hi i am mr. amit kumar.my order no. is 9763156.naptol delivered me product on 7-7-2014.after opening it i found its quality is very poor and not matched as shown on television.i call them and they assured me me within 2 days its return back.but that 2 days never came.i call them regularly and they said the same every time that within 2 days.and after more than 1 months product is with me.i am very much frustrated .big amount of money is wasted due to them.they are fraud.i request here to do something ...and pleazzzz help me return my money.

On opening the packet, it is found that two items viz. 1) Jack & 2) Tools Kits were not available. This is not expected from a reputed company like yours.       Had ordered a dress online on the 1st of August 2014. ( Order ID :[protected] Was informed that the order will be delivered on the 4th August. Today 7th August I have still not received my order and called the customer service at +[protected] and was shocked to hear that the order was just lying in their office till the 4th!! I would not recommend people to fall apray for these false commitments.

          Hi Team, I am Ashish Taneja who has ordered a product from Naaptol on 30th April 2014. The product was sent across in 5-6 days and was shipped as a defective product. On speaking to Naaptol team, they asked to return the defective product back to the team and they will refund the amount back on the credit card. The product was returned in May itself, but there was no refund sent across. Inspite of requesting for another Complaint 6441076 and speaking to floor manager Mr. Deepak, I had not received the refund amount though it was confirmed to me on 27th June 2014 that the amount will be credited back in 3 working days. It'd given a reminder call on 4th Aug and spoke to Mr. Sohail Ansari and Mr. Mahammad Vishan but they showed their helplessness to provide any help and mentioned that they will route the request to Back end team. Its been 4 months and there is no communication and resolution by Back end team. Thanks, Ashish Taneja

            My order deliver on 19.07.2014
            1.But when i switch on
            My hand set no sound is coming after all sound settings where enable but
            No sound.
            2.When some one call me only hand set is vibrate no ringtone
            Is coming.
            3.Earpiece volume is very low.
            4.Earphone pin in-out not
            Smoothly very tight. I call ur naaptol team the technical person said
            This is speaker problem.We replace the set &; give the courier
            Boy no & address to pickup the set so i call the courier boy for
            Pickup. I buy this mobile for my mom birthday gift but mom not like
            This because of problem comming in the set so my mom call naaptol team
            &; said that pls don't replace this same set the person tell that
            U choose another mobile on our naaptol site lots of brands are there.
            But u first deliver this set to our team &; we genrate the
            Voucher then u call for ur order u choose.They told that we refund the
            Cash voucher but no refund till date. No response from naaptol.Com

              i have ordered a i ball pendrive. instead of i ball they had deleverd sandik pendrive.i have complained about that but they told tat return it and i will delivered i ball prndrive . after 1 year they didn't return pendrive or my money. plz take action against it. Thank you

                  Partial delivery of ordered product I had ordered a product advertised by Naaptol, and i order the product of two quantity for each order: 9925503, 9925504, 9925201.They delivered the product with only 1 product in three of the order.On contacting them, the reply was that their dealer supplying the product couldn't provide the rest of the product. They then sent a mail saying they would send me a refund voucher within 2-3 days, for which I could purchase something else from their site. I called back after 1 wk of not receiving the voucher & they informed they would process the same. It has been five days till date & I have not received the voucher as yet. I have already informed them twice, that I do not wish to receive a refund voucher from them, as I have no intention of buying anymore products from their irresponsible site. I demand either a complete quantity of the product or a complete refund.

                      I ordered this product and I paid it online using my card. They told me that I will receive the product on 15th July 2014( Tuesday). Now today is 22nd July 2014 and when ever I call them and ask them to connect to the manager or supervisor, they put me on hold for 10 minutes every time. They asked me to call Aramax. The Aramax company people said that "No Order has been placed on this Name or Number" We are very disappointed and please do the necessary action against this issue.                         TO WHOM MAY IT CONCERN

                        Recently i had receive from email Ms Mansi Joshi she said the amount will be credited in my account in 4 working days but it doesn't came yet.

                        I am sending you this Email to say how appalled I am at the service I have received from your company. I was advised by friends to order from Naaptol but I wished I hadn't.

