i m cheated two time by company as
I have purchased two spy pen one bi one from NAPTOL in 3-1-2011.&[protected] Order No 1198300& 1766930 )COD basis. Upon checking I found the same as faulty & after discussing with the customer care of naptol.com ( ph :[protected]) I have sent back the spy pen to arramex india ltd After that I have spoke many times with the customer care of M/s Naptol.com for refund of my money but till date they have not yet returned nor any call have come from them…So, I requuest the competent authorities to register this complaint and prosecute the culprits for which I can adduce documentary evidence if called for.

Naaptol Online Shopping — Defective product

I received my product,my order number was 353945. I had ordered a Nokia battery. But this is not a original nokia battery. I had
confirmed it with the nokia care and even I am no getting a proper
backup which is not more then 2 Hrs. Sometime with continuous us it drain up in half an hour. If I had to purchase a duplicate
battery then why would i purchase it from naaptol. I could get it from
chor bazar in 100 ruppes. On your website you had mentioned Nokia
battery, no where you had mentioned that you are selling duplicate
battery. Naaptol is taking advantage of the brandname of Nokia and
fooling peoples. Now when i am contacting there customer care they are not responding properly.

    I ordered a car stereo from Naaptol.com hoping that their price (Rs 2300 incl delivery) would ensure a decent product. When the package arrived by bluedart, I asked the courier to wait while I opened the package in front of him to confirm the items. He refused, saying that bluedart has nothing to do with naaptol's quality of service.
    When I took the package for installation in my car, the car stereo would NOT EVEN FIT in the slot meant for stereo. It was TOO BIG for the slot! Then, I was shown that the speakers provided along with the stereo were deformed prior to packaging. The sound quality of the stereo (Cizer brand) was atrociously bad. The reception was bad too. And the USB drive functioned in a moody fashion - often not working at all.
    The "gift" pen drive they provided was junk - it was "locked" and I couldnt put any file on it! I tried reformatting it, but no success. And it was mechanically unsound too as the USB point would slide into its plastic rather than the receiving socket.
    I called Naaptol.com many time, and got through twice. Each time they told me that since I had waited more than 24 hours from receiving the product, they would not reimburse me! And this "policy" was nowhere mentioned either in their ads or on the delivery package!
    I told them that the local dealer refused to pay Rs 500.00 for their package for which I had paid Rs 2300.00. They just laughed mockingly at me and told me to get lost!
    This is insane, even for a fraudulent deal!
    Naaptol.com seems to be an ugly enterprise for ripping off people who cannot do anything but yell on the phone to them.

      i have ordered one '102 piece multi tool drill machine on 10.05.2011. i have received the parcel on 07.06.2011 by vpp for rs.2791/-. when opened the parcel nothing was there except some old newspaper cuttings. when contacted the supplier over phone, they advised me to lodge a complaint with the postal authorities. they also said they will refund the amount within a week after receiving the complaint FIR copy.

        first i buy a mobile phone by accessing my father's debit card and they received the payment after 10 days, they told me that they didn't got any payment......................... and when i checked my father's bank statement the money was debited............................ but still they didn't dispatching my product nor returning my money.

          This is to bring to your notice that i had purchased a product from naaptol and the product delivered was not in working condition.It was delivered defective. After repeated complaints on phone there has been no feedback and the product has not been replaced.           Car dent remover — Non delivery

          I placed an order on 15th Jan'11 for a car dent remover combo item and received an courier confirmation on SMS by 19th Jan'11 saying that product will be deliver within 5 days. Ten days have passed, there is no sign of delivery of the item. Meantime contacted Naaptol customer care as well as Courier without any concreate reply other than saying give us couple of days, we will get back to you, It gives me the feeling that this is FRAUD COMPANY. I am thinking of going through legal route to handly my case.

            I, Anand Malviya had ordered Blackberry 9530 Storm and received the same on 23 May 2011 details as below :

            Upon some checks I found that they have provided Forged handset and which belongs to Verizon Network USA. Also this handset is missing Features like Internet Browser and GPS. Earphones which are given alongwith handset is from Motorola with User Guide also is not original Blackberry.

