Dear sir, (Naaptol)

Your customer care call me on number[protected], say me please book again same product reference ntcvwyapu6 and company provide you product with out shipping charge on naaptol customer care number, but when i call your customer care number, he say shiping charge applicable.

Why i pay shipping charge, when you give me defective product. Your full responsibility change my product with out any charge (Shipping or other charge) product 1 year warranty.

Your company police is very bad like you give defective product to customer. When customer found defect product, complain you. You call customer and say please return product. And when customer return product. You not replace product and generate voucher and any other charge add like shipping charge etc.
M not interest your voucher ntcvwyapu6, i request you please provide me refund cash or replacement product. I m not agree refund voucher because your police is not good.

Note :-
1) you give me one year warranty for manufacture defect, why you do not replace my product against chemical coating defect in your product.
2) why you force me, purchase other product against voucher.
3) why you say me you pay extra delivery charge. Its is your responsibility.

But they replied as the product is order taken already on (13/08/2016 ). Again i have called to customer service number. They saying as product is not yet shipped and it was with vendor....

Now they are sending same product. I call to your customer care they are telling that we are replace this product. We can not give any others product.

            I have order the silai machine from Naptol which was recd on 10 Aug 2016.
            at the time of ordered naptol peson confirm that if we wish to reurn the product we can return it with in 2 days of delivery.
            Now I want to return this product as its size is too small than shown on TV . I have spoke with Naptol customer care but they are responding positively and not ready to take back this machine.

            please help me its totally wasting my money

            I ordered Mini Silai sewing machine for Rs 1999/- plus delivery charges 399/- through Naaptol online shopping. From the day of delivery it is not working properly. The thread from the bobbin is not picked by the needle. how many times I contacted Naaptol everytime they will suggest somethings to do but that also wont work. I raised concern in Naaptol also and till now they have not resolved. I wasted total of 2398/- Rs. They are not ready to re-imburse the amount . . I am very much dissatisfied with this service. .

              I ordered 3 product from naptol roti maker 2 and 1 chopper and diser. After reading the reviews on roti maker and naptol customer service i decided to cancel my order the next day itself.

              But it was a nightmare. Just because they have my number every day it has been 10 days now, everyday i get 10 to 15 calls from them asking questions like where should we send product.

              I am seriously tired of answering them everyday that i have cancelled the product. The limit was that they still send it my home yesterday and are harassing me by calling nonstop.

              I am now on urge of filling a complaint against them.

              Pls be careful before giving ur person details to such stupid company.

                I ordered one Datawind 3G Calling Tab. Complaint no 16852509. I received this tab in a damaged condition with front display all broken & it looked as if someone have already used that & they have sent it to me second handedly.

                I called up the Naaptol customer service numerous times on the status of the same, however the response from them is very pathetic.

                I have also checked with the DTDC Courier service & got the info that the product is already delivered to the mentioned address. I spoke to your customer service numerous times but they are still saying they did not get the product. Never ever order anything from Naaptol Online Shopping. I am now lodging a complaint to the ombuds person & will lodge a compliant to the customer forum & human rights department.

                  I placed an order no 24735107 bed sheets on 15t july 2016, received the order on 20 july 2016, called on same day to returned the order it was taken on 28 july 2016 its been 15 days i am waiting for my money back not voucher such a arrogant pathetic service ' lackcommunication ; useless excuses .i called my self twice but no positive response
                  than i got the call from monu (cce ) he asked me to send the noc as well id proof (passport )(shashi verma, monica gujral) as i want money to be transfered in my daughter in law account i immediately send the copy on what-supp no, as well send the msg as he said that the whatsup no from where i send the proof was not registered, asked me to send the msg from registered number i did so as well, now its been 7 days i call again today (6th august ) and came to know that they they dont have any registerd no and they are going to issue voucher, from the very first day i ma saying i want my money back, in between i clarified this to the finance team as well
                  no respect for any body time or money
                  i myself has to take the initiative to resolve my complaint, its really difficult for naptol to survive in this market when we have other good option, above all i have already shared my accounts details with monu and he promised me that i wll get my money back in 7 days

                    Datawind Calling Tablet was purchased vide Invoice no.847467/DL/0599595/2015-16 dtd 28/2/16, order no. 20337871 through naaptol online shopping.From beginning i am noticed the sets are give problem (1) dongle-micromax is not working through usb Cord (2) 2nd slot is not activated (3) sound is too low i am not hearing incoming call. (4) Google Chrome is not supported then any software download is dismiss without google account in pursuance of i am assign my mail ID.. Recently i am also noticed charging problem i.e when i am given full charge only using 20 minutes internet browising charge is end, and also noticed that at the given 2 hours charge no charge is indicate ( only 1%) seen. I am already handover the item in ultadanga, kolkata service centre vide job sheet no. 5855 dated 30/7/16 with product detailed.

                      Last week on 26/7/16 i recive this product was not switched on. I tried many times then finally i complaint to the dilevery boy he told me i cant do anything talk to our representive then i called to naptol exctuive he was not talking correctly his behavior very rood like he is giving me free product, well finally after two days the delivery boy came for pickup damage product. I didn't get any reciveing. Now its already passed 1week still I'm waiting for my replacement n no refrance call or msg i recive, every time I'm calling to naptol even after pay cash. Today i call again then the Mr Avinav recive call n he saying he the product will be diliver after one week, sir im very dissoppinted to ur Prociser n i wish never recommended to any one. Its fine now just waiting for when ill get the product.

