On 29'th of November, I placed an order for a sweatshirt (Order No.[protected]. This item was supposed to be delivered by 6th December. But on 2'nd December, I received a mail from Myntra saying that my order has been cancelled, because the item was not in stock. And my money has been refunded. So I said OK, this kind of glitches do happen sometimes. So, I started searching on Myntra again, hoping to find another color or maybe a size bigger/smaller of the same item, since I liked it very much. And I found the same item listed again as "IN STOCK". So I wasted no time in placing the order. So 2'nd December, I placed the order for the same item(Order No[protected], for the second time. But this time, I paid an extra 79 Rupees for NEXT DAY DELIVERY, because I din't want to wait that long and find out that the item went out of stock again. The item was to be delivered on 3'rd of December. But today(7th Dec), I received a mail from Myntra saying my second order has been cancelled too. They didn't even consider informing me about the delay/cancellation on the 3'rd, as per their commitment of NEXT DAY DELIVERY.It's so easy and convenient for them to just cancel the customer's order, irrespective of the time, effort and money wasted by the customers. I have asked for compensation. But still haven't received anything acceptable and reasonable from Myntra's end yet.