            When I contacted Customer Care they told me to get Verizon for GPS & Internet usage or check with Local Service provider whether the handset is compatible for these Services. Again, when I asked them to give cash back on return of handset they told me to send handset back by bluedart @ Aramax India pv limited 12/A new sun Mill Compound Lower Parel Mumbai -400013. After confirmation of receiving of handset, money will be transferred back to your account in a week's time.
            But I believe if I send this back I will not get refund as update by ppl earlier in various Forum, thereby losing money as well as handset.
            Please let me know how I can get our Money back and how legal action can be taken against this Fake Company.

                I had ordered a Blackberry Strom in response to your advertisement in Mumbai Mirror dated may 17, 2011 and post receiving positive feedback from one my colleague who had picked up Blackberry Strom 9530 from Naaptol.com (his vendor was Megan Impex , his cell no. is [protected] , Mr. Goyal)

                I received the same at 12 noon on may 21, 2011 at Office address, please find my observations below:

                1. The blackberry box, was not the original black in colour and there was no seal. (as attached in picture)
                2. The headphone and the data cable are of Motorolla (as attached in picture)
                3. The sound bar had lot of dirt, which gave a feel that handset is already being used.
                4. The bar codes on the Handset is very different from the original Blackberry. ( as I have already have an original black beery)
                5. There are scratches on the handset ( as attached in picture)


                I had called the customer care on [protected] yesterday ( Sunday) where in one executive shared the address of Aramax, Lower Parel.
                She mentioned to send the handset in discussion by courier with my complaint in writing, and then some executive would call me to discuss the further course of action.

                She did not satisfactorily answer my question, as to who would take the responsibility if the courier gets lost or the handset gets damaged.
                She asked me to call on Monday, though she registered my bank account details

                Today I called at the customer care where in a gentleman named Prasanna addressed my query, his approach was quite rude and he subtly accused me o[censored]sing the new handset leading to the scratches and the dirt in the sound bar. The entire approach towards the customer’s plight was just not correct.

                If the vendor can charge me Rs. 299/- as courier charge, send the delivery of the product to my doorstep and collect the payment , then why can’t he send a person at my doorstep if I encounter a problem with the product. We really do not mind paying Rs. 300/- as courier charges as we are sure that the handset would reach the vendor safe and sound and my time is effectively utilized at work.

                Taking half day from work and go to Lower Parel to return the Handset,( where in Motorola accessories were given, the seal on the box was missing, none of the CSR addressed my query).

                Even I am from the service industry and such kind of approach leaves a bad taste and bad name to the brand.
                I felt cheated even though its SRP Enterprises’s mistake but I saw your advertisement and placed the order.


                With due respect, please send someone and have your product collected. I don’t want any replacement and if you don’t want to refund my money, I am fine.
                But please be respectful to customers who bestow trust in you.

                Its 21:42 at night I am taking pictures of the wrong / used handset and its accessories sent to me to prove that I am a victim of your vendor’s cheap money making practices at the cost of your brand name and at the cost of my time.

                  I have ordered spy pen from online store naaptol by dec.2010 by V.P.P., After making payment when I opened the packet I found the product defective & after talking to there executives send it back to there told address , I received the product again by 22 jan but that was V.P.P. (Means I have to pay 1800 rs. Again to take it) I called there executive ms. Jasmeen I got complaint no. 461747 assignment no. Ea[protected] ans assured me solve my problem within 2 working days, but till march 31 I have not received I called there executive mr. Pramod on no.[protected] , I come to know that my complaint is not yet forward to concerning & now it is forwarded, I asked for the written commitment on which he said not possible, still it is 24 may & have not received my product not the market rate of that product dropped to 1300/- I have mailed them several times but I am not getting any response.

                  Plz help me & suggest the next action I should take for this fake co. & Make aware to people.

