I have place a order thru online shopping site Naaptol club. My order no was 2955111 of Product- Levis- Mens lot ol 306 1423 jeans. On 24th Dec'11 i have received my parcel and received the wrong product. Eventhough the invoice showed the same product number i ordered, when i opened it is Levis lot ol604 1339

I have complained with the product and called his customer care no. [protected] and even sent mail but they didn't respond to any of the mail and when i called them they are just escaping from the complaint

my complaint no is 2185339

Finally they told me to send the product to following address
M/s J. S. Associate

No-2, Mangesh Industrial Estate,

Shubhash Nagar , mulund link road

Nahur west, Mumbai-400078.


He told me that sent your jeans to this address with a complaint letter and after receive your parcel we will refund your money within 21 days. I have asked him who will bear the courier charges to refund this product, he told this will be paid by you as per his norms. I have asked him that this is your fault that you will give me wrong product than he cut the phone. Again i have called him than he told these are company rules.

Sir i want your help against this case. this is not the case of Rs. 991/- or courier charges . this is the cheating to a consumer. we order any product seeing the catalog

i have not send the product...when i called your cc he told me to give the courier company name their e mail id and designation and i have given that and cc executive told me that they will contact me and so that i can send the product back to naaptol without paying any shipping charges ...and since then they haven't contacted me yet

On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [2955111] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the reason for Refund.

Please help us with the AWB [Air Way Bill] after sending the product.

It would take 2-3 days for the product to reach us, & once the product reaches us we shall action further.

i have complained from 24th december onwards..now it is 8th january 2012 and the product is still with me.
i want to send the product without paying any shipping charges.For that i have given the email address of blue dart operation executive upon the request from naaptol cc on 27yh december and the told me that they will contact the bluedart and request them to take back the product without any shipping charges and i will get a confirmation to report on the nearest blue dart office with the product and this will take 48 hours but nothing happened and i kept calling and calling everyday and the repeated the same 48 hour excuse now it is 8th january..what will i do?
i could have send the product back with the amount i spent on calling them..really a bad service and this naaptol is a real fake and You have to take action against them. If my problem is not solved in 2 days i will file complaint in the consumer court against naaptol

    Almost more than 10 times I called on [protected] and every time getting different types of reply.
    As I called on 27-dec-11 , the delivery date has been given on 30-dec-11 as complain has been forwarded on urgent basis delivery.

    Just 2 mins back I called to get confirmation of the delivery then it has been told me - it would be delivered within 7-10 days when I shared with her on 27-dec-11 conversation then she told me that your complain has been forwarded on urgent basis delivery.

    Its really ridiculous and I do not think it would be helpful to any customer to place the order once again via online .

    Continuously I am sending a mail on your site and even from my personal id but I am not getting reply from anywhere.

    Hopefully I'll get reply very soon as mail id is mentioned in the order.

    I called Armax and the conclusion is as

    at 1.00 pm will be delivered before 7.00 pm
    at 5.00 pm is hold in vasai due to problem with LBT so raising the issue with concerned guy, should be sorted out very soon.
    When I asked, is it possible to give an expected date & time then he lost his patience and told me you are free to complain
    anywhere in the world
    05-Jan-12: at 9.45 – its has LBT problem and will be delivered by today, has been asked the back end office to call you which never happened so far as I told.

    When I called Naaptol once again to presurrize ARMEX, the executive first read out the details as mentioned above and then told - please keep wait for fews days more it would be delivered. Even today I requested to cancel it but she refused and finished the conversation with the word, it would be delivered very soon.

    Now tell me what I should do ?

      I purchased silai Machine from Naaptol for my mom because she want the job at home and i got delivery within a week when i opened it i haven't received thread set Immediately i called up to customer care of naaptol they inform me that will get set within 7-10 working days.I got it within 6 days and this machine also working well and my mom also use easily.
      My suggestion for all housewife want best service and complete satisfaction buy product from Naaptol.

          I have purchased a Mini laptop yesterday (20/12/11). But its not even working.

          Product Name: TCL Mini Laptop with WIFI Conn

          Its not even power on or charging. I think this product is not in good condition. So i want to replace this product.

