My myntra order no order id # 1207331 [protected] was expected to deliever on 18 th june but today is 21 june still not got .The tracking no is not working .And the product is at same place from yesterday gurgaon transport hub. No update from myntra and customer care.Kindly tell whether i will recieve or not my order if not then i will move to someone else . Very pathethic experience you cannot give or update the customer about expected delievery . Never happened in flipkart or amazon

I need to get my order earlier than the given date - 29 June 2022 since I'll be going out of the station on 28 June 2022. I tried to contact the customer care number many times but it might not be in service . The following is the order id #120736457654688827101 and Tracking No.: ML[protected]

I ordered a top from Myntra yesterday and there is nothing in the recent orders section the payment has been made via card and i still haven't received any email confirmation for my order either.

I ordered during this sale and some items didn't meet my expectations and now they are not getting returned i am placing their return request again and again but the request is being cancelled by the courier service i contacted Myntra and now my address is being showed as not eligible for pickup which is wrong

I ordered few products from Myntra on 14th June and it was supposed to be delivered by 16th June through Express delivery but still today i.e 20th June none of the products have been delivered to my address. It's app says delivery was attempted and i didn't receive the products whereas not delivery was attempted and its claim is totally false.

I ordered men turkey shoes and returned and the delivery boy said your refund will be procecced when i submit the product ...but even 6 months have passed i have not got any refund from the company...

I ordered a pair of heels and for one of the show base was missing when I received the product. I raised a return request and they picked the product and very next day updated in the app that return got rejected. I asked them to show me the proof that the product was fine at the time of shipment but they are unable to provide me that. They simply are doing fraud here.

I have a complaint. I received a product that is a smaller size than expected so I requested for a return pick up the same day I received and since then I have been getting messages as return pick up failed multiple times . No one called me for a return and when I complain to customer service regarding this they ask me to wait for 24-48 hrs and post that nothing major changes happen. need this issue resolved.

I have ordered a H&M sweatshirt which was an exchange order delivery i was used to delivered by 16th June2022 but still i did not received the order and its showing delivered to me in app same discussed with the customer care they are not ready ro help me out even after several requests and having the proof that its not delivered to me

Im ordered 2 roadster shirts and jeans in end of reason sale at 1500.It says out of delivery in orders section but the order was arrived one day earlier.But i didn't receive OTP to collect the product.
So the delivery agent take it back.
I approached customer care number of times, but didn't get any proper response from customer care....

They are not updating the tracking properly.. last update is on 12 june and product is going to deliver on 19 june..till now they didn't update after 12 june..please solve this

I've wanted to return a watch for a long time. Nobody came to pickup the return. And now it shows that my retyrn has been rejected. I don't understand on what grounds they have rejected my return, without even checking the product. No tag has been removed, its in it original condition. Furthermore, it's impossible to reach myntra's customer care service, nobody bothers to respond or help. Absolutely horrible experience. Extremely unprofessional. I've wasted too much time on this issue.

Myntra cancelled 2 out 3 orders that I placed.
They cancelled 1st item for some reasons
Now they cancelled the 2nd item saying your pincode is not serviceable.
Then why do they take orders if product was not serviceable. I've waited for a week for this product.
The order was for a special family occation. They cancelled 2 items out of 3 now I'm in trouble since they cancelled items on last minutes.
I've contacted their customer care but they help me to find a solution apart from saying sorry. I call them, chat with them, and write to them. All of my complaints were closed.
Since they've ruined my occasion I want a proper solution from their side.

I ordered a Biba kurta set in Myntra and recieved it on 12th june .As im having fitting issues i had returned the product back in 20mins and next it was collected by the executive with complete veritifaction of intact tags and required things.On that evening i recieved a message saying it was failed in quality check and the product will be reshipped back to me .As i contacted customer care initially they asked to wait 48 hrs and later again for next 4days ..its been a week now and there no update on it.its really disgusting playing with customer emotions and time

I order my sandal from Myntra but still is i didn't get it and also they not ready to cancel my order

An order was placed on may 24 2022(The Lifestyle Co Women Solid Puffer Jacket) from Roadster, Order id:[protected]-0080801 . But instead of receiving this product we got a product which is like a towel.
Opted for a return this didn't work, gave complaints to the Myntra customer care even though they responded but nothing helped us, So tell us that whom should we contact now to get the justice
Atleast a return of the money is not being granted by the customer service
being a loyal customer is this how they treat the customer
Should we pay our money to purchase a wrong product, where is this heading...??

Literally worst service from reputated myntra team..
For the first time in my life i was beneficiary of any 1 rs deal offer from myntra..

When i saw 1rs deal banner at 3:30 and 7:30 pm first i tried to buy at 3:30 pm but i failed as product wend out of stock soon ..
Then i told my evry family membrs to be active at 7:30 and being doctor i waited 4 hours on myntra to get this offer successfully..

Finally 7:30 and i placed orders of 5 tshirts of police at 1rs which was not any mrp error technical error it was just an offer from myntra..

I am loyal customer of myntra since more than 5 years and plzz check my ordr history surely its more than 95% of myntra customers..

I was so excited to recieve my order at 1 rs but worst team management cancelled my order due to unforeseen circumstances..

I want my order to be delivered on expected date of delivery or refund of the mrp or tshirt so i can place fresh order again

I placed an exchange order with Myntra. On the day of delivery, the delivery boy didn’t attempt the delivery neither do made any call regarding this. Instead he falsely accused the product of being damaged; although he didn’t come to check the product. The product is absolutely intact with original tags and in right condition. Even when i called him to inquire he simply cut the call and didn’t pick further calls. Highly unsatisfied with myntra’s delivery partner. Now my exchange is put on hold and I don’t what to do with the ill fitted product.

I have ordered fossil men's watch from myntra on 16th June 2022. and after recieving the product didn't like the product and wanted to return it. I applied for return on the same day and it was showing that the product will be picked up on 20th June 2022. But when i checked the status on site on 17th June it was showing that the return is on hold because the quality check is failed. But nobody came to pickup the product or check the product. I contacted the customer care and they told that they will raise an issue and again in the evening I got a message from myntra saying 'we know that you recieved a damaged product and please share the images'. How do they assume like I got a damaged product without picking up the product.and i can not return my product now. It's not like 500-1000 rupees product. I have paid 12000 for the watch i think myntra should resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have ordered T-shirts with order id#120629520216221936201 from myntra.com from which few were delivered on 8 June but 3 t-shirts were missing from the 1 packet as it was tampered. Raised 3 complaints for same packet but received refund only for 1 and they have rejected the remaining 2 claims. I have raised multiple complaints and had multiple discussions with customer care but they are not ready to listen. Please help me to resolve this issue.
