I recently ordered dressberry watch from Myntra, i returned it since the dialog size was not fitting to my hand, i returned the product in same condition but return request was rejected due to damaging product and they returned the package back to me. When I received it, it was perfectly in good condition. I tried to calling customer service representative 6 times, all the times they're telling like they're facing technical glitch and unable to check my order, which is completely lie. They're making us to keep the item by maintaining this kind of horrible or customer service. I was happy customer with Myntra, but bcz of this horrible experience, i never ever choose Myntra in future. AND I'LL NEVER LEAVE THEM, UNTIL UNLESS I GET MY REFUND. if they're not taking the item back refund, I'm going to post this Myntra's scam everywhere in social media

    The package came in an courier bag and inside the bag there was a Nike box which already looked opened. There was no tag inside the shoe or the box. The shoe was small and didn't fit so we applied for return.

    14th May
    After return we got notification that it failed the quality check and it will be reshipped. The check failed because it was missing tag.

      I placed an order on 12th May on Myntra of total Amount INR 5, 957. It was initially on cash on delivery and later via the myntra app there was an option to pay online. I decided to pay the amount online via Google Pay UPI. I paid the amount successfully and the amount got debited from my account. However Myntra claims they did not received it. I have all the transaction details and reference number but still they are denying it that they received the payment. I cancelled all my orders because my money got lost.

        The item I received looks like it was used. It is dirty and had sweat marks on it. And it smells bad too. I want to exchange but there is no M size available. Instead of returning it will be good if I can get it exchanged for the same size. Such a bad experience with Myntra is for the first time. I know such thing can happen but kindly help me here.

        I submitted a written review with photos to Myntra but they declined it. Nor did they got back to me. This is very bad customer service. Such a big company must know how to retain their customers

        I returned the product (sweatshirt). Initially Myntra had kept my return request on hold. After two days, the request was approved and the item was picked up for return the following day by their associates. After a quality check, I received full refund. Myntra sent updates via this email: [email protected]

          Attaching the copy of incident logged with Myntra and the case managers in each shift just update the incident asking 2 more days to resolve . Now its being almost a month without any solution. Very pathetic support from Myntra.

            I did not receive my product .I received a call from delivery agent and I told him that “I am not at my place either you come tomorrow or deliver to security agent.He himself told he will deliver to security.In evening I am getting to know no parcel delivered to any security on my name.I called delivery agent asking about my parcel .he was least bothered to answer where he exactly delivered the parcel.Thereafter he didn’t pick my calls up.something was so off about him.I want either my parcel to be delivered or refund my money..Though I am a regular customer of myntra..this kind of courier service is ruining my trust on myntra.My colleagues from had faced similar problems it seems ..but myntra had called them and told it was delivered nothing can be done..then what’s the point??The delivery boy should have called me back and told what happened with the parcel..it’s like nothing ..Such a huge bad experience .Kindly do the needful 🙏

              I have ordered a duffle bag from myntra On 16th may 2022.The quality is not as expected and i wish to return the product which was delivered to my address.Myntra is now denying pickup from same address and asking to courier it.I request to please look into this matter and arrange for a return pickup and refund my amount.

                My return product has not been picked up by the delivery man but it is showing that delivery man is out for delivery since 9th may 2022. Before also this issue has happened but till today's date my product hasn't been picked up by delivery man. That time I received the damaged product. I want myntra authorities to look towards this issue. As the product I recieved is not according to my need it is bit loose. So please response to my complaint as soon as possible.

                  Invalid rejection of return as well as no way to get in touch to request verification of their decision.

                  I purchased a 'Ahika Red printed straight Kurta' which I tried on for a couple of minutes and chose to return due to poor fitting. I requested a reverse pickup, the courier inspected the item and the intact tags, then took the item. Later in the evening I noticed my return was on hold. On requesting details, I was told it was 'used'. Which is not true, since I didn't use it at all. Following which I requested additional verification like pictures or actual proof of inspection, to which I received no response and my query was resolved without communication with me. I'm also not being allowed to raise a new ticket for the same.

                  Who to contact for this and why does such an odd thing happen?

                    I had purchased Byford Pentaloons loafer shoe from myntra on 12th April 2022. After using a week, inner material of shoes gets teared and i file complaint against it. On 9th may 2022 return pickup had been placed by Myntra when I was not present in the city. My elder brother given different shoe instead of Byford Pentaloons loafer shoe, and delevery agent verified it and I got the refund. On 16th may when i came to city and found that Byford Pentaloons loafer shoe still in my home and mochi shoe missing. I had contacted to Myntra customer care but not satisfied with their processes. They deny to help regarding this.

                      I had ordered 2pair of shoes on myntra app but i have not received so far, and it is going to complete 20days, but on app showing delivered mark. How is it possible so showing delivered without i recieve ?.
                      I called several times to costumer care of myntra app for relove my complent, but they also not able to relove...
                      It is so bad experience for me for placing my 1order from myntra...

