I have ordered on 24th Nov 2014 on Naaptol with my credit card, My order id is 11710585, But some issue of address they couldn't delivered order to me. so i have been requested for cancellation and refund, Now it is approx 1 month above when i requested for cancellation & refund. till now they did not refund back to my account. i already been mail to them CEO.i didnt got proper response from them.     Sir, my complaint no is 8039813. Regards to the missing products of air compreser or tool kit. Ur operator says that we will contact me in 24 hrs but no response taking by U.I request u to those products will send on my address urjnt ok bcs I have already payed the amount of the product. Finally tell me what I do. Yet no action taken by u I wiwill regregister a complaint in consumer foum ok. Thnks

    Sir Iwill try to contact to ur senior but ur operator is always holding my calls pls sir i m ur customers from last many years so not do that okk. Our relation is going on very badly so pls take action anotherwise we will take help by court okk I have all recordings of translaion between me and ur operator ok

      I made an online purchase of saree from Naaptol of Rs. 1898 including delivery charges. But the product color was different than shown in the website. So I made a return request of the product and Naaptol gave me the coupon of Rs. 1898. After few days, I made a purchase of Rs. 1168 and used the coupon. It accepted and I got the product. Now after few days, I thought to use the remaining amount of my coupon and tried to made another purchase. But after entering into the website, coupon was not accepted. When I contacted customer care, they are telling me that coupon can be used once only and remaining amount cannot be refunded.They told me that why did not you make a purchase of all the amount. Hearing this, I totally got surprised with their refund policy. They told me that it was communicated to me that coupon can be used once. But I am sure that they never mentioned this anywhere and even did not tell me. So by this stupid policy, customer will lose all the money without any purchase.I requested them to hear the recording whether any customer care executive mentioned me about this. But again they told me that it is against the policy. So how can anyone make any purchase of exact same amount? Why should I buy unnecessary things to redeem coupon?         I have order (order no:[protected] portable room heater from naaptol.com but the product which I have received from them are faulty and damaged. One packaged contain 2 products, from which internal hardware totally broken and for other body is broken. I have launched a complaint (complaint no: 8412557) to return the product for same Naaptol provided blue dart telephone number[protected]/[protected] but both numbers are not working. One[protected]is switched off and other[protected] is ringing but no-one answering the call. Sometime the call has been disconnected from other end for number[protected]. When called on blue dart customer care, they have informed me that blue dart has closed these kind of service. Naaptol not responding, and not giving any confirmation that when my product is replaced or return the money RECEIVED FALUTY AND DAMAGED PRODUCT FROM NAAPTOL.COM

          I order 1 Jewellery set on[protected]. I received it but it was defective. Now i want to return that i complned many time but they are concern they all are speaking lie. They suggested to contact aramax courier. Aramax is not ready to reverse pick up in SURAT. NAPTOL service is very bad. Never buy anything from NAPTOL. Product and service both are horrible. They open this company for teasing the customer not for business.. I can give 0 Star to naptol.My order no is 11798477.

            i purchased a set of 5 bed sheets and was informed that the sheets were made of pure cotton but when i received the sheets, they were made of synthetic material from which we have allergy. When we requested to return the product, the behaviour received from the naaptol representative was totally unacceptable. it has been over a month since my return request but no one has come to take the product. i had once registered a complaint to you (consumer court) and received a call from the naaptol manager Mr. Asis the very day who assured me about the return to be processed but it is all the same now. Please help me out of this.

              Order no. 11377083 for the supply of New Car Compressor etc. was placed on phone on o[protected]. Wrong items were supplied. Therefore complaint sent on[protected]. You accepted the mistake and suggested to sent back the items. Complaint no. 7672343 was registered on[protected]. On your advice items sent back through Blue Dart on[protected]. Your SMS recieved me on[protected] with the following message :- "Dear s.p.s. rerf. your order no. 11377083, we have processed your request for refund . Please expect refund in 10 next working days.Naaptol Team. It is now a month instead of 10 days but with no response". Either immediate action or face prosecution. [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                    My Order No. 11601317 .. Order Placed on 16th Nov 2014.. We got the product with wrong size, so we contacted customer care on 17th November for the replacement and they have taken the request and gave a number as K240411 and told us to return it to the courier boy who comes to collect the product in person. We have returned the product on 25th November but still now we have not received the product. We have contacted the customer care again on 6th December they said sorry and will call us back in 3 days but no calls from them and not even received my product... hope managment will look into this matter seriously ...

                      i ordered a set of 5 bed sheets with naaptol (order no.[protected], complaint no. 8016159) worth Rs.3400 and was informed that the bed sheets were made out of cotton but when i received the product the very next day, it was made out of pure polyester and when i requested the product to be returned, the attitude of the naaptol team was just the opposite i received before i ordered the product. they are not at all being helpful and this kind of attitude can't be accepted. i just want my refund and i would also recommend everybody, not to order products from naaptol

                        I purchase the product on 13-10-14 . I ordered tshirt but the delivery product size is not comfortable. so i request to reverse pickup and i order other product that is pack of 3 RPB tshirt and it is also you sent the wrong product that is low quality shirt that is develivered on24-11-14 after that i raise the request to reverse pickup the product on 25-11-14. But still no response in your side . I am waiting more than two month to purchase a new product. I am very hurt in your service. please take necessary action immediately.

