To whom so ever it may concern My order No is 1052515 Its very much shame of your company, that company is not able to refund the amount of Rs. 898/- of the customer and on top it all your executives are using the abuse language or hang up the customer call when they call for the status. My wife calls your customer care everyday but still not received the feedback. We had order the product 05 Sep 2014 and being following up for the refund we receive the chq on 03 Oct 2014 but with spelling mistake and she is continually following up on the same. On 15th Oct when she called on you customer care number your executive Mahesh Pandy has used the foul Lang with her. She is only following up for our money and every time your executives tell her will get the call beck in 24 hrs but till date no revert form past one month. Once she receive the call on 14 oct 2014 afternoons form your backend team saying that they will transfer the money on 14th itself but still date no update. Is this the company ethics first you guys are not paying my money and top it insulting the customer I have written the mail on 19 sep 2014 requesting for the account transfer but still no revert on same I need the update on same Vineet Dhawan

    Dear Sir/Madam, I have bought a sewing machine from Naaptol as per show product demo on TV. I have use it and found it’s not stitch the cloth properly so I complained on customer care many time they connected to me with their technical team to resolve my issue but unfortunately they are not able to solve my issue at last I have sent a mail to Naaptol Support team. They confirm me to solve this issue and take back the product from my house by Blue Drat Currier services. But no one visit my house form any Currier company till yet and yesterday one phone received from Naap-tol company and blame me I have not submit the product to company in warranty time so now they will not replace my product. It’s clearly they are cheating me. Please help in this issue: Note: I have attached my last mailing details with Naaptol support team as proof of this issue.         Dear Sir/Mam i have buy a product "Smart Home 43 Pcs Stainless Steel Storage & Serving Set" on 29 July 2014 from Naaptol website having Order Number:[protected] and i had to paid Rs 1873 (Discount Price by using Coupon Original Price was Rs.2398) to them by cash on delivery. and after the product reached at my home i have unpacked the Parcel and compare the number of pieces i have got in that parcel with number of pieces showing on the websited and i found that only 27 pieces of the product i have got in that parcel and rest were missing means i hope they have not send the full product so 17pieces were missed. i have call them and told about the matter and they asked about the item that was missed and i have give them the full list of missing product and after that they told me to wait for 48 hours and they will arranged callback from their senior.and after that i have again called them after 2 days when they have not give me any reply.and from that 3-4 times whenever i have called them they asked me about the missing product list and i don't know what the customer care executive listen they write the 6-7 pieces in the complain. i have again and again told them to make correction of the missing product list but they have not listen to me. and after some days theytold me they have send the missing product by INDIA POST and they have provided me a tracking number i.e. "ED[protected]IN".and i have tracked the product i found that after 2-3 days of despatched the product from their side i found that on INDIA POST website the Product is delivered to "MRS S LILLI" at "Tirunelveli Pettai S.O" on "19.08.2014" i have told them about the matter and they again give me 48hours waiting to get a revert call from their side and after 48 hours they called me and told me the product was delivered ihave told them i have not get the product because my address was for Damanjodi which is in Odisha but the Product was delivered at Tirunelveli Pettai S.O but they have again give me 48 hous to reinvestigate the case and after 2-3days they again told me they have send the product in my address and they give me the same Tracking number"ED[protected]IN" after that i don't know whether the tracking number was true or they give me false tracking number the postmaster called me to receive the product at postoffice and when i asked for the product at postoffice they told me to pay Rs.2398 cash on delivery chage i have refused to pay and i don't know after that whether the product is return to them or not i called them and said about the matter they again give me 48 hours and after 6-7 days they again told me they send the product in first flight and they provide me a different tracking Number i.e."D[protected]" & when i received the product on 8th october agin they send only 3 spoon and one round canister with it's lid from 17 product they only send me 5 pieces of the product. i have again told them about the matter and the senior executive told me they have send 17 pieces of the product on thw wy there is chance of the product get missing for which they are not resposible.i have asked for refund they told me to return the whole product again due to missing againg and again on the way i have refused to send and told them i want refucnd of only of the missing product Rs.1000 ruppess but they strictly refused me to give refund.. There fore i request you to kindly give attention to my case they a fraud. they cheating with customer.they take the full money and only give the half of the product.they are playing with me nearly from 2 and half months.iwant my refund of Rs.1000 in the form of check please consider and solve my problem.Naaptol is a cheater company.please consider the case. and revert me mail.waiting for your reply.

