Continuing the complaint with update:- on sunday a courier picked up the defective data wind calling tablet.
Day before yesterday naaptol representative head office, called to say money would be refunded and to give my bank account number after doing this naaptol called again and said the money would get deposited in my bank account.
Yesterday again naaptol called saying the name by which i placed the order (Vazir) is not valid, for refunding money in the bank account because my back account holder name is sheherezad vazir.
Just now the naaptol person called and said i have to get a no objection certificate from my bank.. My bank might get suspicious about such a stupid irrelevant matter and i would have big problems with my account i cannot risk that.
Naaptol is a total fake fraudulent site which is taking refuge in excuses in order not to refund the money or even to replace the defective item.
What shall i do
Please help. I lost 3399 rs!

after going through intense mental stress finally this swindler naaptol refunded my money. a terrible experience, . just to transfer money from one bank to another takes a few seconds but naaptol delayed for week. this online shopping site is a huge fraud and the products are defective always. i as consumer wish to warn other people not to be taken in by this rogue company i want to thank the authorities of this consumer court for extending support in the days where i needed it most. thanking you, sincerely, scher31

Naaptol if cannot refund the money because of petty, harassment issues with my bank, then naaptol should replace the defective piece with a new and tested one. If naaptol does not then it is liable for criminal prosecution.
And face being jailed for this scam.

Why did naaptol advertize this product :datawind calling tablet?

When this consumer has already returned the defective product there has to be a replacement of a new product.
Otherwise i shall file a fir against naaptol and seek police assistance in this corruption case of naaptol datawind calling tablet.
If i do not get any response to this complaint my next step is the police fir.

The customer care naaptol, called said i should send message to this number-[protected], only then naaptol will consider refunding my money.
i did as told. since then no response.naaptol is using these tactics stalling for time so it can get away free without paying back money.

.this company is chronic defaulter a swindler as per the complaints i have read online.
i paid shipping charges as well Rs 300.
2999+398=3397 with tip to courier another 100 Rs.total 3500 Rs.

Now it's not about money anymore, I want to bring this swindler out in the open as there are so people who have been cheated by naaptol
we want justice.
naaptol will not be allowed to swallow hard earned money of so many people including myself.

this is a demand for justice for the citizens of India.

I will take drastic measures if needed:-shall publish this scam in all newspapers.

I, as a law abiding citizen of India demand that this company pays for harassment scam corruption cheating swindling.
we the consumers Now will not allow these scammers to get away with our money.
i appeal to the Indian Consumer Court to kindly help us in sending this scammer to jail.

Naaptol sent a message ref to complaint no: 16690343.
this message says "We have received your refund request through NEFT., we are collectively working to process your requisition." Team naaptol.
I received this message at 06:48:39pm 29 july 2016.
to continue with the problem, i want to know how much time does it take to transfer money through NFT? one or two minutes that is all.
I am again being taken for a ride by this rogue company.
I have already published my complaint in the local newspaper.
I demand an instant response to my query
why is naaptol delaying the process of transferring the amount into my bank account?
so far, i have followed naaptol's customer care directions now what can be done?
as far as naaptol's reputation goes it is black listed with the consumers, i fail to understand these pointless procedures long drawn out rules, isn't it simple to put the amount in my bank? (naaptol has my bank details)
again and again naaptol is resorting to procrastination
while i am all tense stressed out
(in the west they have to pay for mental stress too.)

kindly help and protect me against this corporate evil. naaptol.

Naaptol is supposedly infallible, as the consumers who have been cheated have gone hoarse complaining and this swindler naaptol is sitting pretty on ill gotten gains.
even after several complaints i have not received my money nor has naaptol given a new product.

i appeal to the Indian consumer court to admonish this culprit send a legal notice.

no customer care at naaptol is responding to these complaints.

kindly help us consumers to fight for what is our right.

we consumers can only complain.

in a country that is rife with corruption in all spheres, a petty thief like naaptol finds a secure home.

never shall i allow anyone to upset me like this.

Naaptol goes free to feed on innocent consumers, grows fat, fatter like a an ugly monster!

cheated by naaptol. nasty corrupt fraudulent site that feeds on the gullibility of consumers, i am being harrassed by this site, it is unethical, criminal, but no action can make this site genuine.

i appeal to the Indian Consumer Court to kindly protect consumers from the scammers like naaptol

    Please refer trailing email on the harassment by naaptol. they are not processing my refund. the material was never shipped to me.

    This is a deliberate attempt of naaptol to cheat customers.

    Besides email, i regularly call on phone[protected] but to no avail have got my refund as yet.

    Below is the email correspondence:

    Dear madam,

    Your reply below, "we regret to inform you that we were unable to hold the shipment as the same reflects as shipped from our end", is a farce to fool customers, to give up following on their payment, with a very clear motive to cheat them! on 30th june 2016, you wrote, "however the same was not out for delivery citing logistic issues."