          Today[protected] i have received the charger, but the beauty is, i received the old charger, the pin which is used to plug is rusted and its looks very very old condition. Please make this issue solved. I again request you , to replace this product and need money back.

            I had placed order # 2928821 from www.Naaptol.Com for a blackberry 8830 CDMA + GSM mobile phone on 1 dec'11 and got it on 19 dec'11. After unpacking the device, I found that the phone was not working in the CDMA mode. I have spoken repeatedly to both Naaptol and Reliance customer care to try and get the handset to work - but to no avail. Reliance have informed me that this phone's ESN number is "duplicate" and the phone will not work with Reliance cdma. Naaptol are now saying that I have to send this phone to some mumbai address for repairs. I fail to understand why they have sent me a defective handset which does not even have a proper and legitimate ESN number. And also why I have to courier this at my expense, to some third party? I have been chasing naaptol for the last few days, but their customer care seems reluctant to give me a refund. I regret to say that naaptol's reputation as evinced on this website is rather poor and judging from the number of complaints that have been lodged here about the same product, it appears that they are continuing with their dubious sales practices. I would like them to respond to this and advise me how to go about getting a refund. Incidentally, one of the so-called "free gifts" sent with this blackberry phone, a polo club watch, is also defective and does not run properly.                     I have place a order thru online shopping site Naaptol club. My order no was 3007109 of Product- Levis- Mens I504- C jeans. On 21st Dec'11 i have received my parcel and received the wrong product. In my order the product with blue color jeans but i have received black color jeans.

                    I have complaint with the product and call on his customer care no. [protected] and told that at the time of order you have asked for color choice and i have choose blue color showing on naaptol club screen.

                    His tele-calling CC Executive told that they have deliver product which is in our stock. This is not the fair deal because at the time of order placing they are not mentioning that they will give different color. if it is in his rules than why they have asked for color option. after many arguments he was log my complaint (No is 2170480 Dated 21st Dec'11) and told me that company will revert you within 48 working hours. but till 23rd i have not received any revert from his side that i called him and get the answer that within short time you will revert from naaptol. But still on 24th i have not get any revert from his side and again call to his customer care. Today when i told him about my complaint than CC executive said that return this product to his vendor and given me the Below mention Mumbai Address

                    this sort of behavior from such a reputed online shopping website is totally intolerable. I guess it's better to go out and do the shopping. Atleast you'll get what you are paying for.. may be for a little higher price but then that's any day better than receiving a non desired product which is of no use to you. nevertheless happy to see that the company realized its mistake and rectified it at the earliest. but seriously that did scared me a bit. I was about to order a t-shirt from this website. dunno whether i should do it or not

                      i ordered beat earphones from naaptol.com.
                      today on 24th dec 2011 i recieved them at 1pm.
                      but i find them fake.
                      i called naaptol customer care on 1.05pm.
                      they said they cant register my complaint.
                      before ordering the earphones,they ensured that they will take their product back the product and refund my money if i am not satified by there product within 24 hrs.
                      now they are not responding.
                      please help me.This is unfair and fraud.

                        1. The advt of Rotimaker combo was misleading. The advt says the rotimaker costs 6200/- rs. On receipt I realised the cost of rotimaker plus the free acessories that is atta maker and caserolle does not exceed 1700 rs. For that naptol.com charges 1900/- rs. and 300/- rs. delivary charges.
                        2. SIMILAR products and that too branded are available in market for less than 1500/- rs.
                        3. The warranty card of the rotimaker delivered is also not stamped.

                        naaptol is a fake site. it has not delivered the mobile i ordered properly.

                        it was BOSS EPHONE 3300, that too a china mobile. not expected that these sites sell such stupid china stuff to indians. they delivered without a battery ?
                        anyhow,i purchased a battery from nokia showroom and now the mobile is not working. such stupid mobiles with cheap components. shame on such site and these people are also advertising in many news papers.DEAR FRIENDS, NAAPTOL IS A FAKE SITE,PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THERE.                           I had purchased VOX IE7 Full TOUCH SCREEN Slider Mobile with QWERTY Keypad – with Six Manufacture Warranty from Naaptol with Order # 2249990 Dt.05.09.2011

                          The product got failed in less than one month and WE ARE NOT GETTING THE SCREEN DISPLAY.