                    Maharani Jewellery Combo 102 Pcs, booked on[protected] to Naaptol, as advertised in TOI dated[protected]. Seller Ref. No.:1752717. At the time of booking, it was conveyed that there would be an authenticity certificate for the jewellery, and complete refund of money would be done, if product found defective. Delivery given by courier at 4-05p.m. on[protected]. On opening the package, it was found that there were broken pieces of the jewels, defective jewels, and no authencity certificate. Immediately at 4-19p.m, I made a call to the telephone where the order was placed. The executive who attended the telephone [protected] gave the reply, that their system was not working, and they would attend to the complaint an hour later.Since then calls were made at 17-41. 18-44, 20-46.Each time different executives gave replies that their system being down they would not lodge the complaint, and that I was wasting their time unnecessarily. Iwould like a full refund of my money, as promised when the booking was done, and they may take their package which contains defective jewellery back.

I want my money back otherwise i will take you to consumer court.                       I booked mobile handset blackberry sprint 8830 CDMA/GSM on 6th december 2011 and the bill amount paid on the same day by union bank debit card.
                      I contacted naaptol customer care several times and only getting answers-that you will get the mobile in 8 to 10 days,but yet i didn't got the same.

                      I told to customer care executive several times that Give me the delivery of mobile or refund my money(call recorded) otherwise i will complait againt your company,but it is not happening from last 5 to 6 months.

                      I also told to customer care executive several times that Give me the delivery of mobile or refund my money otherwise i commit to suicide because of your mental harashment and they promise me each time that i will get delivery of mobile very soon,but yet the matter is not solved.

                      Please look into the matter seriously and do needfull at earlist.

                        I have booked Car Sterio in Naaptol.com website. Their service is very poor and after booking an order they have took more than 40 days of time. Their customer care response is very poor and arrogant. I never recommended naaptol.com to anyone.

                        Almost i sent an email to their CEO couple of times but there is no response. After 40 days i got my product otherwise i would have been register case in cyber crimes.

                        Even in first time no one responded when i sent mail to your [protected]@naaptol.com. After that i checked domain register details and able to find the address of the owner here http://whois.domaintools.com/naaptol.com Manu Agarwal. When i put the mail by using [protected]@yahoo.com i got the response.

                        Don't try to play with customers, your people are surviving because of customer. No customer is surviving because of you.

                        I have order one product and i got it defective pice i cancelled it next day and informed to naaptol team they people gave me coupen voucher aginst paid amount with validity of 6month

                        After one month i order another product and not able to redeem the voucher because it was usable voucher by some one

                        continuously i am calling to naaptol call center for new voucher no body bothered to send the new voucher details every body saying to wait 24-48hrs since 28th of feb

                            I am Sreeraj P from Kerala. I placed an order numbered 1654415 with naaptol on 19 April 2011. Later when I checked there site for order status, they have listed the order being shipped through Bluedart courier on 21 April 2011. They have also mentioned the AWB number of the courier. When I contacted Bluedart they says that no such AWB number is there. I contacted naaptol customer service and they said the AWB number is somehow wrong, they will correct it an you will receive the product in 2 or 3 working days. This was done on 7 May 2011. I contacted them again on 9 May 2011 and 10 May 2011. The response was the same. But neither I got the product nor the correct AWB number till now. I also wrote to their CEO regarding this, still there is no response

                              I had booked a BlackBerry Storm 9530 with 3G mobile set from Naaptol.com on 2/5/2011 whose order no was 1709144. I received my order on 5/5/2011 by currier after paying cash Rs.11198. when i open the packet I found that the mobile set was not functioning properly (received damaged set) then I make a complain to naaptol.com whose complain no. was 648638 but problem was not shorted out. Again I call on [protected] & [protected] number on which I booked my order. He gave me a no. of Mr.Assim ([protected]) which was not in working. From last 5 days I am not getting any satisfactory answer from their side. Now they are saying that you contact with customer care ([protected]) of naaptol.com. I tried so many times to contact with their customer care but no one is receiving the call on the no. given by naaptol.com. Now naaptol.com were not providing any satisfactory response & also not giving any feasible way to solve this problem.

                                I saw this advertaisement in the Times of india Coimbatore edition and spoke to your telesales person and he assured that this was an original blackberry that was meant for the indian market and it had a warrenty.

