I had booked on phone the above subject item after seeing tv advertisement at a discounted price rs. 1999/-. The address of delivery was given on phone - "sanat kumar dhar gupta, l-003, samsara luxury apartment, canal road, chhani, vadodara-390002 (Gujarat)". It was confirmed by sms that the item will be delivered within 2 to 24 hrs. Booking was done on 28.05.18 and on 29.05.18, i got a call from the mobile no. (+91) [protected] (Vadodara local) at about 1100 am that the item has reached and will be delivered by 0300pm. He also confirmed my address and advised me to keep rs. 2398 cash ready to pay on delivery. But, till evening, the material was not delivered. On inquiry in the evening at same no. The person told that the material has not reached yet and will come tomorrow. I waited till 31.05.18 and then made a call. The person replied that, he can not confirm when the material will come and when it will come, it will be delivered. I was very annoyed with the kind of service by naptol and the way person was talking. I have therefore told the person to cancel my booking which he happily accepted. It is surprising how naptol gives service after incurring so much expenditure in tv advertisement. It will not only damage the image of the company but affect it's buisiness seriously.
