I had placed order on Naaptol 2 sets of 7 pakistani dress with lace of Pakhi brand and they send me varshia brand with full 100% polyster meterial. After wrong merchandise product i asked them to refund my money they don't want to refund the money and they said they will issue the voucher of the placed order amount. I believe thats very good trick to fool customer take the money on showing something and sale some scarp meterial product then customer not setiesfied and you ask to refund they will made you cry. I was really wonder during sale naaptol customer care tollfree they speak very politly but when it come to refund they speak very rudly and also misbehavie and they try to explain that they are very honest, respective and you are very wrong and you don't have knowladge of product buying. I talked to senior executive and he trying to explain that Pakhi and Varshia both the same product and if he wants to breif it take entire day, , My question to Naaptol why you don't disclose the product meterial quality on your website?? Why you mentioned other brand name?? Why don't you refund payment on wrong merchandise instead payment voucher. I would suggest all customer who go for online shopping don't be excited online or teleshoping offers or schems because they never disclose correct information or meterial details and once you paid you trapped. I really don't understand what kind of system or rules defind in india on comsumer product sale you show something and sale other thing then customer once they paid it got traped and then they force you to buy alternate product.

I am continuously following up with naaptol customer care and last 3 days back they told me we will send courier guy to pickup our product. I called today and give me another shock that I have to send back to Naaptol warehouse on my cost. I really don't understands how this company fooling customer and ripped of people money. First when i placed the order they said if i don't like the product i can return and they refund, When you really don't like and decide to return then god bless you because you need lot of energy and patience to make your self convinced that you become fooled, Refund means they give you voucher when product they received and they said 2-3 days but no one gonna come and then you do call to call center they said we will give you our warehouse address you have to ship ans once we received we issue voucher and sending cost of wrong merchandise, damage or bad quality or not setieafied product to naaptol its all cost on your head.

    Order Number:15089592 Complaint Number: 10353140 My parents who are senior citizens ordered 6set of Sarees worth Rs. 2898, while ordering they confirmed with the customer care executive what happens if they dont like the product and the CCE said the company would take the product back without any questions and will refund the money. So when the product arrives my Mom checked the sarees and she didnt like it as it was very poor quality material it wasnt as it is showed on the TV. We immediately called the CC and asked them to arrange for a reverse pick up. They said they would arrange for a reverse pick in 3-4 working days. This incident took place on 17th June. Its 10th July today and no one has yet come to take the reverse pick up. We keep calling the customer care department every 2 days and they give us the same stupid answers. All the customer care executives are so rude in talking and have no customer service etiquette at all. I would request everyone not to buy any product from NAAPTOL they have low business etiqutte and not customer oriented at all. I am formally going to complain about this behaviour on the government websites too. Please beware of this fraud company, You would end up wasting your time and money calling the customer care all the time.

      My name is suman ordered no.15177659, I placed d order roti maker it took around 7days. When we opened the roti maker box we surprised it was low grade plastic handle and full of scratch steel. I returned the product on same date and asked my money back, they denied to return. They gave me the voucher instead of money amt of Rs 2400. Again I placed the order on 2nd July wrist watch amt of Rs 2500+ 100 shipping charges after I went the market same watch I was getting Rs 1500 so that I canceled the order. Now today is 1010th july I didn't receive any voucher or cancel product. I called to customer care they don't have any information about this. Is it scam they guys doing scam. Please take the action against them as soon as possible. I'm sure they cheated with many people.

              hi, i received this product yesterday[protected], It was ready to use but after four hours of my try it was able to stitch . I call ed customer care number two times but no technician would attend my call, was very disappointing . please my humble request to replace the product or refund my money . please collect the product . i packet it and kept ready . I would be glad if you would substitute any other item in place of this ( 8 pcs coloured non stick cookware set). thank you and kindly get back to me . sandra nunes

