day of pickup the delivery agent said I have defect in this product so they cannot accept it. The delivery agent showed me minor details like Fabric thread color difference and tiny marks that are not visible unless you see closely. They suggested me to talk to customer care.

                            The Customer service raised an issue for damaged product and declined the claim after 2 days. I also talked to them, wrote them and chat from the app but the keep telling me they cannot process it further. I talked to a senior customer service agent she also said the same. They rejected my return and did not even give refund. They again raised an issue and kept me in hold for 5 more days.

                            The product has tiny microscopic details of fabric color difference which is definitely a manufacturing defect. There was no stain no marks by me. But still they did not take return.

                              I bought kook n keech women white sneaker and it's outer synthetic started peeling off within one day o[censored]sage. Manufacturer has provided one month of warranty on the product. I submitted return query on the website within 5 days of getting the product and added the images of the damaged part of the product. Two days later i got message that my return request is cancelled because i didn't respond to their delivery guy. I contacted the customer service about it and they told me that they are placing the complaint and I will get an IVR call or an email about the proceedings . I waited for next 4 days but didn't get any feedback from them. I called them again and raised my issue to them. This time the executive said that i had requested for return of damaged product. Instead of that i have to return it through the request of Damaged product post usage. He registered my new complaint and asked me to add images of the product through HELP option in the website. I did as he said. But 3 days later i got message that Your return request for Kook N Keech Casual Shoes has been put on-hold as it did not pass our quality check. I called them again and the executive said that their product passes through various quality checks and money can't be refunded for it. What is that manufacturer one month warranty for?
                              Shoe outer skin is peeling off within one day usage. And they are saying product has faced various quality checks... Indestructible product on paper. Myntra is fooling customers!

                                Hi,

                                I have purchased a shoe on 10th May with order Id[protected]-3623501 and paid Rs 1599.On 17th May order was delivered which was having one 37 size and other shoe of 38 size and immediately I have requested for return which they picked up on 18th May 2022.

                                Since then 9 days passed when ever I have ask they when will I get refund they are not telling the time line and avoiding to provide refund.

                                Kindly help me to get my refund to my source account that is my credit card account from where the amount I want to be credited back as I don’t want to buy anything from these fraudster company anymore.

                                Please find my invoice copy and return pick up proof as evidence that I have returned the product immediately .
