    I have purchased designer stainless steel dinner set online. My product order no was 51016230. Product quality was very poor& different as seen in advt.. I have placed the order no 29/08/2018 and material received on same day. I want the refund my money as earliest as possible. There is no responsible person to handle the customer query. I have called on customer care number on same day & next day. But no body revert to me for refund. I have very bad experience with naaptol. I am asking my money than why they take the time to return the same. Today i have also called but they replied they will call me after some time but they didnt..

    Kindly request to you please return my money and inform to me.

      getting fake calls in the name of naaptol

      I once bought a juicer cutter combo for rs 999. Since it was of bad quality i immediately returned it. At that time they did not return my money instead of that they asked me to buy a another product. How can they force a consumer to buy product. For letting not go my money waste i bought a another product ie combo of 7 bags. But sir, since than i have been getting calls 3 times that i have been a winner of lucky draw contest. They again...

        I order the product on naaptol shoping website, order detail are as folllows

        delivery date(during order booking) =: 23/08/2018

        issue: till now product is not deliver
        further steps: last 10 days i am keep on calling to naaptol customer care people regarding status, they are keep on changing delivery date,

        twodays before i checked in website: delivery date =14-09-18
        yesterday i checked in website: delivery date =15-09-18
        today i check in website:delivery date =17-09-18
        like this every days they keep on changing the delivery date, i told then to cancel the order and payback money, they are telling i can't cancel order, they are telling i need to wait. i don't know how many days or month or year

        My father had order product looking at the add coming in TV. Jack is not operational and air blower doesn’t work.
        No return policy details on the shipped product.
        Waste of 3500 rupees..
        Waste of money.
        Naaptol looks like not trusted.

            I ordered 83 pcs dinner set on april 2018
            But product is defective. I filed a complaint. There is no full refund (Rs 2699) and no complete replacement
            And send me voucher of (Rs2699). Then i order jeans and tshirt from voucher and call customer care that i want free delivery he told me cancel the order and beacome dimanaond member and then order so i did.
            I cancel my order but then i am not able to re-order i call customer care they send me 2 coupon of rs1349 and rs135
            But this coupon not working properly. So i request him to send me single couple of rs2699
            They told me issue will be resolved in 24 hours. I again call them to check status everytime they have closed the complaint. I am still following on this.
            This is more then 2 month now but no resolution. Please look into it and refund full amount.

                      I ordered kitchen queen 43 pcs coloured stainless steel storage set on 27th july 2018 and got it on 4th august 2018. But product is defective. I filed a complaint order no. 49950726 complaint id: 34055989. There is no full refund (Rs 1999) and no complete replacement and they have closed the complaint. I am still following on this. I am just getting a promise that product will be picked and i will get refund. This is one month now but no resolution. Please look into it and refund full amount.

                          I had placed an online order of roti maker on "m. Naaptol.com" on[protected] @9am and made the payment of rs 1698/- through paytm mistakenly.. Then i cancelled it few minutes later and waiting for the refund. But till now i didn't receive my refund yet it's been 1 week. I have been trying to contact customer support and filed few complaints but none helping me out. How fraud this company is?? How anyone can allow this kind of fraud company to advertise on tv?? I can't believe this... No one is responding to any refund queries... Is there anything i can do to get my money back??

                                I had ordered for drill machine. At first the delivery was not made on time. I got a call from customer care if i have received the product. I said i didn't after some days they managed to track it n delivered it at my home defective n the product was delivered in my father's hand. The package was damaged so immediately checked the product and filed complained within 24 hours. It's been passed one month i m falling customer care at first i asked for replacement of product but still not done. Now i already bought product from local dealer so i don't want it n i want my refund but the customer care says there will be delivered guy to pick up the product but still not done. Can anyone help...

                                  I have ordered one product, which i didn't like so i returned it and they gave me a voucher for that. Now i am trying to order another product using the voucher and they are asking me to pay more money as delivery charge. I don't want to pay unnecessary, i just want my money back else give me product of same worth not a penny more.

                                  Secondly, the salesperson, they are so rude and disrespectful.
                                  How can they treat a customer with who is taking your services and paying for that treat with so much disrespect.

                                  It is humiliting to talk to naptool salesperson.

                                  I just want my money back and i swear to never shop from naptool ever again.

                                    It's a fraud company. They cheat the customer. On 05.08. Orderd yoga paduka (999+shipping charges), and it was delivered. But the person who took my order he offer me diamond membership which will be valid till 1yr and you don't have to pay for shipping charges next time. But you have to pay 1598. I agree... Next day i got a message that your order has been cancelled so membership is not there for you... It's joke going on. Maine 1598 payment kiya h... Iska mtlb tmhre deliver boy nae paise update nhi kiyae... Mujhae ab yae order nhi chahiyae plz return my money.

                                      Shoping with naaptool is a worst experience for me. I called 23times sice 15days to return their defective product but customer care team is making only fake promises that today or tommorow they will reverse pickup.. But nobady came... Product deliver karne k liye inko address mil gaya or wapis karne m bahane marne ko dedo.. Tv channel par to itna high fi show karte h product or product quality to itne ghatia ki koi bhikhari v use na kare... Blue beg ko red thread se stich kia.. Pain k spot pade h kai jagah se fata hua
