I gave my swift desire for service to Mytvs ambattur. Though my car is old it was in good condition.
After doing initial checks, they said that the rear brake drum are jammed and need to be replaced. Though the condition was condition was good prior to leaving for service, I agreed to change it as I use vehicle for long drives. They too changed brake shoes and rear wheel cylinder. After 3 days of service I received the car. The brake pedal was soft/spongy when I applied at 100 kms speed.
I raised the complaint with them and Godwin was in denial mode that everything was fine. But later found it faulty after taking for a ride. Again they took 3 days to repair but I received the car in the same condition that brake pedal continued to remain soft.

They took it again and had thr car for almost 10 days stating that the brake booster has gone and the parts are in high demand. After several arguments they returned the car staying that PO has been raised for the particular parts.

Now I found my reverse sensors were not working, windshield washer not working and there was a big scratch in the bonnet.

I GAVE THR CAR FOR OIL SERVICE BUT THEY HAVE COMPLETELY DAMAGED THE
CONDITION OF THE CAR.

      I gave my i20 car for service to MyTVS ambattur branch on 5th March. Initially they commited that they can deliver on the next day which is 6th March. On inspecting, they said that some more issues to be fixed and deliver it my Monday 8th March. On 8th March, I kept on calling to the technician manager and he didn't have any courtesy to pick my call Not gave a call back. I send multiple SMS as well. Not bothered to reply back. Even today morning, I kept calling to the technician number and he never picked my call. Then I called the myTVS ambattur branch number and finally I was able to catch hold off the technician and he simply says that vehicle is still not ready, so I didn't update you. Irresponsible answer. Still they are working and not sure of the service quality. Pissed off from yesterday evening.

        Dear Sirs,

        As a customer of MyTVS, I gave my Ford Fiesta car TN01 AJ 9957 for service at MyTVS Ambattur with a complaint regarding coolant leak, oil getting mixed in cooling system and engine overheating on 15.12.2020

        I got the serviced vehicle back on 28.12.2020 after a delay of 5 days from the promised date. Bill was for Rs 21, 600/- with no proper briefing of the service details (Job Card no. RJC-KAMB[protected], copy attached). Took delivery of the car and drove it 3 days for short distances and on the 4th day went to airport for a drop. When I came to the parking area for my return from airport, I found green coolant of my car mostly drained from the coolant tank on the pavement. I checked the coolant level, managed to drive slowly, stopping at many places since the engine was overheating again.

        Reported to the technician about repetition of the problem identified earlier, went and dropped the car on 04.01.2021. Stayed for 5 hours at the Service station without any progress except that they conveyed to me that the radiator fan was not working owing to an electrical relay problem. I was promised delivery the next day with no indication of any further expense. After daily follow-ups, finally I was told that I could take delivery of my car on 12.01.2021 and I went to pick it up on 13.01.2021.

        To my dismay, coolant tank was found fully mixed with oil again. After I showed them the condition of coolant tank, they then drained it and refilled it with fresh coolant. When I asked them about the missing plastic hood above radiator, they could not locate it but tried convincing me that it was not essential and I could visit later to collect it. Then, I was given a test drive of about 50 km along with their mechanic who checked the condition of coolant after the drive. Fresh coolant was again found mixed with thick black oil.

        Asked the manager and marketing person at the front desk for clarification. Explanation was, it happens sometimes and it would get cleared after driving for a few days. I wanted to have a confirmation from them that there is no risk in driving long distances as far as engine health is concerned. They confirmed that there is none. I am quite unsure about this commitment, as technical literature says otherwise. The problem of oil mixing in coolant tank still persists and it has got worse after 10 days.

        Then I was compelled to pay a sum of Rs 8, 260/- as additional service charges with no bill or receipt. Second time when I left the car at the Service station on 04.01.2021, I was not given any receipt for their possession though my car was in their custody between 4th and 13th Jan 2021. When I asked the marketing person to furnish particulars of additional repair done, he had promised to send me the bill by email. Till date, I have not received any mail for the same (though I shared my emaild id at the front desk)

        May I request you to look into the matter, examine the reason for deficiency in service and excess billing by your staff and resolve the issue by rectifying the problem that has arisen out of faulty repair. Copy of card payment received by them without any bill, is attached for your ready reference. Since I was not provided any contact details for grievance redressal, I am writing this to you with the firm belief that you would be keen to hold the reputation TVS group high.

