    bought a spice stellar pad mi-1010 from Naaptol. My order ID is 6171808. Once I bought the pad with in 2 week there was problem in the display. I am contacted the service center and they took 24 days for replacement. they changed the new display. After a week tablets not turned on. There is a problem with the battery. I am sent to Naaptol and they have been changed the battery. While returning the product they have missed out the headset. I am made a complaint for the same still I am not received my head set yet. After 2 days of the battery replacement Front camera has stopped working. Went to service center again they took 21 days to replace the camera. From the replaced camera it works for 2 days only again its not working, there was a back light issue and in the white back ground image I found that there is a color difference in the display. Now calculate the date which I have used my tablet!!! I send the product back for replacement but your team again send back with me and they are telling that it's got damaged. When i send through Blue Dart courier there is no physical damage. but you people are telling that its got damaged. Naaptol service people only broked my Tablet display I have proof for that. and I am suggested my friend's and family members to never buy any product in Naaptol. This is my first and last product in this. Very very very very very very worst service.

      I have placed an order on November 30, 2013 through Naaptol.com for ZYNC Cloud Z5 DUAL SIM Android 4.0 (3G Phablet). A full payment of Rs. 5306 was made for this. Till date, I have not received the product as this order has not even shipped despite me making enquiry calls for the last one week and complaint calls everyday since the last 4 days. I am always told that this order will be shipped immediately but no action gets taken.

        Do Not Trust Naaptol At All! The organization is full of blatant liars, cheats and fraudsters. On 21st November I ordered a room heater from them on 21st Nov. Somebody rang immediately to verify and the order was confirmed. "order will be dispatched in 2-3 days" they SMSed me. This was a lie. On 26th Nov (5 days later - not 2-3) they sent an SMS with an AWB No saying that the item was in transit to me. This was a lie. It did not arrive even by 30 November so rang their helpline and the girl tells me that my item is "ready for dispatch". When asked what the AWB no they had sent me on 26th was, she had no reply but insisted that the item was ready and to picked up by the courier. On 4th December I get one more lie emailed to me. It claimed that the heater was lying with the supplier and would reach 2-3 days after it was picked up. No mention of when it would be picked up. Another lie. Actually, nobody in Naaptol has any idea what is going on. They are all accomplished liars and bluffers. I expect the next message to me will claim the item is being manufactured specially and exclusively for me!

            I have ordered for Mega Audio Car speakers - model#: MAS669. The order was for 4 speakers, but received just 2. Complaint was registered with them on the same day. Everyday they call me asking for details and every person contacting me provides different info. I was told by at least 3 to 4 people saying that they will refund the money. Today someone called saying they will not provide any refund and he refused to provide his details with department info. Also he disconnected the call when I asked him to give his name and asked for his manager. There is no transparency with customer and have to wait when they will call. They don't have a office in Bangalore to walk in and talk to them and they are not providing any proof. This is big time online cheating company. This issue is going on from past 2-3 weeks and need solution at the earliest, else I shall take action against them.

Anand Ephremnath, I have ordered a set of 9 Akansha Georgette Sarees on 03.11.2013, and my order ID is 7525986 through Cash on Delivery mode, but I have received an empty parcel with the same order ID 7525986. I have complained in customer care of Naaptol, they registered the compliant on this and the complaint numbers are 5314175 and 5316615. Till now I didn’t get any proper response on this. Naaptol should refund my full money or I should get my original order otherwise I will take necessary official action on this. And onething I didn’t expect this much worst behavior and response from the leading Naaptol.