                          We had lodged the complaint with your Customer Care vide Complaint No.1564800 Dt.10.10.2011

                          Naaptol had acknowledged and replied to my complaint by Email on 09.11.2011 stating that the concerned vendor M/s ALPHA Radio Hyderabad had been informed to look into the matter and they would get in touch me.

                          Non of them got in touch with me and I had sent 4 reminder mails to Naaptol, but unfortunately there is no response.

                          I hope Naaptol is not cheating the people with sub-standard products and not bothered about the complaints

                          I request Naaptol to look into the matter immediately

                            Don't know where to start the complaint list !!! --

                            1.) Ordered a mobile. Till about 2 months there was no sign of the delivery of the product. Everytime we contacted the customer care, all they said "ur order is being processed." What does that mean?? No one in the call centre could help!
                            2.) One fine day, @ months later, we received the product. That too, it was an un-sealed box, half damaged. Once we opened it, there was NO BATTERY!!
                            3.) Tried to contact Naaptol to tell them the situation, they said "please sort it out with the delivery guy"!! What is the poor delivery company guy going to do in that! Are we buying from the delivery company or from Naaptol???
                            4.) Call Centre people are complete dumbos who dont know anything and cannot get a single thing done. Extremely rude to talk to. If we voice our problem, they start screaming!! Is this how you deal with customers??
                            Bottom line, completely un-trustworthy, delivers damaged and incomplete products, and has no sense of business and customer redressal.

                              I have booked HTC-G1 3G Android Mobile phone from online shopping site i.e. Naaptol.com on dated 28th Nov'2011. my order no is 2903721.The Site commits that if the payment is made throgh credit card. the product will be dispatch immediately after the verification.
                              But today is 7th and we have yet recieved our product.infact the product has not yet been dispatched. We started calling at their customer care since on 2nd of Dec'11.They have not responded properly.The customer care no is not toll free ,and still we are contionously calling them but not yet got any respond.Now I am concerned about my money and when will i get the product ? what will be the quality? As I am going throgh the sites I found that naaptol is a fraud company .and I am one more victim of the side.

                                I have ordered a mobile phone on Naaptol.com on the date of 23rd Nov 2011, where they given me order number as 2874934 and delivery date they have given me 30th Nov 2011.

                                But today its 7th Nov 2011 i have not received my product to me.

                                I have called to Naaptol customer care number [protected] yesterday and i spoken to there customer executive about my order but they (Pratiksha & Neelam) told me that i have to pay more money instead of 7299/- i have to pay 13300/- now, As they don't have the product in stock on ordered amount. Now I don't have this much money in my savings.

                                My complaint is this why they have taken order if they don't have the stock in hand, i engaged my money from last 14 days and i am facing problem now. Its giving me mentally problem as my friends and family members are asking for the same.

                                Need your help to receive my ordered product to me as soon as possible.

                                SUB : REPLACEMENT OF MOBILE SET WITH TV
                                REF : ORDER NO :2852178, IE7 Mobile with TV...Deal CODE :1196, , , i saw the add in time of india newspaper 19/11/2011 about the mobile set of naaptol for offer scheme, , , , i called for this number [protected] and placed the order it was offer price is 4398/- rupees..model number is IE7 with TV..Deal code is :1196, , after ten day i received the product from the courier and they said me pay the amount on delivery time and then i paid the amount ...when i opened the set and charged the battery nothing was displaying ...when i called to customer care in this number [protected] they said it take 48 hours for them to call us...i waited for 48 hours on third day they called me and asked about the problem...i said the screen is not displaying...then they gave me service no which is in karnataka bangalore area wise rajajinager 5th block which is very far from my house...on that i tuk leave and went to the service centre..they i contacted one person but after seeing the set he said that it take 10 days for servicing it tell me its an new set already cash is paid then how u feel...i said to give the delhi number that i can send the mobile by courier its very very very difficult to make contact them after calling serval times they will pick the call...after long time sum one took the call and gave this ALPHA RADIO CENTRE Adrress.NEW DELHI, , , then i paid 225/- rupees for the courier within a day the set reach to this adress..but they tuk 12 days to give back my set..but they replacement me wrong model set which is rupees 3999/- deal code :1287...even that was not working...

