    I placed order from Myntra and it was a tshirt . As i was waiting for the delivery and suddenly on 15th of june in the morning i got message that my order got cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and when called to the customer care of myntra they also didn't responded to me in satisfactory manned and do not provided me the exact reason of cancelling my order .

    I even mail to myntra.com for the same and asked them to give me reason of cancellation of my order . so i want o file a complaint regarding the as i m ready to pay the amount at which i order the product but i need the product as i requested the same to the myntra on mail and call too. Please look into my concern as i am already going to attach the pictures of the the product with cancellation screenshot as well.

      Return pickup was done in the morning on 10th june .We got a message from delivery agent at the night on the same day saying the product mismatched and pickup rejected . In this case why was the product picked up from us . Now we dont have product or refund because of the negligent delivery agents and team

        Sir,
        I had placed an order for one vishudh flat and 1 Anouk mule on myntra.com on 12 june 2022 at 19 :15.Unfortunately the transaction said payment failed, so i paid it again, the amount of Rs 700 was deducted twice from my J&K Bank account . Also no trace of the double transaction can be seen in the "my orders' menu as well. Kindly force them to refund the amount debited from my account.

          I ordered Bodycare briefs 96 CM, which on the site, under their size chart, is wrongly described as 3XL. The 3XL is 105 CM according to the brand size chart. I'd a word with a lady at customer care, then the executive, then the supervisor none of them were ready to file my complain and exchange or refund.

          All they had to say was, the product is not returnable or you ordered 3XL so you got 3XL.

          Why should the customer pay for the mistake done from their end? It's neither the customer's fault not the brands'. They should be careful while providing the description to the customers. ahom

          They gave me the time till 18th June, to resolve the issue. On 18th June, I received a call asking for 2 more days.

          I hope, this time, they either refund or exchange the item, as an apology.

              I prepaid for one HRX shoes in Myntra on 25th May 2022 and on the same day I got the message that it has been delivered but I was seeing those messages on 27th May 2022 as I didn't get any call from the delivery agent regarding the delivery as they always calls before delivery so I didn't notice the messages . I complainted regarding this to Myntra as they are not supposed to deliver the product without calling the customer and also nobody has received my product from the hostel . Myntra is not providing any security over our product .there is no otp for the confirmation of delivery, if the delivery agent says it has been delivered they finalise that it is delivered. What I have faced is a big scam as Myntra is not taking any responsibility of their mistake and they are not providing any security over our product and they are just denying our problems .

              I have seen somany complaints regarding this and atlast Myntra denies the complaint like the same they did to me . As a customer i need justice and no other person should face this .

              Nobody has delivered the product to my address and they are claiming it as delivered . So either I need my product or i need my ₹1999 back .

                I had raised a Complaint with Myntra on 10th June'22 regarding a Payment Issue faced on Myntra website. Payment Error was depicted on Myntra website, however, through Bank SMS, Credit Card Statement & also confirmed with Bank Officials, Money has been debited from my Credit Card account. The same was raised to the said Myntra Customer Service executive & he acknowledged the Payment issued & confirmed Money to be returned by Myntra in 72 hours. Thereafter, the Myntra executive TWICE CLOSED the Issue. As of today, the 14th June'22 - NO Money has been returned by Myntra. Complete evidences of Transactions are attached below. WITH NO response from Myntra, I am forced to escalate the issue with Indian Consumer Complaints Forum against Myntra and also the said Customer Executive for Customer Deceit and Malpractices !!

                  I purchased this product from Myntra App on May 3, 22 and was delivered to me on May 10, 22. On May 10th, 2022, I requested for returning the same vide ID [protected]. Since then this product is neither getting picked up nor they are refunding my money. I have called up their call center several times and every time they make me wait in long hauls and ask me to wait for 24 - 48 hours from last 1 month. Myntra call center is not extending any support for getting this product picked up from my place nor provided any resolution for refunding my money. Please support. Since last 1 month, I am following up with them.

                    I received a product, didn't like rhe quality and then raised a return request. The pickup guy didn't even come to take the parcel and i received a mail saying my pickup was put on hold because it did not pass the quality check. I mean?? They did not even come to see, how did that not pass quality check? Customer support is not even providing me any information about this issue.
                    I called the pickup guy, he said "must have happened by mistake" and then said he was gonna come an hour later it's been 6 hours now and he ain't picking up the call anymore.

                        We have returned the watch within a week and which is completely unused and unpacked. However, Myntra showed return on hold due to label missing. Without collecting the product how they can mention this and put on hold.
                        After raising the issue they have collected the product and now they stopped refund due to used product. We are totally unhappy and we are going to consumer court for this, because we haven’t opened product/used not even sticker on the product removed.

                            This is with regards to my complaint about not
                            receiving the complete product "DressBerry Purple Textured Sling Bag" pertaining to the order number 120551999743659842701.

                            I have also submitted complaint at customer care with complaint number IN[protected] but my query is not getting resolved. They are just replying back with same comments and closing my ticket which does not solve my issue.

                            Please find attached invoice of the product I haven't received and help with the resolution ASAP.

                              I ordered a product on Myntra
                              Order ID # 1206543 [protected] and paid online .the delivery status showing delivered but I didn't get any delivery, i also asked my neighbour if they recieved it but they didn't.
                              I want my refund immediately!!! This is total fraud first taking money and then not delivering the product???

                                Hello, my name is Anmol I have had ordered
                                two pairs of jeans from Myntra that got delivered on 10th of June 2022 but then I found that the size was not correct so I placed a return request on the app and the app says that the return will be attempted within 7 working days.
                                Now on the very next day that is on 11th june a guy came at the return address and said that he was from myntra and came here to collect return from Anmol Saxena.
                                So I gave those jeans to him and he left. Now 2 hours later one more guy came for the same pickup, I told him that the order was already picked up. He told me that I was assigned to pick your return,
                                So I called the customer care they said they had no clue about this and they cannot help me in any way as the return was not attempted.
                                This happened because there was not any confirmation or OTP system so that we would know if the pickup boy was actually the pickup boy or is it a fraud.
                                I want to raise complaint against myntra because it was their fault not confirming the customer.
                                What would be the fault of customer if someone will come at the door and claim that he is from myntra then how will the customer is supposed to confirm that he is not lying.
                                I lost my money here and also those clothes.

                                  I want to buy a crocs shoes from Myntra. Iam a new customer. Today you have offers, so iam ordering my product but my products both are not having my size. Because the size was completed. So plz refill the sized stock. So many are waiting for production but some are out of stock and some are size problem...so plz kindly look into it.

                                    I had ordered 3 track pants, 2 by adidas (around Rs.5k each) and 1 by nike (almost Rs.3k). The pick up agent accepted the products (proof that they were in good condition) however I later got a notification saying that the quality check has failed. The Nike tracks have come back to me and I called the customer service and even spoke to the supervisor for more than an hour but they are saying that nothing can be done now as return has been declined due to product being used. However I returned the product as is with all tags attached. Spent more than 3 hours on its customer care but every time they keep repeating that the claim has been declined. Please help me I’m helpless at the moment.

                                      I have ordered shoes .due to fitting issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was not done . After that i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check". Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.