I called to customer care no of naaptol but reply was frustrating. they told me to wait for their call only and then register your problem to company.                             Naaptol, I placed an order for a leather jacket as per Times of India information. The jacket was delivered to me on 29th of October. The order number was 7440330. Before placing the order I had called customer service that whether the product was of pure leather. The associate informed me that it was GENUINE 100% PURE leather. When the wrong product was delivered to me I enquired again about the material and was informed that the jacket that I will be receiving as replacement will be of synthetic leather. I was agitated and asked the associate why the wrong information was passed on to me while placing the order. Henceforth the customer associate filed a complaint regarding my concern as I insisted on cancelling the order. The complaint number was 5253142 and I was told that I will receive a call from the concerned department within 48hours. I received a call on 30th evening and spoke to an unprofessional executive who agreed t whatever I said and hung up the call on me. When I asked whether it was original leather he stated that it wasn’t at first and later said yes. He was not listening to my concern and was narrating his speech as per norms. I have a few concerns. 1) Why was I told that it was GENUINE 100% PURE leather while placing the order? 2) The customer associate on escalation call was so unprofessional. Do Naaptol have such business etiquettes while dealing with their customers? I will drag the matter forward and I will not accept any product on replacement. You can send it across but I will have it returned from my doorsteps. I am also going to pursue the matter in consumer forum if I do not get a satisfactory answer.                               Sir, I am appalled and disgusted by the level of customer services that Naaptol.com has to offer. Never in my life have I come across such a bad service. I actually can't even put into words how awful it is. I paid for the HTC One mini (Silver) through my debit card i.e Rs 25, 849 on 05, October 2013 and still did not receive the phone. My Order ID is 7299589. Payment was done on BILL DESK i.e through Debit Card I was told that the Product dispatching issue will be thoroughly checked on PRIORITY BASIS. FORGET PRIORITY, THE PRODUCT WAS NEVER TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION. I think I have called Naaptol Customer Care 80 times and I am not exaggerating. I have literally called them many times. Earlier, Naaptol customer care personnel told me that there were some Dispatching Issues. Every time I used to call them, they used to give the same EXCUSE. I am astonished. I trusted NAAPTOL. I wanted to gift this phone to my Friend. My prestige got deteriorated. I cannot take this any more. After almost one month they tell me “Sir, We cannot give you the product because Naaptol.com made an AMOUNT ERROR to Rs 25999”. After a month they gave this reason and refunded the amount without even contacting me. I cannot understand. I have been mentally harassed by the customer care personnels of naaptol.com When I told the senior personnel that I will file a case on Consumer Court because they did not give me the product after receiving the amount, harassed me, lied to a CUSTOMER and Hampered my Prestige, they replied “Aapko jo karna hai karo”(Do whatever you want). I am astonished the way they talk to a CUSTOMER . I need this product anyhow with the Compensation. I am tired of all this. It is too irritating. I feel like they spat on my face. I have been waiting weeks for a call back from a supervisor and nobody has the common decency to make the call. Through no fault of my own What a joke, I will be finding out where I stand legally. YOUR ASSURITIES STAND NOWHERE AND THIS TIME THEY AGAIN LEFT ME DISSAPOINTED AND DISGUSTED by the EXTREMELY PATHETIC service which they have provided me. EVEN PATIENCE HAS CERTAIN LIMITS. Every time i have waited for 28 days and this is what i end up with. I have already passed on my disgust to everyone I know, just in case they would even think of buying from Naaptol.com.                                 I had ordered Mini pc from your website the order details are as under. I have complained about this product not working since delivered that it is not working. On calling numerous times and wasting money on telephone calls. I was promised that the courier would collect the piece back and send me a new piece. Neither has anyone from any courier arrived nor has anyone from Naaptol contacted me. I find Indian companies like yours absolute cheats.                                   Hello Team,

                                  I have received wrong product for 7301788. I have raised ticket for exchange of product, Naaptol provided me blue dart account no-113260. I have raised multiple time pick tt, however no body coming my place to pick product they only give false commitment of pick-up in 24 hrs. For ref blue dart pick tt: 16306 & 23924 and few tt id i have not noted.

                                  Now could you please provide me the reason why it's happening. Is it [censored]ing service normal from naaptol or bluedart. You guys only waiting return deadline to finish so you need to exchange the product.

                                  It's fraud that’s naaptol doing with collaboration of bluedart.

                                  guys i would suggest do not visit on naaptol site even by mistake...

                                    Unfortunately I have seriously unpleasant experience shopping with Naaptol.

                                    I went through this product while browsing on your website

                                    Transcend JetFlash 760 TS16GJF760 16GB USB 3.0 Pen Drive
                                    But your transaction page with bundled offers is very misleading which resulted in placing wrong order.

                                    I would not recommend Naaptol to anyone.

                                    I received the product on 17th Oct 2013 and to my surprise its 8 GB instead of 16 GB.

                                    Also i was looking to buy similar looking USB 3.0 however i received USB 2.0.



                                    Naaptol is setting up very wrong expectation and standard to the online shopping Industry.

                                    Appreciate if you can please help me get refund or exchange the product with Sandisk Cruzer Extrmer or Ultra 16 GB.

                                      This is the worst product i have ever received from any orders placed online. By i mean, i would never use it. I ordered the below

                                      Sukkhi 57 pcs dinner set (Silver) - mar004
                                      06 aug 2013 1499.00 order delivered
                                      Picture shows sukkhi dinner set and looks great. But when i actually received it, it was not sukkhi. It was some crappy roadside brand for which i pais rs 1499. What a waste of money. As bad as the product was the stupid customer service. No replacement. No cash back. No service & hell loads of hangups.
                                      I called them rigorously for 3 days but got no help. I was away for a while & have just come back to india. So how can i forget my experience with naaptol.
                                      I will now ensure that these guys have a bad reputation on every social network website that i know of starting with facebook. I have an access to thousands & thousands of people on facebook & i intend to few the traumatic experience on facebook warning people not to even visit the website. If required will go to a consumer court because my hard earned money is not a joke. Naaptol sucks. So do their products. This was my first experience with napptol and my last and will make sure it's the last experience for many many others too.
                                      I am a very very agitated and a dissatisfied customer who got nothing but hangups from their customer service people. It was not even the product that i ordered.

                                        I had bought a sony ericsson mobile phone from naaptol.com (Xperia M). As soon i got the product (after a delayed delivery, order no 7146421, ordered on 14th sep 13 and received on 29th sep 2013) i opened it and found that it has a micro sim slot rather than general sim card slot. I called the naaptol customer care regarding my concern that it has a micro sim slot and it was not mentioned anywhere in the product description. Even after many followup they did not respond properly; when i marked a mail CCing NCH they reverted me with a solution that I have to cut the simcard to fit into the slot. I dont want to cut the sim to fit into the slot, neither I am going to buy another simcard to use the mobile phone, I want to return the product.
