Worst Service experience.
The customer service people had called and convinced me to take a breakdown service with MYTVS which i did and they send me across a 12 point free checkup saying it was part of the membership pack I had taken with MY TVS, so I had given my car to the my tvs garage @ Guindy, the guy called me and said that they would need to make an oil change, and break pad change. Which I agreed to and they gave me a bill for 3000+. The very next time I take the car out for a drive the brakes had jammed and I narrowly escaped hitting a car before me. I never have had this problem in my car before.
I asked for a pickup from the Guindy garage to check the breaks but they wouldn’t do since the driver was on leave (that’s the excuse they have). After calling them 4 successive days; they finally took my car for the checkup. They then tell me, break booster m/c everything gone the whole set needs to be replaces and they slam with another 8000rs bill. I had never had any problems with my break before the service, but I was left with no option but to pay them the money. And again when I went to pick up my car the engine oil and coolant were dripping. Which they refused saying, it was probably from a previous car that was standing there and when they saw the dripping right before their eyes, they are like my car has become old and all the gaskets and stuff are week. I have not had any significant oil leak or coolant leak issues with my car before and just after this delivery I have started to get it. The excuse they now have is car has become old and it was always leaking this way and the car has a lot of problem. I am surprised they never mention anything about my old car having a lot of problem and oil leaks when they first delivered the car and all of a sudden they would start with the old car with oil leak trouble.
I would also not recommend My TVS to any of my circle. I would get better service from a local garage and even better responsible answers if there were any complains.

In response to my complaint which I sent today morning, I am happy to inform that the response from your side was prompt and good, though I cannot say that the issue is resolved to my satisfaction yet.I received a call from Mr.Suresh, Manager of the Vellore workshop.He explained that the rates quoted (per panel) is for painting only and tinkering required will be extra and it could be decided only after seeing the vehicle.He admitted that the brochure does not mention it clearly in that manner and it must be an oversight which happened in printing or proofreading.Now, my points are
1.It is not the customer's fault or misunderstanding (as told by your service technician) if the advertisement is not correct
2.The reason for the difference in actual and advertised rates is not even known to your own staff; as two different people are giving different explanations.This is suspicious.
3.There is a limit to the amount of tinkering that can be done; beyond which you will have to replace the panel.So, it should be possible to quote a rate beforehand which includes tinkering also.
I request you to
1.Ensure that I get my vehicle is serviced at the rate which was quoted lure me to your workshop (Rs.1900) and
2.Withdraw or correct the misleading advertisement forthwith- to avoid further confusions if ti really is a mistake in print.
If you can do these two things, I can consider my complaint resolved satisfactorily.
