I have returned tops to Myntra. Out of that I got refund of only 3 tops. I am yet to get to refund for 4th top(Order no 25443458 and return no 3367184). Citi bank is requesting ARN no to get check from their side why 4th refund has not happened. I have been communicating through mails for almost a month, customer care never responds on date committed by them. I have to remind each and everytime, then customer care sends some reply without actual needed information. Please help in dealing with them, show them that they need to treat customers properly and not delay in refunds

i have returned some items from myntra (THROUGH [protected]@gmail.com ) in multiple shipments[protected], 71187907, 25307912, 25115390, 24214514,[protected] but still not they are not ready to give refund for my excess courier charge ( they agreed to pay excess charge ). its been a month over still i am continuously mailing AND CALLING THEM ..BUT they are playing to not to give refund .

PLS HELP ME .AND LET THEM TEACH A LESSON, THAT NEVER CHEAT CUSTOMERS

Hi, I have ordered a par of women shoe on 27th Feb and Men shoe on 28th Feb. Till 2nd and 3rd of March the status and update is good but they are saying the PIN number and address are invalid even though they have delivered products to the same shipping address earlier couple of times and all other E-Commerce deliver the products to the same address. It has been 10 days there is no update on Both the order where they are and how they are. When I am calling customer care guys they either give no updates or disconnect the call. Looks like these guys are into some kind of a problem and the company is no more reliable. They just try to blame the shipping company instead of taking it is the collective responsibility. I would like to request my fellow shoppers to take these kind of things seriously and it's acquired company does the same. I am stopping my purchases from Myntra. If they cannot deliver to a particular address it is good for them to stop while ordering than riding the customers like this. Thanks, Srikanth

I ordered "Provogue Men Black Casual Shoes" from Myntra.com. After trying them out, I found that the shoes were damaged with a torn label on the shoe. They rejected my request saying it was in used condition even though I have repeatedly told them that it was unused. Attaching the pics of the damaged product.

I had ordered "Roadster Men Maroon Polo T-shirt (CARRINGTON)" and Roadster Men Green & Navy Hooded Striped Sweater (ABSOLON01-) worth 2198/- on 12-December-2014 and I paid for it while ordering through www.myntra.com I waited for a long as neither the order was delivered, nor somebody made a contract with me from myntra.com. While asking Myntra customer support over phone during the 1st week of January/2015, they said they will check it out. I got a call from Myntra on 7th January'15 that the items will be delivered soon. On 18-Jan-15, I got a mail from myntra that the items were lost while shipping it to me and the amount paid for it will be refunded to me. But the refunded amount did not come to my bank account, instead they kept it in my myntra account as cashback and asked to utilize the same while ordering next time. My question is after taking the order, taking the payment from me, why myntra had harassed with me? Where from myntra.com got the right to play with customer rights? I had to suffer for mental harassment for the same and had a huge financial loss because of the same. And I need the financial compensation for the same. Though company denied for the same.

I have ordered the Addidas shoes from Myntra.Order No is 74866598.Because of small size I have returned the product on 24/02/2015 whch is received to their warehouse on 25/02/15.Return No is 3999392. I am asking the status of refund but till today I have not received the refund status update.

I have not received my courier. When I complained then i got Tracking number of Delhivery and after checking tracking number I got to know it has been received by others. I dont know what they did of my courier. I want my money or courier back. I ordered and recived nike hypervenom football shoe on 5 november 2014. The shoe cracked on the toe with in three Months. Altough i never washed or used on wet ground. I had nike mercurial football shoe lased for two years without any problem. So i request you to replace this shoe andand oblige. So that i may continue using this brand in future.

I HAVE BUYED JEANS AND SHOES FRO MYNTRA, DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO ME, WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE I WAS OUT OF MY MIND, THEY PACKED THE SHOES IN A TORN BOX WITH COLORED RUBBER BANDS, ALSO THE BOX WAS BEND AS IF THEY PICKED UP THE BOX FROM TRASH, PACKED IT AND DELIVERED TO CUSTOMER, VERY DISGUSTING. DISAPPOINTED ...MYNTRA

I sended a myntra full sealed packet @address Vector e commerce pvt ltd Dev niwas k2 block khasra no 819 mahipalpur behind apra maruti shorum new delhi 110037 from DTDC Alpha 1 greater noida on 14th feb with tracking details Z43935720. There were total 4 items in packet 1 bag, 2 shirts and 1 bag, from these only 1 bag was received and remaining 3 items got stolen. Please take a serious action towards this bad thing happened with me. DTDC is an international courier service and this thing happened in a small destination is not a good thing. Help me to get my things back. They worth Rs6000 and all items were brand new, i was sending them back at myntra return deck to get refund.And crime is done by either of these.

i was looking for a football shoe and saw Nike Men Mint Green Magista Ola FG Footbal Shoes which i really liked it but the cost was a bit too expensive. So i logged in Myntra and got a coupon for logging in. So i got excited and wanted to buy that but there was no coupon applicable, which lead me to close the tab. After some time i recieved a mail that coupon is available and this shoe will cost you Rs.1678 after the coupon is added but when i place the order it's again showing that no coupon applicable resulting the cost to be Rs.2654. So kindly check the proper rate for my ID and inform me as soon as possible.

Hi, I bought a dress and it was not in size which was mentioned. I asked for exchange and they promised that they will exchange the same by 20th Feb 2015..Its 19th Feb now and no update...details showing in progress...when i called their customer care they said we don't have product with us...when i tried to made a refund request its also not working... Sir This is in regard to your mail dated 12th February regarding denial of exchange of the FabAlley off white dress. This is to inform you that the product received was without the price tag and the wms code slip as told by the myntra representative. Earlier, customer care was contacted to report the default in product tagging. Prior suggestion was received to return the product along with changing it with the convinient size. Now after days of communication and waiting, the approval has been denied due to xyz reasons. I would request you to please check up into the matter for the return of the product as now i am in no interest to shop from the established organisation. Moreover, unsatisfactory decisions regarding the return would also lead me to take a legal action against the reputed organisation in the appropriate Consumer Forum due to default in providing required & promised services. I would like to solve the matter within 24 hours of the receipt of this mail. Waiting for an early reply so that the 30 day limit for return does not exceeds.
