I have ordered intex 3g android mobile in naaptol shopping. But irecieved wrong delivery imean another product. My order number is 20422458. So i can inform to naaptol they said that return product to my naaptol. So that ican change and devivered to you. And i can return to their company on[protected] and my parcel reciept number is ca[protected]in. Till now no answer to naaptol company

    I ordered electric insect and pest control machine (Pack of 2 pcs) against said order and delivery was got in the name of ms. Rita rathi, o.9 new police line, kingsway camp, delhi.9. Product was sent with six months warranty.

    Unfortunately one machine was got technically faulted within a month and as per naaptol peoples the same was returned to them vide courier no.[protected] on 27.5.2016.

    It was assured to me that i will get my product replaced within 7 to 10 days time.

    After that a consignment no. [protected] of aramex courier was also given to me stating that my parcel is under said number will be delivered to me at the given address soon.

    But till today i have not received the same back.

    I am continuously requesting naaptol as well as aramex courier peoples for the delivery of product and everytime they both are saying the product will be delivered to me today. But all in vain. They are cheating their customers and making fool.

    Kindly intervene the matter and get my product returned duly replaced and penalty may also be imposed on them for the harassment faced by me from the last more than 15 days.

      Hi,

      This is regardingorder no. 23365109 for bsnl penta t-pad is703c with 1gb ram and 8gb internal memory with 3g via dongle - black, placed on 01 jun 2016.

      I have received my order but damaged/defective product received.

      From last 15 days, i have been chasing the customer care. But no response. Each time i am asked to call sales office and sales office asks me to call back customer care. Don't know when will this game ends.

      I don't know what to do now...

        What a pathetic service i have received from naaptol ua executives dnt have sense how to talk n dnt no to spk with respect wat a bull... That person over call started yelling wen informed him there would be no one at home so cud u deliver it to my store... And wen asked for name he says he doesn't knw... A person without identity.. Crap i would slap that fellow he is teaching me how to speak n how to behave and bloody that person tells me wen u cn spk so much english u dnt have sense to keep address handy... Who d hell he thinks he was talking to... I will sue him for that jst wait n watch

          I have brought a tablet of SWIPE from naaptol which is not working a little, after we got the delivery, the next day it started getting swithched off after 2 to3 hours nd now it is totally off. When i was ordering it the dealer said that it can be exchanged if there is any problem in it but now when the problem happens the customer cares are saying that it can't be exchanged.
          Now i want my money back or exchange the tab and give me the good one, otherwise i can complain to the consumer forum.

            Caution: Don't believe in these people.
            I have ordered Bedsheets in Naaptol on May 23rd, still i haven't received it and it's been a month. If i call their customer care everytime they tell some lies which i am not convinced. I was so irritated today morning when i called their customer care. The lady named "rinky" (maybe she might have lied her name) picked the call and talked so foolishly. I have never had a bad customer experience like this in my whole life. She was in a don't care attitude.And the fancy word they use everytime is "sorry for the inconvenience".
            Because of people like Naaptol people are loosing faith in e-commerce products. I request customer not to buy from these people are they are worthless and they don't have responsibility to care for customer when they call them. Please consumer i beg you guys not to trust these people.

              Respected madam/sir .I am T.Nagaiah i have ordered swipe konnect 4 neo by watching the advertisement in television.and succefully i have received my order but now i am not satisfied with it .it is running very slowly please take your mobile back and give my money .you people are giving fake advertise ments to attract people .finally we are (customers )becoming fools by purchasing naptol items ..so i want to return my order.so please take the mobile back and make my refund back

                Have received faulty laptop on 14/05/2016 vide awb [protected] agsinst invoice 847467/dl/0214345 of 13/05/2016. The same was deposited for repair with datawind innovatins pvt ltd vide ticket no. 0518dl133598 on 18/05/2016.

                After expiry of almost a month nothing received from the company despite of various phone calls.

                Please look into the matter on urgent basis failing which shall be constrained to opt for legal action.

                  I have received swipe slash calling tablet with scratches on the screen on 30th may, 2016. I lodged complaint on the very same day for which i was told that they have given complaint to back and log team and in 4-5 days they will arrange reverse pickup from my doorstep. After which i have been calling them everyday and the customer care is giving me the sam reply. The order no.                   I have purchased swipe calling tablet online through naaptol on 30th may, 2016. The tablet has sratches on the screen for which i complained immediately to customer care and i was given complaint no. 15633010. Since then i am calling every day and i am told that within 4-5 day they will arrange reverse pickup but nothing has been done so far. At customer care I have spoken to Arvind, Sandeep, Gaurav, Khushboo and so on . they also told me that back and log team will contact me in 24 hrs but nothing happened. kindly do the refund as soon as posible

                    On 25th may i order set of 3 indigo jeans from naptol on 25th afternoons i got my product then i see the ceap quality of product and call to customer care of naptol and said i want my cash back nd take ur product they replied that call to aramex correar company then on 27th may aramex employee collect that product from me nd give me a slip nd told me that give this bar code no. To naptol customer care . i just what they said on 1 june i call to napltol for cash refund then they answer that sir we didn't received the product in the wearhouse i said ohk the i call them on 3rd jaune they give the same reply then on 4th june they got my product nd on 6th they issue a voucher refund but i dont want any vouncher bcz i dont want to shop through naptol
                    After day i call daily or by skiping 1 day for my cash refund they always reply that u recievied the vouncher or we forwarded ur complain company will call u in 24 to 48 hours the hours not come till date on 12 i decided that tomorrow go to the naptol office i just go to the office given on the naptol site 3/305 girdhar marg, malviya nagar, jaipur in this address no office found nd oonly this is is a residential property on that time standing outside of that address i call to naptol customer care they said that there had no office in jaipurjaipur, company will open the office shortly. Nd of cash refund we will call u in 24 to 48 hours.

