      I ordered this product on the above date and i got a different and used product after 15 days. I complained about it with naaptol customer care, they sent a courier service to collect the product free of cost and assured to replace it with the original product within 7 days. After the given time period I had called the customer care for about 12 times and they are still not delivering the product and it has been 2 months now since I ordered the product. I called again to ask for a cash back and that I do not wish to purchase any product from the site, they assured to call again after 24 hours to resolve this issue and they haven't called yet.

        i ordered a hdmi projector 2 month back. i got the product through courier who took money and did not let me check the product. when i checked the product it was faulty. i complaint in naaptol, they said call blue dart courier, they will take the product from your house free of cast and we will replace it with new one. i called them 10 times, they made excuses and did not come. i complaint to naaptol, even they also wasted my time and i did not get relief. its going to be a 2 month and no action is taken. if this time my problem is not fixed i will file case in consumer court for cheating the customer. my order no is 9056267 list of my complain no is[protected]

          i am having Problem with refunding of defective and worst quality dress material's, which i ordered through naaptol.com, myorder id is 9466912 and A/c Code is 113260. I have called lots of time to naaptol executive and they assured me to that the good will be refund but yet no one from courier company or naaptol helping me out from this problem.

          The thing is that i m not going to use the dress material at any cost because that was to bad and worst to wear. if they refund then ok, otherwise i will never use naaptol in future for online purchasing. This was my first time shopping with naaptol, and experience with the product was bad.

            Order ID : 9571525 Pogo 16 Jar Revolving Multipurpose Rack - White & Orange I bought a Pogo 16 kithcen set for table. The price they charged is Rs. 999+ 299( shipping). Srange when I asked them why so much shipping charge? Their answer was that they want to send goods safely LOL. I beleived on Naaptol and bought the product. To my surprise the same product was available on SNAPDEAL, flipkart and ebay at a very very low price. At SNAPDEAL - it was only 677 with no shipping charges. I called to Naaptol and the response I got was disheartning. They dont speak with the customers nicely also. They are looting the customers from all sides( be it delivery, price, quality ). The quality is also bad compared to others like flipkart( which I think is best). They normally charge 30-40% more than the market price. Here in my case- Snapdeal - Rs 677 Naaptol - Rs 999+ 299= 1248 so it is around 40% more than the price offered at Snapdeal.                 I G.Sreenivasulu, Anantapur, AP, Ordered Set of 3 Ishin American Crepe Printed Saree Combo28 vide Ordered Order No. 9401278 and took delivery on by paying 1098-00. After delivery I found that, Out of three different sarees of red, blue and yellow.. Two red sarees ond blue sarees were packed and sent to me instead of one yellow saree.I called the Naaptol customer executive and complained. He advised me to send back through courier. The courier charges for sending back itself is Rs.100-00 and another Rs.100/- for receiving through courier which iam suppose to bear. It clearly shows the negligent and deceiving attitued of Naaptol towards the customers as they cant send back bearing the courier charges which is radiculous on their part.

                  You have dispaly the product in good quality but the product got delie`vered is not the same.

                    I haveordered a product more than 4 months they have still not give my product andevery time I call they say we will call back in 24 hrs but I don’t get a call.                     you are absolutely correct Tina..
                    Becoz they cheated with me too, I have ordered on Naaptol 8months ago for Iball cell phone,
                    I have got cellphone in Rs.1500/-, phone was poor condition, very slow process, when i have inserted my both sim in the phone, there are no any tower for both sim, and poor sound quality. I have tried to contact them but they were not responding me correctly.
                    I lost my money,

                    So, My Advice to all buyer don't trust on Naaptol.. This is fraud company.

                      I had bought one roti maker from naaptol.com .When I tried the product I got electric shock from the body of the roti maker. Therefore with precaution like using a dry clothe and wearing sandal i tried to make rotis withe help of the appliance but to my disappointing it was not at all helpful as it is not making the kind of rotis they are show in their advertisemnt . They are totally deceiving their customers .When i tried to review the product in ther website the did not update my review comments in their review comments column . When I told them that I want my money back, they told me that they cannot return the money back but they can replace it(though on theri website they have mentioned that they have provision for refunding money for faulty products).After so many days also they have not came to pick the product for replacement Order No 9176018.                           Product received on May-19 and same day we made two calls to register the complaint again made a call by May-21. Still now no response and today again 28th May we called and said my complaint has not registered. I need to get the replacement set immediately .

                            I order an AIR SOFA CUM BED through mobile. I got delivery on 24 apl 2014 .As soon as i got the product i did all the test to verify its durability obviously i filled it with air. And when it got confirmed i got a defective piece, i immediately called the customer care and lodged complaint regarding missing parts of air filling caps.

                                Return of my cash of return product

                                Firstly, I have to purchase a saree from Naaptol of Rs.1081/- through order no. 8790899 on dated:03/04/2014 but the quality of saree is very rough so, I have to return that saree on dated:05/04/2014 and Naaptol has been provide my cash back in the form of gift voucher code on dated: 24/04/2014 after given much mails/phone calls from my end.

                                Secondly, From that gift voucher code I have to purchase a Sun flame pressure cooker...

                                  Sir/Madam, I ordered a FLY F45Q Phone online under reference said above. I received this mobile phone on yesterday. But this phone is not working properly. It's back speakers/ringtone speakers are not working. Kindly provide me the replacement of the product with new mobile phone and collect the defective product from me. Regards

                                    I ordered Mini Silai sewing machine for Rs 1999/- plus delivery charges 399/- through Naaptol online shopping. From the day of delivery it is not working properly. The thread from the bobbin is not picked by the needle. how many times I contacted Naaptol everytime they will suggest somethings to do but that also wont work. I raised concern in Naaptol also and till now they have not resolved. I wasted total of 2398/- Rs. They are not ready to re-imburse the amount or exchange the product. Atleast they can send some person in order to check whether the device is working properly or not. I am very much dissatisfied with this service. Recently i wrote a review about the product in Naaptol and they didn't publish that review itself. They will just publish the reviews which are in favor of them.

                                    Thank you consumer compliants forum. The naaptol people took back the defect sewing machine and they initiated refund and I got my full amount back. Thank you for resolving the compliant. I also thank you Naaptol for atleast they took care of the concern about the customer and refunded the amount. I suggest Naaptol to deliver proper, defectfree goods in future.

                                      I placed order #8698032 on 24th March to redeem my payback points but order could not complete due to network issue while paying for the remaining amount by credit card. My payback points were already redeemed. Its been 17 days and those points are still not back in my account. They had earlier replied saying, points will be back in 3-4 days, later said it might take 10 days. Neither payback nor Naaptol are replying or calling back to follow up on this. I had also informed saying points are expiring on 31st March so it would be good if they can revert back those so that I can redeem them again but no action is being taken. For order # 8697562, I reported about poor fabric quality and no brand mention on the apparel, but they dont have any reverse pick up. There have been no call backs to resolve queries about me shipping hte product to them.

                                      I got a call from the courier company saying they have been contacted for reverse pick up but they have no service in my area. Please get in touch with company like Bluedart which definitely have service in my area. I had informed you about the same on call as well. Also I have not got any call back about payback issue.
                                      I checked my payback account and have not got 198 points back as mentioned by you. Please check with your team who informed that these are transferred back to me.
