The people around sitting there are fraud. The executives talks badly. They do not listen. There executive ayaz ali is rude. He do not listen. He said he is from complaint department. They do not have manners to talk with their custmoner neither they solve their problem nor they listen to them.
Worst people. Earlier they said they will refund took bank details but then they refused. Now they are not refunding nor they they are exchanging.

    I ordered one juicer from naaptol on 1 june 2018, and received the same on 2 june, but product i received, that is damaged, so i called to the customer care on 2 june 2018 but they did not took my request and did not share sr number with me and said you will receive the sms, but i not yet received any sms, i tried to call them again but they are not sharing sr no. Against my complaint, customer care team is very rude not behaving well. Not providing proper info. Not sharing anything, i am unable to open naaptol website, i can't even read their policy.

    I want my money back!!
    Please help..

    At the time of delivery I paid Rs. 1398/- to courier boy. But you refunded me Rs. 999/- only. I want full refund of Rs. 1398/-.
    Since no update. Not even get remaining amount refund. I will escalate this case.

      I had booked on phone the above subject item after seeing tv advertisement at a discounted price rs. 1999/-. The address of delivery was given on phone - "sanat kumar dhar gupta, l-003, samsara luxury apartment, canal road, chhani, vadodara-390002 (Gujarat)". It was confirmed by sms that the item will be delivered within 2 to 24 hrs. Booking was done on 28.05.18 and on 29.05.18, i got a call from the mobile no. (+91) [protected] (Vadodara local) at about 1100 am that the item has reached and will be delivered by 0300pm. He also confirmed my address and advised me to keep rs. 2398 cash ready to pay on delivery. But, till evening, the material was not delivered. On inquiry in the evening at same no. The person told that the material has not reached yet and will come tomorrow. I waited till 31.05.18 and then made a call. The person replied that, he can not confirm when the material will come and when it will come, it will be delivered. I was very annoyed with the kind of service by naptol and the way person was talking. I have therefore told the person to cancel my booking which he happily accepted. It is surprising how naptol gives service after incurring so much expenditure in tv advertisement. It will not only damage the image of the company but affect it's buisiness seriously.

        I had ordered phone a month back and received it but phone its is horrible and its not even switching on... Immediatly i called customer care request for return and refund and customer care team informed they will come and collect the product and initiate for refund but till date no update and i am been calling and asking for update.. Now they are telling there is no refund but thy will replace with other product which i am not interested. Company cant even refund for small amount product how are things with other costly products... Not sure how these kind of company is surviving and how they get licence.. Such a worst company.

          I ordered set of ten panipat kambal. But i receive only five. Same day i complaint the company call centre. And many times i called the call centre. But till i didn't get the remaining kambal. I think company cheating people. Already fifteen days over. Every day call centre people says tomorrow u will receive your parcel. So i lodge a plaint to grahak seva kendra. E bill number 7927 cod is 1898. Order number is 47583121.

            I bought the product on 27.04.2018 bye seeing the advert on naaptol channel on tv.
            The product was faulty. I registered a complaint vide complain no.32191875 on 27.04.2018.

            The problem with the product was that the thread was not picking up from the bobin, due to that it was not making the stitch on the fabrics.

            I sent a first mail regarding this issue on 27.04.2017. I was assured by them that they will pickup the defective product in 4 to 5 days.

            I have been waiting for that day to till day almost a month, that courier boy will come and take the defective product from my home.

            But nobody came to take the product. I sent many mails and made many calls regarding this issue, each and every time i had been told that my product would be pickup in 4 to 5 days. I never seen such mediocre online platform of selling the products. These 4 to 5 days turned in to the whole month but no-one came.

            I do not have words to describe how horrible their service and products are.
            I am writing this review to save the customer like me from this types of fraud and cheater.

                    I purchased a mini silai machine from naaptptol and defective mini silai machine was supplied from naaptol as product quality was very poor and its not stitching properly. We called customer care several times but no one turned back to repair the machine. There is no responsible person to handle the customer query. Please look into the issue and fix as soon as possible or arrange for my money back please.

Product quality was very poor and have a hanging problem I have placed the order on 3/5/2018 and material received on 6/5 /2018 and same day i have dispached back to Naaptol . I want the refund my money as earliest as possible .There is no responsible person to handle the customer query . I have a call on 9 th may but no body revert to me for refund . I have very bad experience with Naaptol . I am asking my money than why they take the time to return the same . i have also registered the complain . Today i have also talk to Mr. Prem . I told him to talk to your senior but he hold my call and told me after some time, he is busy . Same thing happened when i called on 23may

                        I was just ordering a product over phone with p. Code 5767 around 1.15 pm around today.
                        I was suggesting and requesting your staff dinesh to instruct the courier service to give a call prior to his visit to my house for delivery.. But, the unexpected behaviour of dinesh with language ("faltu batt") he uttered and i have cancelled the order.
                        Please do not keep such cheap & uncivilized staff for marketing.

