Purchased VOX DV20 mobile phone on 25th oct by phone booking, received the mobile within 3 days of booking opened found product was old, after inserting sim card phone worked for one day, from second day phone touch screen was not functioning, called online naaptol cutomer care several times no response just they are time passing I spent for more Rs.100 for mobile bill for calling naaptol apart from product cost of Rs.3400(including delivery).Total waste of money.

We have ordered the said product to naptol - and received on Item No. ID 7145,
At the time of order they promise to give Gift Voucher with the product, But it was not provided at the time of delivery.
At the time of order they did not tell any freight charge. But they charged extra 398/- charged for the deliver the item from Jorhat to Nazira.

2 prepaid orders to naaptol.com order id 17200442 & 17215120 date : 03 & 04 oct. 2015 product still not delivered on date 02.11.2015 (even after 1 month). i tried many time to contact customer care but they didn't response in positive way. they answered like foolish. some of them are written below : 1- we don't get your payment so why this happened. My ans : i make payment by prepaid method & i have mail & sms & bank details also for this you can't say this. 2- we delivered your product on 12.10.2015 but now we don't have any idea where is your product & we can't provide you any details. My ans : why you can't provide product details after 12.10.2015 ? why you don't have tracking system of courier ? who is responsible for the product delivery. naaptol or me (buyer) ? i think naaptol. so please deliver my product as soon as possible. yesterday i was asking about refund/ cancellation of order & the customer care executive says naaptol can't help me about this. i have to wait to wait for 2 more days as he says every time. or you (customer) can do anything possible from his side as like waiting, going to consumer forum or anything he want. by vishnu kant gupta [protected] jaunpur (uttar pradesh) pin 222002

I parchased two roti maker ordered from naaptol .and paid whole amount.when i recieved obe was brokage.i call them and send back the broken one.but last two months i am calling them everyday they are making fun with me and my father.neither they send new one nor the money.

I have bought a vbera mobile from naaptol online shopping.and they sent me a damaged product.and after complaining of that they told to send the product to them back for which courier charges they were supposed to pay but they have not paid yet and then they sent a used mobile in place of it...now they asked for again sending ne the product back to them.

Before placing the order, I called up customer care number to ensure that they have the product in stock and the support guy told me sir place the order we have printer in stock, if we would not have printer in stock you will not be able to place the order.

Considering his words to be truth, I placed the order on your website and made the immidiate payment of Rs. 10, 348/-, wherein at the same time I was getting the same printer in 9, 800/- from Industry Buying and 10, 500/- from Ebay and Amazon Rs. 10, 200/- but I chose Naaptol this time and it was my biggest mistake.

After placing order the date of Arrival was showing 16th Oct. 2015. but after 5 days it became 17th Oct. and every day it went on increasing 18th Oct., 19th Oct., 20th Oct., 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th & today morning as i opened my delivery details it again went to 27th Oct. 2015 now 28th, and today is 20th Oct. 2015.

I am calling customer care daily from 12th Oct. 2015. and they keep on saying it will be despatched today and no information is provided further (this is really disgusting and very unprofessional)

If I dont receive my tracking details which could be tracked online for delivery by today. I will post this entire matter on all social media walls facebook, twitter, whats app everywhere that you people take payments capture it and dont make deliveries.

this is height of frustration that after buying the product we need to "BEG" you for delivery. I had to make the payment to my credit card account and even the surcharge for this deal.

I am demanding my refund, now I dont want product from such a bad company website moreover they did not provide delivery on time 16th Oct. I want refund and inspite of my daily calling they are not refunding my money.

I received your naptol product roti maker order no. 17318640 against the payement of 2398/- above product are not working properly as per your tata sky adverstiment the complant No. is 11878457. i already pay 400 rs extra for courier charges. So please send your company person or vendor within 7 days at our home address for received the product & pay me amount that i give at the time of delivery if your company naptol not take any action within 7 days . so i will take legal action against Tata sky add. & anmol agency and Naptol company.

I prbin k v watched your avt. in malayalam channaldated 29/08/2015 and ordered multi purpose tool kit( like driling machine, adjust, cutting plair, scroo driver set, stripper, exo, driling bit, etc);order16520259.and i got only driling machine i pay 3398/- so i complaint aganist this forgery on naptol(complaint no:[protected]they ask me to resend this product . there is no feedback . i want to my cash back

Hello Naaptol, I am totally upset with the product I have received. Its a fully damaged product. I can see scratch marks on the inner walls of bucket. And more over, when I poured water in the bucket, it started leaking heavily. And when I checked at the bottom of bucket, the out outlet piece was broken. God knows whether they have delivered a fake and second hand damaged product from a scrap dealer. I can see the seller name here as Alpha Radio and they have even given a 6 months seller's warranty, but I have little faith in this seller and naaptol now. Naaptol should completely de-register this seller right away. I just need my money back or replace my product with a proper one as soon as possible.

