Hi,
I got a call yesterday from customer care asking the vehicle to get serviced. The concern Executive was forcing me and telling that I will get the car ready by yesterday evening.
The employee /service engineer was telling it will be difficult to deliver the vehicle Todsy as he have already committed for other vehicle delivery.
The customer care executive called me and promised that I will receive the vehicle in the evening and graunteed it.
But in the evening there is no response from that executive nor follow up on the service.
I tried calling reaching the service engineer there too no response received.

When am in need of Vehicle and giving a wrong commitment and getting the vehicle for service is purely unacceptable, where I hired a vehicle for a purpose and met a loss of 500rupess due to this.

Kindly check this issue and look on too this compensating this. Note yet to receive vehicle update

    I droped my polo car for oil service on 21/03/2023 to my tvs car service. The estimate rs. 1500 only for oil top up and do general service in that time service engineer told to me. The next day i got an phone from the same service engineer., he told the entire gear assmebly is need to change and the revised estimate for above and service is rs. 12000., ok i agred. And i was request him arrange to deliver the car as early as possible. He agreed to delivered. The next day i got phone froim another service engineer. He told the changing cost for gear assembly not included some parts . So the estimate will gone to above rs. 30000. I had not agree the service. I told to him donot do any extra gear service, it was in good conditions when i drop the car in your service point so you please delivered the car in same conditions with out any complient from gear assembly. He agreed and deliverd my car on 23/03/2023 in 1, 45, 430 km. In next day when i got a major sound from engine sound and i am not able to drive in normal speed. So i was stoped the car in my office shleter. Now it is not in running conditions. So kindly make an arange to bring the good running conditions when i would came to your service point.

    My car had no gear problem when i came to your service place. Please take immediate action . I need responce from your side

      Gave my car for simple AC servicing, was informed that condenser and compressor needs to be replaced and they charged me 28000. Ver next day AC was not working, took my car to their service station and they said new compressor has failed and they will replace it. After 5 days they delivered my car and very next day once again problem started. Took my car for the third time and now they are informing that wiring is the problem and that needs to be replaced. Don't understand why in the first place they said compressor and condenser needs to be replaced to make my AC work and now they are saying wiring is the actual problem. If that was the case why as a professional company they diagnosed it wrongly and now changing their version to different problem. Either they need to get my car AC corrected or return the amount paid by me immediately.

        I have given my car Hyundai EON magna+ AP29 BS1443 for reservice since it was not done properly for the first time.
        Inspite of not responding during initial 15 days, they called me later saying they would provide proper reservice this time.

        Since 15 days warranty period expired, i would be charged minimum inspite of giving free service.

        Now, since last 4 days they have not returned the car and giving me some or the other reasons.

        Also charging me more for labour by telling me different reasons.

          Not serviced properly but bill generated to about 28000...

          There is no smoothness while ghear change... its under question whether clutch has been replaced or not...😡😡

              I have given my vehicle for service @ My TVS Guidy yesterday/04.03.2023.

              First time I have given service outside TATA. Based on assurance from Ms.Divya ([protected]), i opted for giving service @My TVS, Guindy with lots of expectation.

              But i had horrible experience. Read below for more specific problem faced by me.

              1. Amt informed is Rs.3500.00 but was charged Rs.3995.00. Reason given for extra charge is FOR USE OF CLEANING MATERIALs.

              2. Vehicle h/o @ 11.20am but take up for job only after 2pm.

              3. Even though I was there present I was not updated about progress in service.

              4. When I asked status @ 5.45 car only then only vehicle was taken for washing.

              5. I had informed your technicians that there was prompt for high temperature while driving. But still the problem existing. Very serious issue. I requested to look into this problem specifically. But unfortunately your officials did not care about it.

              6. I specifically requested your technicians that I want ENGINE OIL change to be done in my presence. Even though I was physically present no body cared to call me.

              7. Initially I was asked Rs.4999.00 and after my argument they revised the bill to Rs.3995.00.

              8. No receipt and details of the job done was given to me.

              9. 1st floor where I was waiting AC was not switched on and no fan was available. Suffeted for 5/6 hours in suffocation.

              10. Distance to travel km at the time of handing over was 59kms and while taking over the vehicle it was 37 kms. How come drastic reduction in fuel level? i do not understand.

              I Informed all of you that first time I am opting for service outside TATA Authorised centre. Even after this I faced Very poor customer service.

              My total time wasted for the whole day .

              AND

              I may not be able to go for even short drive as I still get prompt/ indicator of high temperature warning.

              If it only for car washing and/or oil change I can get it done from experience person nearby my home.

              Why i should come to MY TVS ?

              Can i get JUSTICE from My (sorry) Your TVS :(

                I had been a franchisee of My TVS in Nagpur. Speed Wheelz
                I have closed the franchisee and also got the termination letter from them and I have requested for the refund of my security deposit.
                It is now more than three months but I am not getting my refund nor any mail saying by when they will refund.
                A totally unprofessional company.
                It had been a very bad experience working with them Lost huge amount of money.

                  A complete fraud. I gave my bike for servicing, they changed battery without consent. And total estimated 6171 RS. During bike delivery, i asked them I don't want to change the battery. They are now saying bill will be the same and will remove new battery and provide old battery. They are changing me 6171- without battery replacement now. Worst. This is a big fraud.