                        I ordered an Havells Maestro 1320mm Special Finish Color Ceiling Fan on 3rd July and because it did not arrive I phoned on the 9th July to cancel it . I spoke to a lady in customer service who did not speak English properly which I found very frustrating as it was hard to describe the problem. She did say the order was cancelled and the money would be refunded into my bank account. As to this date no money has been received.

                        This is extremely unsatisfactory as I am wasting my time and money and If the money is not put back into my account I will take seriously further action. I want it back as soon as possible into my account and I am sending the proof of Bank statement which i paid through Net-banking.

                        This is not a way to run a business regardless of the amount spent.

                        This is certainly no way to treat your customers and if the money is not returned in the next 48 hours which Ms Mansi Promised me I will approach the cyber crime investigation team against your company.

                        Please find the attachment copy of bank statement.

But still I didn't received any status of my courior from naaptol as well as aramex courior service even after complaining by 3 times... I have not received my parcel or money back from naaptol.com. please resolve this matter ASAP.

                            I have ordered a Fastrack P182BK2F Sunglass on Naaptol on 12th July morning. They informed it would reach me on 14th. But I'm quite embarrased that today is 17th July and the seller had not yet shipped my item. The naaptol Customer Care is also neglecting the matter.

                              | have purchased digital alaram clock with digital camera in silver color from naaptol site.They have handed defective piece.Camera is not working all and replacement of this product is within 15 days.Whenever I have phoned naaptol sale person they will keep a call on long hold then they will say our technician department will see.Within 48 hours you will get a phone call from our side.All in vain.Still am waiting for response.

                                  I have ordered Blackberry bold 9900 mobile device using order no : 9724388 via naaptol which was meant to be a birthday gift for my dad, it was displayed in the site mentioning 2 days of delivery. Ordered the product on 02nd July and the expected delivery was mentioned as 04th July. Before making the order called up the customer service desk to ensure this product will be delivered within the date mentioned and the they responded positively. Liek everyone i had positive hopes on the delivery and 04th July passed without getting any response from naaptol service team. Even after 7 days of placing order there had been no communication attempts form naaptol. For past 3 days have been continuously calling customer service desk to know the delivery date but all attempts in vain. The so called "support executives" are made to attend these calls just for name sake and speaking to them will ruin your entire day. These people speak rubbish and does not know english properly and keeps shuffling their languages between hindi and english. They do multiple frauds to neglect the caller by muting the line, else keeping the call on hold in view that they are doing a check on the order or complaint. When i spoke to them, they revealed that any order placed in naaptol will take min of 7 to 10 working days to deliver. When i asked them about the date mentioned in website stating 2 days, they nodded saying it might be a mistake. Though 7 days are over and still the product has not been delivered, when enquired today they mentioned its in process and it might get delivered within 10 days. OMG !!! another 10 days ?? So in total as per them i need to wait close to half a month (15-20 days) and yet have to see whether the product gets delivered. I am hopeless with naaptol service and would not recommend anyone to purchase any kind of item from this fraudsters. My wish and expectations to gift this item to my dad on his birthday has been ruined by these set of people. My suggestion to all would never to order any item from this place, its the worst one i have encountered in my online shopping experience. My word to naaptol is to correct their operational methods and understand that customer satisfaction is an important aspect for your survival. Order No : 9724388 Complaint No : 6514384, 653251 ... I received this order on[protected], the problem is that the quality of product even it is manufacturing vies or material vies is very bad, very cheap and third class, in the local market you can get that watches in only Rs.100 per pcs. and you people charging 1098 for that.                                       Non delivered the product
                                      I ordered the product from Naaptol with advance payment on 12.6.2014. the ordered good sent via Aramex courier on 16.6.2014 but the aramex courier nagpur branch hold the product in nagpur from 17.6.2014 to 26.6.2014 and inform to me via mail, they are unable to delivered the product in amravati 444606 due to non service area. If aramex unable to serve in amravati, why the product picked up for delivery by aramex. And why the naaptol sent the product through Aramex. I complaining many time to Naaptol and Aramex in this regards but the response from naaptol and Aramex is very poor.
                                      Finally the product has been returned to naptol by aramex on 26.6.2014. But neither the product resend by naaptol nor the refund done by the naaaptol.
