I have received swipe slash calling tablet with scratches on the screen on 30th may, 2016. I lodged complaint on the very same day for which i was told that they have given complaint to back and log team and in 4-5 days they will arrange reverse pickup from my doorstep. After which i have been calling them everyday and the customer care is giving me the sam reply. The order no. The tablet has sratches on the screen for which i complained immediately to customer care and i was given complaint no. 15633010. Since then i am calling every day and i am told that within 4-5 day they will arrange reverse pickup but nothing has been done so far. At customer care I have spoken to Arvind, Sandeep, Gaurav, Khushboo and so on . they also told me that back and log team will contact me in 24 hrs but nothing happened. kindly do the refund as soon as posible
