My mahindra tuv t10 highend model car's windshield broke accidentally and i gave my car to mytvs omr branch for replacement. But the replaced glass is of a basic model and not same as t10. Very upset with the service. Got a message that the car will be serviced by tuesday - 09 oct 2018. But later on 10 oct 2018 got to know that due to delay in receipt of spare parts the car could not be serviced. I came to collect the car as i had a short trip to make.

To my horror the car was not even washed and i was charged for 1000 inr as advance to the estimated service.