    See the sequence below, and please explain back why the shipment is in transit for more than two and half months, with no courier details in spite of paying rs. 399 as shipment charges.

    2nd may 2016: order placed and paid by credit card, which includes rs. 399 as shipment charges.
    2nd may 2016: received sms thanking for payment and expected to reach on 14 may, 2016
    5th may 2016: received sms that the material will be delivered via india post on may 16, 2016
    25th may 2016: i requested cancellation of the order for non receipt of material.
    28th may 2016: your office informed that the material is in transit. refer trailing email.
    30th may 2016: i requested you to share courier name, docket number and the date the shipment was handed over to the courier company. no details received till date.
    4th june 2016: reminder sent by me - no reply
    8th june 2016: registered complaint no. 15807182 towards cancellation of the order & refund.
    30th june 2016: sent email to ceo stating all details.
    30th june 2016: mansi joshi replies, "however the same was not out for delivery citing logistic issues."
    11th july 2016: reminder sent.
    11th july 2016: mansi joshi replied, "we have received an official confirmation from them stating that the shipment is on hold. hence refund request has been forwarded to the concern team. we expect that refund shall be initiated within next 24-48 hours"
    18th july 2016: reminder sent for refund as refund is still not made.
    19th july 2016: mansi joshi replied, "we are following with the concern team internally and refund shall be initiated shortly."
    26th july 2016: mansi joshi replied, "we regret to inform you that we were unable to hold the shipment as

    After continuous phone calls, emails and putting the issue in public domains like consumer forum, mouth shut, etc., the money was refunded to my account on 8th August 2016. All the time Naaptol insisted that the consignment was in transit and to refuse delivery - and when they receive it back, the refund will be initiated. The SMS on 6th August from Naaptol read as follows: "We regret to inform you that due to huge response we have exhausted our stocks & forced to cancel your order: 22463368. We are processing your refund of your order value. Call us on 09223516148 or visit Naaptol.om for further assistance. The payment of Rs. 4.398 made on 2nd May was finally refunded on 8th August 2016. Naaptol are real Class 1 CHEATS. Not a word of apology. Maybe they got frustrated that they could not cheat me and had to refund the money. My advice to others who got cheated - put up all details in the public domain and expose such cheats.

    Dear Madam,

    I am really appalled and disgusted with your reply, "deny the shipment when the courier attempts the delivery. The parcel shall return back to us and we shall process refund as promised"

    When you will not ship out the material, there can be no denial of the shipment, thus no return back to you and therefore no refund! WOW!!! Novel way to cheat customers. This needs to be put in the public domain to show how low NAAPTOL can stoop!

    Remember, I paid you on 2nd May 2016. For how long should I wait to deny the imaginary shipment, which I cancelled the order on 25th May 2016 for non receipt? Another three months, or three years? All along I have requested for the courier details which you will not share, as it will expose you and NAAPTOL Online Shopping as a fraud, out to cheat people. This is a clear cut case where with all relevant details mentioned in the trailing email, you should have arranged the refund immediately, which you will not do so with a clear intention to cheat!

        One Very bad experience of mine ill share I bought a Ubislate Tab from Naaptol and the product was so bad that it had scratches no good battery and wht was shown tv it was nothing as such as promised so please don't buy seeing the price is 2999 but no good quality it's worst plus their service is so bad that I had ordered a calling tab AND tgey sent non calling and now when i asked for refund they say will give u cash vowcher and to buy calling tab u will have to pay more 500 s juz imagine so plz all don't buy any products

          Faulty (defective) mobile supplied by naaptol group when i was in hospital in rn tagore hospital the mobile receipt by our member of our house cash on delivery basis that time i was suffering heart attack and hospitalized. that time i am not able to handle the mobile and my family was busy with me as i was hospitalized. i have complaint to naaptol group several times but they are not taking any responsibility to replace to do the needful.

            I bought the data wind calling tablet from naaptol. My order no is 24887506.
            I followed the instructions in the user manual, and recharged the battery for 6 hours as per the instructions in the user manual. After 6 hours i found that the battery had not recharged at all.
            In the user manual there are images that show how to connect, but the product has no such slots for connection.
            I am appalled at the callousness ness of this "reputed" online shopping name naaptol.
            I paid 3398 rs. For a product that does not work, i called the help line and they said they will not refund the money.

            I lost a huge amount three thousand three hundred and ninety eight rupees
            My hard earned money has gone!

            I request the authorities to take action against this fraudulent naaptol shopping site.

            The naaptol cc called, said it would take a week just to take back the defective "data wind calling tablet".
            I fail to understand how this shopping site naaptol can sell their product without quality check.

