I ordered rajai from Naaptol and they sent me torn ones. Then I asked for refund and returned the parcel. They cheated me my money by sending cash vouchers (they don't have anything I want to shop) I called customer care and they said they won't give back money. I tried again and they said they can give money back through DD and registered a complaint and said they will call back in 7 days. Even after 15 days I didn't got call, so I called them back. Guess what they told? They said your complaint has been resolved, I asked what was solved? I didn't got money. They said your complaint is mentioned here in our system as request for vouchers. They spoke something to me and registered something else as complaint. I called atleast about 9 to 10 times. Every time they said they will arrange call back and refund money. But they never did. Please don't buy from this fraud company please. They just send damaged their class goods and then they leave customer without attending. Which makes customers fed up and leave the topic. Naaptol has to be banned from marketing goods. This is the complaint number: This is the complaint number. I asked for refund and they have manipulated it to something else. I just need my money back.

    Order on : 16th march 2019.
    Delievred on : 18th march 2019.

    I want to return this as i didnt like the product. This is very difficult to install and not worthy of the amount. Can get better products at cheap prices from amazon or flipcart.
    Please initiate the refund amount as i dont need any naptol vouchers or credit points.

      My name is younis i ordered two products from naaptol.
      Firstly i ordered t-shirts combo consist of 5 t-shirts out of which one was very bad in condition due to which i exchanged and asked them for money back they said no and it took 1month to contact them and exchange the product and no money back.
      Secondly i also ordered pants but very big size and told them about the size but no exchange is done by us... They say you have to contact us in 24 hours...
      I am really tired listening to their rules regulations and very bad service.
      I want them to be penalised by consumer complaint authority because it is lose of money as well as time and lot of tiredness.
      Consider my and other people's complaint about this shifty things because this companies are doing fraud with customers

          I was ordered silai machine. Bt the product is not good. And it is not working properly thats why i have raised the complaint to returned it before 3 days. But still no one has come to collect the product. Icontacted to naaptol customer care for many times regarding to my return and refund bt every time they r saying that we can not return your money directly into ur account, one says, we will creat oxygen wallet or voucher. One says, we can not refund your money and you will not get any voucher also. One says, we will send you the same product in other piece. Bt i didnt like any other product from naaptol so what will i do of that wallet. Every time customer care saying different things from different peoples. That we r putting ur complaints nd our execurive will talk to u.. But from last 7 days i have not received any call also not any refund... Plzz refund my money... Dont let it be d worst shopping experience with naaptol... Many people having complaints about ur refund policy... Just bcoz of it u r lossing so many customers plzz dont make d people full... Value d customers money... Nd refund my money.

              I ordered tab on naaptol. And i received the item. I didn't satisfied with the item. So I like to return. I contacted the customer support to make an return. They accept my return. I repacked the item and waiting no one came. So I called again they telling we didn't accept. They cheating the customer with fake products on online. Fully plastic china items. No long life for any items. Bad customer service.

                  My mother recently received a letter from Naaptol saying she won some prize money and need to send the sms code to the given numbers and they will send the prize redemption process. This is some serious fraud that someone is doing using the company name or the company is involved itself.
                  Please be aware of such scams and don’t fall for it. Nothing is given free in this world that we all need to remember before believing such stupid scams.

                    No response to resolve the complaint even after lapse of 21 days. Only false assurance from the team. As per there rules all complaint to be redressed within 25 days. Moreover, the response from ceo also a blaff. Under such circumstances i have to file a complaint in consumer court and matter is under discussion with one advocate. The govt should stop this type of e commerce firm.

                        I received a box with dish washing bar soap instead of the camera. I have paid 3000/- for the same. I called the team in hopes of a quick response but to no avail. They did not give me any confirmation of a filed complaint. The order was placed on 7th february through a tv ad they displayed on their channel called naaptol. It was supposed to be a wifi connected cctv camera but instead we got only a soap in the shipment box. Please resolve this matter immediately.

                              Last month my father order the slim sauna belt from naaptol and when we unpack the box and use the belt, the heating and the vibration of the belt is not working properly. So immediately i call the customer care for register my complain.

                              But this company employees is like the pm of india. They are not ready to accept the product and after so many calls, they ready to pick the product but till date nobody is come.

                                Our order number is: 55567833
                                We are very unhappy by the quality of the products and would like to proceed with the return.
                                We received the order at 29th jan 2019.
                                We were clearly told that we will be receiving the complete cash back of the amount we paid just in case the quality was bad.
                                But unfortunately when we tried to complain there were many rude responses.

