My return product has not been picked up by the delivery man but it is showing that delivery man is out for delivery since 9th may 2022. Before also this issue has happened but till today's date my product hasn't been picked up by delivery man. That time I received the damaged product. My return request was rejected. I had only tried the shoes for a minute and all the tags are there. Company said that the return request was rejected because the product failed the quality test ever thought the product have 30 days return policy. I returned the product the same day it arrived

The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered 12 items cost around Rs.18734 on 14-April-2022.

After placing order Myntra blocked my account and not allowing me to return or exchange any item, stating "their fair use policy broken from my account that's why they blocked my account".

I had purchased a hrx jogger from myntra Dt 6th april 2022 and returned the product on 7th april 2022.
