The consignement Order Id:13550505, dated 13th March 2015 which was supposed to be delivered by SafeExpress Surface Via AWB:85887826, has failed to deliver at destined location at Siliguri, West Bengal, on the due date as on 16 th March 2015 as per sms.On 18th March, a delivery boy has insisted me to receive the consignment as he is out in the same location for delivery.I agreed and told him to wait as i am out to collect the consignment.However, within 1-2 min, he called me 3 to 4 times asking my whereabouts . Extremely annoyed at his behaiviour, i asked him to wait as i am nearby . He, further Insisted me to tell him the approximate time of wait i.e be it 5 min, 10 min or 15 min.When i reached the cab on which he was sitting and expressed my disappointment, he asked me to forget about the matter and asked me if i would like to collect the consignment or not ?He didnot even pay heed to the arrongance that he has displayed and instead of apologeting he argued with me and told me ' nahin lena hai to bolo, mujhe aur jage jaana hai'.I am disappointed at the kind of service the delivery boy has offered and outrightly rejected to collect the shipment and vowed to bring it to the consumer complaint forum to let them know the way consumer are valued .I therefore reuest you to kindly look into the matter as i believe the consumer value should mean lot to the ecommerce site like naaptol.com and the courier service company with which they have partnered.Please initiate some action against the boy .His no.is+91 [protected].I believe in your appropriate action .Thank you.

      I make an order online to the naaptol.com on 23/12/14 for Pack of 3 Day And Night Vision and the order No.12046415. The product was supposed to deliver within 7-14 days but till date they fail to deliver the same. I make more than 5 complaint raised to the naaptol.com but no response nor refund the amount of Rs.1298.00

        I have ordered aluminium wallet and I have been cheated with the quality and money. Naaptol.com has taken 1300/-(999 for wallet and 299 for shipping). And delivered the product of Rs. 80/- only. I was simply cheated by the product. They advertised on TV that its an aluminium wallet. But its a third class plastic box. I have seen much better quality in our local market in Rs. 40/- when called to customer care they denied to change the product.

          Hi ThereThis is VIRENDER Kumar pathak Oredered one Roti Maker from naaptol but they intentionally delivered defective Product. When I called Customer care They are not responding properly. They are asking to send the defective product to naaptol at my Owm cost. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED TO ME ITS NAAPTOL'S MISTAKE WHY SHOULD I PAY IF COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE. I WILL WRITE THE SAME TO THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS. NEED APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THEM. REGARDS VIRENDER [protected]

            Pathetic service provided. I have called more than 25 times but didn't got any solution. I have ordered Vaibhav kota doria saree and I have received wrong product Khusi silk art saree. From 28th feb.2015 I am trying daily to get the solution but all waste no one ready to change the product. The mail ID backoffice.[protected]@naaptol.com they provided for help but it's fake too. I have mailed them more than 10 times on this mail id but it shows result as " mail is rejected as domain name is not registered. When I asked for another mail id they denied and told that they don't have any alternate mail id. They are simply cheaters, they make money by fooling customers.               I have ordered for sandisk 16gb class 10 memory card and they have delivered class 4 memory card to me. So I have called them to return the product and they picked up my product and after picking up more than 50 days have been over still they are not refunding my amount. Whenever I call them they are saying to wait for 48 hours and they were putting my number on hold and all my mobile balance has been over, but still I didnt get my refund... and they told that they will not refund the amount in bank account they will provide vouchers which could be used only in Naaptol to cheat us again

                I monika gupta had received call for home sitting job from praveen ji for which i had deposited rs 1000 on 27/02/2015 by which i recived reg no 607546 and received call for further deposit of rs 5000 on 02/03/2015 for courier charges which is refundable within 24 hrs. Neither i received courier nor anyone is picking up the call. Please help

                  they are fraud.. it'z going to around 2 months nd till now they have not yet taken the defective product and exchanged it.. i orderd for 12jwellery sets and all the sets are defective.. the customer care executives only say that we will call you in 24hrs but there's not such..

                    I have purchased a product from Naaptol. the Product's Order ID is 13026533. I paid the cost through online transfer. The product that had been delivered to me has very low quality as compared to the descriptions. Also, there are deviations between actual delivered product and the descriptions. I had called naaptol customer care around 10 times to tell me the process for returning the item and get the refund. But to my surprise, they told me each time that I would get a call within 24 hours and then I would be informed about the whole process. I never got that call. I got fed up of calling and re iterating the issues. Plaese do the needful. Thanks

                          I have ordered and paid for item on 14 Feb, till date I have not received any product though I have paid, In between I called customer care executive, he told me, naaptol can not ship the product to Pune, requested change address, mean time he sent another order to me with COD option, I returned the same as I already paid for it. Now I want to cancel my order, but they are saying no. kindly help