                    I have given my Jupiter bike for service on 14th to Royapeetah Mytvs centre. Very pathetic and very worst service I ever had such experience in my life time. My vehicle is making noise and there is roughness in riding after service. No one is bothered about my complaint after my repeated calls

                      The bike was riding with instability and was sent to service, the mechanic did the job of all the other items like air filter and oil replacement which was never asked for and provided a bill of 2900. However the issue of instability was never addressed. Unfortunately no response even post escalating it. Bike number 3506, hero Honda Passion Pro

                        I had given my car AP09BQ8574 for service in Hyderabad on 11th Feb 2023 and was promised same day delivery. I was waiting in office till 7 pm and no one informed me about the delay. After repeated follow ups with the contact number mentioned in my SMS, i was told that vehicle service got delayed.

                        I reached home through cab and at 10 pm i was informed that Driver had not picked up my vehicle and same will be delivered on 12th Feb 2023 at 7am. finally it got delivered at 1 pm.

                        to my surprise my umbrella from car is missing, when checked with the driver he asked me check with MyTVS and service representative stopped taking my call.

                        Request you to please arrange the delivery of this umbrella.

                              Sir, I’m Dr. Rajesh . I gave my 2 wheeler (apache 2004v) for a general service in mytvs today (6/02/23)morning at 10am. The bike was picked up from my home and the bike porter dropped it in the service centre at 10:15am . And he told technician will call you once he check your bike.I was waiting for the call till 12pm but I didn’t received any call from the technician. I tried to contact mytvs customer service but they didn’t pick the call. Finally after many attempts they pick the call and told we will sort it out please wait within 10mins technician will call you . I even asked them the service person number or service centre number . But they didn’t gave me any information.i got the call at 2pm and they told after service we will return your bike at 6:00pm . But they didn’t return it yet . Now it is 8:30pm they were not even picking up the call. Mytvs customer service also not picking up the call. I have been trying all the ways to reach your customer service and service centre but I couldn’t reach them anyway. This makes me very frustrating. Very disappointing service

                                Product delivered today and i raised 1+1 year warranty. Request was rejected without any reasons. I resubmitted it, in case rejected again i will return the product and give bad reviews

                                  Product was delivered today and i raised request for 1+1 years registration and it is rejected without mentioning any comments. Is that how you treat your customers? I have resubmitted it and in case it is rejected again i will return the product

                                  I got a Whatsapp msg offering me Air Filter free, Oil filter free, that free this free everything at 2999 etc. Since the offer was so exciting, and my car was due for PMS, I thought ok let us try. This was about a month ago.
                                  I called this call center girl, who was so good, and polite and repeated to me all the sweet-coated offers once again. I told her ok go ahead and book a slot. She blocked it for the next day. I emphasized that I need the car by 6 pm. She assured me that before 6 it will be at my feet.

                                  Next day this driver called me to collect the vehicle from me, which he did. I gave him 500 to fill the diesel, cos he was looking/sounding honest. My car left me at 9:30 am. In the afternoon I called this girl to remind her about the delivery of the car. She again assured me not to worry. I was happy. That day my office was over at 5:30. I was waiting for my car in the cellar. 5:30 gone… 6:00 gone… 6:30…. 7:00… gone… 7:30… and meantime my patience is gone… I called this mechanic, who said its over, and waiting for the driver to come. He said in 5 min driver will start from the shed (its about 20 km away from my office, ) and Hyderabad roads in the evening will be like a 9 months preg. After a dozen calls to the mechanic, the sweet sales girl, and finally to the Manager (to my amazement he is not aware of anything that is going on about my car. Coz he doesn’t have a list of cars that were serviced since Morning, but he is a Manager for something.) I was supposed to go out at 7:00 with my family … the great driver reached my office at 8:45 pm. (of course he took his own time blaming the traffic), when I was jumping around like a monkey shouting at the Manager. Innocent Manager, he doesn’t know anything about it. Must be working from home that day. That’s how it ended my life for that day with My-Ass-TVS. Neither I went out with my family nor happy with the service. Literally, I reached home at 1010 pm coz its 23 km away from my office.

                                  The driver was expecting something… sadly I couldn’t do anything for him and then he left. I started my car and looked at the fuel indicator, and felt happy that I didn’t give anything further to the Driver. Coz there is no much change in my fuel indicator, of course two three points went down. So what driver was expecting I gave him in the morning itself. :) The mechanic sent a big list of repairs that I should get it done…I was so kind of him. The mechanic billed me 3500 and I was so lucky that he offered me some 480 discount. The manager who counter-attacked me over phone later sent me an apology WhatsApp message saying that he will investigate the matter and get back to me… he is so honest that even after one month he is still investigating the matter and I am waiting for his report. The case is so complicated... with many twists...

                                  Today 30-July, when I took my car for real servicing, to my surprise, neither the ac cabin filter was new, nor the Air Filter, nor the oil filter … and no top-ups. The mechanic showed me each of these physically. My-ASS-TVS just water-washed the car and vacuum-cleaned inside … it took about 7-8 hours to water wash the car... see this is called dedication...

                                  This is how the owners of companies like this will become millionaires overnight, using people like me as their source of income.

                                  Guys it's always good to give the car/two-wheeler or whatever to Chillar Mallar mechanics in our gallies these people will be the best than My-ASS-TVS or to an authorized service center.

                                    I went to myTVS velachery to service my Scorty Pep.
                                    4 continuous days visited the service center. But they refused to take my Vehicle they are saying the we are running with less staff. we cannt take your Vehicle today. next day morning i went to the service point around 9:45 am .. they told that many are on leave today. we cannt take your vehicle
                                    I asked for their supervisor contact number to raise a complaint. They told that no supervisor's asssigned
