Return product has not been picked up by the delivery man

My return product has not been picked up by the delivery man but it is showing that delivery man is out for delivery since 9th may 2022. Before also this issue has happened but till today's date my product hasn't been picked up by delivery man. That time I received the damaged product. Invalid rejection of return as well as no way to get in touch to request verification of their decision.

Regarding return of different product instead of actual product

I had purchased Byford Pentaloons loafer shoe from myntra on 12th April 2022. After using a week, inner material of shoes gets teared and i file complaint against it. Order not received but on app showing delivered mark

I had ordered 2pair of shoes on myntra app but i have not received so far, and it is going to complete 20days, but on app showing delivered mark. How is it possible so showing delivered without i recieve ?.

Bedsheet quality check failed

I had ordered 2 sets of bedsheet from Myntra on 12th May and received both of them on the 13th of May. I liked one but the other one from [protected]@home, was a little dull compared to my expectations and hence I requested for a return. Delivered wrong product and not refund my money

These people are liers..I orders 2 lipsticks and quality wasn't good so I returned it..
I have requested the refund for the lakhme and maybelline lipsticks but the team has rejected my 2 product return request but still I was ready to take the products and use it when I got the lipstick back it was totally different instead of my Lakmé lipstick you’ve sent me the local 10rs lipstick mistake . Mast & harbour grey sneakers

My return request was rejected. I had only tried the shoes for a minute and all the tags are there. Company said that the return request was rejected because the product failed the quality test ever thought the product have 30 days return policy. I returned the product the same day it arrived

Blocked my account without any intimidation and now not returning ordered item

The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered 12 items cost around Rs.18734 on 14-April-2022.

After placing order Myntra blocked my account and not allowing me to return or exchange any item, stating "their fair use policy broken from my account that's why they blocked my account".

Product not delivered but payment taken

I made multiple orders with Myntra worth more than 15k. On Saturday 7th May they delivered many products and the package was in bulk as they dump all products in one cover. Again cheap way for Myntra to make it cost effective for themselves plus cheat customers. The delivery guy takes the money first then give the bags and leave. He has no clue what is in the packet. I had purchased a hrx jogger from myntra Dt 6th april 2022 and returned the product on 7th april 2022. I should have received the return refund of rs 1025 but till date 11th may 2022 myntra has not refunded me the above amount. I have confirmed from my bank that they have also not received any amount on behalf of me. I have contacted myntra for several times through mail and over phone but there is no response from them.

Missing package marked as delivered by Myntra

On April 29 I had been delivered a package from Myntra which was supposed to contain 3 products. I made payment for all 3 but upon unboxing found that only 2 articles were delivered. Product not getting picked up after a return request

I ordered a product from Myntra which was delivered to me on 13th April. I didn't like the fit of the product and since 14th April I have been regularly filing for a return request. The return request initially gets accepted and I get a message from Myntra stating that my order will be picked up within 7 working days.