                                Please reply. We would like to return it with the complete cash back.

                                  This is to inform you that i had booked for a portable sewing machine in jan 19 and received a defective machine which i duly returned to u on 25 jan 2019. A refund voucher ntcvt6xscj was messaged to me. Immediately i preferred to buy serve and store (12 pcs) set of two in no. Costing rs. 999/ each on 29 jan 19. I have rs. 1999/- at my credit on returning the portable sewing machine earlier. However, ur booking staff, did not respond to me saying that my refund voucher is showing invalid and two set of serve and store will be of only single color and i cannot opt for different color. This is very painful for a customer to not choose a color of his choice. Why i should take same color of two sets while i am ordering for two sets. Also, they say that my refund voucher is invalid. This spoils the reputation of naaptol if the staff responds to the customer likewise. Please clarify me and send me two sets of serve and store sets (Code no. 6131) (Order to be booked on [protected]). Would be grateful if an early reply /action is taken in this regard.                                     My parent received fake call from naaptol lucky draw contest - stating that you won 320000rs, so you have to collect cheque from post office, and once my father reached post-office, they asked to pay 2700/- to get that letter. And in letter there was an letter and scratch coupon, when father scratched he got 10lakh amount and one key (Redemption code). Then lucky draw person called asked for bank details and my father gave it. It was big mistake my parents did. I was not aware of this situation when i got to know about all this stuff i immediately called naaptol customer care and informed about all stuff and they clearly mentioned its all fake. I asked my father to close that account and open new account immediately.

                                    Number from where my father received call is - [protected].

                                    Guys please be aware of these fake calls and don't trust anyone. These playing with your emotions and making innocent people fool.

                                    I am going to lodge complaint in cyber cell regarding the same, and soon these guys will get arrested. I have letters and scratch coupon.

                                    I am just wondering, if naaptol aware about these fake calls then why they haven't take necessary actions against it. Why they just seating and watching complaints. Because of these you loosing your trust from customer.

                                      Purchased three feature phones showing adv. On t. V. But found no menu items i. E message, contact, user profile, settings etc. Not coming on screen. Informed customer care and they send me some name of service centers. Then i tried to contact with them. But no positive result got. Found one center closed. Someone saying we are not doing the same job now. Someone saying we are not servicing between warranty period etc. Etc. Also want to inform that some addresses of service centers are 50/60 kilometers away from my living place. So please help me to resolve the problem.

                                        I received a phone call from naaptol in mid-december 2018 saying that there is a special offer for me. The offer was that through drawing of a lot, i (Sini paulson) had been selected to receive a 16-piece item worth rs. 3900 for only rs. 999. When i inquired as to what all was included in the 16-piece set, i was clearly informed that it included a hot case casserole and other containers. I accepted the offer and on 4 january, 2019, i received the order.

                                        However, i discovered that no hot case casserole was included but that the order contained only some spoons and plastic containers. Further, the top cover of the plastic containers were defective because with them, the containers could not be closed tightly. Realizing that i had been cheated, within 24 hours of receiving the product, that is, on 5 january 2019, i called naaptol customer service at [protected] and registered my complaint. The naaptol customer service agent apologized, and i was assured that the product would be replaced within 2 days. Thereafter, i got an sms on 5 january 2019 itself saying that my complaint number is 36826252 for order number 54442012.

                                        After waiting for 2 days, since i did not hear from anyone, i constantly kept calling [protected] but each time, i was simply asked to explain my complaint all over again. This led to a huge waste of my time and energy and the whole experience left me very upset mentally.

                                        On 9 january 2019, a customer service agent from naaptol called me and said that since my complaint had been registered only on 9 january, which was more than 24 hours after delivery of the product (On 4 january), it was not possible to replace the product. But this was patently false. I therefore took a photo of the sms received from naaptol (Which clearly showed the complaint number registered within 24 hours of product delivery - viz., 5 january 2019) and whatsapp'd that picture to naaptol. But there was no change in the stand of the customer service agents - who kept repeating each time that my complaint had been registered only on 9 january 2019. I threatened to file a court case for cheating, but the customer service agents arrogantly told me to go ahead and file the case anywhere that i want.

