I had called upto myntra customer care for deleting my moms myntra account because she was using my mobile number in her account so i was unable to update my mobile number in my myntra account. I had called up myntra customer care and asked them to delete my moms account. What happened was interesting they locked and kinda deleted my account i have no idea if it is deleted or not, right now it shows your account is locked. Now my account which is having myntra balance over thousand change is locked and my mother new account is running smoothly. I m a regular customer of myntra and i have got many previllages in ghat account including my myntra balance. I have tried calling customer care so many times and each they they would be like “yes sir you issue will be resolved within 48hours” im fed up of this. That too it takes a lifetime to get connected to the officials over there in cutomer care and now due to covid 19 they come with a reason that there are no staff so cant call them or email them. What else then they expect me to do. They cant give me the balance also and now besides promising me to retrieve my account they are not showing any kinda interest in that too. I somehow want my account back. Atleast consider the fact that im a regular customer of myntra

    It's very shameful for myntra that they show buy one get 1 or buy one get 2 or even buy one get 3 free offer, but there's no way I can avail the offer if I add 2 products they charge for two products.

    Govt should take strict actions against such false information

      I had requested for de-activation of my account 0n 30 jul 20 due to their continuous harrasment, delays in deliveries of products. bt i did not take cognizance of credits and other coupon which got trapped in it and also there a complaint registered with consumer forum for which i am unable to provide details like date, order id. even the case manager had suggested that re activation is possible later .all iam asking is to reactivate so that i could gain access to details od order and try to use credits and coupons,

        Order placed on 24th july delivered on 1st aug

        We did not like the final product. When we tried to return it on mobile app, there was no option for return/refund on mobile app. When talked with customer care, got this response "since you had used point system and agreed to a pop up, so return option will not come". I talked to customer care multiple times but always same answer. Point system is a reward, not a forced system. It never happens that using point system and a pop up, return option will not be visible.

        I want to return and get refund. I want that return option should be visible on app.

          I had ordered a tshirt and exchanged it due to sizing issues. The product that i received in exchange was a totally different product. Now the delivery person wouldn't accept the return because the product did not match the description. I filed a complaint with myntra support and they assured me that the product would be picked up this time. Delivery guy arrives and the same declining of product pickup.

            There was a return on my purchase with Myntra bearing Order no.[protected]-2669203 dated July 14, 2020. I have not yet received my refund which the customer service department claims was initiated on July 23, 2020 and I was asked to wait till Aug 02, 2020. However, I haven’t received the same on my bank account. When any banking transaction is processed, there is a reference ID of the same which is immediately generated. Today as on Aug 05, 2020, the customer service executives couldn’t provide me with that Reference ID associated with the refund credit. It will take them around 12 more days till Aug 17, 2020 to provide me the same. I am certain that the amount had never been processed after the return and the customer service end is just fooling me around for the last 2 weeks. Even a request to get across to a senior supervisor could not be processed from their end. This is utterly disappointing and unexpected of an e-commerce platform like Myntra, while the other service providers are upto the mark and efficiently assisting the customers with honesty. I want my refund to be made within the next business day and a supervisor to connect with me within the same time.

              I ordered two shoes one of mast and harbour and another one of kook and keech. But at the time of delivery i recieved only one (Mast and harbour). The kook and keech women's navy blue color blocked sneeker was missing.. Order no. 9473103... Since then i have been continuously calling but i don't recive any update...
              Don't trust myntra it is a fake company

                I have ordered a saree from myntra. And I didn't like the quality of the product and asked for the return the same day. Next day (1august) the return was picked and I got a message regarding the return that it failed the quality check saying that the price tag was missing. But when I have received the product there was mantra invoice and the brand tag in the plastic cover and I didn't altered with it. When I took this matter to the customer care they told me to wait till 10th of August . The return process is taking too long and there answers are not up to my satisfaction.

                  I had ordered multiple products from myntra on 17th july. The order was broken into several deliveries. On 23rd july, i received a package with a top that i had ordered. Upon checking the myntra app, it showed that 2 tops had been delivered together. I raised a concern that i had received only 1 top and not 2.
                  I have received several calls from myntra (As i have been writing on twitter and facebook) since 4th aug that as the item was shipped from their end, nothing can be done. I have written 3 emails to the ceo (Amar nagaram) at email id – amar. [protected]@myntra.com however, haven’t received any acknowledgment from his office, leave aside a reply. I connected with manohar kamath (Cxo and chief myntra fashion) on linkedin and wrote to him, however, no reply or acknowledgement received so far.
                  My concern is that it is their validation process versus my word. It is a physical item which i have not received and not a feeling that there is scope for grey area. Either the item is received or not and i have not received it. Period.
                  In the same order, they had delivered a wrong item – pants instead of top, for which also i had to raise a complaint and get it resolved (This also took multiple follow-ups). When a wrong item can be delivered, why can an item which is not delivered get marked as delivered?
                  I can let it go as the amount is only rs778.99, but if i do that then i am not being honest. I can think of it as charity, but i would rather give it to a needy person and not to a dishonest business.