                      This has been my worst experience shopping online. The product ordered by me was taken by my servant. I returned home on Thursday and saw that the product was totally damaged and was of no use. I decided to complain on Friday morning which I did and the agent too said the company would arrange a pick up service and would exchange the product l or refund the product price. But the other day I revieved a call from an Agent named as POOJA TAMAR of Naaptol saying that the product won't be replaced and then again I called Naaptol to know the problem but the agent talking to me, Ended the phone in between of the talk as he was unanswerable to my questions. The product is just a waste to me and of NO USE.
                      NAAPTOL ONLINE SHOPPING is a company which SHOULDN'T BE TRUSTED at all.

                        On 30th, May'2016 company has delivered a Datawind Tablet against order no. 33244761 due to faulty set company has taken back the on[protected] and on 7th, Jun'2016 company has delivered another old and repaired datawund wi fi tablet which is also not satisfactory set. crack front and rear. Rear camera is not workiing. Many apps is also dead. Its copy & paste system is not proper.

                          I received a call a few days ago from a person who had all my personal information including my personal number, naaptol order numbers and order details and even my house address. they had the original naaptol ringtone and their message came from a IM-NAPTOL address. believing it to be original they said i had won a tata safari and took rs. 20500 in total. i did call the customer care but to no use as i couldnt hear what they said. now the people who had called me are willing to give me the rs.20500 but only after i give them rs.500 again. i called the customer care again to complain about my personal information getting leaked by their company but again of no use. naaptol, you may lose your credibility with your consumers if you dont take any action sonn because i am planning on registring a formal against both the parties to the consumer cell of india.

                            I bought a mini sewing machine from naptol in November 2015 for Rs.1999 . It stopped working after just after 6 months of light use(may once in 2 months) and on contacting naptol they said the warranty was over .


                            On requesting them for a local repair shop(I was ready to pay myself) they refused and kept of saying "maafi chata hoon" .


                            Never buy anything from this fraud banya company . Better to go for Amazon or Flipkart or other reputed ecoms but never this one .

                              I ordered the product after seeing a TV commercial. The products arrived the day I ordered. Two of the lids were not fitting properly. And one steel dabba had a small crack. I called them and they asked me to mail the damaged products to their address at Delhi. What a pain! Naaptol should be more responsible. Send products after testing them properly.

                              This is the second time I'mhaving a bad experience from Naaptol. Will never buy anything from Naaptol again.

                                On 28th, May'2016 I was placed an order on line to supply a Datawind make non calling smart tablet and according order company has delivered that Tablet on 30th, May'2016 after getting that No any resonance as that work. No on/off totaly dead. I was contacted to company but they has not taken any response they advise to contact to service center when I was contacted to service center they also avoid to repair the same Tablet and advised it, is responsibility of Naaptol like so I am suffering about their dry behavier and about that Datawind non calling smart Tablet.

                                    I also had similar issue with Datawind calling tablet. I specifically ordered Datawind 3G calling tablet from naaptol.com. After receiving I immediately checked if I am able to call frlom this tablet of not but it was unable to find the network despite of good Airtel signal in my area.

                                    I called back to naaptol they asked me to connect with datawind but I insisted to return the product. After heated discussion he got ready to replace the product and arranged the pickup.

                                    Pickup was done on the same day but but since then I am waiting for my production. I am continuously following up with them and everytime they tell it will take 7-10 days. Finally, yesterday they said you production is shipped via Bluedart and given a tracking number [protected]. I tracked this production and today saw the status as delivered though I didn't receive the product. I called them back then they again started making story that this tracking number was for shipment from naaptol warehouse to delivery boy. I asked them to take my complaint, they gave me one complaint number too[protected] but not sure if this was a false number or really raised complaint and somebody is going to look at these complaint.

                                    I too frustrated as don't know when my product will reach and also if product will be good or not.

                                    I suggest not to take any product from naaptol.com they might look lucrative in TV add but once you pay the money you have no way except loosing out the money...

                                      Hi,

                                      I ordered "datawind calling tablet" of price rs 3999 on fab 2016. Received duplicate product at your end. Kindly refer the attachment for the images of product, and bill, complaint details which have been registered. I took my product at the service center and registered complaints as that it is not getting charged but there is no action been taken till now, and they asked for rs. 3599/- to repair it. When i asked them it is under manufacture warranty. They said you need to pay for it. Now i received my tablet back, still it is not getting charged. Now i want this to be replaced or my amount should be refunded.

                                      Kindly look in to the matter and please resolve.

                                        I had ordered datawind tablet from naaptol. First of all i m a student and i dont need that non calling tablet. I had ordered calling tablet. I m sure101% i know that i had ordered calling tablet. But i got the delivery of non calling tablet. I have no use of non calling tablet. The piece is also defective. As soon as we keep for charging after 5 mins it starts heating. And there are lines on the phone from inside. If they are ready to exchange i m ready to exchange with another phone and also ready to give extra money. But they r not giving. The delivery also came from after 25 days. They are very irresponsible. And also didnt told about about the shipping charges and took 2898/- instead of 2400/-. Please take a strict action against it. If they are not replacing refund my money.
