My product was out shown to be arriving on 8 may 2022 and later on 9th may 2022 it showed cancelled and the money was silently put in to my account by Myntra. Such worse service .its the 4th time in a row my products are getting cancelled .

    Order ID # 1203473 [protected]
    I has ordered a "PUMA Motorsport
    Men White Printed Round Neck BMW MMS Logo Pure Cotton T-shirt
    Size: L" on 3rd May, 2022. Due to size issues, I requested for a return on 5th May, 2022. But I received a message that the return request is rejected due to damaged or used product. I refuse to believe and comply with this as all the tags were intact and the t-shirt had been tried on only once.
    Please refund my hard earned money

      I bought a product from Myntra Tokyo talkies black trousers which costed 521/- and since they were smaller to my fot I had to return them, when I returned the product i accidentally handed over a product which I bought from Ajio Kraus high rise black jeans which fit me properly and I was going to keep those. I accidentally handed this product, now the issue is somehow they have processed this product by scanning it multiple times in their delivery partner and their own system and none of these system alerted them that this product DOES NOT BELONG TO MYNTRA, they went and initiated the refund. It took me 2 days to realise that the Ajio product which I want to wear has been handed over to Myntra, when I initiated the complaint what had happened and asked to return my Kraus jeans and please pick TOKYO TALKIES PRODUCT WHICH ACTUALLY BELONGED TO THEM. They replied with the most underwhelming things saying "I understand your concern regarding wrong product pickedup.

      I regret to inform you that the picked-up product does not belong to Myntra, so we are unable to take any requests."
      I even offered to pay them back the refund amount so that once they return my product i will initiate another return request for Myntra product and once the right product is picked then they can refund me the original amount but even after writing to them multiple times they just copy paste the same response without actually doing a proper investigation on how their own system is deeply flawed which as costed me almost twice the amount of money, they keep closing the tickets and again copy paste the same thing hiding their own faults. Please help me get my original product back and return the useless product from Myntra. Enclosing the image from Myntra and ajio for reference.

        Hi, I returned an order from myntra on 28 April 2022 after that in app it showed you return is accepted and by tomorrow it will be refunded, but still after 10 days same state, I tried calling them multiple time not able to connect with them and now they are are saying it will take 17 th may to verify it, multiple ticket i raised and they resolved it without solving issue,

          I ordered LONDON STEPS Women Black Embellished High-Top Heeled Boots on 25 the April and they arrived on 2nd May. Somehow I didn't like the product due to fitting issues and it didn't seem as it was shown on the site. The colur of shoes is also worn out. So I am trying to return it and every time the return request is getting canceled saying the color of the sole of the shoes is different and it is not passing the quality check.
          I don't understand what is wrong, where I didn't even remove any tag or packaging, and is kept as it is untouched. Please look into this matter. I want to return the product and need my refund.

            My order id 1203175 [protected]. I ordered a item on 30th april n arriving date was 5th may n today is 7th may till now my order isn’t arrived. In tracking status they are showing delayed delivery. I have to go back on 10th may to my college till now they aren’t delivered my order n for cancelling they are saying I cannot cancel that item please see too this matter because they aren’t proper telling anything to me

                  I wanted to return my product from Myntra due to its quality and size issues. I requested for return and it goes accepted on 3 may. The return pickup was scheduled on 4 may which failed. The reason of such failure I got is that I was unavailable. Though I was available at that time. The deliver executive didn’t even call once before arriving like he does everytime. When I called him, his phone was busy and I couldn’t talk to him. Then the pickup was rescheduled on 45 may which didn’t happened. I have been contacting Myntra customer support, they said that they have registered the complaint and will resolve it on or before 7 may. But I haven’t got any response of my problem. I want to return it immediately, don’t want to delay it for a month or so.

                    I had cancelled my prepaid order on 14th April and they are not giving me refund.
                    it's almost been a month they are not doing the bare minimum providing me with the reference no.
                    I have talked with there customer associate multiple times but they ask for another week or so.
                    And on top of that they are falsely showing on there app as intiated

                          I have ordered a pre-paid product from Myntra of amount - 603, with order id[protected]-4499401

                          I haven't been contacted by the delivery team regarding product delivery or any issue with delivery.
                          After one notification saying delivery is failed and will re-attempt they canceled my order without any information.

                          I tried to talk to Myntra's customer care but they are not willing to help. They are not providing any concrete reason why the order has failed or been canceled. Their reasons are -
                          1. Some logistic issues, PIN code is not serviceable
                          But this is the senseless reason because -
                          1. When I ordered the product I checked the pin code serviceability, also you can not place an order if service at the delivery address is not available.
                          2. I have received orders from Myntra on the same address/pin code in past.
                          3. There was not a single attempt made for delivery to my knowledge and there is absolutely no information provided to me about any issue.

                          Myntra's customer care told me to order the same product again but 1. They are providing any assurance that this time it will be delivered.2. I have ordered a product at a discounted price right now same product costs me 4 times.
                          So there is absolutely no help or hope from Myntra's customer desk.

                          My complaints are -
                          1. If at any given pin code service is not available why the false claim of service availability is assured on the website to app.
                          2. Why the customer has not been contacted for the delivery.
                          3. Who is going to pay the increased price of the product.
                          4. Myntra has used my prepaid money for 2 weeks and then canceled the order.

                            I ordered a product from myntra and returned it as it didn't fit me. I made sure i return it with all the tags and bills. After waiting for almost 7 days they rejected my refund saying that the tags were not in the product which was a lie. later they said i'll be reshipped my product with 7 days but didn't receive it either. it took 10 days to get my parcel. in which in got a wrong product. raised it to myntra many times they just keep giving me timelines and they is no update on my case. their customer service is least botherd and no one from their team has called or given me assurance that it would be resolved. no update on what is the solution.

                              I returned one item from myntra that is defacto women red&black checked shacket . Pickup is completed on 23rd april. Today i have a new message like out for pickup.                                   My account has been hacked and I am not able to reset my password either. I raised the same complaint in the customer care of Myntra and he told me to wait till 4th may after putting my call on hold for 15 mins atleast on a 20 mins call. I told him that my bank details or personal details could be harmed if any immediate action is not taken and after i asked to speak to his senior he put me on hold again and then abruptly cut my call after 3 minutes. My account is still hacked and no action is being taken.

                                    Delivery agent not delivering my order

On 1st day he is only telling that he will deliver in afternoon but didn't call. I called him then he said will deliver in night then at night he said he will deliver tomorrow. Tomorrow also same thing happened. I got delivery failed msg. I contact to help line but nothing happens they just raise the ticket...