        Looks like management is least concerned in addressing concerns of customers. Branding seems to be a collective effort in taking customers for a ride.
        No response whatsoever from MyTVS head office on my complaint dt 25.01.2021 regarding faulty service and excess charges without billing for repeat issues in my Ford Fiesta car.

          Dear MyTvs,
          My Car All new feasta ( Reg No TN 11 1476) is with Immanuel Auto works from 25th November 2020 Onwards. Complaint details are enclosed here with. Every day he is coming with new new problem i. e one week starter motor/other week turbo / 3rd week pump switch problem/ 4th week pump problem/ 5th week fuel line leakage issue.
          Also he use to commit that the car will be ready on week end during every starting of the week and will be ready on Monday during end of week. Requesting you to get back my car on Today without fail. His behavior also not good. If required i may attach the recorded conversation for

            Regarding xylo car pumper peel off .
            Respected sir /madam,
            On dated 25/2/2020, I claimed the insurance for a car accident. They changed the front car bannet, front head light doom, side metal parts, and also front bumper parts in a good manner.
            After two months the bumper of the car started peeling off slowly.As this is a pandemic time, I was not able to do anything during the Covid suivation.So the car front pumper parts are peeling off more and more now .I have informed this issue to the customer care number and also to ambattur head department .I have also submitted the photo copy of the car peel off parts and the bill document .I am regularly contacting the ambattur branch for two days but there is no response from that side .I tired calling customer care, they reached and said that the issue will be solved, but till now there is no status related to this issue.So I kindly request you to repaint the bumper part and make some necessary changes as soon as possible .
            ( I consulted this issue to my personal paint shop worker, they said that the paint is not initially coated with plastic primer and also the pillar coating has not been done, So I think that they have directly painted with base colour in the car pumper parts .So I guess this issue is due to this problem)

              Car was accidented on 30th Oct 20. As per my HDFC ergo tieup called and lodged complaint for insurance claim. It took 48 hours for take my car from the accident point. Car was taken on 31st oct around 4 pm. Almost 42 days over no repair started in my car. Every 3 days once getting the same message from Manoj the service delivery person that awaiting for spare parts to receive. Car no TN01AQ4948 in the name of Baskar M

                I had given my I20 car for a general service in MyTVS off sharjapura road, Bengaluru. Despite exorbitant bill, rear break drum got interchanged with some spurious part from another vehicle (that side is completely rusted), wiper bolt cover was not replaced after changing the blades similarly was a part near front windshield, wheels are not freely rotating(when I complained about it they said they will send a mechanic to look into it but never did). Whatever been touched in service seem to be fixed incorrectly. This is my first experience with TVS as I used to go to Hyundai authorized service centers all the time.

                I feel a road side mechanic would have done a better job. I didn't mind to complain but after a long ride from Bengaluru to Chennai recently I really feel the vehicle was in much better condition prior to service. My vehicle number is KA-51-Z-6824.

                  I gave my Mahindra XUV500 W8 model car (TN18J7999) for service by the way of pickup & drop service on 30.09.2020 (Job card No.4477) to TVS Automobile Solutions (P) Ltd, . No. B-18, 1st Main Road, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Ambattur, Chennai-600058, Tamil Nadu, with 72872 Kilometre around 3points (around 13 to 15 litres) of diesel fill, today i got delivery of my car by the way of pickup & drop service today 13.10.2020 with driven 72922 kilometres

                  Note: From my Home residence to My TVS Ambattur service centre total distance is 22Kms.

                  Some of the Main Complaints found after receiving Car:-

                  1. Only One point of diesel that too in blinking level was found. (Below than the reserve level of diesel found in tank)
                  2. Brass Flag post accessories which was fixed in my car found bent with full of scratches and broken.
                  3. Music infotainment screen displays error message and found system not working.
                  4. Diesel tank opener switch not working and found broken.
                  5. Tyre pressure monitor indicator display problem continuous as informed in job card before leaving the car to service
                  6. Hand brake cover was broken already and I informed the same to them to change but not problem was solved while delivery.
                  7. Left side co-passenger door lock was not working while doing centre locking.

                  And so I sent back my car to your service centre by filling (13litres i.e., Rs.1000 - 3points) of diesel, without getting my car delivery and informed the above said complaints to Mr.A.NEELAKANDAN ([protected]) from MyTVS. This mail is for kind information and a complaint to know how your My TVS dealer is taking care of the customer's car and at the same time you can take this mail as my feedback for my service did by you. And with this I am enclosing the Vehicle inventory checklist which was received from My TVS on 30.09.2020.Please take necessary action and do the needful as soon as possible.