                                What was shocking but true.was : A ] when i switched on the mobile it said Verizon wireless . And the moment the charge in the battery given with set drained it would not recharge again come what may for the four five days. Since thursday i have been trying to reach your coustomer support and luckyly when the line got through on saturday , a lady from accounts pick the phone and point blanck was curt and said nothing could be done and there was none in the coustomer service. I live in coimbatore and you are in mumbai. After paying 12000/- and when i cant charge the phone i feel so cheated . The hurt is more because, in spite of several calls since last thursday i am yet to reach some one your end for a response. Your coustomer service Sucks...i am Very sad and hurt by your attitude..

                                I trusted your advertaisement since it was on TIMES OF INDIA. Now i feel i made a great blunder. I think i should have picked a peice in coimbatore from a showroom since i could have got a better service. I once again regret this purchase . Dont know if a local Blackberry service centre will give me service.

                                Now that i have i request you to unconditionally replace the peice after i transfer into the new replacement .

                                Hope the replacement will happen with in a weeks time or kindly return the payment i have made to you.

                                Hope some one takes drastic action against such web sites...Hope the Govt will...save innocent consumers who get duped in large numbers...

                                  I did online purchase of Blackberry Storm 9530 with 3G GSM mobile from Naaptol on 13th April 2011 paid for the same through net banking. My order number is 1627345. My order came to me on 27th April 2011, which I picked up personally from AFL Courier in Chennai. First this order was marked COD, where as I have already paid the amount online. It took them 2 hours to release the product (it was released to me at 10:30 PM 27th April 2011). Next day when I opened the product, i found that the product was not usable due to the fact that this product was not a GSM mobile but a CDMA one and moreover the screen of the mobile was loose from all ends and the key press was faulty and did not work for options that are available at the corners of the screen. I immediately called up Naaptol customer care and told them about the issues related to mobile. They provided me number of a company named Megan Impex Pvt Ltd.[protected]/999). Both the numbers provided was not answered for 5 continuous days. In between I called up Naaptol Customer Care and they bluntly said that they cannot do anything and i should keep on trying the number provided. After 5 days when i shouted on them, they said that someone will get in touch with me from Megan within 2 working days and of-course that did not happened. On my next complain, i was told that some one from Naaptol will get in touch with me within 24 hours and even after 3 repeated daily calls, i am not being provided any information on resolution of my issue.

                                  I have mailed naaptol feedback / customer care / CEO email ids but from none of them I have received any revert till now.

                                  I am filing this complain against Naaptol in order to get my issues resolved and to make this company pay for the trouble they have caused me till date. Company like Naaptol is nothing less than a Fraud Company and does not have any sense of responsibility and customer focus.

                                  Please help me in getting this issue sorted out at the earliest.

                                    Hello i have purchased the dent king product in napptol.com.scratch remover pen was free. i recieved my product within 3 days.but the scratch remover pen was defective so i couried to their service center on 11th april 2011 as per as there commitment through mail the defective product should be repalced and couried to my residence within 7-11 working days ..as on may 7th 2011 i hav not still recieved my product. i here by request you to please look into my matter. as many of the customers are not satisfied with naaptol.

                                      Dear All,
                                      Please Don't Believe in Naaptol online shopping website. link is: http://www.naaptol.com/ .. some buggers are working in that company. I was purchase a Blackberry Storm 9530 Mobile through online .but it was Cash on delivery Mode. but the buggers was given to me a used dummy mobile . after that I was contact wit customer care also but that time they told me they are not responsible for that ...and bla bla bla.....
                                      please be careful from those kind of site.everyone.

                                        At the time of placing the order of product your agent confirmed me that this product is of NAAPTOL’s company (Not any third party vendor – Pls. check your conversation recording, if you have)
                                        The product is aesthetically not well; all buttons are having different, different length & width.
                                        Vacuum cleaner’s condition is also same…It is open at some places, ant not working at all as a vacuum cleaner, but it can be used as a good fan…
                                        Your Pen drive is having very good quality because it is branded.
                                        Pls. let me know if I will send this product with courier who will bare the courier cost..?
