I have not received my courier. When I complained then i got Tracking number of Delhivery and after checking tracking number I got to know it has been received by others. I dont know what they did of my courier. I want my money or courier back. not at all taking care on customers

i have Placed oder on Friday, July 18, 2014 3 products.i in thave i have raised pickup request 1 product only .ihave placed so many times pikup request but not at all taking it seriously since this day . oder num: 17577735

Still not received my Item

Hi Team, I had ordered a shoes and it Suppose to delivered on Friday 31 October 2014 but i still not got any call from delivery center so Kindly do the need full. Regards, Athar Umar

    I ordered and recived nike hypervenom football shoe on 5 november 2014. The shoe cracked on the toe with in three Months. Altough i never washed or used on wet ground. I had nike mercurial football shoe lased for two years without any problem. So i request you to replace this shoe andand oblige. So that i may continue using this brand in future.

        I HAVE BUYED JEANS AND SHOES FRO MYNTRA, DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO ME, WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE I WAS OUT OF MY MIND, THEY PACKED THE SHOES IN A TORN BOX WITH COLORED RUBBER BANDS, ALSO THE BOX WAS BEND AS IF THEY PICKED UP THE BOX FROM TRASH, PACKED IT AND DELIVERED TO CUSTOMER, VERY DISGUSTING.           I sended a myntra full sealed packet @address Vector e commerce pvt ltd Dev niwas k2 block khasra no 819 mahipalpur behind apra maruti shorum new delhi 110037 from DTDC Alpha 1 greater noida on 14th feb with tracking details Z43935720. There were total 4 items in packet 1 bag, 2 shirts and 1 bag, from these only 1 bag was received and remaining 3 items got stolen. Please take a serious action towards this bad thing happened with me. DTDC is an international courier service and this thing happened in a small destination is not a good thing. Help me to get my things back. They worth Rs6000 and all items were brand new, i was sending them back at myntra return deck to get refund.And crime is done by either of these.

            i was looking for a football shoe and saw Nike Men Mint Green Magista Ola FG Footbal Shoes which i really liked it but the cost was a bit too expensive. So i logged in Myntra and got a coupon for logging in. So i got excited and wanted to buy that but there was no coupon applicable, which lead me to close the tab. After some time i recieved a mail that coupon is available and this shoe will cost you Rs.1678 after the coupon is added but when i place the order it's again showing that no coupon applicable resulting the cost to be Rs.2654. So kindly check the proper rate for my ID and inform me as soon as possible.

              Sir, I had purchased two sweatshirts of Rs 940 and Rs 888 from the myntra.com on February 8th 2015 Sunday. I had paid through the Internet banking . But when I get the product the package was containing garbage instead of the product. Please take action as soon as possible. EITHER THEY GIVE ME THE PRODUCT OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

                Hi, I bought a dress and it was not in size which was mentioned. I asked for exchange and they promised that they will exchange the same by 20th Feb 2015..Its 19th Feb now and no update...details showing in progress...when i called their customer care they said we don't have product with us...when i tried to made a refund request its also not working... Pathetic services and wrost customer support...Jabong is far better than you guys

                  I have bought benetton sandal worth Rs 1700 from Myntra they delivered me the sandal on 5th feb 2015 and the sole of the sandal left the pasting on 9th feb .I complained about the same to myntra but till today i have not got any response from them my complaint id is[protected] amd my myntra product code is[protected]

                    Sir This is in regard to your mail dated 12th February regarding denial of exchange of the FabAlley off white dress. This is to inform you that the product received was without the price tag and the wms code slip as told by the myntra representative. Earlier, customer care was contacted to report the default in product tagging. Prior suggestion was received to return the product along with changing it with the convinient size. Now after days of communication and waiting, the approval has been denied due to xyz reasons. I would request you to please check up into the matter for the return of the product as now i am in no interest to shop from the established organisation. Moreover, unsatisfactory decisions regarding the return would also lead me to take a legal action against the reputed organisation in the appropriate Consumer Forum due to default in providing required & promised services. I would like to solve the matter within 24 hours of the receipt of this mail. Waiting for an early reply so that the 30 day limit for return does not exceeds.                     I placed an order of black faballey treggings on 27th july. I got this product without the price tag and it was defective also, moreover it didn't suit me. Now when i have placed the return request, your sales and customer executives are saying that we don't take back the product without the price tag. This isn't my fault that there is no price tag on it. First of all you deliver defective product without the price tag and then force us to keep it with us. This is no way to behave with your customers. I want it to be returned and get my money back otherwise i ll have to initiate some grave legal action for it.

