I have ordered Rajai ( blanket) from naaptol. It was worth of 2300 RS. Courier person took money and gone. Both blankets are completely torn and defective. I called for replacement. I was following for 4 weeks to replace my blankets. I didn't get my blankets ( replaced once) back. Naptol has worst services ever. Never buy anything from Naaptol.

I have ordered ( order no. 9919924 ) nine georgetted sarees the same was delivered by the blue dart courier service( AWB no.[protected]) with defect on 28.7.2014 and the same was returned back to the Blue dart courier service on the next day 29.7.2014 itself. Moreover i have spoken over phone to your one of your naaptol service team member. he has also accepted the defect and assured that he will send another set of the same sarees ordered yet (30/8/2014) i have not received the same.
I have never experienced such a worst online shopping from your naaptol service, yet what is the action taken for my complaint order No.6698309, if no reply is received within three days i am sorry to say that i will proceed for legal proceedings under consumer protection Act, as i have already consulted my lawyer regarding this matter. My father ordered a 50 pcs stainless steel set, to give a suprise. It was cash on delivery. Person who came to deliver product took 3153/-, but product value was only 2284/-. As my father was purchasing for first time, he was misleaded n paid 3153/- After that I am following with Naaptol people Since 3rd June and they jut keep on tellin somebody will call me in 24 hrs/48hrs but nobody calls. Sometime they keep my call on hold for halh-half hour and than disconnect. Its like mental torture. Even product size is misguiding, not worth the money mentioned by them and shown on tv.. I requested them to take back order and refund full 3153/- but nothing has happen sine 3rd June. My complaint no. at naaptol is -6292197. I bought a roti maker from naaptol.com and it wasn't good enough. I received my registered complaint request on 8th august 2014 and today is 22nd august and no action has been taken. I have wasted lot of my money on follow up calls and they are very much not interested in customer.

I booked a product in Naaptol on 6th July 2014 and the order ID is 9769551. Due to poor quality I have returned the product back to them and got the package received confirmation message on 23rd July 2014. I have waited for 15 days to get the reorder coupon. On 9th August 2014, I called the customer service and raised a complaint and the complaint ID is 6787560. They informed that I will receive the message in 24-48 hours but I haven't got any message. I tried calling them once in 2 days but I got the same reply as "I will be receiving the message with in next 5-10min". Couple of 2 days back I contacted the CC supervisor Mr. Naveen and he told me that he will be sending the message again as well as email me but till now I didn't got the SMS and email. Today afternoon at 1:35 I call the CC and one Mr. Sugan gupta attended the call and told me that he triggered the SMS and I will be getting it in 5min... Still the status remains the same.

Hi Team, I bought a led projector from "www.naaptol.com" which promised to provide good display/HD display. I purchased it for the purpose of teaching students. The projector's display is so bad that I can't make out anything displayed on the screen. I called customer care the next day of receiving it however they were not cooperative. I have return this product, but they are not refunding the amount. Please help. Order No. 9983725

As per order No:10165434 of Roti Maker Electric, there is a problem of Operating with Electric Roti maker . The problem is there is electric shock s of operating with electric roti maker, so kindly sovle this problem other wise repleace my product as soon as possible. The problem of this is not solve by your customer service.

Hi, I have been a member of NAAPTOL since 2012 and had done some shopping in Dec'12 & Feb'13 totall amounting to close to 16K. As per their schemes on every purchase you make you earn Reward Points & gets into "In Progress" bucket for the admin team of NAAPTOL to verify and transfer the points to "Your Earned Points". I had my last purchase done on 14Feb2013 and had accumilated around 652 points under "In Progress" bucket post which i have never seen the points move to "Your Earned Points" till i made repeted complains till date. Few days back they moved 500 points to "Your Earned Points" after constant followups and escalation. I have wasted a lot of time with their customer care executive, supervisors, managers & backend team. My telephone bill is more than the cost of the points now :) but just want to let people know that NAAPTOL is a cheat website with pathetic customer care. I would love to put in names of the supervisors, managers & backend team members namere here but they are just doing their jobs with a pathetic useless company. I have lost hopes to getting the points and will stop all followups & will definetly blog over social media so that no other person gets involved with such cheats.

I have ordered Jewellery set for my mother, but still it was not delivered, every time wen i call them they ready to say sorry and with in 2 more days it will be delivered, but still not. please help me to return my money.

hi i am mr. amit kumar.my order no. is 9763156.naptol delivered me product on 7-7-2014.after opening it i found its quality is very poor and not matched as shown on television.i call them and they assured me me within 2 days its return back.but that 2 days never came.i call them regularly and they said the same every time that within 2 days.and after more than 1 months product is with me.i am very much frustrated .big amount of money is wasted due to them.they are fraud.i request here to do something ...and pleazzzz help me return my money.

Had ordered a dress online on the 1st of August 2014. ( Order ID :[protected] Was informed that the order will be delivered on the 4th August. Today 7th August I have still not received my order and called the customer service at +[protected] and was shocked to hear that the order was just lying in their office till the 4th!! Hi Team, I am Ashish Taneja who has ordered a product from Naaptol on 30th April 2014. The product was sent across in 5-6 days and was shipped as a defective product. On speaking to Naaptol team, they asked to return the defective product back to the team and they will refund the amount back on the credit card. The product was returned in May itself, but there was no refund sent across. Inspite of requesting for another Complaint 6441076 and speaking to floor manager Mr. Deepak, I had not received the refund amount though it was confirmed to me on 27th June 2014 that the amount will be credited back in 3 working days. It'd given a reminder call on 4th Aug and spoke to Mr. Sohail Ansari and Mr. Mahammad Vishan but they showed their helplessness to provide any help and mentioned that they will route the request to Back end team. i have ordered a i ball pendrive. instead of i ball they had deleverd sandik pendrive.i have complained about that but they told tat return it and i will delivered i ball prndrive . after 1 year they didn't return pendrive or my money. plz take action against it. Thank you

Partial delivery of ordered product I had ordered a product advertised by Naaptol, and i order the product of two quantity for each order: 9925503, 9925504, 9925201.They delivered the product with only 1 product in three of the order.On contacting them, the reply was that their dealer supplying the product couldn't provide the rest of the product. They then sent a mail saying they would send me a refund voucher within 2-3 days, for which I could purchase something else from their site. I called back after 1 wk of not receiving the voucher & they informed they would process the same. It has been five days till date & I have not received the voucher as yet. I have already informed them twice, that I do not wish to receive a refund voucher from them, as I have no intention of buying anymore products from their irresponsible site. I demand either a complete quantity of the product or a complete refund.

I ordered this product and I paid it online using my card. They told me that I will receive the product on 15th July 2014( Tuesday). Now today is 22nd July 2014 and when ever I call them and ask them to connect to the manager or supervisor, they put me on hold for 10 minutes every time. They asked me to call Aramax. The Aramax company people said that "No Order has been placed on this Name or Number" We are very disappointed and please do the necessary action against this issue.
