    Hi myntra,

    I have returned one item cost is 286, and for that you initiated refund of 138 rs and informed me rs 119 had been credited as cashback to my phonepe account. See this the second time i am facing difficulties with your service. Along with this item i bought 2 more items costed 1000 rs and cashback was 10% of total amount. And while returning one product how you can take back full cash back in to account. Moreover 138+ 119= 257 rs only.. If i were aware about am going to get 138 rs for this one i wouldn't have returned this. Actually for this price product was worthy. When i contacted your support they are repeating the same thing and not even listening to me. Second time i am facing difficulties with your service. If cashback to 10% of total amount while returning also cut 10% of the item price, not total cash back.
    Kindly check and give me a resolution on this.

      I ordered one top, it was showing in stock when i ordered it. Later on i got message from them saying "your product is delayed but it will be delivered". Today i checked my account on myntra and they just cancelled my order without even telling me. Now solution they are giving is to order it again, which i cannot do because the product is out of stock now.

        Kindly note that, I have placed 5 orders worth rupess 6000 last night at around 11: 30 PM, 26th July'18 via Myntra App and paid them online through credit card. However post placing the order I have realised to update my kolkata address as the address was showing Pune hence immediatly updated kolkata address.

        Next day 27th July'18 I have called the customer care to inform about the address however customer care executive confirmed that all the products would be delivered to Pune address where I do not stay. Requested them to change it but the customer care executive confirmed that it is not possible as their system is not accepting the request and asked me to cancel all my orders and the moment I tried to cancel the orders all the cancel options were frozen not allowing me to cancel them.

        As per Myntra's email and text messages orders would be delivered next week still they cant make any changes. Moreover they told that I can even cancel at my door step but as I already explained that I do not stay in Pune.

        I tried to connect with the Mystra support Team via email but got automated reply stating that can not contact them directly and I have to cal up customer case which of no Use. Myntra Team is reluctant to help me

        As I have already paid not sure who will receive my orders in Pune this worry is leading me to a situation where I feel harrased and causing lot of distress.

        I am really upset with the kind of service we are getting as once the order is place its not Myntra's responsibilities to caree of customer's Issue. Hence request you to help me to sort this out as they do not have proper escalation matrix.

          I am first time user of myntra. I ordered 2 kurtis which was confirmed me. After 1 month i received your order is cancelled as the courier person was unable to deliver. Again i ordered 2 different kurtis on 21 july which was confirmed. And on 27th july one kurti is cancelled as saying it is not in stock. If not possible by you then why are cheating..

          Third class service. No customer service. Too much delay in communication. I will not purchase in myntra now...

            Hello i have ordered an item from myntra and received a wrong product. But now they are neither picking up the wrong product nor giving the refund. I have ordered a pair of capri and wanted a bigger size in exchange. But in exchange i have got a shrug instead.

              I have ordered 3 products from myntra and got the delivery on 6th July. One of the 3 doesn't fit me well so i raised refund request on the same day and got the expect pick up date as 16th July. Waited for the mentioned date, no one came for the pick the product. After that i got one message from Myntra on 18th July that today they supposed to pick the product, no one came to pick the product not even contacted me so i dialed the number mentioned in the message but the pick up guy disconnected the call. After this for 5/6 days i got the pick up messages from myntra but no one contacted me for the pick up. After these frustrating messages i called to the customer care and raised a complaint and they assured me with in 3 business days it will be resolved.(Incident:[protected]. Today is 26th July and same message i got and finally got one call from the pick up guy but he told that he is somewhere else not on my mentioned address as in Myntra and told me that he will come tomorrow. From 6th to 26th July i made bunch of calls to Myntra customer care but still my issue has not been resolved. I am experiencing a very bad customer and it is very frustrating. It is not like i am worrying about refund of my money but i am very sad for the customer service by Myntra.

                Order no.[protected]-7122701 has not been delivered to me but myntra says its delivered. I payed using internet banking so i have lost the money and neither have they delivered. Please help me. The order consists of a tshirt and a watch.

                I have ordered products from myntra before and encountered similar problems but i was able to sort them out using ther contact. Now even there contact number is faulty, it does not let me conplain regarding products but keeps on looping a computeried conversation over and over.