9th Sep i received this product, Adepetr is scrap foot padal also scrap Sewing Machine Stitching making Proper i m very feeling bad i called Naaptol help line, same send return, we will provided return cash voucher Same i return thru Aramex Courier Aramex Tracking no. [protected] My Ref order no. 16689682 complaint No 11481696 they alsredy received on 5th Oct 2015 but still they are send return cash voucher they are not return my money

It is submitted that on hearing the Television advertisement of Naaptol.com I have booked one DW-UBT27CZ SET. The same was delivered me vide their Invoice No 847467/DL/0272295/[protected] DATED 02/09/2015. But while try to use the set it is found faulty. I have inform the matter to them on mobile and the promised to be take care to solve my problem. But they have not done so. Then I have lodged a written complaint on 15/09/2015. My complaint was acknowledged by them on 15/09/2015 stating they will rectify it within 48 hours. But the same was not done as promised. Again I have sent reminders on 18/09/2015, 26/09/2015 and they promised again and again on 20/09/2015 & 27/09/2015 but not done any thing till date. I asked them either replace the faulty product or refund my cash Rs. 4398/- which I had paid on delivery of the product. I request your involvement to solve my long out standing problem.

I had placed an order of 2 blankets (Reference No[protected] worth Rs.1900 with naaptol.com. It was delivered to me on 3rd February 2015 but I returned it as it was different from the product shown in the advertisement and was of inferior quality. When I contacted their customer care for refund they refused to do so and generated a gift voucher instead, suggesting me to buy some other product from their website. But i dont want to buy anything from Naaptol.com. It is requested that my money be refunded.

I have ordered a product from naptol in last Aug where in the product was difective and I call naaptol multiple time for the same issue they have sent the replacement twice which I never receive and I have spoken to two of the supervisor karan Singh and navin however both have promised a resolution and not deliver it. Now I have called the customer care and spoke to a representative name ramavatar who was really rude and teasing me as to my mother has order it bcuz she like it and making me angry and when I asked for a supervisor he hung up the call. Can someone please help me in it.

Ordered online 43 kitchen sets on 20th sep @1999 nd recd 22nd sep..but the quality is worst and booked the complaint same day nd no.11633854.still nobody came to pickup the parcel. As per naaptol after getting the parcel again it will take some days time to get refund. This service is really nt gud..

I purchased a order for aluminum valet.on the same I received the parcel on paying the money.wen I opened the parcel the valet is of fiber not aluminum.. The same time I complained regarding the issue n requested for replacement or refund..Naaptol executive promised callback within 48hrs.till ten days also no response from Naaptol. Again I called them for replacement. Now they are not at all responding. They tell other is no warranty. I had order a 8pec bed sheets on Jan 15 whc was very bad n worth of 3399/- whc I have return it but after returning it thy not taking my next order n every time tells me a different stories etc.this is happing with me from past 8month. So plz help.

I had ordered one Get In Shape Slimming Vest on 22 JUL 2015 vide order no.15774257 .The problem was that size of slimming vest was small and it was not fit properly so i returned the product on 30/07/2015 through courier and this courier charges incurred by me. Then I called Customer care on number [protected] to refund my money but they said they will provide me CASH VOUCHER including cost of the item as well as the delivery charges incurred in sending it to them . I had wait 2/3 days but did not get any call/message or any response from Naaptol. again i called customer service and all the time they said they will send a message on my registered mobile no. about Cash Voucher and after 20 days i got the message for Cash Voucher. Through that cash voucher i placed the second ordered Branded 35 Pcs. Stainless Steel Storage Set on dated 01/09/2015 vide order no.16573559 by paying Rs. 1598/- through Cash Voucher and extra Rs. 300 for the delivery charges and delivery date was given 08/09/2015.The product that had been delivered to me has very low quality as compared to the descriptions.stainless steel set are damage on sides. The steel was so cheap and the lids are very loose not fit propely. Also, there are deviations between actual delivered product and the descriptions.The product quality is very cheap. I had called Naaptol customer care around 30 times to tell me the process for returning the item and get the refund. But to my surprise, they told me each time that I would get a call within 24 hours and then I would be informed about the whole process. I never got that call and I got fed up of calling and re iterating the issues. Please take back this product and refund my all paid cash including courier charges incurred by me. Also i have talked to the customer care executive regarding this but they where unable to resolve my issue and even were least bother to listen. I must say your company having the worst customer service. so please resolve my issue as soon as possible & want my money back. My total refund amount is Rs.2038/- (Rs.1598 get in shape + Rs.140/- courier of first product + Rs.300/- delivery charges of second product.) I have purchased a VOX DV 20 mobile through NAAPTOL by placing an order in NAAPTOL on 28/08/2015 and I received order number 16490538 from DM NAPTOL same time .I got the mobile delivered at my home on 02/09/2015 from the delivery boy. I encountered so many problems after operating the mobile which are given below: 1. When I fitted my 2 sims inside the mobile, Only sim1 is functional.It means calls are incoming and outgoing smoothly. But there is no access to internet. 2. In case of Sim 2, no calls are incoming and outgoing and also there is no access to internet from it. 3. When I fitted third sim inside the mobile, there are no incoming and outgoing calls from it and also, there is no access to internet. 4. The functioning of the battery is very poor. It does not work for more than 2 hours after charging it fully. 5. Web page from sim1 automatically opens at night. 6. I also fitted the 2 sims in a different mobile and I found both the sims functional.There are incoming and outgoing calls in all the 3 sims and also have internet access in all the 3 sims. 7. It proves that there is problem in mobile due to which all the 3 sims are not functional in it.
