Purchased a mobile handset worth rs 3880/- (Swipe konnect neo 4g) in the month of august, 2017. I was not satisfied with the product received, which was not functioning properly, i registered a complaint on naptol, and as a result it was replaced with a new handset of the same company on 19th october, 2017. Even now, it's not working properly and the software are too old as i have been seeing the notification for updation. Also the icons are not accessible. As the product i have received is "useless", i have wasted my time, money and have lost peace. I'm deeply frustrated with the product received, so i request you to make necessary action to facilitate returning of the product and also provide the refund with enough compensation as soon as possible.
