I had raised a Complaint with Myntra on 10th June'22 regarding a Payment Issue faced on Myntra website. Payment Error was depicted on Myntra website, however, through Bank SMS, Credit Card Statement & also confirmed with Bank Officials, Money has been debited from my Credit Card account. The same was raised to the said Myntra Customer Service executive & he acknowledged the Payment issued & confirmed Money to be returned by Myntra in 72 hours. Thereafter, the Myntra executive TWICE CLOSED the Issue. As of today, the 14th June'22 - NO Money has been returned by Myntra. Complete evidences of Transactions are attached below. WITH NO response from Myntra, I am forced to escalate the issue with Indian Consumer Complaints Forum against Myntra and also the said Customer Executive for Customer Deceit and Malpractices !!