                          I got a damaged long distance VOX led torch through naaptal Order No. 11814195, from day one i am calling coustomer service they are giving some invalid pickup service (blue dart no). when i checked at bluedart customer service they say bluedart has stopped taking return pick up service one moth ago. But they still giving some number when ever i call them. top of that they dont speak in common language (english) only speak in hindi which i dont understand they dont understand english. looks like cheating. never buy products with naaptol planning to raise a case against naaptol.

                            Dear Sir, I am Chandrashekar SK, ordered (Order No.[protected] "Ultimate Sofa cum Bed" for the first time in your Naaptol shopping from home. Item got delivered on 29.11.2014 after paying Rs.3400.00 to the "Aramex" courier. With all excitement I have opened the item and as per instructions in the manual pumped air to the sofa. Within few minutes air started discharging at the backrest of the sofa. I was so depressed of the Item as it was defective. Immediately I called Customer care through no.[protected]. They said to pack up the item as it was earlier. I have packed the item and is kept ready on the same day. From next day on words till today I called so many times to the costumer care and Aramax courier for free pickup on no.[protected] and[protected]. They never came to pick up the Item. I am very very disappointed with your bad service. Though your company has got ISO 9001 certified, I am wondering how come this will happen to the new customer. I made a list of items to buy through your shopping online. But now I came to the conclusion that buying product online is very dangerous as nobody will take responsibility after delivering the product. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. But it is very disappointing an disheartening that i have not got my refund amount till now. Everytime i talk to ur customer exectuive, they are not at all cooperative and seems they are not qualified enough t o understnd your problem . One executive Mr Avinash Thakur, his behaviour was so illiterate and displeasent that next time i would not like to buy anything from Napptol.                                   Dear sir/ madam, i have booked a gold coin from naaptol on 23rd september under order no. 10754946 which never delivered to me, i have no idea its couriour company fault or naaptol... they agree to refund my money in naaptol money { i.e which i only spend on their site } but i refused that at that time bcz i dont want my money like that. now they are giving me some silly excuses and making it my fault { i suspected that the person handeling my case has some sort of pressure of closing it } and not returning my money... please do guide me or help me with the case... thanks and regards Subhash yadav

                                    ntact Us Careers Show more.. menu akosha logo search #1133899 My Naaptol Complaint Filed on: 10/10/2014 | Loss amount: Rs. 1699.0 I ordered one Air Sofa cum Bed for Rs 4397 on Naaptol website and it was delivered to me in delayed manner and more over the product was a defective one. Thn I again complained about the defect, the response was taken up after one month and the item was taken back. After taking back the item, they took another one month to respond about the same. Neigther item replacement nor cash refund was given to me. And instead they messaged me one coupon voucher for the same ammount and I can purchase any thing from thier web site for that ammount. I ordered one room heater for Rs 2698 and again when I tried to purchase another item for rest of the ammount web site denied. I rangup to call centre regarding, the voucher was only one time use. And now the voucher is invalid. But my compalaint is, it was Naaptols fault who sent me defective piece. I spent money to avail something, but my money was blocked for more than 2-3 months above all this now I am a looser of Rs 1699.                                       Hi, This is to inform that www.naaptol.com is cheating people like anything. I have placed an order for "Westinghouse Electric Steam Sterilizer" on 9th November 2014. The order number for the same is 11497187. They kept on increasing the date for delivery and it has not been received yet. Whenever I post a complain on their website, they close it immediately without even giving the solution. Now they say that the product has been shipped on 27th Nov 2014 but they do not have the tracking number for the item shipped. I want to understand how a shipment is possible without tracking number. This is clear case of cheating and fraud where they are unable to fulfil the order, hence taking excuses and prolonging the dates for delivery. The product ordered was not a luxury product but a necessity product for small baby. How can a service provider be so negligent on such part. Please check all the dates in the attached file. It still says that the delivery will happen by 11th Nov 2014. I request you to take immediate action on these people so that they don't do this to anyone else who is in need. Either they should not list the product on their portal or they should fulfill the commitment if they have listed the same. This is a crime against common people.                                         Please note I have received the order no Order ID : 11830920.Today 3rd Dec 2014 (Attached photo of condition & Invoice) VERY DISSAPPOINTED to say the watch is Damaged and in very bad condition as if it has been used & dumped in the Junkyard for 6 months prior delivery.