                            I made order to Naptool vide order no.12998901 and got product item no.id.9772 on payment of cash Rs.1298/ on 11th Feb and on opening of the packet, I found that the product was very poor quality and was not worth of its price. Just after one hour of receipt of the packet, I made complain for reverse back of the product and to refund my cash back over telephone to the company. I was assured for immediate action but there was no respond .On my repeated telephonic requests, the company provided me the phone number of one Aramex courier with A/C no.50614601 and pick up no.G 147143 on 14 th Feb and advised me to contact the courier service for reverse pick up. From 14 th Feb I was repeatedly contacting the courier service in no.[protected] and forb the last ten days there was no response either from company or the courier service. From the invoice of the product it was seen that the vendor was the local one and hardly it may take some minutes to collect the parcel but regret to note the long silence over the matter. Pray and solicit an early and positive action in the matter.

                              I have brought one Mini Silai Machine, but it doesn't work, then I called to customer care, he told me to refund my product and I will get my Coupon Voucher worth my product price, after refunding I got the coupon no, Now when I was ordering a mobile my transaction failed, then I cancelled the order, when I am trying to reorder that mobile it says coupon invalid, then again I called to customer care he told within 24 hrs my problem will be solved and he will call me, but he didn't call. Again i am calling he is saying that my problem will be solved in 24 hrs and he will call me, but he didn't call. In this way I called him 5-6 times. But my problem didn't short out.                                 Respected Sir/ Madam, I want to inform you that I placed a order no. 13178270 on dated 18/02/2015 a mobile model vb x9 and received on dated 19/02/2015 but when I see this phone after back in my office and start this mobile the mobile is not working properly mobile screen touch is not work properly and mobile battery back up is not more then 20 minute I call in the head office on .[protected] and told him about my complaint and request to return back the mobile but the mobile attendant give not sufficient answer to me and says technician call you after 48 hour. Company gave within one week return back guarantee but naap tol head office not take back mobile I want return back mobile to the company. Kindly look into this matter and return my mobile as per the company process.other wise I write to the consumer court .my complaint number is 8978346.on dated 19/02/2015 in the evening.                                     Hi sir, I received my product from naaptol one month back which was defected. Their courier service aramex received that parsol on 4 th February but till now they did not handover that parsol to naaptol and whenever I asked them they said that courier number you received from courier guy that is wrong and we are not able to track that delivery . Sir, please do something because they had took 1800 Rls for that product and I was asking about my money back. Please take strong action against them so that I can get my money back. My order no.                                       order number 12601754 was delivered to us on21st of jan and as it was a defective product and the table mate had no cup holder therefore we filed a complaint agianst it and it was replaced by the authorty on th 10th of february . but the tablemate again is a defective product, it doest have a cup holder also. so plz refund the money or give us a proper, perfect, quality product!

                                      I had a worst experience shopping with Naaptol. I had ordered one mobile phone 'Datawind Pocket Surfer 3G4' on 6th April 2015 and my order number is 13942560. The problem is that the same mobile is not getting on from the very first day of delivery. I called for the same in Customer care on number [protected] but not getting any satisfactory answer. They told me to contact service center and they gave me the address of Lucky Communication. I also visited on the same address but the concern person is saying he is not working for them. I again called to the Customer Care now they are giving me the address of one more service center which is in Ambala. What you are trying to show me that I did a mistake by purchasing mobile through Naaptol. This is the first time that I purchased something from you people and I got cheated in the very first time. This is the way you are running your business. You cheat people by your attracting ads. It’s my duty to roam around in India in your service center for the checking of my new mobile after paying the full amount to you. You delivered me a defective mobile. I would request you to change my mobile as soon as possible. If you will not take my request into consideration I will file a case against you in the Consumer Court.

                                        Placed an order 11990010 on 08-Dec-2014.But when it got delivered, i found that t-shirt size is not correct. So i made a online complaint through naaptol site only. Raised complaint of reverse pick up not have done and still not arranged after 3 months despite calling again and again, and they mentioned in complaint id-8209026 on 18th Dec 2014 that complaint has been successfully resolved. Again made a complaint at the customer care executive on Jan 2015 that please arrange a reverse pick up but they registered complaint but later after two weeks i come to know that that complaint was also closed without any resolution. 3rd time i again made a complaint for the same reverse pick up still the same result. Finally, after fourth attempt i got a call from naaptol that you haven't send the product to us. We have been waiting. I can bet you that they didn't told to send the courier to their address. They mentioned that aramex is the courier company which will do the reverse pick up for naaptol, i don't have to worry. Now they are saying neither they will return money nor they will arrange any reverse pick up. This is seriously cheating and fooling consumer.