          i purchased saris and found them faulty. so i returned them back and contacted cutomer care several times to replace them by 8 full size bed sheets set. the replied that the you will receive cash voucher number / code by SMS and then only i will be able to replace the saris by bedsheets.             I have ordered ROTI MAKER from NAAPTOL, (Registered Complaint No:7220168) It is the worst product i have ever seen, I do not understand how they have released the product in to the market without testing how it is working. Showing a tricky video how to make it does not solve the purpose how making roti. When I have called the customer care(No:[protected]) they say that we are unable to make the roti properly as guided. I have clearly told them that I have been trying several time with all possible ways that we can and also as they have instructed. but the answer from them is same. ISSUE: The reason why I have ordered the ROTI MAKER is because, it laborious job to prepare dough and to spread or make it bigger.and with NAAPTOL ROTI MAKER the dough, when kept and pressed, the dough does not spreads or become bigger, so when it does not become bigger, we cannot make roti with it. I also requested customer support to send the NAAPTOL ROTI MAKER EXPERT to send home and show me how to make it then i will accept that I was not making properly and I will be happy with the product, but they say that they do not have that facility. I Request everyone not to buy the products from NAAPTOL in general and ROTI MAKER in particular.             Naaptol Roti Maker is a horrible product. It just does not make roti. Please do not buy it. They just fool you. I bought it 3 months back and its kept aside. I have registered complaints and asked someone to please come home and demonstrate but no one will come. I have sent the product back once to see if the error was in the product that i could not make rotis but they sent it back saying its fine. So how does one make rotis or khakaras like the way its shown on TV. Its just a waste of money. Its rubbish. People are just busy making money and we become fools just by trying to make our lives easier.

                  I have ordered set of seven Kota Doria Sarees from Naaptol (Order Id[protected]. The product quality was very bad and I have asked the Naaptol guys to return back that product and refund my amount but they asked me to call to Aramex Domestic AWB (courier company) to return their product. After lots of follow up and calls, Aramex finally took my order back after around 21 days to pick that order and then I have called to Naaptol customer care to refund back my amount via Cash or Cheque and a senior person from Naaptol was agreed to refund the amount via cheque. Today (after almost a month) I have called to Naaptol customer care and their executive told me that my order id shows that they have refunded my amount. After a lots of discussion he sent me a voucher code on my mobile number but still I don't want to buy any product from naaptol and I need my amount back in either cash or cheque.

                      I purchaged CAR KIT through NAAPTOL and mine order no. Is 10469225 product received around 3/09/2014 and find one of the product is defective as per normal procedure I talked to customer care and they registered the complaint no.7016020 and they give some sort of code for pickup through ARAMAX and defective product is picked up on 18/09/2014 with AWB no. [protected], with doing this I make a contact with NAAPTOL TEAM and updated the issue . A week later again when no respose received from them, I raised the issue and this time they update that a TECHNICAL TEAM will call you and they will give solution, after fews days later i received a call but no any assistance confirmed but while talking with the NAAPTOL TEAM what I can understand that they require more professional experience and a huge gap in communication internally this needs to be corrected if NAAPTOL wants to raise its MARKET professionally . kindly see all these things from your side so that a customer gets some confidence while purchasing any sort of things from NAAPTOL .                         Dear sir, i have ordered new portable car washer id 10469441 on 01 sep 14 . When item with awb no. Cy[protected]in was received it was found that it is defective/not functioning.The problem is conveyed to naaptol customer care which in turn assured that the item will be replaced with in a week.But this is one month now no action has been taken from your side despite of repetetive call made by me to remind your company about this issue.I feel your company is not taking enough initiative to replace the defective item .I want to mention that it is not the first time that i had this horrible experience with your company and after sales department. With this laid back attitude towards cutomer it is evident that naaptol is only interested in selling defective items to customers.Despite of calling your customer care almost everyday they are not taking any action to get this item replaced.In this regard i request you that if your company policy carries some responsibility towars customer satisfaction then please get this item replaced. Had very pathetic experience dealing with your company.

They show some thing different products on the TV and on their website but practically they don't provide the quality products we pay for. In fact, I too had ordered a portable car washer through from Naptol co. and this product is on its way to reach my home as i didn't receive it yet. So i am definitely going to cancel my order too, because i too was not sure about its quality.

                        Naaptol is a pathetic online company. They sell defective and sub standard products and do not deliver the same product as they show on the television and at their website. I ordered an automatic car washer but I received a third class cheap plastic scratchy product which did not work. After my complaint to naaptol they did the reverse pickup from my house and after one week the same product was delivered to my house. Companies like naaptol must be banned in India as they cheat customers. Also if you ask for refund then they will start giving you many excuses n will force you to go for naaptol voucher to buy some other products from them.

                          Sir, i placed an order of american crape sarees with no.10548993 on[protected] through online shopping on[protected].With the help of your support i received my order on[protected] after a long delay.When i opened the parcel, i found that there are only 3 sarees instead of 5 sarees.Among them one is damaged.I suspicion either naaptol team or first flight courier service.Totally i lost the two sarees which the worth of 840/rs among 2098rs.I request you to do justice in this regard.