                        They are taking 6 to 7 days for normal service and no responsible person is taking ownership for service.

                        Very poor service and not expecting from tvs group of companies.

                        Everytime they pass on responsibility to others and very casual in their attitude.
                        They thought customer will come to service centre because the brand...

                        Still we did not get back vehicle from service station.
                        Every day they saying vehicle is readuy with in 2 days from 6th jan.
                        This is tourist vehicl, every day we are lossing 2000 due to your technician irresponsible.

                          I have given my car (Ford figo) vehicle tn22ck8165 on 17-oct-2019 to mytvs perungudi for bodyshop work and general service. I have clearly mentioned that my car is having the below issues 1. Front right shock absorber is not feeling good 2. The box case over the hand brake is loose 3. The car mobile charger is not working 4. Rain water is coming inside the vehicle i have recived back my car on 21-oct-19 and felt the below comlaints again 1. There is an abnormal sound like belt scratch is coming when i am moving above 40kmph 2. The box case over the hand brake is loose - not attended 3. The car mobile chargeer is not working-not attended 4. Rain water is coming inside the vehicle-not attended so mytvs took bck my vehicle on 31-oct-19 again and returned on teh same day - stating that - all complaints are attended. By 01-nov-19 - i took the vehicle to madurai and i could feel the abnormal sound is still coming when i am returning back on 04-nov-19- i can see one of my front tower got a buldge (Mytvs guys have service twice but never noticed this buldge and told me). Seems like they have sent my car without any service the car's dashboard and many other door parts are found loose and getting shaking while driving similarly - so much of rrain water is coming inside the vehicle and the complaint seems not attended mytvs has charged me around rs.20000 for a complete service and a bottm coat for my vehicle base to avoid the rain water entry my car didnt have any abnormal sound at all before service - but now 1. Heavy sound is coming 2. Complate dashboard and loose parts are shaking 3. Water entry at front side driver and side seat area 4. No bottom coat is been applied contact person mr.                             My tvs omr, franchised by rithvik motors, don’t even try an attempt to service your car. They charge high, way high, poor and lethargic response:poor communication about vehicle status, they don’t show you or give you the old parts and you are left with no clue, the impact is shown in less than a week, you will get a different problem, you inquire you will be told a different story. These guys try to milk you. Don’t ever trust

                              I purchased my tvs tyre inflator few days later only one time its works properly then the motor is running but tyre pressure not increasing i already informed it to my tvs costumer care they ask me to return it to the sound blaster car accessories shop in erode tamilnadu where i purchased it again my tvs costumer care person contact me and promise me that my tvs will return new one but till now no reply to me.. If i ask the shop they ask to contact my tvs costumer care.. Now who is responsible person for the warranty?

                                I bought my tvs t13 model tyre inflator before 15 days its works properly for only one time then its just running but air pressure not increasing in my car tyre.. Already i informed it to costumer care they ask me returned it for warranty at sound blaster car accessories shop in erode tamilnadu.. That's where i buy it they also returned the inflator with same condition after 3 days now where should i give it to claim the warranty

                                  I purchased my tvs t13 model before 15 days its works only one time then its just motor running but tyre pressure not increasing.. I already informed to costumer care.. They said to give it to sound blaster car accessories shop in erode tamilnadu that where i purchased the product.. They again returned it after 3 days with the same condition now where should i give it for claim the warranty?

                                    My mahindra tuv t10 highend model car's windshield broke accidentally and i gave my car to mytvs omr branch for replacement. But the replaced glass is of a basic model and not same as t10. The finishings are so bad and now the quality is very poor that we can't see through clearly. Very very poor and irresponsible service. Totally dissatisfied. My car's look is completely gone, pls change the glass.

                                      I left my car for accidental damage repair work to mytvs porur branch on 11th jan 2019, it has been almost 4.5 months still i have'nt got my vehicle back. Initially they said after insurance claim i had to put around 50k from my pocket for the repair work, but later they said i had to pay 70k. But now at the time of taking delivery they are asking me to pay 1lac 30 thousand which led me shock, car idv value it self is 1.5 lac. And they is nothing to spend for 1.6 lac as service cost.
                                      1. They never communicated about this much huge cost of repair to me
                                      2. I never agreed either in written or oral for this huge amout and whenever i ask what will be cost they said around 50k
                                      3. Very lazy and lethargic work from both insurance guy service repair guy.

                                      Now they are saying that there is discrepancy in the bill and following with insurance company.

                                      Note: insurance is royal sundaram
