I was supplied with a Defective Tablet. Though Naaptol has agreed for replacement of the item, there is no help whatsoever thereafter. Now I am stuck with this Defective piece of Tablet in hand.
Request Help immediately as I wanted this piece to be gifted to my son on his birthday.

    On 11th January 2014, I ordered 5 sarees, as advertised in TOI. In a week’s time got the packet and I paid the agreed amount including delivery charges. However, on opening the package, I found all sarees of the same base colour but different prints/borders. The advertisement in TOI showed one red and one black/blue body colour, which was not there in the package. When phoned Naptool, a representative profusely apologised for the mistake and asked me to return the packet with a promise to ship the correct set. It took a while for me to return as we had to phone aramex and schedule a time to pick up the parcel. Finally, the package was returned on 28th January 2014. Having not received the correct packet in a week’s time, we phoned Naptool several times and spoke to a host of representatives, who all parrot-spoke for the inconvenience caused and promised replacement despatch “in a couple of days” etc. Finally, I received the replacement packet on 13th February. Here again, all the sarees were of same base colour and not as per the advertisement. Looks like the original parcel was resent. In any case, I accepted them as they are, as it is not worthwhile wasting time and phone charges. Suffice it to say my experience was not pleasant with Naptool.

      I ordered a LED projector Order id : 8313852. While I recieved the product very fast but the product doesnot meet the specifications mentioned on NAaptol.com. The LED projector is of very inferior quality that doesnot even work. The projector is not even providing clear images. I sent a mail to their support team who says that we had sent you the product which you purchased and they are not liable for this. I am feeling cheated by them and deeply humilated. I need my money back as the product isof very inferior quality. Regards

        I had placed an order with NAAPTOL around 7days ago. I called them 2 days back and they told me that they are about to dispatch my product and it would be delivered within 2 days. Now I called in after 3 days and they are still saying that the Order is ready to dispatch. I called in thrice today but I din’t get any satisfactory answer.

          The piece you have delivered is not in a working condition, though i re-inserted the battery and switched on, the mobile didn't start-up. I am very upset with this.

          Please consider this mail as urgent and solve my issue. I anticipate your immediate action.

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            I had booked a product having a product ID 8215766 for a Combo of Vacuum Cleaner, Water Spray Gun, Air Compressor & Car Polisher.

            The said order reached Pune five days ago but the courier agency has not dispatched me the product.

            I have repeatedly called them but sometimes they say that they will dispatch the product at my office, sometimes giving fake assurance that they are on the way and are about to reach in an hour or so.

            The liberal attitude of those people are harassing me hence I am forced to launch a complaint.

            Kindly take strict action against them.

              We ordered through this site. we ordered mini sewing machine and when it reached home, on the top of box it was written "the product not ok" and "acc missing ". The product not working at all. We received on[protected]. From that day we are trying to make consumer complaints. Please exchange the item or else return the money.

                  This product is available for Rs.80/- in the local market, which is sold by you for Rs.1, 499/- + freight charges of Rs.299/- = Rs.1, 798/- which means I have been charged Rs.1, 319/- + freight charges of Rs.299/-, this makes me feel cheated by you. Before lodging complaint with consumer court, I would like to seek refund of Rs.1, 319/- + Freight charges of Rs.299/- back within a weeks time.

                    I have ordered saree on 14/01/2014 vide order No: 8078983 & same have been received on 17/01/2014 & paid the amount of Rs: 3, 400/-. After receiving the pack has been opened and seen the con taints i.e saree are not in good quality. The saree are very very thin in thickness and the material is not Art silk. Hence I have given complaint on 17/01/2014 vide complaint No: 5617062.
                    Now I want the money back which i have paid .Kindly pay me the money back urgently
                    i have ordered computer speakers vide order no 11224690 on 28.10.14 after long follow they said the delivery could not be done and said we will return back the money which i aid through visa debit card that too on 21.11.14 they sent a message as said above

                    Look into the matter and do the needful

                      I have received the parcel through postal department and the packing of the item is not properly done. The tor cover of Rotti Maker is damaged lightly. The warranty card is not filed. I approachedKa you staff by telephonically but there response was not satisfied.

                        i ordered a room heater on 8th january and it was delivered on 11th January well on time but faulty and the pain started for me, until 14th Jan no one has come to pick this defective piece even no proper response on emails and phone, finally i received a email saying will take 15-20 days, i replied for refund as i bought this heater for winter not for summer and until now no response, please takeup this matter to get me resolution, thank you sir,

                          This was my first and the last experience of shopping via naaptol. The naaptol customer service guy firstly didn't know how to talk to a lady, secondly he was totally confused and misquoted the price details which i tried to make him understand but he was too thick brained and air headed to get my point! The icing on the cake was his arrogant, rude attitude thinking of me as a novice internet shopper!! I am a frequent jabong and myntra shopper and trust me after this highly bad experience iwould never ever shop on Naaptol...and won't let my family and friends shop on it either! Just seeing this chap's pompous attitude i cancelled my order no. 8031996 which i was intending to buy for my brother on his birthday. If they go on like this soon they will have to close their shop...!

