I have ordered one police leather bag in sale and from Myntra end I got a fake product instead and I have all the pic and evidence and when I ask for return Myntra customer support just hang the call saying we are connecting with supervisor it's been 13 days and 13 times they themselve mark as resolved selling fake product and miscommunication to me I am so mentally unstable for this act.

I am mentally harassed my the customer support and it's been 13 days I am taking regular follow up for pick up

    When I had already messaged Myntra on their app that I do not want any association with them any longer. How dare they send delivery partner to my home? That too for return of product when it had to be exchanged. They won't refund. Then very smart of them. They will keep the product also and I will pay for it also. Wow. Aur jab delivery partner ko ek bar bol dia dobara call mat karna to uski himmat kaise hui call karne ki? I had to block his number at last. Bunch of gundaz. Shame on Myntra. Profit ke liye kuchh bhi karenge. Gundo ko delivery partner banaaeinge.

      Dear Sir,
      i saw a website saying it is a myntra platform and we can earn a commission by helping merchants on myntra platform by completing tasks and increasing the credibility and visibility of therir online stores. and i have joined by believing that it is a Myntra and not a fraud company and they told me deposit 200 and they will give me 100 as a joining bonus and they did the same and again they told me to buy or complete the tasks by purchasing a online digital product and a certain percentage of commission will be given to me like wise i have deposited 18000 rupees and they said if you want the deposited amount then you have to complete another task then only you will receive the deposited amount, and the task is to deposit another sum of amount and completing the tasks so done it for the last time and deposited 27000 rupees again but then they again told me to do the same thing even though i have explained them that i don't have a single penny to deposit, so Please give me my deposted amount, but ignored it and told me its my fault and i need to complete the tasks to get my money back .then i have stopped doing the same and ignored them,
      So, Please if anyone can help me to get my money back i will be very greatefull to them

        I ordered sandals form myntra.com. The sandals that I received were in good condition but they were too small for my feet. So, I returned them in just the same condition with a tag. Which the myntra website is claiming is missing.

          the product is marked as delivered but it is not delivered to me. now the complaint is closed saying it is delivered.
          I asked the customer support team how can you close the ticket without my confirmation?
          the answer is they have confirmation from logistics it is delivered.
          MY QUESTION IS DID they CHECK WITH THE DELIVERY GUY WHERE HE DELIVERED IT?
          IF DELIVERED AT CORRECT PLACE YOU CAN ASK HIM TO COME TO ME AND ASK TO CLOSE THE COMPLAINT FROM MY END.

          THE GOOD THING IS I HAVE A CC FOOTAGE AT MY APARTMENT AND NO DELIVERY PERSON DELIVERED AT MY DOOR.

            Myntra team is very cunning and mean. Their costumer care champions and delivery agents have made fun of me bringing me wrong products. No wonder Myntra idealises nonsense people like Kiara and Sonakshi.

              My wife ordered Boat smartwatch on jun28th. We received only the package not the product. The outer box was not sealed inner box where product box was seems already opened. We raised complaint on Myntra website help centre but they said everything was fine our side we can’t refund.

                  1. Rubans Women Anrique Gold-Toned & Red Embellished Temple Jewellery Set
                  2. Rubans Women Gold-Plated Handcrafted Jewellery Set
                  Both product are from same seller 'Sold by: AK Enterprises'.
                  Myntra delivered one parcel/packet [Your Tracking Id : ML[protected]] on[protected] nearly between 12 to 12:30 PM by its Logistic Partner : Myntra Logistics.
                  When I opened the Myntra delivered packet/parcel, it has only one item - Rubans Women Gold-Plated Handcrafted Jewellery Set. I reached to Myntra support within hour on same day [[protected]] and explained the issue that one item is missing. They asked some questions and I shared all the details/informations.
                  Below issue/ticket(s) got created for this issue.

                  But they did not provide the resolutions and close the ticket. I tried to reopened the ticket many times but every times they copy pasted the same answer.

                    I ordered 2 luggage covers by the brand name Cortina size M & L. Packet IDs [protected] & [protected]. I received the product on June 21 and placed a return request within 15 minutes of receiving the order. The order was initially not picked up for a few days and the return got cancelled by Myntra without any reason stated. I created another return request for both the items which were picked up 26 June. Today 30 June, I receive an email stating that the "Quality check for the products have failed" and the items will be reshipped to me. On calling the customer service, someone called Piu was unable to assist me and when I asked her to connect me to the supervisor, she disconnected the call. I have not received a call back from them on the issue and they are repeatedly closing the open issues without providing a proper resolution.

                    The refund was denied and noone has been able to provide a proper resolution on the issue.

                    I would like to know how did the products fail quality check?? They were sent in the same packaging without even being used.Please investigate into this issue as the seller seems to be fraudulent. I need my refund to be processed at the earliest and I do not require those items anymore.

                      This is my 2nd purchase from Myntra and I have ordered a Tie yesterday.
                      Delivery date is 6th July 2022.
                      The product is packed (as per app).
                      I will be out of town from 4th July 2022 and there is no one to receive the parcel on my behalf.
                      I tried to contact the consumer support but it's showing busy throughout the day.

                            What is wrong with Myntra. The massive sales promotion done for their 11-27 June 2022 sales is a bogus. All my orders are getting cancelled one by one - Myntra only cancelling my order and refunding the money.

                            I have placed order on 11th June 2022 not to get my money refunded but to get the product because I liked the product. If they don't have the product why did the put it up on the website. It was a waste of time.

                            This sales promotion is just to bring in customers. All the good product are just for show, even if you purchased they will cancel the order. Eg - I came in for boAt, Spyker, Levis and Roadster products and had purchased alot, along with boAt I also bought some roadster t-shirt - got only one tshirt and one Spyker jeans products BUT Levi's, Spyker, boAt and Roadster products are all cancelled by Myntra :(

                              I ordered a pair of Puma shoes from Myntra worth Rs. 5799 thinking I will receive a good quality product, but when I received the package the box was completely damaged, and when I opened the box I didn't find any Puma brand tags or welcome note, or warranty card which I usually get when I buy shoes from the store. And the worst part is when I found that the shoe was used because the sole has some clay and very small stones attached to it. Then I tried to scan the QR code in the shoe but it didn't show me any result which says that it was a fake product. I invested Rs. 5799 just to receive a fake and used pair of shoes.
                              When I tried to return the product the Ekart delivery guy who delivered the product to me denied accepting the return as the box was damaged. He also said as he is a part of Ekart he can't accept damaged returns from Myntra. I do not understand what kind of policy is this? For the last 2 days, Myntra customer service guys are saying they will fix the issue and refund me the full amount but till now I didn't receive any response from them.
                              I want my full refund and you can pick up your shoe.

                                This sales promotion is just to bring in customers. All the good product are just for show, even if you purchased they will cancel the order. Eg - I came in for Levis products and had purchased alot, along with Spyker I also bought some roadster - got one roadster tshirt and one Spyker jean BUT other roadste, Levis and boat airbuts products are all cancelled by Myntra :(

Got a package and the delivery guy took cash for 3 items..but when we actually opened the package there was only 1 item., I dropped a meaasge in their website under help center and tried to contact on phone but no response. I expect a quick refumd on the 2items that was wronly charged and never delivered(rs 2340)

                                      I have placed return Item on 19/06/2022, from that day i am getting messages saying our for pick up but, there is no person came to pick up or even called me, but I am getting message saying that pickup failed because of customer is not reachable . the same thing happened last 9 days.
                                      today also got message and asked pick up agent will you come and collect he said he will come at 7 pm but still got same message saying pickup failed and customer is not reachable . how this will happened.