            I have to wait a week for NAAPTOL to take the defective product back, but if naaptol does give a replacement, how do i ensure that it is not defective as the one they first sent?

            I am totally helpless frustrated and furious, I got cheated by this fraudulent company now i am all stressed out my blood pressure shot up i had a panic attack, all because i, in all good faith bought this data wind calling tablet

            The moot point here is that, even if naaptol replaces the defective data calling tablet, who will guarantee that even this one is not defective?

            i am requesting the authorities to ensure that naaptol's technical staff should demonstrate to show if this product is genuine.

            i am afraid, i will not be able to trust blindly anything naaptol gives me, therefore i request the consumer court authorities to make naaptol certify that the new data wind calling tablet is activated before hand so as to ensure it's authenticity

                The product delieverd is not with proper working even the name of product is fake i. e. jeotex/geotex. replace the product immediately of same price of original one. either the step taken by the customer, you all fraud known that is consumer court. shame on you all working like this. we all customer unitly will do what we have to do you fraud can't imagine.                   I ordered some bed sheets in february 2016. i received a call that naaptol has completed its ten years in india and you have won a lucky draw of rs 70000 and a smart phone. the person already knew my address and asked me to handover rs 3150 to postmaster for vpp. i asked him his employ id and he reverted that same will be sent through message. yesterday a person arrived at my house demanding for rs 3150. my complaint against naptol online is that how order no., my address, my contact details are being shared.

                      Received demaged set of nin stick fried pans.. And when i was complaining about the product.. They cut the phone call in between... Worst experience ever.. Product was orderded from naaptol online shopping... First of all parsel was two days late... They do fake promises.. Gives fake information... And on complaining they did not do anything about that... Just making fool of customers.. And they show good quality products but on delivery product is totally different... And of cheap quality...

                        We request you to please solve this matter on urgent basis.
                        I purchased some jewellery item from naaptol.com two months ago,
                        And was dissatisfied with quality of the product given by them. the same day i called the customer care to kindly refund my money as i was feeling being cheated. then came the reply from customer care, that we can't give refund amount to me and instead playing their cheap marketing skills with me. they have being delaying my matter from the lat 30 days and now they are not taking my call.
                        So, i request to you to kindly resolve my issue with this company as soon as possible.

                            I have order for Datawind Calling Tablet Item No.10739.

                            I the product is received by on 30th June (4 days back only) To my surprise the product is not as you mentioned in your advertise.
                            First of all its sound button is not working.
                            Secondly there is no camera app in this tablet.
                            There are no other apps as mentioned by you.
                            Hence as per normal terms I am returning the product within 15 days of time period. Kindly be in touch with and let me know the procedure to return the product and get back my money, as early possible.

                              Dear naaptol, I purchased a product from naaptol and I returned product back to naaptol and get assurance that I will get my money back in my account. Complain number 15891908. After having multiple time discussion about my money back regarding complain number 15891908 but I don't receive my money back in my account. Your executive forced us to provide bank detail over phone and always committed over phone that quickly they will refund our money back to our account. They said it will take few days to transfer money back to bank account. Last time I successfully able to send my bank details over mail and i received the acknowledgement also on 17th July2016. Now yesterday when we enquire again with your customer service about our money back then they said that they will get back to us in 24-48 hrs. And today we received a fraud call (from phone number [protected] ) claiming the product which we purchased from naaptol is owner company of that product. And they mention that we fall in lucky draw and won maruti suzuki and they were asking money from us also. I'm shocked how my details are leaked from naaptol and how they know all the details about us. Now today naaptol refused to refund our money back to our account and said only they will give voucher. My query is : 1) When will you refund our money in our account? 2) How my personal data leaked from naaptol to fraud complany? This is our worst experience with naaptol executives.

                                    Wrong information is being circulated across TV channels marking the quality and number of pieces. When asked for refund then they marked that there will be no cash refund while they only accepts cash. Not sure if tax is being paid or not.

                                    Customer representative always gives wrong information. Not satisfied with the product but still cannot refund as they are marking to refund a voucher which could be used only in Naaptol. Isn't its insane?

                                      I have ordered product ''Set of 3 Bajaj Majesty Duo Induction Base Cookware - Black". from naaptol website.
                                      First they deliver faulty damaged product. When i request for return they agreed about resending the product on Phone call on 30 May 2016. complain id: 15640711

                                      Still I have not get the product. Customer call guys telling me you have to order another product of same price or wait to resolve some issues.

                                      Product price is : 1599.00 + 199 delivery charges.

                                        I have purchased one sewing machine from naaptol company recently.It costs around Rs.2500.But from the day one itself, it is not working.It is a brand new one.I contacted the company so many times.But they are not solving the problem.They are not willing to refund the money.I have to return the product from my own expense and i have to buy some other product.But i dont want any replacement or any other product.I need my money back with compensation.