                                And again i took me 2days to contact them and said about the thing what has happen again they said me to send the mobile set back ..now again i paid Rs.225 for the courier charges extra totally for courier charges i paid Rs.450/- extra and then calling to them karnataka to Delhi imagine how i have spend. but i never thought that they will do like this...to receive a call we have wait for 10 minutes even though it is STD.very bad reponse...delay in time...no proper communication...

                                now again i have sent my mobile set to them to replace it ...but now i donot know who long time it takes them to send me back the set...

                                please help me to get back my set with proper display and in good condition...MY ORDER NO :2852178, ,

                                  For the past few days naaptol.com is carrying out an online and a newspaper advertisement to sell Mobile handset of Blackberry model no. 8830 which they claim to be compatible to CDMA + GSM network. This is a false claim as the handset is not compatible with OMH SIM cards supplied by the CDMA service providers like Reliance which is one of the leading CDMA service providers in the country.
                                  The ads of Naaptol.com which are carried out online and on newspapers do not mention this important incompatibility and me being unaware of the same purchased this handset from naaptol.com and now my money seems to be completely wasted as I am not able to use this handset with my CDMA OMH SIM card and on contacting Reliance Mobile stores they mentioned that the non OMH SIM Cards have been discontinued by the company long back.

                                    This is with reference to my order no.2919149 placed with Naptol.com for "Exotic Gold plated Jewellery Collection by Vintage". There was an advertisement from Naptol regarding "Exotic Gold plated Jewellery Collection by Vintage" in Mumbai Mirror on 28th Novemeber,2011. I had placed an order for 7 necklace chain sets and 2 openable kadas worth Rs.1999- (Actual value Rs.6599) on 29th November, 2011 which I have received today 5th December. I paid Rs.2198/- (including freight charge of Rs.199), To my disappointment, I found that two of the necklaces were broken and the free maang tika with the offer was not sent. I immediately called the Naptol customer care no.[protected] and explained to them about the damaged product. Moreover, I had called the customer care today morning asking them if I can open the parcel first and then pay the money so that I can be rest assured, but the Customer care executive advised that it is against their company procedure. The representative advised me to return the products to an address by courier and I will be refunded back my money by courier(which I don't think would have happened). I was not ready to accept this, Hence I told him to transfer the call to his senior which he refrained from doing.

                                    Through this complaint I just want to alert customers against such fraudulent people and organisations and want you to take strict action against Naptol so that no other consumer has to face such a situation by getting trapped with such fraudulent products/people.

                                      I purchased naaptol product - compressor , toolkit & car jack. after spending 2300 rs , i found it's very low quality & third class product. there is no service station availablr. I didn;t get manual also. I complaint on phone 4 times in 5 days..but No response from company. Actual product & shown in Advstment is quiet diffrent. So be VERY CAREFUL TO PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM E OR PHIONE shopping. All o[censored]s may feel that , we are getting in cheaper, BUT....almost we are wasting everything. PLEEEEASE avoide buying from NAAPTOL.COM or smilar ads. Best luck

                                        I have ordered Nokia Mobile to Naaptol after making the payment by credit card on29th October.Their Order no. is 2726994 and the product is C2-02 Nokia Mobile.The mobile was sent by Chronos Courier under doc.No. AWB 85410 as cliamed by them and is on their website.I have called them more than 10times and also sent emails to their CEO and also to their office but they dont do anything except that they say you will get the product in 2-3 days time.The CEO is also not taking any action.I asked them for the tel. nos of chronos courier for which they reply that they do not have the Nos.I google Chronos courier and find that they do not have any data on them.I told them that I want to cancel the order for which they say I cannot do the same.I am stuck with this Naaptol who do not deliver even after 28days and are unwilling to cancel the order and refund the money.Can you plaes help out. I see a lot of complaints on you site,and looks like this is lousy company to deal with.I wish I had seen these complaints earlier.

                                        Chronos Courier & Cart2india are both one company. Chronos Courier does not exist in USA . It is a false address. If You look on their website it does not even have a phone number...How strange for a Courier not to have a phone number on the website eh?
