on 29 dec 2014 i have done a transaction for online shooping from myntra.com. My account has been debited Rs.699/- but my order was not successful . Regarding this i have informed to myntra.com, they replied that they are looking for this transaction and will reply within 3 days, but i did not get any reply so again i do complain to myntra.com, they again said that they will process within 3 days. I dont know what should i do now. Please guide me Thank You

i have ordered for a product my order details :70180043, i received the product on 3rd january . on the same day the product got delivered to me i made a complaint that there was a strain over the top .. they said u have to send a screen shot, though i have sent the screen shot to them, they were delaying it for no reason ... then i made an online request and the return got approved .. the FE came for the pickup after 4 days and i was not available at my place . so pickup could not happen i thought he will come next day, i received an sms that he will pick the item today but he did not come yet i spoke to them as well .. and i was underimpression may be there is a delay, they will definately come, but today when i spoke to Customer care executive they confirmed that the request got cancelled but i was not informed that return request got cancelled .. nor i have received any sms or email ... i think i m being harrased by Myntra . as the services of myntra is very pathetic ... I am really very very very disappointed with Myntra.com! Though they must be having a great variety of fashion brands and products, but they purely lack in providing service. This was my first experience with Myntra. I ordered a pair of shoes. It got delivered me on the 5th day. Firstly, the shoes were defective as one shoe was small and other one was big. Then I called them up and requested for an exchange. They denied to exchange. I told them to take back their product and refund me. They denied the same too. They are making me ship the product by myself physically by going to the courier office and making an arrangement to send them. Well, this is very insulting and I never faced any problem as such with other shopping sites. I surely wont be ordering from Myntra anytime in future.

Hi I am Gangula Arvind. i have returned my product PRODUCT CODE:290002 PRODUCT:KNOTTY DERBY MEN BLUE JAMES SNEAK CASUAL SHOES ORDER NO. : 71063003 and RETURN NO: 3445629 ON 13 JAN, 2015 SELF-SHIPPED. In DTDC website it is showing that product had reached warehouse on 17th jan .but till now i didt get any refund amount. I called to myntra customer service on jan 21th 2015 regarding refund amount .But they are saying that they did't recieved the product . I have placed an order on 3 rd january 2014, which was some sale of theirs. I selected the product, even made the payment, but to my utter disbelief, my product was not delivered. I have got a cashback, no issues about that, but i want my shoes only and nothing else. Kindly see if you can help.

i have buy several products from myntra and many of them i want to return so i asked customer care what to do he said you can self shipped we will give you 100 per return cashback and they have given but after 1 month they deducted my 9000 rs and when i called customer care they are not having any reason...this company is fraud they have cheated me and now they have crashed my account and debited my 10800 rs from my cashback...now i am not getting what should i do they have deducted my 10800. should i contact newspapers for it...?? or police station...??

Guys don't ever buy any product from myntra, fools people showing product at very low price but don't deliver it.in my case I had ordered Nike shoes from myntra which was at same price as of Amazon and I did so because I was fool to utilize some 500 re's coupons of myntra and that was the biggest mistake i had ever doneat last myntra dint delivered product, they told it is out of stock and they wont delivering it again.at the same time the price of same shoes has gone high as a result i cant afford to buy that shoes .My lesson from this is that please dont run back for offers or coupons .Please order from trusted sites like Amazon, ebay...and for god sake dont ever buy anything from myntra .They will make you cry before delivering product.And at the end myntra gives lame excuse like its out of stock place another order

Hi, I would like to file a compaint against Myntra.com. I had Rs 1496 in my Myntra cashback account. My account was logged in through facebook, and due some unavoidable situations that account is disabled. I called customer care of Myntra and they told me to email us your new account where you want it to be transferred now. I sent the same and got reply that it is not possible. I am ready to provide them all the details of both my myntra accounts with my address proofs. But still, they are not giving me my money back. For simple login they have forgot paasword, but they should also have some recovery for facebook accounts also, if they have facebook login on their website. Neither it written anywhere in their policy for such situations. Please help me out. Waiting for a positive reply.