                        I had received slim belt on 4-8-16, when i opened the box in which both the belts is in different in size and found torn from side (Stiching), as i order this belt when i confirm from customer care executive regarding sizes of the belt and he replied one + one both belt size will be same when we deleivered, but m not getting same size one is xl and one is l in size and found torn belts. So i want my money back, this product is not satisfactory for me.

                              I had purchase a electric insect & pest control machine from naaptol on 09 may 2016. It was not working correctly, so within warranty: 6 months seller warranty i decided to return defective piece.

                              Now the matter starts. I wanted my refund, and the member from naaptol also confirmed me that the company would refund my amount. Several days passed, now its going to be a month (After sending defective item) or so they said that they have refunded to my oxigenwallet account. They didn't give me any confirmation mail or any reference number for refund. They said contat oxigenwallet. When i called oxigenwallet they said to forward that email of refund or reference no. Of refund.

                              Now it has been 10 to 15 emails and 4 to 5 calls to naaptol but no response.
                              I think they are lying. 100% sure

                              Plz plz plz plz refund my 1898.0/- (Rs.1499.00 + 399.00 shipping) because money matters. That's why you are selling and we are buying.

                              Note - i have omitted some of confidential info. From attached pic. Its just for letting everyone know that it was defective and was under warranty period.
                              Company has to refund full amount, they said that and its under company ethics too.

                              The money which was refunded by Naaptol on Oxigenwallet was bounced! and they were behaving as if i was lying on those almost one month of days! Though they have refunded my amount but all call costs and data charges are still pending! and I know they would never because it was I who wanted refund. First thing Naaptol should mail refund statement which they say they will never. Second they should behave like retailers infect decent retailers. and third, they should visualize things in a right way. Thanks

                                      Continuing the complaint with update:- on sunday a courier picked up the defective data wind calling tablet.
                                      Day before yesterday naaptol representative head office, called to say money would be refunded and to give my bank account number after doing this naaptol called again and said the money would get deposited in my bank account.
                                      Yesterday again naaptol called saying the name by which i placed the order (Vazir) is not valid, for refunding money in the bank account because my back account holder name is sheherezad vazir.
                                      Just now the naaptol person called and said i have to get a no objection certificate from my bank.. My bank might get suspicious about such a stupid irrelevant matter and i would have big problems with my account i cannot risk that.
                                      Naaptol is a total fake fraudulent site which is taking refuge in excuses in order not to refund the money or even to replace the defective item.
                                      What shall i do

                                      after going through intense mental stress finally this swindler naaptol refunded my money. a terrible experience, . just to transfer money from one bank to another takes a few seconds but naaptol delayed for week. this online shopping site is a huge fraud and the products are defective always. i as consumer wish to warn other people not to be taken in by this rogue company i want to thank the authorities of this consumer court for extending support in the days where i needed it most. thanking you, sincerely, scher31

                                      Naaptol if cannot refund the money because of petty, harassment issues with my bank, then naaptol should replace the defective piece with a new and tested one. If naaptol does not then it is liable for criminal prosecution.
                                      And face being jailed for this scam.

                                      Why did naaptol advertize this product :datawind calling tablet?

                                      When this consumer has already returned the defective product there has to be a replacement of a new product.
                                      Otherwise i shall file a fir against naaptol and seek police assistance in this corruption case of naaptol datawind calling tablet.
                                      If i do not get any response to this complaint my next step is the police fir.

                                      The customer care naaptol, called said i should send message to this number-[protected], only then naaptol will consider refunding my money.
                                      i did as told. since then no response.naaptol is using these tactics stalling for time so it can get away free without paying back money.

                                      .this company is chronic defaulter a swindler as per the complaints i have read online.
                                      i paid shipping charges as well Rs 300.
                                      2999+398=3397 with tip to courier another 100 Rs.total 3500 Rs.

                                      Now it's not about money anymore, I want to bring this swindler out in the open as there are so people who have been cheated by naaptol
                                      we want justice.
                                      naaptol will not be allowed to swallow hard earned money of so many people including myself.

                                      this is a demand for justice for the citizens of India.

                                      I will take drastic measures if needed:-shall publish this scam in all newspapers.

                                      I, as a law abiding citizen of India demand that this company pays for harassment scam corruption cheating swindling.
                                      we the consumers Now will not allow these scammers to get away with our money.
                                      i appeal to the Indian Consumer Court to kindly help us in sending this scammer to jail.

                                      Naaptol sent a message ref to complaint no: 16690343.
                                      this message says "We have received your refund request through NEFT., we are collectively working to process your requisition." Team naaptol.
                                      I received this message at 06:48:39pm 29 july 2016.
                                      to continue with the problem, i want to know how much time does it take to transfer money through NFT? one or two minutes that is all.
                                      I am again being taken for a ride by this rogue company.
                                      I have already published my complaint in the local newspaper.
                                      I demand an instant response to my query
                                      why is naaptol delaying the process of transferring the amount into my bank account?
                                      so far, i have followed naaptol's customer care directions now what can be done?
                                      as far as naaptol's reputation goes it is black listed with the consumers, i fail to understand these pointless procedures long drawn out rules, isn't it simple to put the amount in my bank? (naaptol has my bank details)
                                      again and again naaptol is resorting to procrastination
                                      while i am all tense stressed out
                                      (in the west they have to pay for mental stress too.)

                                      Naaptol is supposedly infallible, as the consumers who have been cheated have gone hoarse complaining and this swindler naaptol is sitting pretty on ill gotten gains.
                                      even after several complaints i have not received my money nor has naaptol given a new product.

                                      i appeal to the Indian consumer court to admonish this culprit send a legal notice.

                                      no customer care at naaptol is responding to these complaints.

                                      kindly help us consumers to fight for what is our right.