                  I ordered the product of size 8 but i got a product of size 9.
                  When i try to exchange it, the courier boy of myntra courier services refused to return them by calling it used.
                  It is very common that if i got a product then i have to try it at least once to check whether this product is compatible or not.
                  The product is white colored so obviously it attracts floor dirt, due to some dirt they refused to return it and because of this, i suffered a loss of ₹ 800
                  But it is not about money or something, this is about the right which i have to take stand against those fraud online companies.

                    During season sale i purchased few products out of which 2 products were lost and myntra has provided me with two goodwill coupon in order to express the apology. The coupon is valid till 8th august, 2018, but whenever i am applying the coupon during checkout against any item it is not applicable. I had a conversation with the customer care executive on 25th july, 2018, who told me that the goodwill coupon is applicable on few products only. Now my complaint is - if the coupon is applicable on few products only then why the link to all those categories been given in the email which the technology team can easily do. The same is evident from the fact that when myntra offers any sale, there is a disclaimer in the end that to avail the sale kindly click the below link for the products that are available in the sale. Now, why not that kind of link been sent to the customer. They hire professionals from every good sector and university, i am sure, then why is this technical glitch?

                          I ordered a roadster white regular fit shirt. The product is not delivered to me but on app it shows that the product is delivered. So my money is gone and product is undelivered. I tried to contact myntra help desk but the software is too poor that i cannot connect with them and my call gets rejected. I need an immediate response from you guyz. Also you should improve your customer service.

                            The company failed to deliver the correct products ordered, upon raising request via email and phone calls for sending the correct products they kept assuring that they're looking into it, and after almost a month they have declined to send the correct products.

                            Date of order : 22nd june
                            Date of delivery of wrong product : 29th june
                            Date they decline my request : 22nd july

                            After 1 month of mental torchur and numerous amount of mails and telephone conversations. They say that they sent the right products.

                            I have already sent them all the details of the wrong product still they say they gave me the correct product.

                            Even if they gave me the correct product. I ordered 3 products which will come in separate packages. But i have received only one package. They have my signature on the reciept of one package and they still say all products were delivered. I paid rs1300 for the products which i ordered but i received a wrong product (Roadster t-shirt) worth rs600. Myntra is looting their customers.

                            Please help me.

                              I have ordered some tshirts from myntra and i thought it is a trusted site and i can believe blindly on this site so i placed the order and after that all things were going normal but suddenly i saw that the order tracking system was stuck on place mumbai thane it was not moving out from there so i called myntra and they said the order will be delivered shortly and it again doesnt moved from mumbai thane after 3 days... So i again called them and again they said the same and still its not delivered... The delivery date was 17 july and today it is 24 july... And it is still not delivered so came to this site called consumercomplaints.in for some help... I wish they help me

                                Myntr blocked my accounts [protected]@yahoo.com & two other account which has money of 590 approx. I want my money back and reason behind account blockage. Aslo reactivate my account and provide a kind of fine of them because in all such things i lost my lot time and headache. They even not informed my while blocking my account.                                   I shopped for two tommy Hilfiger sunglasses from Myntra but one was way too big for my face so i returned the one for which order was placed on 24th June with order no:[protected]-1938203 of Rs 4220 From Hindalco colony Renukoot, Sonebhadra.
                                  My product's return number is[protected] for which a message came from myntra that "Quality Check Failed". When i contacted the customer Care Executive Ms Ashima she told me that the product was been used. For this my reply is that how can I use a Sunglass with its tag on...
                                  I told her that the pick up guy could have also used it for which many lame reasons were given by her like:
                                  1) He does not have the authority to use.
                                  2) Product was in a closed box.
                                  3) they dont do that.
                                  4) Never such complaint came against him.
                                  So now the customer centric company executive was telling me that no the other guy cannot use it and its has just been used by me and btw the closed box told by her for the box just meant a box which can be closed and opened by pushing so weird reason again.
                                  Well i am related to myntra since many years and no such complaint complaint came against me also so howon what criteria tha judgement has been done?
                                  Hence I just empathetically deny such things and want my refund to be initiated and completed soon.
                                  Or else by these kind of behaviour of the company one more such valuable customer will be no longer associate with the company.
                                  Kindly refund the amount of Rs 4220 soon.

                                  My order got delivered, but I didn't receive the order. I made a complaint on jul 01, but until now you didn't resolve my issue. So I need to make a complaint against you in consumer court.
                                  I haven't received any updates on my order and the delivery boy denied his duty, said he doesn't have my package and won't be delivering. It's been 15 days now and I need to get my order as soon as possible.