I bought three belts, I received product order no[protected] on 14 january, Today is 16 january, i wear a belt, after some hours, i seen my belt that was cracked, i was shocked, its worth rupees is 699. and company name is roadster and brown leather belt, i attached some pics. Please you will give me a new belt or refund my money.

i, b.vamsi krishna, received only one among two mast &harbour men charcoal grey sports formal trousers .Actually i had ordered two in quantity of same trousers. I got that packed in a myntra box but not with a sealed myntra cover.I paid amount rs1173/- through cod.

I have ordered fila mens sandal on myntra.com They delivered the sandals on 29 and the when I opened the box sandals seemed to be the used one. I tried returning the product to myntra but they rejected the request saying that the I have used the product instead the delivered product is already used . I tried to return them on the day it is delivered but they are making fake attempts saying that you need to wait till order status on site changed to delivered. I waited till order status change but they took a long time to change the status and now they are saying that I have used them. Clearly it is an example of fake business, giving used products to customers. I will make a post of this on facebook also and try my best that this message must be sent to everyone.

This is the 3rd time in a row that my order has been auto cancelled even after doing the payment. If they don't have products in their stock than they shouldn't do the show-off of '80% Sale' and all those crap promotion emails and messages. I would like to request people to not waste their time in checking out products in Sale because that's just a 'Illusion'. They don't even have those so called 'Highly Discounted' products in stock. That's just to attract customers to remain in the competition from other websites. I am posting this on web so that the people come to know their fraudulent ways of fooling customers. Pathetic service. HIGHLY disappointed.

I had changed the address of my delivery and my delivery boy(Narender Singh [protected]) told me that the packet would be delivered the next day.
The next day, when i was expecting the packet, the Delivery boy (Narender Singh [protected]) didn't pick up the phone the entire day and on picking up the 10th call, said that he didn't have the packet and some other boy must have taken it. No message/call from any other delivery boy since morning! WHERE IS MY PACKET???!!!

Customer care told me that they didn't have any delivery status logged in their system! Horrible Myntra!
Will tell everyone in my office and facebook list to not use myntra in future!

I have ordered peter england sweater on 5 jan 2014 and order id is 70935259, I have received the parcel on 7 jan but i am not satisfied with the product so at the same day I have desided to return the product and I got return id i.e 3354076 but the thing is every day I am getting msg like today our courier boy will take the parcel from ur side but still now the courier boy manjunath([protected]) is not willing to take the parcel return if...

I am a very regular customer at Myntra and since a last few orders I am not satisfied with the quality. The quality of the tshirts have deteriorated and makes me feel you do not sell originals. Also the sizes that I buy at the showroom do not match with myntra sizes even though it is the same brand. For example if I go to a tommy showroom size S fits me perfect but when I ordered a tommy tshirt which I already have in a different shade. Size S was too small. Plus when I compared the cloth quality it was very poor. Similarly my last vero moda shirt cloth almost stretched double the size after a wash. I had only worn it once and now it's double my size. You can see in the picture that the tshirt is a M size but has stretched and looks like XL. Please do something about this. And I would like a refund as well, I am ready to click more pictures of the product and send as well. Stricter quality checks are required in myntra. Hope you take some action.

order number:25258916 i have ordered a reversible jacket from myntra.com and received it on 24, December . I returned it on the same day ( return ID:3200382) .On 27, December i got conformation from myntra.com, that i will get my refund on within 3-4 days, however i have not got any refund amount in my account ( Rs. 1047.1/- ) I have been talking to the costumer care for almost every day, they tell me to wait for 24 hours every time, i have provided every needed info about my bank account, but still no action has been taken yet.

I recently placed an order for a sweatshirt from Jack and Jones(Order No.[protected] of worth Rs.1046/- on January 6, 2015, but neither the shipment details nor the order status hasn't been updated yet. Sat Jan 03 2015 Refund on cancellation of order[protected] I placed this order as a mistake in size from medium to small. The same with correct size has been ordered and shipped. I need my money back to my bank account soon 559Rs. Am a regular customer and satisfied with myntra. Don't want any cashback offers. Need my money back to my account. I have already raised a request the same day and again. But still no response from myntra.
