My complaint is regarding the refund of the payment amount Rs 4066 for order no. 83303859 and 83303573. My order was not successfully placed by myntra but the amount got debited from my account using net banking services on 1st June, 2015. I had immediately contacted their customer service about the issue and as per company policy was asked to wait for 7 to 10 business days. When I hadn't received any response neither the refund amount I contacted Myntra. I had a conversation with one of their executive, Miss Jyoti, I was told that my complaint was closed because the payment was not with Myntra. Without my consent the complaint was dropped and I didn't even receive any official email. I checked with my bank and they confirmed me that the payment is with Myntra. I was sure that the customer executive never registered my complaint and Myntra denied about the order or any amount credit. When I reported to Myntra via email, they apologized and said they will look into the matter. I have been having email conversations with them with the subject line " Payment / Refund: My order failed at payment but amount got debited [Incident:[protected]] " .Its been more than 3 weeks but still I haven't received any positive response either through email or phone call. Every time they keep on stating in their emails how sorry they are for causing trouble and keep on seeking for more time( 3 business days usually)in order to talk to their finance team. I attached my bank's account statement showing the successful transaction and the valid proof from the bank and they promised to resolve it on top priority basis within 1 business day. I have lost faith in their customer service so I hope consumer forum will be able to fastrack the refund issue.

    Really you just cheated me . Your costumer service is very disgusting? You take your coupon and I need refund of 300 in my bank account. I am regretting why did I purchase with Mynta? I am going to take a legal action against your company as you cheated me telling a lie.One of your costumer on 15th june that you will be have the coupon of 400 rupees that will be applicable on each and every item on myntra and I have recorded that audio conversation wich occurred between me and your costumer suppport . On 17 the june I checked the coupon which was applicable to all items. Now you are restricting the application of coupon which means that you just cheated me which is not acceptable. Still I did not get the refund of one item of the return namelyAlessia74 Women Rust-Coloured Wallet Rs. 166. and surprisingly again I am getting the mail that reverse pickup for this item has been scheduled which is so disgusting that after completion of return you are arranging reverse pickup for same. very very poor service provided by you. very disappointing and frustration occurred to me feeling depressed and you have to pay for that surely.

      The 'guess the 10 brands and win' contest is faulty as for the first dress, I know that the brand is Dressberry but it was not even there in the options. What kind of a scheme is this? No one can win if the correct answer is not even there in the list. Please answer my query.

        I have order couple of things during 80% flash sales but till today its not delivered to me, i got many text msgs from ekart saying your order is undelivered tomorrow it will re attempted. I called ekart also but they said they have returned the products . Its annoying . I will make sure i never chose myntra again nor my friends & family .

          The delivery people have not bothered to get in touch with me for the delivery, they called once and i missed their call but they never bothered to reply to my calls. They then state that i was not available. Later, the next day they are to deliver the products, despite of 100 calls no one is answering and i still havent received my order

            There were 1 return namely Return ID: 3448747 of the amount Rs. 885.16 Rs It has been 6 months now and 15 emails and Calls have already been send for same refund amount. Myntra never refunded me for the Return amount till date. They have not been able to find it and give me any answer. I have returned one Puma floater purchased from Myntra on date 3 Jan 2015, I have requested Refund for that Product. From the side of Myntra, it is reaffirmed that refund has been done to my bank account on 30th Mar 2015. But, I have not received any amount. I have also checked with my Bank and they have confirmed the same. Monetary Loss- 885.16 INR is the cost of the product and other economic expenses done to communicate with Myntra.

                Hi, I am tanya bansal, a registered and regular visitor of your online shopping website. Your discount offers are totally great, but what's weird is why are you offering such exquisite discount on items which are out of your stock.                     I was shopping in myntra app in between i was told to wait for 20 mins because there has been a rush. After 20 mins again the timer started 20 mins and it happened thrice. I am stuck for an hour waiting in queue. This is because of the sale but if myntra can't handle such a huge sale then it shouldn't do one. Either do the sale in a fair manner otherwise don't do what ur aren't capable of.

                        There were 2 returns namely Return ID: 4901795 and Return ID: 4901791 of the same amount. of 1225.03 Rs It has been 10 days now and 10 emails have already been sent Order number 81218259 and 81214994 I have received a refund for one return but the other return is still pending. Myntra never refunded me for the other Return ( I never got a message also) They have not been able to fidn it and give me any answer I want my 1225.03 ASAP. It is my money and i wont leave it

                          Trying to exchange my priduct on the myntra app but when I hit the submit button an error occurs saying, 'error placing exchange request, please try again after some time' though I've been trying submitting my exchange request since a few day now. Have also updated my app to the latest version... Plz fix this

                            During the Quest offer of Myntra app, i found a product and when i tried to redeem that offer, it showed you are not applicable. The discount was to be 99% on a Timex watch, but it showed the product to be at best price i.e. its mrp even though the product lied in the offer. And on adding to the cart, the coupn was still not applicable even though the product was in stock. What kind of biased offer is this. I just have one thing to say that i do want the product because i was entitled for it.Or do justify me why i wasn't entitled.

                              Dear, I placed an order on myntra.com wiz nike boldspeed airmax shoes. Order No. 78159259. I received the product next day but without original nike shoe box. Their was a letter inside the package that due to some reasons original packing got damaged but with a assurance that my product was 100% authentic nike product. I trusted the letter and started using the product but to my surprise after a month all the trade marks on the shoes such as "infamous nike swoosh t.m" and inside sole started peeling off and i realized that they were just a sticker on a cloned product which can be bought from any local store for cheap bucks. Also the quality is unsatisfactory. I understand that my purchases are beyond your return policy but i want an explanation that why is myntra's seller trying to cheat the manufacturer as well as the buyer. I am also going to place a formal complaint on nike's webpage for counterfeit practices on your website. P.S: I am least interested in return or refunds, i just want to safeguard interest of my fellow buyers. Regards

                                I want to return the product as the size was big whereas they decline the request stating the product is used. one thing I have raised the return request on the same day I have received the product. how can i use it plus there is no dirt on the sole.

                                  Hi, This complaint is regarding my order no. 81293898. I placed an order through My Account on Myntra for 3 track pants, where 1st of all my delivery address was exchanged with some other customer in Gujarat. After getting that issue resolved, I received the wrong shipment of 3 T shirts. Though I spoke to one Customer Care Executive the same evening regarding the wrong shipment of products, she registered wrong complaint & also provided me the wrong information about their return policy. Thereafter, when somebody came to pickup the items at my home the next morning, as per the return request placed, he refused to collect those T shirts stating that he has return request of collecting track pants from my address (which I haven't received at the 1st place!). FURIOUSLY, I called at Myntra customer care for the THIRD time, when Ms. Arpita asked me to once again register a complaint regarding the whole issue along with the images of the wrong products shipped! Also, I was told that the return request would be processed further only if my issue gets APPROVED! Therefore, I strongly recommend that strict action to be taken against Myntra & their logistics for such frauds as I can see many similar complaints lodged over here.

                                    NOT ACTUALLY COMPLAINT BUT ADVICE MYNTRA is for sure lagging behind because the initial stages of marketing and planning publicity was not at all good still there is time i[censored] dnt fasten up your belt MYNTRA will be a big topic of regret. appoint some sensible and creative thinkers who make u notice in lakhs not to mix u in them .feel free to ask any questions