                            SIR, I AM C.KIRAN KUMAR REDDY PLACED AN ORDER NO.10548993 THROUGH ONLINE SHOPPING IN NAAPTOL ON[protected].THEY GAVE ME AN EXPECTED DATE OF DELIVERY IS[protected].SINCE THEN 20 DAYS WERE OVER NOW.BUT THE ORDER IS NOT REACHED YET.I RAISED THE COMPLAINT MANY TIMES BUT THE NAAPTOL TEAM TOLD THAT AS "track your order in first flight courier service" THE CONSIGNMENT NO.GIVEN BY NAAPTOL IS.                               I had placed an order (No.[protected] on 15.09.2014 for purchase of Electronic Roti Maker.The product was delivered on 17.09.2014 by ARAMEX (NPD via AWB [protected]) and an amount of Rs.2898/- was paid on that day Unfortunately the Product I received is in damaged condition. The indicator attachment is broken and the handle of the Roti maker is not in good condition. I immediately lodged a complaint on the same day i.e. on 17.09.2014 (Complaint No. 7130918). I was advised to call ARAMEX on[protected]A/c Code[protected] for free pick up. I have been contacting ARAMEX since 17.09.2014 for the pick up. ARAMEX given me booking numbers twice ( I 187 D8 E and I22FF81). However, the ARAMEX is yet to pick up the product, even after -8- days for the reasons best known to them. I have been contacting your office on [protected] every day but to no avail. I request the authorities concerned to resolve the problem at the earliest. M Narayanacharyulu

                              I was just about to order this rotimaker and then i thought that why dont i should read its review first, and after knowing reality of this product and their costumer service, i m not buying it. I would rather prefer to go to local store, see the product and then buy a branded product.

                                My complaint no 1- Hi I am Tushar, I have an order(order no[protected] with naaptol on the date of 02/09/2014, still now it is not been shiped/dispatched. and the expected delivery date was 06/09/2014. I have given complaint to their customer care more then 10 times, but they have not taken any action. They don't have the manner how to speak with a customer (Agent name- Ekta Gupta). I an also received a SMS from them that my product will be delivered to me by Blue dirt courier with AWB no-********435 15/06/14 06:35 PM, but still now (14/06/14 07.05 PM) it is showing to me awaiting shipment, one of customer care executive told me, "We are not able to get the right information now, so just wait still tomorrow morning we will get b back to you". So please help me to get my product as soon as possible. My complaint no 2- Hi, When I had given a complaint against them (NAAPTOL) they rejected my order on the date 15/09/14 evening. Also they have changed the courier name from Blue dirt to First flight. When I called the customer service they told me that, "there are no service of blue dirt or your address is not correct so that your order is return back to us" but on the same day morning they told me your product will shipped by 24 hrs to 48 hrs. I have sent you a photo proof of two orders that i have placed. compare this. Please help me to get my product back and take some strong action I request you. If order no 10482040 is delivered to me by 06/09/14 then why the order no[protected] is pending still now?????????????????????????????????????? Please take some strong legal action against Naaptol.com. Thanking you Tushar Das

                                    I suggest to all of you guys don't shop with Naaptol. If one person buy something from Naaptol ..he/she will never go with them.

                                      we ordered jewellery from naptl but we have received damaged goods. Call up and they have taken back the bk goods. more then one month we are waiting there is no reply from naaptal company. we have purchased for 3300 what happen to out money. take immediate action to get back the money

                                        Guys, I have bought a PNY 8000 mah Power bank from this site and the experience was downright horrible. I would have anyday paid 200 extra and got it off Flipkart/ Snapdeal. Pfb the list of complaints 1) The seller is just a random small shop store based in Nehru place, Delhi and does not believe in products in sealed packages 2) They gave me a broken charger whose switch was broken ( The entire concept of e-commerce is based on trust that the seller gives a new/untampered product ) 3) All trouble started when I wanted to send it back ( Read Naptol policy : No refunds and only if replacement is not available will they consider it. You have to bear shipping charges when they ship back to you ( This was not enforced for me, so thanks ! ). If you have any trouble past 2 days, naaptol does not do and also Products need to reach the seller within 10 days for replacement eligibility ( lol ) ) 4) Aramex is the worst courier service I have encountered till now ( You need to call them to arrange reverse pickup ). The complaint I had filed for Aramex is below, Aramex has the longest customer wait times and the persons have the least knowledge about their own services. There is also absolutely no communication between multiple persons involved in the delivery and I would recommend everyone to not use the services. Example: 1) For reverse pickup, there was wrong address in the delivery field. 2) I have to beg the customer reps to put in requests for preferred delivery times( they cannot apparently deliver in the morning ) 3) I had told the delivery personnel that I want the delivery on monday and he had not communicated this and i had to call the reps again 4) You get disconnected if you show any frustration and then you have to wait in call line again. 5) Most arrogant customer service representatives ever who care least about the customer. Call 3300 3300 and see how long it takes to connect for yourself anytime of the day. 5) I packaged it back in their packaging which consist of nothing but a styrofoam in a plastic cover with tape, wrote a lengthy complaint letter and finally sent it back ( you also have to inform naaptol of the shipment number :) as they can't do anything on their own ) 6) No intimation from anyone for a week and suddenly I get an sms saying replacement has been sent 7) The courier guy calls me on a saturday and i tell him to come on monday which does not happen and I have to complain at aramex so that he finally came on wednesday. The new product is also clearly old and seems used but am not willing to go through the pain again.