                    I have been duped twice by myntra. First time, i ordered 3000+ worth suit from their qebsote from their esteem vendor chhabra555, the product recieved was of very poor quality and i tried to raise a return but the delivery person did not mark it delivered for many days and when i tried to raise return, site said it has 3 days return policy for this vendor/product. Now they hqve started this otp # to dupe us further. Last week on 27th july i recieved call that provide otp and then we will deliver your product. Once we provided otp they did not deliver th3 product only. My building complex has mygate app installed which logs every entry of outsiders digitally. I told myntra people that i can send you log there is no entry from delivery person, there is no signature. But they are not willimg to help. Worst customer care support. I am never buying from myntra again.

                      Out of eight, i received six products and after filing a complaint on 26 june, i received the approval of refund but now when i call their customer care executives they reply differently "you will get it within 24 hours or it's still under investigation or out seniors will send you an email within 24 hours". Being a regular customer, i didn't expect this from myntra.

                          The peppermint product had some minor dirt on the jacket when we received it(i.e when we opened the packet), the product is not at all used by us, when we opened it the size was too large, so we returned it as "Size too large" but when the pick up person came he did not took the return as quality issues, it is very disappointing that when you wrap you do not check and when we return you hold it as quality issues, I am a regular customer of Myntra and I am very unhappy with this type of service, kindly process my return request.

                            I recieved a damage product on 26 june 2020, when i see next day i request for return pick up. but they failed. Delievery boy unable to pick up my product . this will happens everyday ..After some days they ensure me to call myntra care for register a complaint regarding this product. otherwise your product will not pick up by us .
                            From 17 July i register a complaint regarding damage product they said we will work on this u have to wait till 23 july . At the end of the day on 23 july i call again one of them he said that mam your register complaint is incorrect. then he said i will recorrect this and u have to wait till 27 july surely you will recieve a confirmation from us.
                            On 27 july i did not recieve any confirmation regarding my issue is not recieved. then next day i receive a message regarding return pick up by ekart service that is my product's return pick up is approved. that time i think finally i got solution. after some time i recieved another message that my product's return pickup is failed . they did not pick up .
                            from 28 july - till 4 August i was trying to contact with myntra care they just tell that i have to wait for 24 hours . this kind of dialogue i hear from 28 july till today but they did not do anything .
                            As u know in customer care we will talk with different people every day . from day one everyone say please wait for 24 hours. your complaint is already highlighted. we will working on this . till today i also hear this same i have to wait for 24 hours. today i talk to supervisors he disconnect my call . how they are dealing with customer like this? please do something i need help. now this problem is like mental torture for me, fully wastage of time plus they did not tell time limit . In this i think there is no transparency in work with customer
                            please i need help to solve my issue immediately .
                            because myntra care don't do anything regarding they just waste my time and mentally torture 🙏🙏🙏🙏please 🙏🙏help me

                              I submitted a return request to myntra on 2nd August, the same day I received the product.It was picked up next day but now it says quality check failed.When I call the customer care, they say a wrong product has been returned.While picking the agent checked the product and the tags were also present.Why would I return a wrong product? I would need a refund here

                                I had cancelled 3 order for which i paid through PAYTM UPI .Its more than 45 DAYS and the money is not reflecting in my bank account.I called them and they told me that the refund has already been processed from their side and if its not reflecting in your bank account kindly get in touch with your bank customer care.They provided me this .reference number is[protected]
                                Amount- Rs. - 1240.00 - Bank reference number is[protected]
                                Amount- Rs. - 1225.00 - Bank reference number is[protected] told me that your bank support team will be able to trace the transaction and will update you regarding the same.They also provided me this link https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/ for registring online complaint.I registered complaint with the Sbi but after few days i got replied from sbi that no such payment had been recieved from myntra.Again i called myntra customer support and they are just repeating the same thing refund has already been processed you get in touch with your bank.If you are refunding money its your responsiblity to track the status of your refund and if the money is not credited its your responsiblity to check why its not credited.Bank is saying no such refund has been initiated by you, you are saying you have refunded then where money has been stuck electronically.I was a very big fan of myntra but after this experience i have lost faith..from last 45days i am just calling Sbi and myntra but sbi is saying myntra has sent you money get in touch with them, myntra is saying we have sent you money get in touch with your bank.Horrible experience

                                  My order was picked up and it's been more than 15 days now and i have requested for refund.. It's very disappointing that i haven't received my refund yet... Myntra's service is worst that i've ever experienced... I want my money

                                    I returned my product (2 roadster tshirts) on 10 july 2020 and i still didnt recieved my refund yet. I am very angry. I called myntra care 5 times for the same and each time they told me that we initiated the refund today only so you have to wait fo 3-5 days. I have been listening to this same # since 10th july and now i am fed up of this. Everytime i get connected to some different person on myntra care abd they say the same thing that the payment is initiated today only. Today also i called and asked to connect myself to some senior authority but they again said the same thing that you have to wait fr 3-5 days. These bloody false promises. I will reach the consumer court now and file a complaint against you guys. What you guys wnat from me that i call you after every 5 days to say the same thing and listen the same # from you people. This was the worst experience with myntra and u would never shop from it and suggest thus thing to my people also. And i will surely complaint it to consumer court. I want my refund back at any cost. It just 600 rs what if it was a big amount and you guys would behave the same like you are doing right now. I am so irritated now. I want my refund at any cost.

Everytime i call myntra care i get connected to a new person who says you refund initiated the same day only so you have to wait for 3-5 business days to get the refund like i has happend with me 6 times as of now. Everytime i call them they say the same thing. Just irritated by this. I want my refund. Worst experience.
