    An order for purchase of Adidas Originals Men Blue ADI-Ease Surf Printed Canvas Shoes(Order ID:[protected] was placed by me on 29th Jan 2015.Online payment of Rs-2767 was made by me but though the amount got debited from my account (OBC) the TRANSACTION FAILED and a message prompted me to contact CC deptt. if amount is not refunded within 24 hrs.I tried making payment with different card (BOI) for the same item the same day and the order was placed successfully. When the money was not refunded, i called CC after 24 hrs and i was informed that the the payment of said amount was made from OBC bank but transaction has failed.I was told to wait till 4th Feb 2015 by which the amount would be refunded. From here on started the ordeal of my life. Right from calling your CC deptt umpteen number of times to sending mails at [protected]@myntra.com, i tried everything but all in vain. Even attaching the screen shot of my bank statement showing the amount of Rs-2767 been debited on 29 Jan 2015 did not help. All i get in return is the revert from a new person with the same "apologies for inconvenience" pitch and a new date for me to wait till when the issue will be resolved by the finance team. First it was 4th Feb, then 9th Feb, then 12th Feb and today another 2 working days, excluding Saturdays & Sundays are demanded. I have been doing business with Myntra for last couple of years before it became part of Flipkart but this is my worst experience till date. I regret the day i got associated with this site which claims to be a trusted site and always preferred to pay well in advance.But now i realise my mistake. I will be the first person to discourage anyone making any purchase from your site. I will be greatful if the matter is resolved by you otherwise i will have to adopt legal course of action for getting my hard earned money back. If you wish i can send you all the mail conversations i have with your finance team officers along with my bank statement. Rajiv Gargish

      I had placed an order today with myntra. Order ID is 74166927. When order was placed it showing 7 items in bag and total amount payable as 1126/- Payment was done successfully. When I received an email confirmation of order one item was missing from total order. I immediately contacted myntra call centre and spoke to officer name Bipin Bharat (reference number[protected]. He acknowledged that there were 7 items in bag however due to technical error one item was dropped. He did not informed me what was technical error? How come amount payable did not revised after dropping of item? How come I was not informed before making payment about dropping of an item? This is a clear cheating. Altering customer order and terming as technical error.

        Hi I had placed this order today. While placing order it showed 7 items in bag and total amount payable showed as 1126/-. I proceeded further for making of payment and the same was done successfully. When I checked the order confirmation mail one item was missing from the order the link is as below. http://www.myntra.com/socks/chromozome/chromozome-men-white-formal-socks/176705/... The product code 176705 was missing. Immediately call was made (in less than 5 min) after placing of an order. I spoke to Office named Bipin Bharath. He acknowledge that shopping bag had 7 items when order was placed but due to technical error one item (product code 176705) was dropped. If item was dropped why the total amount payable did not change? why? Why system did not prompted me anything? This is creating suspicious in mind of customer. Officer accepted very clearly that there were 7 items however could not explain satisfactory and refused to add the product back to the total items ordered.

          I am really very very disappointed with Myntra.com! Though they must be having a great variety of fashion brands and products, but they purely lack in providing service. I ordered a pair of shoes. It got delivered on the feb 4th (order no :[protected] then i returned the product because of size issue, my return id[protected] on feb 7th i received email from myntra, that is our agent will pick up the package by the end of the day, but he didn't come, next day also same, then after i called to him, he said i come, but he never came, i called couple of times, he does not give the proper response, he is very irresponsible boy, today i seen return items in myntra.com, it is showing nothing, then i select my product to return. IT IS WOREST SERVICE BY MYNTRA, I AM REALY DISAPPOINTED.

            sir customer satisfaction is the most import one of marketing.right now am feeling so bad with because "Flying Colors Unisex Multicoloured Printed Laptop Bag Size: Onesize / Qty: 1 Code: 524387" item i compleate my purchase on 7/2/2015 11:00am.. but i dont get anymoovement from the company...please take initiative actions sappose to me, , ,

              Hi, I have received lesser amount for two Order refunds, 73374523 and 72770568. I paid Rs. 1131 for Order#73374523 but received Rs.1130.80 and for Order#72770568 I paid Rs. 581, but received Rs. 580.98 In this way these people make lots of money. If everything is happening electronically, what is the sense of returning lesser amount.

                    I have placed order on myntra, ORDER ID : 72697241. The courier while delivery had no sense of talking to customer. He said he will make me come to his office to pick the parcel. Also he misbehaved while telling the amount that has to be paid. This is not acceptable from the brand like myntra while selecting the channel partner for the delivery.