                          My name is nilesh thorat my mobile no. Is [protected] i order the gate n shape xl from this number from your site on date 12/04/2018 item id 12675 order no 46815459 invoice no 756l[protected] but product is not fit for me so i call the naaptol service [protected] to exchange the product with xxl size. Your represnter told me it will change the product with in 4-5 working days. But nobody come or call me to pick up product. So i call again and this time represnter said our delivery courrier company and pick up courrier company is different so i am registered your complaint it will sort out 2-3 working days. But again same thing happened to me again and again till date. Today 24/4/18 i call again to naaptol this time i want to talk team leader or whatever head person to complaint about this it's take time to nearly 5 minutes. Once he come on to the line he also said same thing like other representatives and told me that it will take 5 to 7 days more to exchange products. And he disconnected the phone. On 25 th april naaptol call me and said iteam will pick in 48 hours but noboday come or call 27 april same thing happened repeat of call then message on 28 from naaptol your complaint no 3210 4439 within 4-5 working days from your doorstep (It is very famous dialogue) every time i call this answer is ready. So i call again and this time repeat mode some technical issue aa raha hai hamara delivery boy aap ke paas pahuch nahi paa raha hai nischint rahe agale 48 aa jayega product ready rakho. Bhai main toh aap logo se refund ki maang ki hai kya? Mujhe bas product xxl mein chahiye usake liye mera itana khoon jala diya aapane. Latest kissa customer care walo ne 7, 8, 9 date ko phone kiya aapka product tayar rakhiye agale 48 ghante mein pick up aa jayenga aur 9th may ko kaha gaya sham tak aa jayena aur dusare din 10 th ko phir wohi same messaging agale 4-5 workings days mein pick up ho jayenga. Upcoming date or upcoming month may or 2018 end tak to product aa jayenga ya nahi kya pata. Is very frustrating to wait me every day to when and wich time pick up and deliver to me exchange product.

                          So u plz resolved this problem.

                          Ceo sir agar aap khud hi kahate hai ki aap no 1 hai toh kya kahe what a joke.01 month ho gaya product ko exchange nahi kiya aur naya product toh naa jane kab milenga kya pata. Delivery charges toh lete hai toh waise sarvice bhi provide karo naaptol se toh acche flipkart amazon sites hai atleast free of cost deliver karte hai aur acchi service provide karte hai. Maine
                          Kitane bar complaint ya kahe phone kiye mujhe khud yaad nahi. Ab toh lagane laga hai ki aap logo ko costmer ki kuch nahi padi hai mobile ke call rate ke toh alag hi paise karcha ho gaye aur ho rahe hai.

                          And one more important thing i will never ever order any products from the side in future. Your consumer call back system is not good. I call how many time i didn't know. Any representative or your site call me back it's can't worth it.

                          My time and money spending for product and how many time mobiles calls personally i feel like totally wasteful.

                            My name is mubashir ahmed qureshi, i live in ompora budgam, i had ordered a parcel from naaptool online shopping with number yb[protected]in with order id 46152209 through post office budgam, during my travel from budgam to srinagar somebody stole the parcel from my car, along with the packet wrapping etc, i pledged for imei no. Of my mobile but they did not provide it on the pretext that they dont retain the record of such mobile imei numbers. I lost my mobile, and i cant retrieve and retain its access there is every apprehension that this may fall in the wrong hands keeping in view the ongoing situation in the valley.

                                  Defective mini silai machine was supplied from naaptol. Order no. 46816864, dtd 13/04/2018. Complaint no. 32137931 dtd. 16/04/2018. Customer service is telling formatted answer, "complaint will be solve with in 48hrs". From 16th april 2018 48hrs not yet completed.. Till today no action has been taken from naaptol. Very shame. I hope naaptol management will look into the context and sort this as early as possible to avoid further legal action.

                                    I have ordered to supply one cc camera under order no.46617961. But i have received all in one hd camera (Item no.14236). I have paid rs.2, 398/-. I made complaint after receive and opening the product within 2 days. But, no one came to return back the product either to return the cash or replacement of the product. Hence, i request you to take back immediately and pay either cash or replace the product. My mobile no is[protected].

                                        My name is nilesh Thorat my mobile no. is [protected] I order the gate n shape xl from this number from your site on Date 12/04/2018 item id 12675 order no 46815459 invoice no 756L[protected] but product is not fit for me so i call the naaptol service [protected] to exchange the product with xxl size. your represnter told me it will change the product with in 4-5 working days.but nobody come or call me to pick up product .so I call again and this time represnter said our delivery courrier company and pick up courrier company is different so I am registered your complaint it will sort out 2-3 working days.But again same thing happened to me again and again till date.Today 24/4/18 I call again to naaptol this time i want to talk team leader or whatever head person to complaint about this it's take time to nearly 5 minutes. Once he come on to the line he also said same thing like other representatives and told me that it will take 5 to 7 days more to exchange products. And he disconnected the phone. on 25 th april naaptol call me and said iteam will pick in 48 hours but noboday come or call 27 april same thing happened repeat of call then message on 28 from naaptol your complaint no 3210 4439 within 4-5 working days from your doorstep(it is very famous dialogue)every time i call this answer is ready. so i call again and this time repeat mode some technical issue aa raha hai hamara delivery boy aap ke paas pahuch nahi paa raha hai nischint rahe agale 48 aa jayega product ready rakho .bhai main toh aap logo se refund ki maang ki hai kya?mujhe bas product xxl mein chahiye usake liye mera itana khoon jala diya aapane. Till date or upcoming month may or 2018 end tak to product aa jayenga ya nahi kya pata. is very frustrating to wait me every day to when and wich time pick up and deliver to me exchange product.

                                        So u plz resolved this problem.

                                        And one more important thing I will never ever order any products from the side in future. Your consumer call back system is not good. I call how many time i didn't know. Any representative or your site call me back it's can't worth it.

                                        My time and money spending personally I feel like totally wasteful.