                                        Then, after a lot of phone calls were made by me, including my husband calling customer service and explaining the situation for the umpteenth time, on 10 january 2019, i got another sms from naaptol saying: 'please keep the product ready. We will arrange the reverse pick-up in next 4-5 working days from your doorstep.' however, no such 'reverse pick-up' has happened.

                                        Later, on 13 january, i got a call from naaptol saying that nothing can be done and that the product cannot be replaced. This was very misleading - at one time, i am told that a reverse pick-up would be arranged, then at another time, i am told that naaptol cannot do anything.

                                        I am now left with not only an incomplete product (Due to missing hot case casserole) and a defective product (Due to container covers not closing tightly) but also an appalling customer service experience.

                                        This entire experience consisting of wastage of my time, energy, and patience has been a terrible one and it is my wish that no person should be cheated henceforth by naaptol or rendered such a atrocious customer experience.

                                        Attached are the following: (1) two photos of the products received (2) photo of sms received from naaptol clearly showing complaint registration date as 5 january 2019 (3) photo of sms received on 10 january 2019 from naaptol saying that the product will be replaced within 3 to 4 days.

                                        I want a complete refund of rs. 999 plus reimbursement of rs. 200 toward innumerable fruitless phone calls made to naaptol customer service plus a compensation of rs. 1000 for wastage of my time and energy.

                                        Please answer specifically to EACH of the following questions:
                                        1) What is the exact amount of money which you plan to give to me?
                                        2) How can I trust that an authorized representative is actually coming to pick up the product?
                                        3) How can I trust if the courier is presenting a Pickup Request Number/Token No/Collection Reference No which will be acceptable to you?
                                        4) If the courier misplaces or loses the product or if I give the product to some stranger who gives me some random invalid Pickup Request Number/Token No/Collection Reference No, I will no longer have the product with me and I would have lost my money also - so how can I trust this process?
                                        5) What if the product is returned late by the courier to you and even if correctly returned, what if I have to keep running around telephoning you in order to get my money? What guarantee would I have that you would actually send the money without my having to keep constantly ringing your customer service?
                                        6) Why don't you arrange for the courier to provide cash immediately so that I can confidently return the product without having to worry not only whether the courier is genuine but also whether I would actually get money from you?
                                        7) Since both my husband and I are working during the day, it is not likely for anyone to be at home when the courier arrives - hence can you arrange for the courier to pick up the product on any weekday from my office? (I can provide my office address if that is fine with you.)

                                        In addition to responding to questions in previous post, please note: as mentioned earlier, I have wasted a huge amount of time and money during this entire terrible experience, including on innumerable phone calls to your customer service. That is why I want you to inform what exactly is the money which you plan to return to me. If you say only the product cost of Rs. 999 can be refunded, what about the money spent on innumerable phone calls to your customer service (at least Rs. 200) and what about the Rs. 1000 as compensation for wastage of my time and for causing so much mental tension? Additionally, after returning the product, if I don't receive money on time, what if I have to spend additional money on phone calls to your customer service? I have already wasted so much time and effort and money on this - so why should I have to face the prospect of wasting more time, effort and money? So please clearly indicate what amount you plan to return and also answer clearly each of the questions in my previous post.

                                        For the record and for the attention of the public:

                                        Although Naaptol has, after an unacceptably long back-and-forth, and very bitter customer experience, finally returned the money which I paid when ordering (what turned out to be a defective and misleading product), I am not marking this complaint as 'resolved' - as that would imply that I am satisfied with the turn of events, - when clearly I am not!

                                        I am very dissatisfied because as related in my original complaint further above, so much of my time, energy and money was wasted on unnecessary phone calls to Naaptol customer service in trying to resolve this matter and no compensation was provided in relation to that. Adding insult to injury was the most recent conversation I had with Naaptol customer service, when the following happened:

                                        Naaptol customer service had the gall to actually pitch another product / offer after having treated me so shabbily. When I pointed out that I was dissatisfied because of the most recent experience, they said "But we refunded your money!" When I said that there was not even an acknowledgment of regret for the terrible customer service extended and more importantly, that no compensation was paid for the time, money and energy wasted on unnecessary phone calls, they said 'As per process / company policy, there is no scope for providing compensation.'
                                        In disgust, I told them that I'd be informing the public about the shabby treatment and experience via social and other media. And to this, their mocking reply was: "Try your best!"

                                        So, not only on this forum, but on other review sites, social and other media, I shall be placing on record my experience so that the public may beware when considering buying any product from Naaptol.
