Worst online purchase... I have purchase a swipe mobile 3days back its not switched on i raised a complaint they told me to go to services center. The service center person is telling that there is a pattern lock.. It was not switch on from the day one how can we give the pattern lock.. Napptol is seeling a used product and worst product.. Please dont buy from naptol... And response is worst..

I also got a call from someone who called from mobile number [protected] at 9.53am today and twice before at 8.42am and 9.46am informing that we have won a tata indica and to deposit a sum of Rs.8, 600/- towards registration in case we want car delivery and in case of cash in exchange to send money to a certain account number.

I have transferred 8600rs to the fraudulent SBI account Number [protected] in the name of Prince Kumar IFSC Code (SBIN0003025). they have called again and asked to deposit 18400rs. and i have transferred to same account as above and they sent me the deposit message of 625000 to my mobile number as shown in the attachments.

so i request you to please take a strict action on these fraudsters and please revert back my money total (27000).

They have very worst way of explaining about the product information and when a customer is unhappy with the product dint have proper way of making them understand abt the product. Worst speaking way with the coustmer regarding any product or confusion of the product for the customer. Aak them to first sapek with the customer and clear the customer doubt regarding the product properly

I had ordered saris from naaptol but the quality was terrible. Very poor quality cloth with smell that gave me a headache. I returned the product immediately. I called them for refund but they refused saying it is not policy. I have requested them many times but they threaten me saying do what you want. Even earlier i ordered rajai which was not of any use to me but i want my refund for the saris that were shown on tv to be of very good quality but what i got was very cheap quality low grade material. I had purchased one item costing approx 3200 after watching its advertise on tv. When it got delivered to me it wasn't as it is shown in advertise. Actually it was stainless steel dinner set, but the size o[censored]tensils that delivered to me where not even half of what shown in advertise. So i called them and told them that i want to return the product and specifically told them that i want full return including courier charge which i paid. On phone they assured me that my full money will be refunded to me, she didn't told me at that moment that they don't refund money instead they give coupons which i came to know when i called them second time to ask about my refund money. I have me recording of that girl who promised me about my refund. Kindly take action so that nobody else have to face such problem in future. I have audio but it isn't getting uploaded over here.

I had ordered kitchen accessories on 25/11/2017 and it is delivered today 26/11/2017 but when i saw inside the package there were two bricks... It's really annoying and ridiculous... Im really disappointed by this and i want my money back...

On 17 th septemmber gym was delivered to me at pune vide order reference no 39412860. I have hardly used for 2 months, the rummer pipe connecting to the rhs roller snapped. So i can not use it any more. I followed all instructions and did not misuse or abuse the device but yet it had failed. If you waant to safeguard your reputation please arrange to replace it with immediate effect. Failing which i will be forced to take it up with consumer forums appropriately.

My brother (Sanjay kumar bhat-[protected]) got a call yesterday from naap tol, they are saying that he has won the prize xuv 500 in out naaptop online shopping pvt ltds. On 9th birthday celebration. They are asking him to pay 10000 rs alongwith aadhaar card and photograph for registration of the vehicle. They are repeatedly requested to sent these formalities.
He call to the concern person he is saying if you trust me than pay otherwise dont pay.

Is this fake call or genuine?
Please help me to find out the correct...

I purchased from Naptol a Roti maker. I took delivery of the product from the nearby post office on 25th September2017. When I found fault with the product within a few days I complained and the product was replaced with a even worse dented, scratched (paint lost) and rusty product on 24 October 2017. Though I lodged a complaint with Naptol via phone for refund of money no action has yet been taken. At this rate I will be prompted to approach consumer protection forum.

The customer care executive who picked up the call literally fought with me, saying, why did u order when u wanted to cancel. You should have thought well before ordering and so on.

This happened within 15 min of ordering. I was literally pissed off. Have never experienced anything of this sort from any shopping website before. Tried to cancel through the website. The cancel button didnot respond at all. Finally called [protected] and the customer care executive said that the order has been cancelled. Now i am receiving an sms stating 'item out for delivery'.

Now i understand why nobody purchases from naaptol. Pathetic experience. Pathetic customer service. Not recommended at all.

Friends I ordered 5 panipat kambal set on Naaptol. I got delivered on 3-11.17 evening.when I checked the quality of kambal are very worst and when I tried to complaint the costumer care service employees talked very rudely and shows no interest about your complaints.their way of talking is very bad. They never allowed u to talk with their senior and not interested to file your complaint .SO FRIENDS ITS MY FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE TO SHOP with NAAPTOL.BE CAREDUL THEY ARE FRAUD AND BIG CHEATERS.SAVE YOUESELF AND YOUR MINEY FROM THESE CHEATERS.

This is with respect to the bad experience faced by my father from naaptol who had ordered an item through phone by seeing tv ad of naptol. He has ordered the item ' rangeen rajasthani 4 double & 4 single bed sheets with 12 pillow covers (4dsbs4) sku:9617'. Order no.:38690504 dated 22/08/2017.
He had received just 1 double and 4 single bed sheets and 4 pillow covers only. When he lodged a complaint about the discrepancy with naptol by phone (Complaint no:[protected], a second consignment was received on[protected] which just had 4 pillow covers!!! He made a phone call again and told this discrepancy to customer support. Till now no further consignment or response is received from naaptol regarding this. When i contacted the customer care, their response is poor (Attached mail response).

I have ordered the package of 5 single bed fleece blankets, the product is so bad that this product is totally different of shows in add, the order number [protected], ordered on 3/10/2017 and received on 6/10/2017, at:garia, patuli,

Purchased a mobile handset worth rs 3880/- (Swipe konnect neo 4g) in the month of august, 2017. I was not satisfied with the product received, which was not functioning properly, i registered a complaint on naptol, and as a result it was replaced with a new handset of the same company on 19th october, 2017. Even now, it's not working properly and the software are too old as i have been seeing the notification for updation. Also the icons are not accessible. As the product i have received is "useless", i have wasted my time, money and have lost peace. I'm deeply frustrated with the product received, so i request you to make necessary action to facilitate returning of the product and also provide the refund with enough compensation as soon as possible.