                        I had ordered 2 sets of bedsheet from Myntra on 12th May and received both of them on the 13th of May. I liked one but the other one from [protected]@home, was a little dull compared to my expectations and hence I requested for a return. I got a message saying it failed the quality check because the right product was delivered to me. I didn't even open the bedsheet. I returned it fully packed as it is. Now the same bedsheet is being reshipped to me because the bedsheet was in pristine condition and packed properly from their end apart from being the correct one. I tried calling the consumer care number, I don't get anything except automated voice and no one from their team is available to chat. I keep on getting automated responses from consumer support.

                        Update on 16th May morning: The team keeps on closing the complaint by changing the reason for rejection. First, it was rejected because the right product was delivered to me in pristine condition and now it is rejected because the bedsheet is missing price tag. The price of the bedsheet was on a sticker on the company's ([protected]@home) packaging. I had given the reason for rejection as I don't need the product anymore and not as a wrong product was delivered to me. Also, for most websites an issue is closed after a consumer is satisfied. Here, they are closing the complaint according to their will. If anyone has any idea how to reach an executive from their teach instead of this automated messages, it would be of great help! At this point it isn't even about the bedsheet anymore. It's about the extremely absymal service they are providing.

                        Today the bedsheet was delivered to me in a completely different packaging with no brand name and price tag on the packaging when both the things were present when the order was collected from my place. In addition to that, a seal broken tape has been added to the packaging. Why would someone who knows they don't want the product tamper with the packaging if they want the money back? This is just a violation of consumer's trust and a way of forcing them to keep the product. I want this issue resolved and rest assured won't be ordering from Myntra again no matter what. Keep up with your unethical practices Myntra and you will keep on losing your customers, as you have lost one today.

                            I had requested for exchange of the shoes (in order 1203438 [protected]) because size which I ordered did not fit properly. But my request got declined and being put on hold saying shoes are stained. However, the product is unused with tags intact. I only tried out them at home. When I reached out to customer care about this, they raised a complaint considering wrong fact that I want to return the product because I had received damaged product. The title of issue was "I have received damaged product". So they carried out investigation based on this fact and checked from their end whether they had delivered proper product or not. And closed the issue saying they had delivered the product in sealed and pristine condition. They never considered the scenario of exchange. I never said I want to return it because its damaged. When I reached back to them about this misunderstanding, they are simply saying that product was delivered to me in proper condition and team had carried out thorough investigation so they wont be able to help me. They are not agreeing to raise a new complaint. Also, in their FAQs it was mentioned they would try to pickup item in 3 attempts. When I asked them about this, they told I wont be able to raise a new return or exchange request because my earlier issue got closed. I'm attaching images of product and also response i got from them. Please help me!

                                02.2022 with bank of baroda debit card payment of 8280/- with combined payment of 9 pc 920/- each and Next day I have to cancle these all transactions and mytra initiated refund and I ma received only 920/- refund but I pay 8280/- amount and Remaining amount is 7360/- is still pending When I call and complaint against myntra they told We have successfully initiated refund but I am received only 920/- refund so my concern is Myntra only initiated single 920/- refund which is credited and remaining 8 refund worth 7360/- is not initiated because they initiated 920/- refund they thik we settle all amount and bank also verified all remaining 8 entries is successful and they can't initiated refund so plz validated these transactions properly because I am not received any product or refund already 3 moths are gone I am regularly touch with bank and merchant both are blaming each other but money is still pending one of both myntra provided me reference id which i shared with bank but they saying same I also complaint bank of baroda grievance they also says Transaction is successful myntra not initiated remaining refund so plz do needful and I humble plz give my money back I am your inisder partner also plz coordinate with bank and find the problem and attached bank of baroda complaint no grievances plz contact me [protected]

                                  These people are liers..I orders 2 lipsticks and quality wasn't good so I returned it..
                                  I have requested the refund for the lakhme and maybelline lipsticks but the team has rejected my 2 product return request but still I was ready to take the products and use it when I got the lipstick back it was totally different instead of my Lakmé lipstick you’ve sent me the local 10rs lipstick mistake . Its been 20 days they rejected my refund and when I asked the reason, they said this will get reshipped to me and then they can check again and no reshipment for maybelline lipstick neither refund ..and their customer service is pathetic, close the case themselves ...I want my refund at any cost.please help me

                                    My return request was rejected. I had only tried the shoes for a minute and all the tags are there. Company said that the return request was rejected because the product failed the quality test ever thought the product have 30 days return policy. I returned the product the same day it arrived

                                    Ordered a Mast & harbour grey sneakers ( package I'd -[protected])on 8 may and delivered on 12 may and placed a return request the same day of delivery because o[censored]ndisired fitting and the same day item was picked up by a delivery boy. Next day i was informed that the return request was refused because of quality check failed even though I haven't used the product at all. And after that I requested a call back and ever they didn't give me a valid reason for why the product quality check failed. I don't think anyone has any details about quality check.

                                      Dear Team,
                                      Today is the 6th day since I raised the complaint that I received a wrong product Order ID # 1203332 [protected] and there is no resolution yet. I have clearly stated that I need the correct product to be sent to me before 15th May as I have a travel plan. There is also an issue IN[protected] created but again and again you guys ask for 24 - 48 hours of time which is not at all acceptable. Sorry to say that really pathetic customer service you guys have. I need resolution of the issue today only.