                                      My mother and i have been a loyal and regular customers of myntra for ages. Until they stooped to fraudulent tricks that is. I had this belief that myntra lives up to the standards and have satisfactory services. I have even suggested my friends and family to purchase from myntra for the same.

                                      However, my recent purchase from myntra has proved me wrong. I had the most worst and disappointing experience a customer could have. It came as a terrible shock to me that myntra has taken the path as a fraudulent operator.

                                      This all started when i placed from an order using my mother's account to avail an offer during the recent eors sale.
                                      I placed an order for a cover story black formal trousers on 22nd june 2018. Unlike the usual fast delivery they took a while to deliver the product. The product was deliverer to us on 10th july, 2018 (It was supposed to be delivered before 5th july). To my utter shock and disbelief, when i opened the package i didn't find my cover story black formal trousers, what i found was a cheap looking yellow blouse. On a close inspection, i found that the top was also by cover story and it was wrapped in a transparent package with the label of the original product i was supposed to receive. Such a classy fraudster move by myntra! After some investigation from my part, i found the item i received in myntra. It was a really cheap product compared to the one i have purchased. Way to cheat your customers myntra!
                                      I am attaching images of both along with the complaint.

                                      I contacted the myntra customer care immediately and they assured me that they will look into it and will resolve the matter. I send them a mail with all the details they asked and after few days i got a reply stating that they wouldn't allow me to return the product. After i pointed out their mistake, they investigated the matter again (Or they say so) still repeating the same thing they wouldn't allow me to return the product. They also stated that the quality check of myntra was efficient and the correct product was send from their end. Wow.

                                      They claim that they sent the correct product from their end and my black trousers magically transformed into some cheap small top inside the packet after their efficient quality check. Not only their quality check was faulty, they are trying to cover up their error. They are washing their hands off the issue. The decent thing they could do was letting me return the product which they repeatedly stated they won't do at all.

                                      I tried contacting them at social media only to get the same repeated response. They were trying to save their public face lying through their teeth stating they have escalated the issue and i will get a resolution soon. Which never happened.

                                      This incident points to myntra's careless quality checks and recklessness in meeting the client's requests.

                                      This incident opened my eyes to the fact that myntra's services aren't reliable anymore. This will only result myntra in losing their credibility and customers. Starting from my family and friends.

                                      The mistake which happened to me should never happen to anyone else. There shouldn't be anymore victims.

                                      Myntra customer service is the worst I have ever came across.
                                      I cancelled my order on 30 June 2018 for which refund of 470rs was to be done by Myntra within 7 to 10 days. today it has been 17 days and they have still not given my money. I even spoke to their help support but not much help.
                                      Firstly i paid online for 2 products. 1 got delivered on time. At the time of delivery of 2nd product, , courier boy charged me again. i raised a complaint already for which they told me to wait for 48 hours on 5th July 2018 and after that no follow up call/email.
                                      I ordered a jeans from myntra which I got on 3rd July. I returned it and it was picked up on 5th July. I got an e mail from myntra that my refund had been initiated on 8th July. Well I still haven't received the refund. Helpline is always busy. Please look into it.

                                        I bought a product from myntra in the month of april. Received the product on 12 april. Tgis product was a gift to someone. When the person washed it for the 1st time the colour of salwar came out. I came to know about this incident in july. I finally raised the complaint on 12 jul.

                                        They 1sty kept denying the same stating 3 months period is over as i sent them the email with the pictures in 13th jul.

                                        When i called them again i told them that the request was raised on 12th jul which was also mentioned in the email. They still denied it.
                                        Finally they accepted that it was within 3 months.

                                        Then i spoke with the supervisor and asked them the reason for denying. He gave me a different reason stating its not a manufacturing defect by just looking at the pictures and not checking the product physically.
                                        And also the sup didn't disclose any other details.

                                        My money is wasted.

                                        I have not received my myntra products on time.

                                        I have returned my product on Saturday 14 July to umesh soni contact number [protected]
                                        (Return No. :[protected] but still I m not received my refund money when I call to customer care they said wait for 48 hours now it's already 72 hours left this is the worst experience I had
                                        Sir I don't need mantra credits i have mistakenly submitted my return amount to myntra credit
                                        Please transfer it to my bank account it's very urgent