                            i have ordered the New Jersey Polo Club All Season Double Sided Jacket + Free New Jersey Polo Club Sunglasses + New Jersey Polo Club Watch, from naaptol.com my order no is 7940386. i have placed my order on 28th december 2013 by debit card payment. 1>Before purchasing i have called their customer care number and ask "what will they do if the size is not fit " their representative said that we will change the jacket according to your size but we will not refund the money . 2>secondly i have ordered by seeing the online chart from naaptol which shows that XL size will have 44 cms so i have placed my order according to chart but when i received my jacket it has 53 cm in size having XL size. 3>There is no terms and condition is their on their product while purchasing. 4>i am getting my delivery on 7th january 2014 which is 3 days delayed without any proper shipment tracking. Due to their commitment and size chart i have placed the order. Now, When i have called the customer care after receiving product and tell them about my problem that size is not right and ask them to return and provide medium size instead of XL they said they don't have the policy to exchange the goods, even they don't have the rights to refund money. i want that my jacket size should be changed if they cannot exchange them refund my money. please help thank you
                            I have also ordered the New Jersey Polo Club All Season Double Sided Jacket + Tracksuit + Free Duffle Bag + Watch, from naaptol.com my order no is 8333356. I had placed my order on 13th
                            Feb 2014 via COD.I received my product on dated 24 Feb 2014 via post office parcel.

                            I also ordered by seeing the online chart from naaptol
                            which shows that Size L(42), XL(44), XXL(46) so i have placed my order for Size L(38-42)
                            according to chart but when i received my jacket it has 53 inch in size too which is no where mentioned in the chart, that too I didn't order.

                            It seems that they have only stock of 53 inch size jacket and no other size, they are selling only this size jacket by false advertisement of availability of different sizes of jackets and making people fool and cheating them.

                            There is no terms and condition on their product while
                            purchasing.


                            Now, When I had called the customer care on 25 Feb 2014, after receiving product and
                            told them about my problem that size is not right and ask them what They can do for it, they told that they have forwarded the problem and will be sorted out in 48 hours.Lets see...


                            I also want that my jacket size should be changed if they cannot exchange
                            them refund my money.
                            I had ordered a kurti from Naaptol.Com.However the size M did not fit me and was loose. I called the customer care to exchange it with a S size.The customer care fellow put my call on hold for a long time and came back stating he cannot provide me kurti with size S nor can he exchange the kurti for some other one.The kurti cost me Rs.1500 and now I can't spend more on alterations.They have no exchange policy at all.

                            I want my kurti size to be changed or I can also choose a different one or my money to be refunded.Please help.

                              I ordered for a Panasonic LCD TV TH-L32C30D, my order ID is 4199294 but the product delivered to me is some other model ie TH-L32C33D that is lacking many of the features.
                              Now when I am communicating with them, they are just giving me lame excuses.

                                Sir, . I have purchage fun ludo table online on 12-11-13 vide order no. 7587470(snapshot attached). First flight courier demanded Rs. 442 instead of Rs.123/- . That whyitem not received and return. I call to cc and again place my order and again first flight courier demanding Rs.500/- instead of Rs. 123/- (i already told previous story to cc and also he assure me but again more amount demanded). Thats why again item not received and return. At last I call to cc and told him to Return my deducted payback points on[protected], complain no. 5431793 given to me. He assure me that problem shortout in max. 14 days. But still my problem exist. What can I do? Pl. suggest me. I am very mentally torchered. From 12-11-13 to[protected], I have call to CC about more than 12 times. Is this fare and lawful. Neither fun ludo table received nor payback point return still now. --

                                  I ordered Electric tandoor (order no-779313) on cash on delivery basis from naaptol. I received the product in severely damaged condition. After registering complaint against it I was assured a pick up and replacement but even after 9-10 days pick up was not arranged. I was continuously in touch with naaptol but these guys only keep assuring the solution of this mess and apologizing but actually the product is still lying with me and my money is gone. This is a cheating/ fraud. Naaptol dose not even bother to keep me informed about the status. I have to contact them every time.

                                    I have purchased Winter Special Portable Electric Heater from naaptol under order No. 7836723. I received packet of two room heaters through bluedart courier at Jabalpur (MP). It is found one of them is not working and another has crake in back grill. On complaint to naaptol it has been told that at Jabalpur there is not pick up back service and i should sent the goods back to the company on my own courier expenses. If company is providing me goods through courier at Jabalpur then why should not be provided picking back facility. I was not informed that in a city like Jabalpur it will not provide me pick back services.
                                    Totally bloody disgusting company... I agree with you 100%. I have ordered a CORDED TELEPHONE SET by cash on delivery and received it on 01.02.2014. After paying the amount when I had opened the box I found that the receiver of the telephone is UTTERLY BROKEN. Immediately I called to their customer care no. & told them about that. He replied me I have to send the product to their Delhi's address at my own expense.WHAT ... for a Rs. 500 product I have to be harassed like this way. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM NAAPTOL.

                                        I have purchased one number Wespro 10 inch Tablet through online ref your order number 7212466 invoice number 846070/MH/0022831 dated 27/09/2013 and it reached on 02/10/2013 through courier .the person allow me to open the box after making the payment INR 4298 I was totally disappointed after it switched on it got hang or freeze even I can’t able to switched off. And this the third time I am sending product to your ware house every time your people commit me to give replacement and you will send the same product without seeing the problem and finally I got a call from your side saying that i will receive the cash voucher after the product reached.so this is last time I am sending the product to your warehouse to ignore all legal activities.