                        An order for purchase of Adidas Originals Men Blue ADI-Ease Surf Printed Canvas Shoes(Order ID:[protected] was placed by me on 29th Jan 2015.Online payment of Rs-2767 was made by me but though the amount got debited from my account (OBC) the TRANSACTION FAILED and a message prompted me to contact CC deptt. if amount is not refunded within 24 hrs.I tried making payment with different card (BOI) for the same item the same day and the order was placed successfully. When the money was not refunded, i called CC after 24 hrs and i was informed that the the payment of said amount was made from OBC bank but transaction has failed.I was told to wait till 4th Feb 2015 by which the amount would be refunded. From here on started the ordeal of my life. Right from calling your CC deptt umpteen number of times to sending mails at [protected]@myntra.com, i tried everything but all in vain. Even attaching the screen shot of my bank statement showing the amount of Rs-2767 been debited on 29 Jan 2015 did not help. All i get in return is the revert from a new person with the same "apologies for inconvenience" pitch and a new date for me to wait till when the issue will be resolved by the finance team. First it was 4th Feb, then 9th Feb, then 12th Feb and today another 2 working days, excluding Saturdays & Sundays are demanded. I have been doing business with Myntra for last couple of years before it became part of Flipkart but this is my worst experience till date. I regret the day i got associated with this site which claims to be a trusted site and always preferred to pay well in advance.But now i realise my mistake. I will be the first person to discourage anyone making any purchase from your site. I will be greatful if the matter is resolved by you otherwise i will have to adopt legal course of action for getting my hard earned money back. If you wish i can send you all the mail conversations i have with your finance team officers along with my bank statement. Rajiv Gargish

                          I had placed an order today with myntra. Order ID is 74166927. When order was placed it showing 7 items in bag and total amount payable as 1126/- Payment was done successfully. When I received an email confirmation of order one item was missing from total order. I immediately contacted myntra call centre and spoke to officer name Bipin Bharat (reference number[protected]. He acknowledged that there were 7 items in bag however due to technical error one item was dropped. He did not informed me what was technical error? How come amount payable did not revised after dropping of item? How come I was not informed before making payment about dropping of an item? This is a clear cheating. Altering customer order and terming as technical error.

                            Hi I had placed this order today. While placing order it showed 7 items in bag and total amount payable showed as 1126/-. I proceeded further for making of payment and the same was done successfully. When I checked the order confirmation mail one item was missing from the order the link is as below. http://www.myntra.com/socks/chromozome/chromozome-men-white-formal-socks/176705/... The product code 176705 was missing. Immediately call was made (in less than 5 min) after placing of an order. I spoke to Office named Bipin Bharath. He acknowledge that shopping bag had 7 items when order was placed but due to technical error one item (product code 176705) was dropped. If item was dropped why the total amount payable did not change? why? Why system did not prompted me anything? This is creating suspicious in mind of customer. Officer accepted very clearly that there were 7 items however could not explain satisfactory and refused to add the product back to the total items ordered.

                              I am really very very disappointed with Myntra.com! Though they must be having a great variety of fashion brands and products, but they purely lack in providing service. I ordered a pair of shoes. It got delivered on the feb 4th (order no :[protected] then i returned the product because of size issue, my return id[protected] on feb 7th i received email from myntra, that is our agent will pick up the package by the end of the day, but he didn't come, next day also same, then after i called to him, he said i come, but he never came, i called couple of times, he does not give the proper response, he is very irresponsible boy, today i seen return items in myntra.com, it is showing nothing, then i select my product to return. IT IS WOREST SERVICE BY MYNTRA, I AM REALY DISAPPOINTED.

                                  Hi, I have received lesser amount for two Order refunds, 73374523 and 72770568. I paid Rs. 1131 for Order#73374523 but received Rs.1130.80 and for Order#72770568 I paid Rs. 581, but received Rs. 580.98 In this way these people make lots of money. If everything is happening electronically, what is the sense of returning lesser amount.

                                        I have placed order on myntra, ORDER ID : 72697241. The courier while delivery had no sense of talking to customer. He said he will make me come to his office to pick the parcel. Also he misbehaved while telling the amount that has to be paid. This is not acceptable from the brand like myntra while selecting the channel partner for the delivery.