                  Dear Sir In television, Naaptol was advertising a Set of 70 pcs of stainless steel kitchen set for Rs.2999/-. After seeing the advt. I called Naaptol in the mobile no.[protected] and booked the set of 70 steel pcs on Cash-On-Delivery basis on dt.[protected]. I received the packet on dt.[protected] thru Blue Dart Courier service. After opening the packet I found that there are only thirty seven pcs of various sizes. When I contacted the Naaptol team and told about the shortage in the number of steel sets, I was surprised by the reply given by the representative of Naaptol. He told me that I have to count the number of steel sets with their covers. That means one utensil has to be counted as 2 including its cover. If this the fact, why the persons advertising in the TV are not making the fact clear and hiding the fact. This is a clear case of cheating, and I want the matter should be taken to consumer courts to penalize the company as well as the persons who are advertising the product, so that other consumers do not fall prey to the cheating companies.                             Regarding order no:13647409 My father ordered bedsheets from naaptol which was not upto the mark as per quality so we demanded return and refund. As per their procedures we returned the product and they sent us the cheque for refund. Now the chq that they sent was having the name misspelled due to which we were not able to credit it to our bank account . When i asked them they said sent us back the cheque and provide us your bank details so that once we receive the chq we will refund back the money in your account. I ALREADY SENT BACK THE CHEQUE ON 28TH MAY " AND THE COURIER TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS THAT IT WAS RECEIVED AT NAAPTOL.COM ON 1ST OF JUNE. For your reference I am again attaching the courier receipt which has the airway bill number:U[protected] (first flight courrier services). I am also attaching the tracking of courier services which clearly shows that it was delivered to you on 1st june. Apart from all this the cheque that you sent us was of icici bank dated 14/4/15 and the chq no. was 680493, you can very well confirm with your account department that it never got credited in our account. From that day i am constantly e-mailing them and they are not replying and still have not refunded us our amount. It's been almost a month now. Please help. Regards, Ankita

                              We ordered bedsheets from Naaptol, which we didn't like and returned as said by the naaptol customer care. Later they refunded us the amount in form of cheque . We received the cheque from Naaptol.com as our refund amount dated 14/4/15 and the chq no. was 680493 of ICICI bank(you can very well confirm with your accounts dept that this cheque was never credited in our account) But the name mentioned on the cheque was wrong, they sent us the cheque in the name of "RAM DEV Singh" where as the name is "RAMDEO SINGH". Due to mismatch of name the bank returned the chq back to us, please let us know what needs to be done now. After this i again contacted the customer support team and they told us to return back the cheque and provide our bank account details so that once they will receive the cheque they will transfer the amount to our account. we returned the cheque through courrier (first flight courrier services) the airway bill number:U[protected] and i am also attaching the receipt for reference. I even provided them with the receipt of courrier sent . when I tracked the courrier it says that the document was delivered to the said address on 1st of June. So from 1st of june i am sending e-mails asking them when will they refund back our money BUT i am not getting any response.I don't understand why they are not refunding back my money when they already released the cheque for the same? I was about to file the complaint at consumer forum when one of my friend told me about this link. I hope now you guys will listen and release the refund payment. Still if i don't get any answer then i will move to consumer court. Regards, Ankita

                                First tried ordering over the phone and got disconnected. Meanwhile ordered online and paid with credit card. Then got a call back but advised that do not require anymore as already purchased online. However, received two identical products and the delivery person took away cash for delivery. Need refund for that and someone to pick up the duplicate product. Bought a lot of products from Naaptol never faced such problem. Your customer adviser was also very rude and felt insulted. Please refund as quickly as you can. Please find attached scanned details.                                     have order No. 14437647. I have received the order within a weeks time. When I opened the product, it was functioning but when I started stitching it does not work. I have immediately called the customer care and they have registered my complaint vide No. 9969000. Now, daily your customer call centre made me call and asked me to hold for some time as they are transferring the call to their technical department but after a long hold, no body comes instead signature tune is going on and then automatically call ends. I have simply asked them to replace the money mo- [protected]

                                        i have bought Mobile phone from Naptol Phone model is DATA WIND pocket 3G4 for Rs3, 300 on 14.06.2015, i have charged 100% and then i used, but it get down battery with 2-3hours, i keep taking my charger along with me wherever i go, so i made compliant and i given to the DATAWIND phone dealer at chennai, they told that the same mobile will be send to DELHI and after fault rectification the same will be handedover to me after 20 days. i have suffered lot, for time delay kindly do the needful please