                      I have'not used product for a minute and myntra.com rejecting the product as return item. Is this a way of business?? I am mentioning all details below. I need my money back. My last mail to myntra.com as follows: I have ordered Roadster Men Olive green casual shoes on 4/1/2015. It was delivered to me on 10/1/2015. I was not satisfied with the product. I have submitted request for return product on 13/1/2015. Product was picked up on 16/1/2015. And it is showing status rejected. And today is 31/1/2015. No step has taken regarding this. I want my money back anyhow. Myntra.com have taken more days than it takes. The product was not used by me for sure. Still I didn't get my money back.                         Hi, my complaint is about return rejected by saying that the product is used. order no. 25400421. I have personally checked only the size & repack immediately & intimate to myntra after several reminders they didn't pickup even they cancel the return request again I update the return request on Myntra site. I have returned 2 shoes packed together as per rule but pickup boy has separated the boxes. Now for the said order no. I got a mail that these shoes are used. I want to know how it is because I have checked & packed personally. As per Myntra they have dispatched the shoe again but I have refused to receive. THE BEST PART IS NO SENIOR PEOPLE INTERVEEN INTO THIS. This is not fare & if you not refund my money I will lodge a complaint in Consumer form.

                          Hi, I am writing this complaint against the treatment I have got from Myntra.com. I had returned two of my online orders on 27 Dec 2014 and 31 Dec 2014. These items were returned within one day of the delivery date. I was promised that the money will be returned to my bank account within 7-8 working days. I waited for almost 10 working days and checked that the amount wasnt credited to my bank account. I had followed up the issue with Myntra.com customer care and was told that they had a technical issue at their end and hence werent able to process my request. I was requested 3 working days to get everything sorted. But nothing happened. I had been calling them for almost 4th time today and still no action has been taken to return the amount. I got told the same reason again where in they accepted that there has been a miss from their end. I had to do international calls to chase these people while I was away. These calls have costed me 50 AUD. The amount which was to be credited to my account is 736₹ + 1886₹. For this I had to spend 50Australian dollars and still the issue is not yet resolved. I need to claim all my charges with this company and this is really stressful to chase up. They havent contacted me regarding the delay. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Every time I give a call, I have been told that there was an issue with them and hence the money wasnt returned. I want to put an end to this. They should have contacted me in case of any delays. I do understand the issues, but they cant neglect the customer. Regards, Lakshmi.

                            They are bunch of frauds I suppose. I ordered a footwear from them almost 1 month back. Size was wrong so I requested for exchange. Within 2 days I got a message that new shoes have been dispatched. However, it's been almost 20 days and I have not received it. They refuse to pay back the money also and say that they cannot cancel order now as it has been dispatched. Everytime I contact, the only response I get, they have sent the request to the logistic team and they will get back to me. But they never do...They just took my money and disappeared it seems. Would never trust Myntra again or buy from them.

                              I ordered a Locomotive Men Brown Padded Youth Jacket. Size small on Myntra site has dimensions of length 29.5 inch, length across shoulder 19 inch and chest 41 inch but the actual jacket which i received had length 25 inch, length across shoulder 17 inch and chest 38 inch.

                                I purchased Biba Kurti and Chromozyme Track pants from online shopping site-myntra on 2nd Jan 2014. By mistake i gave the old address for delivery. i called myntra customer care on 03rd Jan 2014 for change of address. The executive told it has been updated. Again i called after 4-5 days and came to know that order has been to wrong address. i reminded them for the request of change address but the executive told that is has been updated due to technical problem.they told that since it is the fault from their side even though the order is delivered they will return the amount to my account. Today i.e.26.01.15 when i called the executive tell the the order has been delivered and now the amount cannot be returned. My order no. is 70533138

                                    My order I'd is 25846272. Its the totally fake product delivered to me bcz in this product there is no tag and no price tag. And alsoalso we are seeing two same product at the different different price. One product code is 170461 andand second one is 243650.thats mean its totally fake proproduct.

                                      I sucesfully received the product from the myntra.com But i have issue in the color of the product so i Retunce it back I already complaint to the customer care but i didn't get any responce from the Yours So kindly accept this request and return the amount ...

                                        I ordered Roadster Men Red & Navy Sweater(order id[protected], this product is defective from backside.. So myntra.com exchanged the product( Order No.[protected] .this exchanged product ( Order No.[protected] Is also. Most 3rd online shopping website I ever seen in my Life. I tried of this exchanging and exchanging..they waste my time..winter is over what can do with sweater.
